Metro Inclusive Health

I came in to become an established patient and had the best experience. I can’t brag enough about all of the staff, especially the MA Sierra. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such a friendly, genuine and charismatic MA. The nurse practitioner Lea Kinney was extremely thorough and took her time to answer all of my questions. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Dont go to this location the gay Asian man that work the front desk will tell all your busy by askin in the form of questions and will have people that are in the lobby listening in the whole conversation, he also asks for your personal information while people are staring at you. Apparently he never heard of HIPPA laws nor privacy. I guess they only allow that for the white patients.

They provide a safe place for LGBTQ people as well as great care for anyone who comes in for testing or primary care

I can’t praise the staff enough at this location! They are all so friendly and thorough. I feel right at home with every staff member from check in to check out. Even the on site pharmacy is amazing and friendly!! I will recommend everyone to obtain primary inclusive care at this facility.

The PCP is the worst Ive consistently experienced in my life.

Asked for thier help because I have no insurance, they said Na.....u need to go see a provider, sooooo the whole point of metro is what???

The worst customer service Ive ever dealt with in a doctors office. Rude over the phone and even worse in person... never again
