The Rx was ordered by my doctors office so I had no contact with a person. The Rx was delivered in a timely manner. My issue is that I placed a small cooler on the porch as you suggested. What does the driver do? See the photo HE took. In plain sight of the sidewalk and street. No way he missed seeing the cooler. Im aware it wasnt one of your people, but you should know how your delivery service operates.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Changing to 5 stars! Received a phone call from a person in management at Sands wanting to learn more about the delivery and what would be done to correct it. Very responsive and responsible. In keeping with what other reviewers have said. Good people = good business!

This process is fantastic. Many this process many times they send you an email stating it’s time for you to re-order and you just hit the number and they’ll call the doctor if your prescription has run out. I wish I had known about this along time ago! They have a small carrier that delivers to, receive texts when out for delivery, then another once delivered!!! Wonderful, just wonderful !!

My first delivery came today, after it was ordered by my doctor on December 16th. Theres a healthy $20 shipping fee attached to that. No clue why there were issues honestly. The CC was fine, address correct, prescription correct. For the shipping fee, I was expecting it to deliver by courier. This actually came by 2 day FedEx! Why not just pickup the meds!? For all the high phrases I heard about them, I wasnt as impressed for a first time customer.

Its very convenient and fast delivery, their service is outstanding! Your prescriptions are texted to you when its time for a refill, and then its a few clicks and your done. The prescriptions are delivered to you in 2 to 3 days! Its just easy and simple and Sands RX in Wylie, TX., is fantastic!!

This place has changed, and unfortunately not for the better; not sure what’s going on with them…delays in getting prescription received from doctor, filled in a timely manner and shipped on time; now when you call, there are long hold times; and now I won’t even be getting my medication on time? There use to be much more of a local pharmacy feel which is what I knew and trusted, but if it’s transitioning to more of a mail order feel, I may as well go with an alternative mail order pharmacy that has better pricing; this is really disappointing. :(

Delivery is great customer service reps are not helpful as far as looking up scripts. I had a new script that my doctor sent in this was a new and was found by one rep she stated that the scripts was put in I then told them I would give call back. When I returned to call and pay for my scripts it could not be found. The reps are not very friendly or willing to investigate.

As always, refilling my Rx is quick and easy, and I had it in hand in 2 days. Thats faster than I can get an Rx filled and received from my local pharmacy, and with a lot more friendliness and professionalism.Thank you for making theses transactions so nice and easy!

Sands Rx Pharmacy Wylie has been a blessing to me and my daughters health. They are always available by phone when I need them and they deliver out medications which is a big deal for me because my house is so far away from the pharmacy and I work during business hours.

Fast and Reliable Service. I used them first and then got my wife to start using them through her Dr. Now using Sands for his patients. I might be the reason for nearly 20 new patients/ customers.The prices could be a bit more user friendly, but that’s a different discussion.

It takes a couple weeks to get started on a new prescription but once that is set up it’s superEasy to get refills and have them delivered at no charge. They make everything very easy and the products seem to be high quality.

Thanks to the pharmacists and the pharmacy techs for making this such a seamless process. I can order my blood pressure medication refill from a big box store that begins with a W and it takes five days to complete the fill even with refills remaining. Then I can go pick it up. Hello, Ive been working with SandsRx for about 2 months, I havent ran into any problems. They send reminders to refill your prescription ahead of time and give keeps you updated through the entire process. I am thankful I found this company

They’re good in filling prescriptions. But the prices are very high and they offer no assistance for fixed income customers, which is sad. I pay almost $300 a month for my medicine. That could be a few weeks of food for me but got to have my medicine

Very nice! And super quick! Especially with me who procrastinates horribly last minute to get my weight loss meds ordered somehow they get it delivered within 3 days and I’m way out in the country! So very happy and pleased to be a customer!!

Excellent customer service!! I had to call in to speak with one of the associates as I didn’t understand my medication dosage NOT because they didn’t put it on my medication, but because I just had a really slow moment, lol. The young man that answered the phone was absolutely professional in every way from the beginning of the call to the end. So far fairly good service. It’s been about 8 weeks since I first started using SandsRx. Only communication has been through text. Which is Not answered promptly! I asked some questions via text and finally got an answer several days later which stated to call and speak to the pharmacist. How about you have the RPH contact me!! There’s a thought. I am a retired CPhT and this is not how you treat customers. Anyway I never did get my questions answered but being in the pharmacy business I sorta knew the answer.I did however like that the pharmacy initiated a refill. Ever since it’s been alright.

