The staff and the Doctor was amazing same. My 15-year-old son had a staff infection and they got us in right away and ordered the meds to be picked up at the pharmacy.I appreciate being seen so quickly. And easing our worries.My son and I both felt very comfortable.Thank you so much

The best experience we had. We as a whole family just go to this clinic only since we visited first time. The staff is really amazing and so well trained very professional and extremely cooperative. Dr Patel carefully listens and understood ur our condition and gave us a specific treatment plan .Overall Experience:I had a great experience at Wylie Walk-In Urgent Care. Excellent service from start to finish. Staff was very friendly and compassionate. Dr. Chirag Patel was amazing. Very caring. . He was friendly and did not rush with me. He was gentle with my wrist taking the X-rays then showed me my x rays and explained them to me. The entire staff made me feel so at ease. I will go here if i need urgent care again. Amazing place. I’ve been here about 3 times now for various issues, and the staff is just amazing. Everyone is so kind and friendly, and any time I go it’s just phenomenal. I’ve never had any problems, and this is definitely my go to placeI love Chirag Patel, he’s seen me for 2/3 of my visits and is just amazing. It’s always super quick in and out, and he’s so easy to interact with. Just all around a fantastic guy. I highly recommend this place, it’s my go to for any illness I happen to come down with

The doctor and staff were very friendly & knowledgeable. My 80 year old mom felt comfortable with the doctor. A MRI is needed to confirm the issue but both my mom & I felt more at ease having a better understanding to what was going on. Very good staff & doctor. I will go back should the need arise.

I had the absolute best experience! My wait time was very minimal and every single staff member was incredibly kind and caring. They listened to me and made sure I was getting the best care possible. I cannot recommend them enough!

The Wylie Urgent Care Clinic was very good, from start to finish. They welcomed us, took our ins., & treated us with respect taking our concerns seriously. I walked in without an appointment to Wylie Walk In Urgent Care and was greeted with such kindness, and professionalism. I was seen within 15 - 20 minutes, which is amazing! After check in was completed, I was called back by the Medical Technician who was extremely professional, efficient, skilled, and thorough when reporting my medical needs and my past medical history. I was then greeted by C. Patel, Nurse Practitioner. He was thorough and efficient in his exam. I am so impressed, he’s amazing! All the staff were excellent! I received 100% excellent reliable care!! I am so grateful! I would recommend this facility 100%.

I visited Wylie Urgent Care this evening. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at an Urgent Care! I have been in a lot of pain for over a week but I’m new to the area from out of state and have been scared to go somewhere new. From check in to check out, the experience was incredible. All staff were welcoming and very kind. Dr. Patel was very kind and actively listened to me and found the reason for my pain within just a moment of examination and fixed me right up! He even showed me the inside of both of my ears and educated me on how each should look like. It was also informative :) I could not have asked for a better experience. I am an appointment for 12 and was seen with in 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment. I like the fact that, they value your time. The doctor was very attentive and concern ensuring I got the meds I needed as well as recommend I speak with my primary care physician about another issue. Also the staff was nice and welcoming, I would for sure recommend this clinic to others.

This urgent care is the BEST around! I’ve stopped taking my kids to the pediatric urgent care because this facility is so good. The doctor is kind and knowledgeable and attentive. The assistants are always friendly. Front desk is always on top of everything. We appreciate them so much!

Now I’m not one for needles, but when they were digging around in my toe with one the doctor was very supportive and did an amazing job keeping me and his nurse calm during the procedure, also props to the nurse who was helping that day. Her first time doing a stitch and she did great.

We had an outstanding experience with Wylie Walk In Urgent Care. We called them around 7:30 in the evening because my 5 years old had a deep cut on his nose bridge. Stephanie scheduled us in right away. All the staff made him feel comfortable and he was at ease the whole time.My son had 3 X-Rays and the report came in during the visit! Dr. Patel and Perla worked on my son’s cut very gently and patiently. We left their office feeling much better. My son’s cut is healing well. Thank you for the care y’all provided.

My son needed a last minute sports physical, and I ran across Walk In Urgent care. The process was super easy, lots of appointments available and we didn’t have any wait time. The staff was great and the facility was clean. The cost for the physical was way lower than anywhere else! Glad we made the drive from Rockwall! Would definitely come here again for other medical needs.

This place is great and the staff are even better. No one likes to be sick but I gotta say that the next time Im sick Im looking forward to going back. Went in to have a sprain looked at, and ended up having some x-rays taken. They even showed me the x-rays immediately, before sending them to the radiologist for the official verdict. Everything was very thorough, and yet it felt like I was in and out of the building within 30 minutes. All I paid was the base appointment fee (which is $30 less than most urgent care places Ive been to). Absolutely worth it!

