First time to get my lab test done at any Lab test now. Unbelievably fantastic service. Super organized, super fast, and extremely friendly staff. I don’t have insurance so I pay out-of-pocket. They were also hundreds of dollars cheaper than quest lab. The staff on hand the day that I visited was Erica and Adelfa. Despite being there to give blood, which is never fun, it was an extremely positive experience. Special thanks to both of them for being so friendly to me.

I had an appointment for fingerprinting and was welcomed immediately when I arrived. I did not have to wait a long period of time to get back and the staff were all courteous. Adelfa was the staff member who did my fingerprinting and she was very nice and professional. She answered my questions about other services and gave me details about them. She was beyond helpful!

Went in to start the B12 shots. Bernice was so sweet and very knowledgeable. As soon as I arrived I was welcomed and there was no wait. Adelfa was the one who did my shot. She was fast and it was painless. I am a Medical assistant who works for an internal medicine doctor and I highly recommend them.

Super happy to have this lab as a resource. When I tell them I’m needle shy they help me out. Sabrina was joyful & friendly today & offered to use a smaller needle. I hope she’s here the next time I come!!!

I got a B-12 shot at this location, and Adelfa was very nice and friendly, and got me in and out really fast. Im definitely not a fan of needles, but I hardly felt the shot at all. I will definitely be going back to this location again.

Erika was awesome from when I called, to letting me know where the location was, to check-in, and what to expect. She had great Customer Service the whole time myself and others were there. She is good listener and attentive.

Veronica at the San Marcos location was fantastic, she got me in and out before my appointment was even scheduled to start, she was very good at phlebotomy and the experience was fast and painless. I got my results faster than anticipated too. All around a quick and easy way to get lab tests.

Amazing service.As someone with incredibly shoddy veins, it has taken anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to draw my blood at other places.Here, I had an appointment at 2. Arrived at 1:50. And was out at 1:59.I couldnt believe it. Great, professional, staff

I read all the reviews, before I picked a place for lad work. I was impressed by all the great reviews, especially for Erika. I thought I would give Any Lab Test Now a try. I am so grateful I did!! I walked in and was welcomed in by Erika. The place is very clean and comfortable. I was nervous, she was so sweet and her calmness, calmed me down! Erika was so gentle it didn’t hurt at all!! I was in and out so fast. I will definitely refer everyone to Any Lab Test Now, and I will drive whatever I have to drive to have Erika do my lab work!!! Thank you Erika!!

I go here every couple months to check my thyroid hormone levels. My experience has been great! I am in and out in less than ten minutes. Erika is so nice. She made sure to ask if I pass out or get dizzy from getting blood taken. I did not feel a thing as she drew my blood!

Aside from it being clean, the staff here are honestly AMAZING! When I came in to get a drug test my company made a mistake and order the wrong kind, the lady was so nice and patient while I called and waited for them to send in the right test. I also wasnt feeling too good that day and they were SUPER kind and sat me down gave me water and some crackers to make sure I was really ok. Not too many people would have cared to do that. So I honestly had the best experience here and I HIGHLY recommend them.

I love any lab test now! I hate to wait forever at the other labs in town... and I mean waiting for 45 minutes or more!! Ive started going to Any Lab Test now for my blood draws. The facility is clean and welcoming. It was my Dr that recommended we go there. Its great because I never have to wait more than a few minutes. Theyre quick and efficient! Im a difficult stick and they always manage to find the right spot. Theyve been very professional. I get my results quickly too.

I just left this clinic and i have a very low tolerance for rudeness whoever the old lady is working there acted like she didn’t have the time and was asking me exactly what i was there for ma’am i just told you i was coming from my physician for some lab work I’m not sure if she had a nasty attitude cause they ac was out or what but that’s still not a good enough reason for a nasty attitude. And my lab work is something very serious that i definitely had to get done but I’ll just go back home to San Antonio where the staff knows how to be professional consistently.

I went last week to get some blood work done for school and Bernice was great! My veins are very small and hard find, but she was able to draw blood with out having to stick me more than twice (it usually takes a lot more).

Adelfa is kind and sweet I was scared to come in and get my shots and give blood but she walked Me through my procedure and made it as easy as possible and I could barely feel anything I will definitely come back to have my blood work done

I went in to check my TSH. I have been feeling very fatigued lately and my wife wanted me to check this. Erika was very fast and efficient. I didnt have to wait very long at all. I like that I got my results in less than 24 hours and the price was better than other labs.

I came here to get serologic testing done for an immunization form I need for grad school. From the second I walked in, the woman at the front was extremely rude. For someone who has a bit of anxiety when it comes to needles, I was very uncomfortable having such a rude woman stick a needle in me to draw blood. The next day I went back to collect my blood work results. The same woman took my immunization paper and started writing on it without telling me what my results were. When I asked her if I was positive for all of the blood work her response was, I dont know, I havent looked at it yet. I then proceeded to ask her if I was positive or negative for the different vaccines. She then snapped at me assuming that I was accusing her of not knowing how to read the results paper and went on to rudely explain how to interpret the results (I already know how to do this, I just havent actually looked at the paper because it was in her hands). Needless to say, she wrote on my form without telling me what my results actually were. Then, got mad when I stopped her and asked what the results were. Overall, the company seems fine and the results came back within a day. The problem is the actual employees this location has. Dropping $180 for blood work wouldve been fine if there were decent customer service. I will never go back.

I absolutely hate this place. First of all they made me take the urinalysis with the door open. I heard a few places do that so whatever. Second of all they violated HIPPA my giving out my medical information to someone who I had not approved and said it would only be sent to my doctor. I had specifically asked if it was going to anyone else and they told me it would not be. I tried to pay for it but they said it had already been payed for and then proceeded to send it to said person without my knowledge. Then I tried to go get my own paperwork (I was over 19 at the time) and they said they wouldn’t give it to me because it can only go to whoever paid for the test. Absolute BS and this place should be shut down.

Worst lab ever, too expensive while they mess the patient information. They gave my wifes hormon test as a male and she was about to pass out. When I complaint, it happens always, they said. We were looking at her hormons at male range and everything were red! Ow my God, I wont go there even at the last day of my life.I wish I could give 1/10 of star!

Im glad I chose this place...my usual place was unavailable due to holidays..I got in quickly and was done quickly..Adelfa is super friendly and we clicked right away..she made me feel comfortable...As always its super hard to find my veins..but she had the patience and she went another route(hand)..she is truly a professional..I felt no pain whatsoever .I think Im gonna stick with this facility going forward...

After some brief confusion about tests, I got the one I was looking for and received results the next day. The other test was mailed in and awaiting results. But this was pretty fast and easy.
