Dr.Cooley and her staff were truly amazing. I came in with no questions asked, and I could really tell that they cared for me and the other women present. I was extremely comfortable during my whole visit. They offered snacks and tv to watch and checked on me frequently. The front desk girls were very nice and helped me with finances and contacting funding organizations. Dr.Cooley definitely knows what she is doing and she is very informative. Everyone was friendly and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend coming here to all of my friends and if I had to come back, I would.

I went there today to get a procedure done, the lady at the front desk signed the authorization for my card to be ran for the payment on the card kiosk. The dr walked in and asked how I was doing and I told her I didn’t really want to be here, in this situation period and that it was tough and she said she didn’t want to be there either. She also was very rushed and pushy, she seemed adamant on me taking the pill instead of doing the procedure, she said the procedure would take 3-5 minutes but said it would be more difficult because of my weight. She also said my shoes were the biggest shoes she’s seen and that it must be easy to find shoes at the outlets ( I wear size 11s and I’m 5’7) just odd to say. My friend and I were put into a separate room to think about if I want to do the pill or the procedure. I was very upset at the whole situation already. I decided to not go with this clinic after feeling pushed, so I went to get a refund and they only gave me $250 of the $550 back for the ultrasound, the only other thing they did were vital signs. My friend made a comment ( not rude) more concerned, “$300 for an ultrasound ? “ the lady at the desk didn’t bother to say anything. She was very dismissive and I did make a comment at the end to her, thanking her for not signing her name under my card receipt. She went on to say “Girl, bye”. The dr called me about 30 minutes later and I brought up the lady at the desk and she made an excuse saying that she’s from New York. She did apologize and said she was telling me the reality of it agreed with that, but it’s all about the approach especially in that situation, emotions are already high. Very bad experience and bad bedside manners. I don’t recommend this place.

I can speak to Dr. Cooley being an excellent Dr. She has been my Dr. for a number of years. She cares and is genuinely concerned. takes the time and always follows up with me. She has a work ethic I admire and she is very knowledgeable. She is a phenomenal human being and very down to earth. I am very grateful for her as my Dr.

Dr. Cooley and her staff was so amazing! She was very attentive to my case and reassured me as this was my first time. Her staff checked on me on the hour, they were kind and gentle. Dr. Cooley provided me with updates and was very understanding. Would highly recommend. The clinic was clean and is a women led clinic that made me feel safe and comfortable.

The doctor was quick to get out of room with out giving me a proper instruction or care. I asked questions but she was one foot out the door answering some. She also left the door wide open while talking to me so I felt i had no privacy. Wouldn’t go there if you want to get treated as a decent human being the least. If I could give this place a no star I honestly would. I just took a friend of mine here today and they do not take Tricare. Also, I have a service dog with me which they questioned my integrity with my dog so I told them I can show identification. They still did not let me have my dog there. Not only that they told me I couldn’t wait in the lobby. Worst medical facility I have ever dealt with I do no recommend this establishment to anyone.Sincerely Eliza

Paid, the $500 fee cost to get the service. I only got two pregnancy test done and two ultrasound. To be told There was nothing in my uterus . Only got refunded half of the 500 instead of the whole 500. I think that is wrong since I didn’t get the service that I paid the money for.

Amazing staff and doctor! I truly felt so safe and taken care of here. Judgement free, no questions, total kindness and compassion. The clinic is clean and organized and the appointment was quick. Walk-ins have to wait a while but its not too bad. (Also, for anyone wondering they do offer general and local anesthesia. I tried searching the website and it only mentioned that local anesthesia was used. However I asked and they offer general anesthesia too!)

There aren’t enough positive things that I could say about this clinic. I made an appointment & my paperwork was ready upon arrival. They handled the communication & applied the funding I received to my account seamlessly. & the nurse/doctor were so friendly/comforting, it made it as easy as something like this could be. No judgement, no questions, no ulterior motives. Simply just there to support you & help take care of you.

Super grateful for how compassionate, discreet and informative everyone at the office was. The process of acquiring my pill abortion was quick, straightforward and painless. It’s a great comfort to know Dr.Cooley is an option for women’s healthcare.

Dr Cooley was top notch! All of her staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this office for your needs. The facility was very clean and organized as well.

My wife recently was a patient at this awesome clinic. As a young newly married man it relived her of stress and therefor me as well. Highly recommended that you husbands out there consider this clinic for your significant others.

I love this clinic. The staff is wonderful! Way better than Planned Parenthood, and they’re available 24/7! Also, they’re really clean. Love it!

Great clinic, great friendly staff, but not a trust worthy staff. My only advice DO NOT bring any personal items in or cash it will get stolen the moment you are put to sleep.

I was not a patient at the clinic, but I went as a support person and a driver for a friend. While I understand it’s another day at work for the staff, a bit more sensitivity and kindness and tact could have been used when communicating about such a life-altering situation.

Why arent they answering my calls? Ive already dialed them like 7 times and they dont answer.