This place is amazing. My family has used this urgent care many times over the past year and my kids love and even ask for Dr. Patel when they dont feel good. The best part is he is very knowledgeable and really cares. He actually takes the time to listen to your concerns. Everyone here is so kind and caring. I never have to wait long at all. They even call and check on you afterwards. I just cant say enough good things about this place. I definitely recommend them.

Been few times, for my kids for my wife and for myself. Great customer service, the provider Mr. Patel answers all questions in detail and seems to truly care about his patients. Stephanie at registration amkes the check in process very smooth and quick, the MA is also great. They all truly care about the patients well being, every time we come here we can expect a follow up call to check in on us and see if we got better, truly an amazing place.

Staff is very patient and takes their time to listen to all concerns. dr patel and the nurses were very thorough with testing and explaining my diagnosis. i paid $159 when i walked in and that covered all tests done for me (no insurance). i will definitely come back if needed!

As good or better than your regular doctor. Like others, we were seen quickly. Three visits to date. Always quick (within minutes) to get me or my wife in. The care, detail, and treatment of our issue was well thought out and worked. Chirag Patel (FNP) is outstanding. He is very smart and knowledgeable about every issue we’ve had. He asks lots of questions and uses the extensive equipment and tools they have to diagnose and define the treatment plan. They even have a Treatment Room where my wife received an IV after fighting an infection from a recent surgery. Immediately gave her energy and strength. Couldn’t get in to her Primary Care Physician for two days but walked right in here, got antibiotics and an IV, and a follow up call at home the next day. Pretty solid team. Excellent/smart physician on duty. Polite and professional staff. Just a great option in an emergency or sickness needing medical attention. Honestly, it’s now my first option. Recommend highly.

Took my son in for a football shoulder injury and NP Patel and staff were very attentive and friendly. Both the nurse and Patel were extremely careful and patient as well as took the time to explain everything to my husband, son and I. We were in and out in about an hour! Recommend if you need immediate care.

Everyone in the office was very nice and professional. They were fast and efficient, all while caring that I had everything. I was able to ask questions without feeling rushed and I was in and out very quickly.

Also, it’s a very clean and well organized facility, you can tell they put their all into what they do. Called that day, was having neck pain from a car accident, they got me in that day and everyone was very professional and very thorough. Dr was very informative about what was going on with me. I had a very good experience.

Very pleasant experience for my first time here. The receptionist was very kind and patient while I was sent a picture of my ID (forgot my wallet at home haha.) Everyone I encountered was very friendly, as well as Dr. Patel. He was very straight to the point about my diagnosis, and didn’t leave anything out. Self Pay was cheaper than the prior 4 places I called, they take Apple Pay & GPay too! If you don’t have insurance, this is definitely the place for what ails you. I give it a 9.99/10, because the 0.01 is that their receptionist phones mic is just a LITTLE quieter and harder to hear if you’re calling to make an appointment or ask any questions, not impossible, just harder to hear. Could be a muffle, or could be the phone quality. It didn’t change the overall 5 stars I’m giving this place though, y’all earned it. Will definitely choose this place over any other around. ⭐️=5/5 😄

Appointment and check in was super easy. Virtually no wait time (about 5-8 minutes), check in desk was soo sweet and helpful, whole thing very clean and comfy, nurse was wonderful. PA we saw (we saw Patel) put our daughter at ease and was thorough, but stayed light hearted to keep her comfortable. Will definitely come back.

Excellent customer service from NP Patel, MAs Jasmine & Stephanie, and Registration Clerk Alejandra! NP Patel is thorough in the care he provides and very effective at explaining the process. Wait time was satisfactory even considering I did a walk-in during a lobby filled with patients. Never any wasted time waiting in the exam room. I am grateful they accept TriWest/VA ins. This is the only urgent care clinic I have used and will continue. God bless the entire team!

First time patient at this location. I was treated very well, and the wait time was short. No need for an appointment. Nurses were thorough and polite. Definitely cheaper than other clinics I’ve been to.

Dr.Patel quickly established our confidence and trust with his thoroughness by asking questions and listening well to my husband. Fell off my motorcycle today so I had to go in for injury to knee & hand. Check in was fast & easy, friendly staff, nice, clean & spacious exam rooms. Wait time was about 5 minutes, same to see provider. He explained everything to me in detail, took his time with my examination, amazing bedside manner. I was taken care of, in & out after my X-ray. Got a call from provider with results after I got home. Overall, I had a great experience & will definitely be coming back when needed. Fortunately, just bruised & nothing broken. Love Dr. Patel!!!

I went here because my felt like it was gone lock on me from a workout I overdid plus my job is heavy lifting type, I was surprised I directly spoke to the doctor when I called and explained my discomfort and told me to come in very nice and comfortable area nice warm nurses the one one with the doctor explaining my x-rays while showing me was just amazing to me and the instructions easy to follow definitely I recommend and they took my insurance definitely a plus.

