Midwest Express Clinic

Had my first visit to a Midwest Clinic the other day and cannot believe how incredibly easy registration, online check in, and getting ready for a first visit was. Usually feels like an exhausting experience and takes forever but was done in less than 10min and completely hassle free. To make it even better, the staff was super friendly and genuinely left me feeling like they actually cared and listened. I will definitely recommend and return when needed.

The staff is extremely kind, caring, and patient. They go above and beyond with my two small children to make them feel safe and comfortable. They take extra time to explain processes to my kids to make them feel comfortable and to calm their anxiety. The interactions with the staff are always wonderful.

Obviously I was not feeling well when I stopped at this facility for care. And great care is what I received! From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. The office is exceptionally clean and I was in and out in less than an hour. Everyone that I came in contact with made me feel cared for, and my nurse even made me laugh. I’ve never had to wait an extreme amount of time, your hours are great and your staff and doctors are top notch. Always friendly and caring and i have never felt like just a number to be dealt with. Lisa was truly amazing. Thank you so much.

Every time I come here I am never disappointed. staff is always so friendly and very professional. I know I can always count on the staff to take care of my family when we are in a time of need, and lastly they get you in and out as quick as they possibly can. would 10/10 Recommend coming here for when you need to get checked on. Lisa has been so helpful, kind, and quick to get us checked in whenever my family and I come in to get checked out.

Even though I felt bad the staff made the experience very relaxing. They were polite and respectful. I didn’t have to wait long and was out very fast. I’m thankful that they are available because I would surely use them again.

Everybody was incredibly friendly, helpful and kind the nurse practitioner. Carrie Whitcombe was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process and gave me options for treatment and what I needed to do five stars 10 out of 10 best of the best.

So, Monica the nurse who took care of me was amazing. So kind, nice with a positive attitude and great personality. They helped me through everything so smoothly. The Nurse practitioner was also so nice and ery helpful. They both understand my needs and took care of me. I would give them a 10 out of 5 stars. Very pleased with the whole experience. I will definitely tell people about this experience and will go back. Thank you.😊

This was the quickest and easiest trip to the doctor. I checked in online and waited in the car until they called to let me know they were ready for us. We didn’t have to wait inside at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend!

The Staff and Doctor were so friendly. They were personable and cared about helping me feel better. I was in and out within about 45 minutes total! That was better than I was expecting

Scheduled an appt online. It was super easy. I was sent a link to complete the checkin. When I got there I let the girl at the desk know I was there and the wait was not long at all. The staff was great and got me everything I needed to start feeling better. Will definitely be back.

I am impressed with the service I received. The staff was prompt and very polite. Every staff member was delightful. The computers were having issues, and the staff advised the patients that it would be a slightly longer wait time. When I got to the servicing area, the staff used pen and paper and were prepared for the malfunction in the technology. It was impressive to see a business continue to function effectively without the use of the computers. Great job to all the staff.

I took my dad the MWC in Portage bc couldn’t get him in to his Dr . The sign- in was very simple and our wait time wasn’t bad considering I made the appointment an hour before. The staff was A1 and Dr was very friendly and accurate on diagnosis. We were in and out in two hours in the midst of a flu and everything else breakout.

I visited there office the other day with my son, who was quite anxious due to the busy environment. I was very grateful when the staff suggested that there other location just up the street had minimal wait times. This thoughtful and considerate gesture truly alleviated our stress and we ensured a much smoother experience due to the thoughtfulness of the staff.

My experience was truly fast and everyone apart of the staff was friendly! I came in an hr before closing. The receptionist welcomed me in kindly. Had me checked in and before I knew it, my vitals were being checked and I was meeting with the nurse practitioner to get a prescription. 10/10 highly recommend coming here!

I love coming here for myself and my kids. Theyre super friendly and fast and so down to earth it almost doesnt even feel like youre there for an appt. I appreciate how well they treat their patients.

Nice professional! Have gone there multiple times as a walk-in and had no issues. Always make sure to call ahead if youre going to do a walk-in! They can usually let you know what the current wait time is. At least youre not blindsided when you walk in with a two hour wait.A lot better than most of the other options I have in my area. Unlike most other clinics in my area these guys actually listen.