The only thing I would change is the delivery. They deliver my stuff at 4am but send me a notification that day at 7am that my item is out for delivery when truly it has already been delivered. On the Bright side, they have fast delivery!

I’ve only had one transaction with them so far, but I’ve had several interactions through the process and each time with a different person I was met with friendly, knowledgeable, and patient people who answered all my questions and made sure I understood all the details. My package even arrived early. I look forward to other transactions with them in the future.

Ive been using Sands Rx for the last several years and they have been amazing! I enjoy and appreciate the convenience their automated texting system provides as well as their online portal.

Over all these guys are a pain to deal with and really if you have another option you might want to consider it. On my second does they increased it by 10x and luckily I was smart enough to talk to my doctor before I just took it. When I contracted them they claimed it was my fault since I didn’t ask enough questions about why the price went up so much. After over a hour on the phone they finally decided to refund me for the mistake and I stopped taking the medication

Had a clinic appointment Friday. Got informed by SandsRX Pharmacy two days after the weekend about my package. Easy and clear communication while I was pending delivery. Delivered within 5 days. Recommend and will order again.

Overall pleased with the service provided. Only issue is with the ordering refills. Very inconsistent with the way it’s done. One month I’ll get an email asking if anything has changed such as payment methods and delivery address and the next mont no email and I have to call. Speaking to someone and changing delivery address get very confusing. My medication has to stay refrigerated, so I needed to have it sent to my wife’s job and the customer service guy just did not understand it was a business. I do have a cooler that I keep ice packs in to set outside my front door but the UPS guy or the FedEx guy don’t bother to set it in there. Can be frustrating

My orders always come quickly, even earlier than promised, They are packaged well and kept cool so I never have to worry about them getting overheated. The delivery person is very friendly. I’m very happy with my service.

I was having issues with missing packages at my residential address so was having this being delivered to UPS store. Please tell me how this is acceptable. My medication was delivered to UPS at 6:30am and just left at the front entrance of a closed store in a busy business area. I received no notifications that this even shipped so had no idea! I had to leave work and rush to a different city praying my medication that needed to be refrigerated was still there. Terrible, terrible, terrible service! SandsRX Wylie is too far for me to drive.

Getting a refill is a hassle with your company. Poor customer service ,when there is a problem no one contacted me. I text a refill 3 days later nothing has been started. The first time I used your company I was texted quickly and was informed about progress. Now no text until the day it ships. Once I talked to Rashad and he said he would get my order started and let me know whats happening. Never heard another word from you

I only have ordered this compound prescription three times. The first time was a complete absolute beating for many many reasons. Issues range from lying to me when they didn’t deliver it the morning stating they would do a second attempt same day, not true and telling me I would get it delivered that evening only to find out sand. Rx canceled it and rescheduled it. The third time I received the prescription almost a week late. I have asked my physician to find me a new compound pharmacy to make my prescription.

First few times was super easy. Follow up orders have been more difficult. Not sure how they compare on price to other places. Sometimes you get shipping notifications, some times you don’t.

Its an aggravating experience to have to call Sands several days after my doctor submits my script to check the status. Im more accustomed to pharmacies texting me that theyve received the order and are processing it. I was further disappointed to learn that my most recent script was on hold and again, I was not notified, which means it will be approximately 2 weeks since the script was sent in before I will receive it.

My medication was delivered much sooner than I expected and it was packaged well. I received instructions on how to receive it prior to the delivery to ensure that the medication would be kept at the proper temperature. The only issue I encountered was not being able to communicate directly with the pharmacy via phone call or text message.

I have been getting my scripts filled here for years. Whether its a compound or a regular prescription they have always been great to work with. The staff is always super friendly and helpful if I have any questions.