I am from NC and had to find a doctor to be seen for a wound. The staff and Dr. Patel were awesome. The staff were very polite and helpful. The doctor listened, explained well and made me feel at ease. I returned the next day so he could see my wound since I was concerned and he came out and looked at it and answered my questions. The nurse called me the third day to ask how I was doing. Not all doctor offices call to check on you. I had a great experience and recommend this Walk in Urgent Care. I will definitely return if need be. .

Thank you Stephanie for being so kind and caring! Chirag Patel evaluated me. They gave me 2 shots and watched me for 30 mins. By 30 mins I was feeling much better. He phoned in an epepin and two other prescriptions. He sat down with me and explained everything. It has been a long time since I had someone go over things with me like he did. I highly recommend Wylie walk in clinic and will use it again!!! Thank you to the whole staff!!!!

This was my second time here in two weeks due to kitchen mishaps; each time was a wonderful experience. I found this place 2 weeks ago as finally somewhere that takes our insurance and Ive already had to take 2 out of my 3 kids there plus myself. They are so quick and thorough and friendly and just all around wonderful! I especially love the lady at the front desk. She is just the sweetest!

I had to go in for stitches and had an amazing experience. They were kind, friendly, and did everything in power to make sure I was comfortable. Offered me water, opened the door so I got cool air, and gave me local anesthesia so I felt no pain. They were straightforward with me about everything including the cost. After a tetanus shot, 6 stitches and antibiotic gel I walked out of there after about an hour. Absolutely incredible and first clinic I’ve ever been to where I felt like they cared for the wellbeing of their patients. 10/10, if I ever have to get checked out again I will definitely only go back to this location. Thanks again!

We went here because we did our initial visit with them. They were great. They called us back with test results. The last result, I had told them that she still wasnt feeling well. We were told they would consult the provider and call back. That call never happened. One symptom got better so we left all alone. Fast forward to today. The remaining symptoms were still an issue. We went online, made an appt. We even received the registration link. Got a reminder to leave for the appointment. Walk into the door and we were told by the provider that they were closing early.

My husband went in today for a sprained ankle and was seen by NP Patel. He was great! He took his time and answered all of our questions. Katherine and Alejandra were excellent as well. Im glad we have a good option for care thats so close and easily accessible.

I had a wonderful visit to the Wylie Walk In Urgent Care on 7 June 2024! Every aspect (registration, wait time, facility cleanliness, interactions with the medical assistant, and provider consult) was top notch. Adding closing hours at 9P, I cannot recommend this urgent care enough!

I was there when they opened at 10 AM. Walked out at 10:50. They were super nice and efficient. The NP was very thorough, listened to me about my symptoms, and sent appropriate medication orders to the pharmacy. I was very pleased with my visit.

Was quick to get in and was seen by NP Patel. He was very attentive, very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. Great experience!

Excellent service. From the time I walked in the front door, I was greeted with a friendly smile.As soon as I filled out necessary paperwork I was called back for immediate medical attention. They took vitals and information for my visit and within minutes I was seen by the doctor. Very polite, professional caring service.Explained everything and answered all my questions. I just found this clinic a month ago when my daughter was sick during Christmas/new years and the NP/Dr. is amazing! He’s very thorough in explaining, and he’s very patient with whatever questions you have. He’s also very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand the medication. Since then me and my husband have also visited the clinic and each time it’s been a great visit. This is now my go to urgent care!

We were in & out! I called on a Sunday when my almost 2 yr old and my 7mo old were both running a high fever.. we were able to schedule an appt same day, once we arrived for our appt we were seen within 10min. Katherine the receptionist couldn’t have been more sweet! NP Patel did amazing with my kids who were super fussy and crying.

My family has received excellent care and welcoming service at this clinic!

I walked in with my daughter she wasnt feeling Ok, the registration was made easy by the front desk lady, we were called to the room right after and the nurse explained what tests were needed, she was in excellent mood which helped my daughter felt at ease, and Dr Patel is great, he came in to the room and after examining her, he sat down, asked questions and explained everything, it took around 30 min the whole process. Excellent service 👏

Came in and was seen instantly. Courteous and friendly staff, nurse and Dr. Patel were extremely attentive and thorough, made the entire visit easy and informative. Completely transparent about each procedure and pricing which was nice as a self pay visit.