I went to the clinic because I was having symptoms of a UTI. The lady at check-in was very pleasant, and Jill, who took me to my room and took my vitals and asked all the right questions and typed everything into the computer was very friendly. The NP, Raven who saw me was very thorough with her questions and examination was also super friendly and understanding of my issues. The facility was also very clean, and I was seen quickly.

Very quick amazing doctors and nurses. They listen to you. And the best part about them is they have you in and out within 30 minutes start to finish

Ive had to take my kids here a handful of times due to not being able to get them into their MD. Even when its busy, we never wait more than 15-20 mins. Everyone is so nice and they really listen to me when I say something just isnt right with my kid. I also work in healthcare and know it is hard to remain positive in the profession. Ive never dealt with any negativity here. Always in and out quickly.

Seriously the best urgent care experience ever! I went to the Portage location. Everyone was incredibly kind + helpful. Short wait time. Short visit. I did book a reservation ahead of time, so that helped. Overall, it was such a great experience. Thank you!

Staff was kind and courteous. They allow you to wait in your car and are honest when sharing wait times and updates. Most importantly, the providers are thorough and so kind!!

New to the area, and hadnt even had time to coordinate our regular doctors yet. Had to bring both my kids in after getting illnesses from school. Everyone in the office from the receptionist to nurses to doctors were great. We never had to wait for them 5-10 minutes at most to be seen during the week.

Went in today- walked in. 2 people waiting. Told them we will be in the car as we all have covid..which i have done just about every time I come. After waiting an hour and watching people come & go i called. They told me they arent sure what happened to come in & they will take care of me. Came in- workers just walked past me. Didnt say anything.. I eventually just left. Wasted an hour sitting in my car while being sick & in pain. Definitely will reconsider my choice of urgent aids after this.

Online registration was easy a quick. Arrived on time and waited only 10 minutes. The doctor was great, better experience than my family doctor!

We use the Midwest Express Clinic in Portage for so many things: Sports physicals, bone injuries, illness and moderate emergencies. The staff if always very pleasant and the treatment has always been top notch! Everyone is friendly and has great bed side manner. It is so great to walk in and be seen so quickly. They are the best!

It took about an hour wait to be seen. The receptionist, nurses and Dr. Whitcomb I beleive her name was were all very nice and professional. One thing I was uncomfortable with is the waiting area. Its very very small. 8x16. With about 15 other people in there youre right on top of each other. So youre very exposed to other illnesses.

I contacted Midwest Express on a Sunday. My daughter hurt her foot and we needed a place with X-ray capabilities. I called the portage location and they had a tech onsite that day.We walked in and the receptionist took care of us right away. Yes, we had to wait (it’s healthcare after all) but they had an engaging movie. As we were escorted to the exam room, they played uplifting music and had photos of staff. The NP was kind and gentle; called me in just a few hours with the X-ray results. The X-ray technician was AMAZING.I’d definitely recommend this clinic. Staff is great, clean and has a positive vibe.

Raven, the NP, was amazing! She took her time with me and really tried to help! I am so grateful for that! All of the staff were excellent!

Showed up because my son was coughing and it sounded like pneumonia. Everyone was super friendly, the facility is clean and smells nice and we always leave feeling like we received quality care. For an immediate care center they are always on point.

Fast check in! Fast service. Those nurses had everything moving like a well tuned machine. One isasking you admission questions, they other is taking your vitals. The doc comes in, shes right to the point and explaining things. I was impressed!

I had a great experience at Midwest Express Clinic. I was immediately taken as a walk in. I met with a nurse practitioner named Raven. She was very kind and thorough. It was a very positive experience.

I was seen by an amazing nurse practitioner! She was sweet and thorough with her examination. I was diagnosed on the spot, with necessary medication called in to my preferred pharmacy.The front desk was very inviting, with no wait time!The entire facility was very convenient to get to, and was ver clean and orderly. I highly recommend!

