Nice staff. Easy & quick service. Knew exactly what all I needed. Very clean place. No problems at all, except that I accidentally left my ID on the front counter and was called not even 5 minutes after I left to let me know they had it & actually just had me pull up to the door and walked it out to me. I thought that was really nice, went the extra little length & I really appreciated it. Very glad they noticed & got ahold of me so quickly also before I got further away or went back to work.

This was my 1st time going to this lab and I didn’t get the ladies name at the front however she was very nice and professional from start to finish and she even offered me a drink. The process was easy and quick as she followed all the procedures. I would definitely recommend ARCpoint Labs to any patient or even company. Even Gus the owner was very easy and great to talk to!

Refreshing new business! By far the entire experience and atmosphere is hands-down 500 times better than LabCorp, Quest and even John Hopkins Hospital laboratory. Not to mention I had already spent 35 minutes at LabCorp after registering on a kiosk with my ID, insurance information and testing needed. Then two woman behind a desk shouting out unintelligible names, then I was called back into a room told to stand and wait after another 8 minutes, finally a lab technician notified me they did not have the lab slip and to give her my ID. I’m sure I’m not the only one that has heard that from a lab a few times.Im very glad I selected this business and in every aspect, from interior of office to courteous staff, I have only positive feedback to give! Hidden gem in corner of strip plaza between jeweler and nail salon.

Gus is amazing! Highly recommend going here if you need to take a hair follicle! For a hair follicle, he said you need 120 strands he cut from 4 different places compared to a place in Brandon I went to and she cut it all from the same spot and about 10 times as much as he did! 10/10. also want to add I took the test Monday afternoon and got results Wednesday morning! they are super fast.

The staff was super welcoming to me I met the manager who also assisted his team members processing my information to be honest you dont really get that these days most managers like to stay behind their desks and bark orders but to see him actually involved with super cool. We got there a little before our appointment for fingerprinting. They were able to take us right back. Done in five minutes. They guys working were awesome.

I could not have had a better experience. It was very easy to book an appointment - I called the lab and the employee I spoke to was more than accommodating to my schedule. When she realized I was trying to coordinate with a babysitter, she told me it would be fine to bring my daughter along. She is 1 1/2 and is on the go, so I was nervous for how this would work. When I arrived to my appointment, they set up a seat for my daughter and put a movie on for her. The facility was very nice and clean, and the employees were beyond friendly. I wish I could remember their names because they were so wonderful. Based on my prior experiences at big name labs, this was not what I was expecting and I was really impressed.

The gm gus was absolutely horrible no Sense of professionalism rude and had an entitled attitude when I asked for a card or names I was told he would retaliate against me. Save your time and dont waste ur money

I called and someone actually picked. I made an appointment on Friday for a Friday afternoon got right in. I was glad to see there was very few people inside changed the gowns before I got there and after I left. I had to pay upfront but my insurance company paid me back. I got my results back the next day late night. I tried the other free places but they took forever and didn’t look clean. The employee Gus helps out a lot and answered all my questions

ArcPoint is the go-to lab for my husband and me. The facilities are spotless. The employees are professional, competent, and go over and above to accommodate their patients. Tests are completed on time, appointments are easy to make, and weve even received follow-up calls to see if we were satisfied with the service. We have never had a bad experience (something we cannot say for the larger chains!) There is nothing like the personal care you get from ArcPoint. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I went with a good friend of mine to do a paternity test for her court case. She was very nervous but the employees there made her feel comfortable. When I was there, I saw they had treats for smaller kids to help them feel better when at the lab and they also had separate waiting rooms available which I thought was awesome in case you wanted to wait in private. She was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Anyone who needs to get a paternity test should come here, it’s very clean and new and there was no wait, which helps with you have a baby with you.

The other day was a scary day. My son’s daycare called and told me my son was sick. His pediatrician said she couldn’t rule out Covid and said today would be impossible to get testing done with quick results. They recommended Tropicana Field for testing, which was closed today. Luckily ARC was able to get me in smoothly for a quick test in their clean testing facility. The staff was wonderful and attentive. Gus, in particular, went above and beyond to make son’s experience comfortable and painless. Definitely worth the price.