I’m super impressed with this location. It’s a new location and it was my first time there. I scheduled an appointment for my son who has an ear infection and they were able to get me in within the same hour of me calling. I ended up calling back about five minutes later and to see if I could push the appointment back and that was no issue at all, the front desk lady is incredibly sweet and helpful and the doctor that saw my son, Dr. Patel and he was efficient, kind, and wasn’t rushed or pushy which was refreshing! The next day I had to call them back (for a pharmacy issue not for an issue with them) and that nice front desk lady was quick to help and the Dr even got on the phone to speak with me which surprised me as most doctors are impossible to speak to after the fact so that was really impressive to me. We got checked in, seen and out the door in about an hour which was lovely! Overall I’m 100% happy with the entire interaction and experience! Thank you guys for doing such a good job, never change!*UPDATED NOTE: Saw them last night again (4/3/24) but this time for my daughter instead of my son and I still love this Doctor, staff and establishment so very much but was very sad to hear they no longer work with my insurance since the last time I was there. Very disappointing to hear because yall are the best location and staff to work with! Work with Aetna asap please if yall can sign an agreement! Lol*

My experience with Mr. Patel and his staff was second to none. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted in a friendly manner and completed my paperwork on the iPad in 5 minutes or less. I was back being seen within 10 minutes and out the door in considerably less time than any other urgent care facility I have been to.My family & I will definitely be going back to Wylie Walk In Urgent Care for all of our medical needs. If you guys are looking for a new urgent care to tend to your urgent needs this place is it! The staff is friendly and they attentively LISTEN to what is wrong with you. They called to check on me two days later to see if I was doing any better (as a sick patient I truly appreciate this). I feel well cared for and this is definitely my new go to for myself and my family. I also don’t have to wait forever to be seen which is a plus!

We have returned to this urgent care multiple times. (Not due to urgency. But quit the opposite. Needed to get the kids in before the next day for school.) They have not had a waiting time once. The staff here are wonderful and very respectful.

Very short wait and when you feel bad, that’s important. Everyone was professional and showed concern, asking questions and making sure I was comfortable. I almost waited until Monday to see my regular doctor, but I’m glad I went to urgent care in Wylie. I hope I don’t need them again, but if I do, I’ll not hesitate.

This place was really good and the doctor and the reception were really nice to me. What I like most is that the doctor took time to talk with me, and go through the whole process of how to take meds. The doctor was really nice to spend his time talking with me. My only criticism is that the place would take a long time to see whether the insurance is viable or not.

I am posting on my husband’s account. I saw Patel and his staff a little before they closed and without hesitation they greeted me and took all steps to make sure they got to the bottom of the issues I was having. Patel was extremely thorough and even took the time post care to make sure I was feeling better. Phenomenal and professional all the way around! We now know where to go when we have an urgent issue but do not want to sit in the ER for 4 hours. So Thankful!!!

Was referred by a friend to this Urgent Care when I sliced my hand open. The staff was incredibly nice and professional! I was in, stitched up, and out in less than an hour! They followed up with me every few days to see how I was doing. Just went back yesterday to have the stitches removed, and same pleasant experience! Definitely recommend.

He was knowledgeable, sincere, empathetic, and spent time discussing my symptoms and making recommendations.The entire staff from registration and my MA to the provider took care of me. It is conveniently located for ease of access and I have no regrets that I chose them.

This place is great. They work fast to get u in and out and they aren’t busy like other urgent cares. Most times it takes hours to get in and out to find out nothing is wrong. When I went they got me back with in 10 minutes and I was out in another 20. They also have good staff everyone was kind and welcoming! Great experience

I didn’t have to wait either time we went in despite not checking in online first. Dr. Patel was very kind and patient with my 3 year old and let us come back the next day free of charge to check her breathing and lungs. Very satisfied with the service here.

I started feeling really bad this evening and decided to look up Urgent Care near me. Wylie Walk In Urgent Care was the only place open late. I booked an appointment online and headed to the clinic. The staff were so kind and their process was efficient. The doctor took time to talk to tell me about himself and spent time really listening to my symptoms. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I highly recommend this care center and will use them again if the need arises.

We visited today for my son. The woman at the front desk greeted us and got our information quickly. We stepped right into the room after our paperwork was finished. My son was in a bit of pain and agitated so it was difficult to get vitals, however the nurse was kind and patient. The PA came in, asked what was going on and quickly and kindly took a look at my son. He diagnosed his ear infection, gave us a doctors note, some croc gibitz (he must have taken note that my son was wearing them) which was very thoughtful and the nurse gave him a sticker. We were on our way very quickly. So thankful they were open today, will be using them in the (hopefully not so soon) future.

Made an appointment online for my son, got there at the appointment time. Signed necessary new patient paperwork, was in a room within 5 mins. Did Covid test and flu test which was included in the $159 self pay price. Dr was extremely thorough and asked us questions and gave helpful home remedies. Definitely recommend!

Very personable staff. We drove from Farmersville. The closest urgent care to me is in Princeton, but I always walked away from that Urgent Care feeling dissatisfied . I will gladly Drive to Wylie for urgent care visits from now on.
