I cannot say enough great things about the team at Three Peaks Urgent Care in Englewood, CO! From the moment I walked in, Beth at the front desk greeted me warmly and made the check-in process so smooth, even though I arrived without insurance or an appointment. She was compassionate and efficient, setting a great tone for the visit.The appointed physician provided exceptional care—he was thorough, attentive, and truly made me feel heard. It’s rare to find a provider who genuinely takes the time to explain everything and ensures you feel comfortable.Even the owner, whose presence I could feel in the clinics level of care and professionalism, has clearly instilled a culture of excellence in every aspect of their practice. The service was quick and seamless, but never rushed.If you’re looking for a place that offers outstanding medical care with a personal touch, this is it. It was early Saturday but they were still off to a busy start. Even so, the staff member at the desk who also did my intake vitals was wonderful. So nice and personable, with a great personality. My provider was so nice! She gave me all the info I needed and helped me immediately. Being able to book online and upload insurance online was so seamless. I definitely recommend this location.

Wow, let’s start off by saying I hate going to the doctor typical man but man this was the best visit I’ve ever had. What a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place fast. Efficient and the doctor was very nice secretary very nice. I loved it.

I can’t recommend Three Peaks Urgent Care highly enough! Isaiah and Andrew were welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Andrew quickly diagnosed my condition and sent my prescriptions in immediately. Thanks to Isaiah and Andrew, I will be back to work on Monday!

The doctor was phenomenal ! She really took the time to listen and take care of me . One of the best bed side manner doctors I have ever experienced! She looked at my throat and treated my pain without hesitation!!The front desk personal was very helpful and helped me fill out my paperwork . He was also very caring and loving . I was going to give this place 1 star, based on my first experience here, but the last 2 visits were so great, it deserves 5 stars!!Dr. Andrew is wonderful, caring, and helped me out the last 2 times, and I highly recommend.The ladies that were in the office the last time were so kind, and checked me in without the hassle that I got from the rude ladies my first 2 visits.Hopefully, they keep these 3, cause they are much sweeter & helpful!Thank yall!

As good of an experience as you can have going to an urgent care. I was traveling for work and found myself with some pain in my ribs. Being from out of town I had questions and they took the time to answer all of them over the phone. Tyrrell who greeted me got me all set up and checked in. Little to no weight. The doctor was accommodating and thorough. Never once felt rushed and she took the time to explain at each step of the assessment. I thought the reviews for this place may have been exaggerated but I am incredibly grateful for the positive experience… All things considered being at an urgent care

We needed care on Christmas Day and we were greeted by such nice and considerate staff and doctor. We are so thankful for their amazing service! My Son is already feeling better quickly after treatment! Thank You!

Took my son here today for a sore throat. Everything was seamless, from making an online appt to uploading insurance beforehand. At the office, the staff was so welcoming, especially Tyrell who just exuded good energy. Definitely what you need when you are sick or hurting! Also the doctor we saw was fantastic, Diane. You can tell everyone here cares about what they do, which is a bit rare to find in this industry. Plus they are efficient, which is a double bonus!

Ed Andrew and Isaiah are very professional and helpful. Going in I had a few issues and the entire team showed compassion and care. Id give them six stars if I could. Thank you thank you thank you!

Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Then, I was able to have an actual conversation with the staff, which made me feel like a person and not just a number! It felt like the entire staff actually cared about how I was feeling, which is so nice when Im already sick. Then the icing on the cake was how speedy it was getting in and out! Im going to recommend this urgent care to everyone I know.

This place was wonderful! First of all it’s one of the few urgent care places open till 8pm- Even Weekends! The base pricing is by far the best of all the urgent cares I researched prior. When I called to ask about their wait times, the receptionist was informative and kind. She even took the time to answer my questions about approximate costs and insurance questions. When I arrived, there was no wait time so I got signed right in and seen within 15 minutes TOPS. The (I’m assuming nurse) checked my vitals, collected info and had a pleasant chat with me- all very professional. When Doctor McDonald saw me she was tentative to my issue, asked clarifying questions and was able to deduce a solution very effectively. All while having a relaxed and personable presence, definitely the kind to put ya at ease.All in all, the staff was wonderful, the hours are helpful, the pricing was terrific, the wait time was minimal, and the quality of care was top notch. 10/10 would go again!

I’ve been here twice and this place is always top notch!!!!!!! Isaiah has been there every time and is always so personable and remembered me the second time. One of the nicest guys there is! Also, Diane was so nice and amazing at explaining everything! Highly recommend this place!!

After dealing with a severely sprained ankle for a week, I needed x-rays to make sure it wasnt broken. I found this urgent care and am so happy that I did. Check in was easy. They got me in fast with no waiting around for the doc. X-rays were done and Diane explained what my course of treatment was. Diane and her team were kind, caring and showed true compassion. The staff was amazing. The provider honestly was fantastic. This is my 5th time coming here. The provider reassured me numerous of times and walked me through the appointment step by step. She ran some steps and did a nebulizer treatment. She made sure I knew what medications she prescribed and how to use them. I appreciate her time very much

Diane McDonald was the provider who saw my 1 year old son. He was sick for 2 weeks going on 3, she was the only one who REALLY treated him and provided medication to help him with his cough and mucus build up. His current pediatrician wouldn’t provide anything to help with his symptoms, thankfully I went with my gut and took him to Urgent Care where he was treated immediately. Diane was kind, understanding, caring and overall professional. She took care of him when no one else would. Thank you Diane for all that you do. You were absolutely amazing.