Check in was super fast, Staff was kind, caring and sweet. Made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns and researched to make sure there would be no interactions from prescription with underlying health issues. Treatment went well and I’m doing much better. Seems like everyone there is happy to work there.My husband also had a great experience when he went a couple weeks back with pneumonia. They are very knowledgeable and the place is clean and well run. Would definitely visit again and recommend 10/10

I have been to the Portage, IN Clinic twice and I have been in and out in a timely manner both times. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional and even thought they were super busy I was taken care of with kindness and compassion!

It is a small building with less doctors so you might be waiting a littler longer then normal but it was worth the wait. They actually tried to figure out what was wrong instead of quickly trying to get me out of there with no answers. From the front desk to the nurses everyone was very nice!

This was my very first time there and the staff and wait time was great! Yhe staff concentrated on my needs and they All took good care of me. High 5!

Monica (front desk) she is the woman for the job, got me check in very fast and to the back, Kylia (triage) has a bubbly personality and very good at her job, Crystal (Np) check me out, gave me some good advice… Midwest Express Clinic should be happy to have these ladies as employees they showed nothing but 5 star service….

Thankful for the rapid services from checking in, to triage to being seen by the nurse practitioner... Bei g sent for a stat ultrasound prompted me to know that they were concerned about my immediate need for treatment.

I can’t say it enough, I love this place! My mother is 94 years old and has dementia and is slightly disabled. She came to live with me 5 years ago. Whenever she has a problem I bring her to the Portage, IN, Midwest Express. They are always courteous, helpful, and fast. I call ahead or online for an appointment. We are in and out so fast, which is a big deal for my Mom.

I tried to get into see my primary doctor—2 months before I could get in. Went to Midwest clinic and saw the doctor within half hour. Great doctor. Got medication and already feeling better in just one day .

Very good place to go! Quick and always right! I take my three year old and they are soooooo kind to him!Update: just went again and the same doctor is there! She’s still super amazing! The front desk nurse lady was soooooo sweet too! Literally every time we go here we have a wonderful experience.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We were treated quickly and with much respect. We were given clear instructions upon discharge and sent on our way. It was a very pleasant experience. I dont want to have to go again, but if I need to, Ill gladly go there!

Booked online and maybe waited 30 mins. It’s best to schedule your appointment. Everyone was nice and the place was clean and sterile.

I visited on July 5th and was scared it would be packed from 4th of July accidents. I scheduled my appointment on line and was seen about 10 minutes after the time I selected. The lady at the front desk was very nice, welcoming and muli-tasking like crazy. The nurse who took my blood pressure was also nice, fast and efficient. The doctor came in quickly, made me feel at ease and let me know what was wrong. I will definitely use this center for emergencies.

Had an emergency visit due to a serious eye injury. I was seen immediately by your staff and the Doctors advised me to go to a local hospital emergency room, as it would be better treated by an actual eye Doctor. I appreciated their quick response and honesty on their medical capabilities.

Nurse Practitioner was extremely pleasant and provided me with the competent compassionate care I needed. Very convenient. Would highly recommend.

I like this urgent care for my daughter and myself they are fast no long waited unless flu season but they take care their time before you leave the clinic . Very friendly and care about patients

I took my son as a walk-in for a sports physical. Crystal was the doctor who examined him. She is great as was everyone we encountered during the visit! I highly recommend Midwest Express, they offer many services!

Anytime I need to be seen quickly due to some kind of illness that just makes me feel poopy, the staff at Midwest Express Clinic is so friendly and attentive, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. They listen well and do their best to get you in and out so you can get your necessary medication and be back on the road to recovery.

Even though I just went in for an eye infection she was concerned on what medicine to give me because of my other conditions. I just loved her. Will go back there for minor issues. We went to Midwest Clinic on a Sunday. It was the first time for both my husband and me. Although they were very busy (every seat was taken) the staff was very organized and things moved smoothly. Everyone was friendly and professional. If we ever have a problem, we would definitely go back.Update: April 25, 2024Have been back to the clinic a total of 4 times. The latest being April 25th. Midwest Clinic is very organized and all the staff are very nice. Even though they are usually busy, the wait time is never that long. The team works together to get you in, diagnosed and treated. Went to the Portage ER first for a dog bite waited a half an hour while theres nobody else waiting. Asked a cleaning lady where I could go and she pointed me to here. I was in and out in five minutes. The doctor treated me washed my wound cleaned it out gave me antibiotics and I was on my way. I will always go here first now.