Sands had my prescription on WEDNESDAY. They said-3 days. Saturday rolls around-no vital prescription. I call them. They say their delivery service has it. Can I pick it up? No. IT WILL BE DELIVERED MONDAY! Delivery does not work on Saturday or Sunday. Is/was it kept refrigerated over the weekend? I have no confidence that it will be kept cold as it is supposed to be. THEY DONT REALLY HAVE A DELIVERY SERVICE-THEY HAVE A COUPLE GUYS THAT HAVE A VAN OR A TRUCK. They dont have my business anymore. To make it even better they DIDNT FILL THE PRESCRIPTION AS IT WAS SENT TO THEM BY MY DOCTOR. The delivery system for the medicine that was prescribed was not available so they just filled it the way that THEY wanted to fill it so now I have a 200.00 RX that I cant use. What a horrible experience dealing with these people.

Why not sending e-mail: Assuming that every phone number that the doctor provides accepts SMS/Text messages is unacceptable practice. My doctor ordered electronically medication from your pharmacy, after a week of no response I called the doctor who gave me SandsRx phone number and learned that you only communicate by TEXT/SMS with patients. Hopefully after giving your agent on the phone my credit card number my medication will be filled. Stop using TEXT/SMS for communicating with patients! Reading all the spam Text I get on my cellphone would keep me busy the entire day.

Disappointed in the results. 3 days short of completing week 6 and have lost 8 lbs. last week quit alcohol and 75% of my diet cokes to try and help results. Was 3 days late to start my second month because I didn’t get medication until a week after you received a new prescription. I responded to everything on the same day that I received it. I’m going to ask my pcp to make sure that you have a new prescription 10 days prior to needing it for my 3’rd month. Still hoping that this is the solution that I am looking for.

1st time using SandRx. Very quick shipping my medicine. I was expecting 3-4 days, & it arrived overnight. Medicine was less than half of what I was expecting. I dont know why I havent heard of them before, but Ill be using them alot in the future.

Be sure to ask price information ahead of time. We get a compound medication that went a level up and I did not know the price had doubled, times two till I got the order with receipt. $400 charge was quite a shock when I was only prepared for $200. They should have told us when I requested a refill, but they did not so make sure to ask.

Medication is fine. Communication is difficult. Timing is an issue. Sometimes Rx filled almost overnight, sometimes 3-4 days. Difficult to time delivery when you travel a lot.

I have been on semaglutide for about a year. When I say this pharmacy has only filled the prescription 1 time on time I mean that. I keep getting the same story of “your dr office didn’t fax it in.” After speaking to the dr this is apparently a very common issue and they trying to find another pharmacy since this one can’t get their act together.On top of that, my meds were delivered 2 times with an ice pack completely thawed out not even sweating and was told it was fine.

Oh my! Terrible pharmacy! My doctor sent a common prescription to Sands. After much waiting (I was the only person in there), the pharmacist came out and said they only fill compounded prescriptions, and to go to another pharmacy. So I went to CVS who called to transfer the prescription from them, and was told that Sands has no prescription for me. Weirdest experience ever. Wont ever use this pharmacy!

They delivered to the wrong address. When I called the delivery company they told me that since the pharmacy gave them the wrong address, it was my problem and that they couldn’t help me. So I had to hunt down where it was delivered and had to convince the people it was me that it was supposed to go to. That was fun. So I’ve been calling them since Thursday to correct my address and haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone it’s now Monday.

Sands has been so kind in answering my questions. Their delivery of my meds has been on time and exactly as they communicated to me.

Would be five stars if team would stop sending an entire pack of syringes with every Rx. I use two or three and the rest are a waste that needs to be safely disposed of.

Dosing instructions are extremely confusing. Semaglutide is dosed by mg/ml, yet when trying to speak with anybody about your prescription, they use the word units, which makes no sense since that is not part of the concentration of the medication. Also, vial sizes are not adjusted according to your dose as the dose is to increase every four weeks. It requires additional phone calls and dealing with somebody who continues to talk about units instead of mg or mls. Very frustrating.

I had a issue with filling out a prescription (it happens), but Denise was relentless with keeping me in the loop and communicating with my doctors office in order to insure that I got the correct dosage I needed.

Quick delivery. Meds come within about a week after ordering. I tried the semaglutide and tirzepatide compound and I don’t think it did anything but possibly help me maintain weight. Not 100% sure it even did that. Maybe I just need it compounded with something else. I’ve switched to a new clinic. Good luck to the rest of you.

Yall make it extremely easy to refill. One suggestion… option on whether you need more equipment (needles) or not. I feel bad that I have a surplus of equipment that is not needed because I only have 4 doses in each vial.