Its was an extremely fast visit compared to other urgent care visits I had in the past.All the staff was extremely kind and caring. Took care of my needs and and calmed not only mine but my partner concerns.Will be back again. It was a great experience starting with the front desk team member to the Dr. that looked over my needs.100% recommend to others. Those staff members need a raise!! You don’t really get to have such a good experience with you are dealing with health concerns that need immediate attention. This changed my perception of it.

I wish I remembered my doctor’s name, she had blonde hair. She was extremely kind to me. The guy at the front desk was also extremely kind and they were both attentive to my issue. I have been in a lot of pain for four days thinking the antibiotics I was prescribed were going to eventually cure me. After my symptoms got worse I went here and they were able to find the real issue and prescribe me something else. I am already feeling SO much better and it hasn’t even been 24 hours yet. A literal god send. Nobody in my state knew what they were doing, I’d move here for this doctor alone haha! Highly recommend this place!

Had to go to the clinic earlier today, but called first, and the person on the phone was very helpful. There was no wait to get in and we got seen very quickly. Isaiah was super helpful and helped get our vitals and do the strep throat test for us! The clinic is very clean and inviting, thank you to the team :)

I recently had the misfortune of requiring health care. However Due to my location Three Peaks Urgent Care was the nearest location…. much to my benefit. The staff was wonderful, and an individual named Kate E Bebee was my health care practitioner, along with staff, however she is absolutely brilliant, quite surprising to find in all actuality. Critical care, and urgent care was promptly addressed, follow up care was also promptly scheduled, within 5 days. It is not often I encounter such exceptional ppl, if ever, however three peaks urgent care is a hidden gem which I strongly recommend going to if your family and personal health care concerns are troubling you.

Tyrell and Diane are Amazing!!! Had to drive in nearly 2 hours from the East to be seen today for a concern. Tyrell was at the front and he is the kindest friendliest first face that made my day and I knew I came to the right place. Diane checked me out and let me know exactly what was going on and within 10 minutes I was well on my way to healing. I personally do not have health insurance and if this is the service you can expect (without insurance) there is hope for Humanity. Pricing was transparent and extremely affordable. I will hop skip and jump my way back for anything in the future to Three Peaks. Thank You!!!

What a great place! Came here with my son who was feeling pretty bad. Professional, caring and they make you feel at ease. Wait time was minimal and its a very nice facility. Back home and feeling better, so nice to know we have them nearby!

We’re just in town for a few days and our son needed to be seen. The woman that helped us at the front and in the room (Janet?) was so friendly and helpful, a nice way to start the visit! Edward was great, engaging, and really listened to our concerns. We left feeling much better regarding our son and that we had a good plan in place to help him start to feel better. In and out in probably less than 30 minutes including exam, testing, xray, and discussing treatment. We appreciate their help and would highly recommend this urgent care!

I’m currently sitting in urgent. I made an appointment on my way in due to a migraine and shortness of breath. As im sitting in the lobby I hear the two young ladies at the desk discussing who to call next. The other two people in the lobby came well after I checked in. I started to gather my things as I should have been next and desperately need to lay down out of the light only for them to call someone else. I only came back to this location because the NP here helped so much with my last migraine. However their front desk staff is less than professional so this will be my last visit.

The staff was super friendly, kind, & efficient. I appreciate them being to help me today. This morning, I added myself to the wait list via the website & I was added for 8:44 - just 45’ after they open. I then got to wait at home until my appt time. Since I’m not feeling well, that made it a lot more comfortable for me. I would recommend this facility. I was headed home by 9:15 with all my questions addressed.

Everyone was polite and very helpful. Listened to my questions and took time to answer. Very quick and professional place, would definitely go to again as well as suggest if anyone asked.

Came in last minute for a sports physical. Tyrell and Isaiah were amazing. They greeted us warmly and enthusiastically even though I came in right around closing time. They got us checked in really quickly and kept my son engaged in convo. Diane did the actual physical and was also fantastic. She was warm and thorough. All three had incredible bedside manner. Honestly, the best experience Ive ever had at an urgent care. Highly recommend. Theyre close to home and probably will be the only one I go to from now on.

10/10 Urgent Care, they make checking in super easy. You can check in online before actually going in and they send you a text 20 mins before, which gives you the perfect amount of time to get there and be seen. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Found this urgent care after landing in Denver and not feeling great. They were efficient, kind and diagnosed my problem accurately. I am feeling 100% better and highly recommend this urgent care if you need it.

Absolutely the best urgent care I’ve been to. Professional, caring, and informative. My family unfortunately had several ear infections, so I’ve had to visit a bunch of times, and every time the NPs were amazing, thorough, and wonderful at treating all of us. So glad they are in this area!!

I went to Three Peaks for the first time with my girlfriend last week, and it was great! I dont know if Ive ever had a more positive experience from an urgent care! The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and kind! And the entire process only took about half an hour! Im definitely coming back here if I ever have any non-emergency medical concern!

Amazing care, went in for an ankle but addressed other concerns that came up. They had an in house x-ray that gave results at our visit, and the whole process was less than an hour.

I was looking for an Urgent Care close to me to get some antibiotics for an infected cat bite wound. Looked on Google and found this new one right by the Walmart on Tower Rd. Went in and Diane took great care of me, with no wait. Gave me the care I needed and went the extra mile for me, and was extra nice to boot 😊 I’m so happy this place is here and I will definitely go back if I ever need Urgent Care again!