I had a wonderful nurse practitioner named Kari W. and I had a wonderful nurse named Kylie KYLIE. I will definitely be returning if I’m in pain.

I have see different Doctors at the Portage location in the past, every one has been fantastic. Yesterday I had Keri, who explained everything to me, and like my past experiences, Keri was fantastic

This is the place. When I need help with the little things, getting sinus inf. What can I say the nurse practitioner was amazing.. She was so knowledgeable and really cared that I was in pain( my shoulder and arm).. She prescribed some meds ( muscle relaxers) that really helped.. Let me also mention that the nurses were exceptional as well Thank You Midwest Express

Staff was very friendly. It was busy at the time we went so there was a little bit of a wait but nothing excessive. We were in and out within an hour, Im sure it would have been much faster but like I said it was busy at that time. I love that they were open on Sunday and was just able to walk in and get help quickly.

Great service from front desk following clinic staff. NP Keri was great she assessed my daughter who was not feeling good. Who was previously was told that it was seasonal allergies by Northshore NP. So glad that I decided to get second opinion. My daughter is feeling much better. Thank you so much!!!!!!

I have visit the portage site in front of Walmart about 4 or 5 times. Every time the staff is very friendly, always listening to my concers , and take their time but yet you wont wait long..

I received great care and follow up appointment with doctor. They’re more understanding than my PCP. They took their time with me and made sure any questions I had were answered before I left my appointment. It’s better to have an appointment set up but they do accept walk ins. Like how they have late hours as well. Recommend.

I saw Dr. Victoria in 3 different visits hands down the BEST experience ever every time. Shes very sweet and very smart. I have a complex health and every treatment shes given me works without fail or complicating anything. I Trust her with me. This location in particular has given me quick and consistent great service not just from Dr Victoria but the rest of the staff also they are very polite, respectful and professional. 👍

I highly recommend the Midwest Express Clinic! The facility was very clean and inviting and the staff was very nice! I was in and out very quickly and my script was sent over to my pharmacy right away.

I got an appointment time within 30 minutes and was only in the facility for about 30 minutes. The staff and doctor were friendly and informative. They really helped me to get over my illness fast and conveniently. So glad I tried them out!

The facility is clean and the staff is professional and friendly. They did everything they could to ensure that our visit was time effective while doing a thorough job. We were able to complete our necessary paperwork and the medical check more quickly than expected. The atmosphere of the office was very positive. We appreciate all of the work that the ladies did and their cheerful disposition.

I usually go here for urgent care matters and have been pleased with the services from start to finish. However in my last visit, the NP wrongly assessed my son’s skin condition which is getting worse and they had no remedy for the mistake. My only option was to be charged for another visit for someone else to guess a diagnosis. I am very disappointed in the lack of a procedure to make things right financially (e.g. a free follow up visit) after the initial visit and a prescription was already paid for that rendered no results.

There were some concerns about cleanliness when this place had first opened, but have since been addressed pretty well. The care is good, and the convenience is very much appreciated. I am glad that this clinic is an option, especially in an area where there are not many options for patients seeking medical care! I recommend visiting if you need to!

Every time that I need some type of urgent care needs met Midwest Express is always there. They address your needs effectively and efficiently. They provide speedy service and they provide quality care.

I called ahead of time with some questions and was helped accordingly and scheduled an appointment and was able to get in within the hour of calling. I arrived and was greeted by staff and was helped with any paperwork questions. The medical assistants were great and had great bed side manors. The Nurse Practitioner Keri Whitcomb was absolutely amazing and her level of care and knowledge help complete the visit knowing I was given the proper diagnosis.