I had such a great experience! I had surgery scheduled and needed a pre op covid test to get cleared with in the same week. I came in on a Tuesday got taken care of, was told step by step the process, was in and out and got my results Thursday morning! I got an email and a phone call with the results. It was a pleasure to go to ARC Labs for our COVID test. There were no lines & no waiting. Julio & his assistant were friendly & knowledgeable. They described the exact procedure and made sure it wasn’t uncomfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this lab to anyone.

I took a test at of those drive through places downtown but left because they look like they were going from car to car with the same stuff on. I then went to a urgent car but there was 40 people outside and probably more waiting inside. I called this place which I just found out I got an appointment the same day and got my results back the next day real fast.I did have to pay upfront but my insurance gave me my money back and I did not have to wait with sick people no wait. the place was clean and i was in there with only the employee.

Excellent customer service and they get you in and out quickly! Other Labs take forever and a long line ahead of you even when you schedule in advance. I will go back to this one in the future.

Special Shout-out to Gus at ARCpoint Labs. We’re recently traveled to South Africa just as more stringent requirements were enacted. ARCpoint staff, went well beyond the norm for Customer Service and a special Thank You to Gus, who stayed in touch via messaging as we went through the bureaucratic gauntlet at the airport, etc. WOW!!! Who does that kind of service anymore?!! Tried to tip him and he was adamant in refusing. NOTE: Julio, owner sent a request for a recommendation - a survey if you will however, it seems to not be working, thus this recommendation. We will be going on a cruise soon and we expect we will need to get tested. We now know where to go.

My father has had a really difficult time Losing weight. His nutritionist mentioned a DNA test that could possible tell him the most efficient ways to lose weight based on his DNA GX Slim.  I was skeptical at first but after doing some research I decided it could not hurt. I was willing to try anything.  I search the web and was surprised to find this place was not only cheaper than online but located close to my house. I called and they said no appointment was necessary and I could just come in. So I had my father go in he was in and out in minutes.  The service was awesome and professional. This place was very clean and more importantly fast. I noticed they also do background checks and drug testing.

Could not find a covid testing site for someone under the age of 18. Gus was able to get us in today. My son was frightened at first because her heard of how painful the test were but they were able to do the test with zero pain. Professional, and caring. Very professional staff. I forgot my ID at the front desk and they called me to let me know and held on to it for me. I went for lab testing and it was very fast and with COVID restrictions it was nice to be the only patient being treated at the time. I was also told by an employee that ARCPoint labs will visit a company’s office to provide COVID testing. I would definitely recommend ARCPoint because they are very sterile and thorough.

As someone who has lab work done every 2 weeks I would have to say this was the cleanest most welcoming and friendly lab I’ve ever been to (throughout the US and world).I was in search of a lab to do a covid rapid PCR test needed to travel international- they were the only one I could find in St. Petersburg to do it and having had 3 other prior PCR tests I thought I knew what I was in for ...however the tech Angie was the most gentle tech ever - the swabbing was not uncomfortable at all (I had got a bloody nose at one lab I went to because they shoved the swap up my nose so hard and so quickly).I can’t say enough good words about this lab - alas I am no longer in the US or I would definitely use them for my regular lab work.

I needed electronic fingerprinting and access to FBI background check (Visa Ecuador). ARCpoint Labs worked me in early. My prints are hard to get, but the tech tried several things and finally Cornhuskers Lotion did the trick. The fee was the same as I paid at the old police department many years ago. I appreciated the techs patience and sense of humor.

Me & my girlfriend went here to take our pre-travel Covid test to leave the country on vacation. Staff was great & we got our test results back in 2 days 👍🏼

Professional courteous staff and prompt service. Made what would normally be an uncomfortable experience so much better.

Went in for a dna test it was fast, clean, and the customer service was prompt! Even had drinks for the kids! I would recommend this lab to anyone!