I entire staff, from the time I walked in was extremely professional, hospitable, helpful. I thanked them for their great service.

In quickly despite the line. Nurse and nurse practitioner both very kind, not rushed, thorough and listened. Gave plenty of space to ask questions and werent presumptuous. Nice balance of their knowledge, my personal choices being valued, risk avoidance, bedside manner, and conversational tone.Definitely the best urgent care visit Ive ever had.

In the past going to other facilities for a CDL Physical I’ve waited up to 3 hours just waiting to be seen no names mentioned. I will never come back to them.Midwest by far exceeded my expectations beyond what l thought.I will be going to Midwest for all my immediate medical needs in the future. Thank you to all the staff for the best express service I’ve ever had anywhere.In addition it is just great to visit a facility and see the same employees that you have seen before.Other businesses tend to move around people too often.In addition my interactions with all staff are always pleasant.Now they are in Walgreens on Willowcreek and 6.I’ll have to check out.

2nd review october 2024: went in for back pain. Diagnosed with pneumonia. Go figure. Z pack, prednisone, and inhaler. Pain gone, breathing improving all in less that 24 hours. Nurse practitioner hit this spot on by asking the right questions. She should be a doctor.1st review over a year ago: Pre registered online, first visit & no paperwork to fill out. Everyone was pleasant & professional. This will be my goto place for occasional immediate care.

I’ve had a lot of awful experiences at doctors in the NWI area, but I am so glad that I have found the opposite at this Midwest express clinic location!! The people working there are so kind and helpful. They get you in and out as quick as they can, while still making sure you get your questions answered. Today I went and they were SO busy. Checked in, waited in my car, got called in, and was out in 35 min! I also watched two GROWN men raise their voice and be incredibly disrespectful to the staff member working at the front desk. Kudos to her for handling the situation with grace and empathy, something these two men clearly lack ❤️

Easy to register online & quickly got in. My insurance is a little spazzy so they couldnt confirm or bill it directly (Sunday morning) so the whole staff was conscious of what my out of pocket costs would be and advised me every step to be sure I would be comfortable with the costs incurred.Will definitely be back should I find myself in need.

Just went there today 9/2024 to have my grandson checked and they refused to see him due to a bill. Come to find out its their billing department that did not submit properly so there should not even be a bill. Convient for their billing dept not to answer their phone when insurance company has tried to call them to straighten this out. Girl behind counter when we arrived to be seen was rude and not helpful at all. Boy now Im am informed and lady you need to get informed. No one ever, as many times I was there with him, did they say anything was owed to them. Well if their billing dept would do their job by resubmitting they would get their damn money. No one answered phone so problem could be corrected so I am posting review. This is the first time I have come across a rude employee in this clinic. Lady its your billing dept fault not mine. I cannot fix this only your billing dept and the insurance company.

I will definitely return to this urgent care in the future. Not only were they quick and helped me get what I needed to heal but every single person that I encountered was truly friendly and caring. They were all fantastic. 10/10 recommend.

Ive always had a good experience going here to Midwest Express clinic Im never had a problem always taking care of me and theyre the ones that let me know that I had a grandbaby coming I love them

Best experience at the dr I have ever had. The entire staff was so nice, I had an issue with my insurance and they took time to figure it out, and the Dr. herself treated me like a person, asked questions, and made sure she understood what was going on. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I usually have the worst time anytime I have to go in for something at other facilities, but not this time. They were so kind.

Took my daughter for a sports physical, great, friendly staff, efficient, got us in and out in about 20 minutes. Went back this year because last year it was so easy.

Doctor was very Pleasant and told us good information on what we can do to feel better. She checked us out really good all 3 of us. Hopefully if I come back. Id like her to see as our Doctor her first name was Sharon. I know that because thats my first name anyways. I didnt catch her last name and I feel bad about that.

The staff was super nice and very informative. Midwest doesnt take outside referrals but they still saw me and gave me all my info so I could fax it myself. I am absolutely horrible with names but the nurse that did my ekg was so nice and talked me through everything she was doing. I was so nervous about it but she was great with getting my mind occupied so I could calm down for the test. They were super busy but it didnt even feel like they were, I was in a room in no time and taken care of. I actually work next door to the clinic and the staff is always so nice to talk to. 100% recommend friends and family to go for their primary and urgent needs.

The staff and NP were seriously unbelievable. I went in for one thing and they treated me almost immediately, they noticed something else and treated that too! I could not be happier or more pleased. Go here! Youll be better for it

All the nurses and doctors were very helpful. I was mauled by a dog and they were able to clean my wounds and put me in the right direction for the best care. They were super nice and made me feel comfortable. Zero complaints during my visit. I would go back.

Check in was fast I still can’t believe I it my fingers with a butter knife and everyone was friendly and professional and I was in and out my bad finger got glued

Since I do not have a family doctor, I usually come to midwest express for the majority of my health needs. I came in around 7pm yesterday and was seen within a few minutes of waiting. The doctor and nurses were very nice, and willing to listen to my issues. I ended up testing positive for strep throat. The entire visit was excellent, and will continue to refer friends and family.

My son bear 🐻 loved his experience there! He went during the holiday season and loved their Christmas tree and helped himself to a gift… giggles he’s only 4 years old but still. Too funny, I thought the staff would be mad but nope they gave him a candy cane too and of course he put the present back. The service is always great and they are patient and kind, even if it’s an ongoing medical problem. Thanks kindly. Ive been here several times & its always a great experience! Last night I came in with my son an hour before they closed & everyone was wonderful. They all had smiles & were cheery!! It was just a fabulous atmosphere! We will definitely continue going there. Keep up the good job!!

I went to this location in Portage, IN., with some concerns. I was greeted by the receptionist as soon as i walked in. No sooner than me filling out the paperwork, I was being called to see the doctor. Every employee that I had an encounter with, was pleasant. Great experience especially that being my 1st visit there.

Terrible !!!!!! I’m a struggling single dad and down to my last 50 dollars, my daughter was sick and this place wouldn’t treat my daughter unless I paid them 20 bucks because I owed them 100 , they care more about their financial gain than their patients health or well being! Don’t take your kids to this place ! Instead go to portage north shore where they will treat you no matter if you’re struggling with money.

Every lady that we had an encounter with was extremely professional and nice! They had us in and out and has patience with our little man! They went so far as giving him a popsicle & breaking him out of his fears of doctors!! We have been here several times and have yet to have any problems with the staff or doctors!! I have never been treated this wonderful at a clinic in my WHOLE life! It seems nowadays that the medical community is just rude people! They act like we are just robots. It seemslike they don’t know that we are their customers and they get paid by us! I just don’t understand it!I believe that this medical facility has been trained by the very best! This place was great. Even notified everyone up front there was a wait, so I do appreciate that. NP was very nice and helpful and actually took the time to answer any questions. Compared to Northwest Health, I will come here from now on.

I love Midwest Express Clinics. Ive been to multiple locations and all are equally great. The NPs and medical assistants are the best! Oftentimes, I choose Midwest Express over my own primary care physician . When I dont feel well, I want to be seen now, not 2 weeks later. I love the convenience of online check-in. I pick the day and time...never a long wait. The whole experience is very comfortable and I know Im in good hands! Thanks, Midwest Express.

The Nurse practitioner was amazing, I was greeted well and processed quickly. My Nurse knows her stuff, after seeing her and taking meds I was like new the following morning, amazing. You guys are Great!

Went early in the morning shortly after opening and was taken right in. I had been feeling bad for a couple days, tested me for strep, Covid and the flu.The flu test came back positive.Was treated and released, in and out in less then an hour!Everyone was very kind and supportive.Thank you

I take my kids here any time we need quick help! We never wait very long and the staff is always amazing. My son went with a stomach virus and got sick all over the floor and they didnt even bat an eye. The doctor showed a lot of care, concern and passion for my son and didnt let us leave until she knew he was going to be okay!

I have been going to the Portage, Indiana location and they are always pleasant and professional. Krystal was my practitioner, and as a First Responder for over 30 years, I say with certainty, no one has ever shown me more genuine care!!! She was awesome!!!!

I have been here a few times now and they are outstanding. Very short wait. All of the staff is so friendly and patient. Especially the physician I have seen twice now. I cant remember her name and its bugging me now but she is the kindest and most gentle doctor Ive ever worked with, even better than my family doctor. The nurse who did my EKG and blood work, Lindsey, listened to my concerns and took the extra time and care to make sure I was comfortable and safe. They are truly doing it right here.

The care we received was phenomenal...so much better than we expected! We travel in our RV full-time so urgent medical care can be complicated. From check-in to intake, x-rays to the doctors exam and treatment...we felt very well cared for. We received an excellent referral to an area ER for one of our issues and all was resolved. I would definitely recommend this kind and well-organized staff!

The NP Brittany was fantastic. She had the best bedside manner Ive ever seen and experienced. All the staff, from reception to nurses who checked me in and took vital information were wonderful. Super friendly and really listen to what I was saying. Another thing: the wait time! While there were several people ahead of me, I was in and out in under half an hour where I receive not only care in the clinic but also after care (prescriptions) when I left to help with the allergic reaction I had. Hopefully I don’t, but if I ever have a health issue that arises that warrants visiting an urgent care again, I will absolutely return to the Portage clinic. Thank you!

I took my dad for a B12 shot. He is elderly and they offered to come out to the car to give him his shot to make it easier. Fantastic gesture and such kind staff!I received one too and it was quick and easy. I will definitely be going back each month.

I didn’t have to wait very long. The staff from registration to the input nurse was very kind, caring, and professional. Crystal was very kind and compassionate. She listened and was very informative. I have never been to an urgent care before but thanks to all the staff I will be back if needed.

Quick fast and painless excellent service excellent people amazingly fast service I was in and out within minutes.

I came into the office about an hour before closing for a rapid test for covid and flu. The staff and PA i had were all very nice and welcoming! I definitely will be back and recommend this urgent clinic to anyone.

Staff is exceptional. My husband and I have taken our daughter to midwest express in portage IN twice now. Both times we got in within 15-20 minutes and they went above and beyond with treating her and checking off all the boxes. From the front desk to the nurses and doctors - they are amazing

This clinic has been there for me and my son since we’ve moved out here. Keri and everyone are amazing! Great service, the most friendly staff always.. they get you in and out and we’re always thoroughly examined and treated correctly every time! Today I just found out I’m pregnant here! Im Davids wife, went in with pain in my side.got right in. Nurse practitioner victoria was great! Wish she could be my permanent doctor. Staff was also very nice! Def recomend this place!

The absolute best!!! Came in with an ear wax problem that another doctor couldnt resolve, and they had me fully unclogged within minutes. My whole urgent care visit was about 30mins, and I was in and out. The team was amazing, caring, understanding, and listened to me and was extremely helpful. They made sure I didnt leave without my issue being fully resolved. They were awesome! I am so happy I can hear again. I would definitely return if I have any other urgent matters and would highly recommend!

Great experience and staff! Ari and Jessica went completely out of their way to get me the help I needed. They even went as far as helping with my insurance from the VA to cover charges that I didn’t even know I was able to get. I was ready to pay out of pocket for the services just to avoid the hassle. Everyone there was a pleasure to work with and I can see these people as assets to this business. I will be recommending them to others who are in need of services. Highly recommend!

My kids needed sports physicals. I had limited time due to our crazy schedules and they were quick and incredibly helpful! I had trouble checking in online... they quickly resolved that at the front desk. I forgot to bring the physical forms...the front desk found them online and printed them for me! The front desk, nurses, and doctor were exceptional.

From the first phone call and registering online, everything was smooth and efficient. There were 5 of us scheduled and the effective way of how everything was set up, we were all seen within a reasonable time frame and on our way! The Dr we saw was extremely pleasant and so nice! If I could make her my PCP I would! There was a second occasion I needed one of my daughters to be seen and the next Dr we saw was also extremely pleasant and nice! The assistants and phone personnel were a great experience as well! Thank you!
