Midwest Express Clinic

Went in with what turned out to be Flu A and everyone there was very nice. The receptionist was friendly, the nurse was very sweet and the nurse practitioner was amazing. She explained my treatment options thoroughly and helped me find that medicines to eleviate my symptoms. Will be going back (hopefully a long time from now).

I specifically go to this clinic because of the Nurse Practitioners! They are thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. You can tell they actually care about the patient. Both experiences have been wonderful and why they are my first choice for immediate treatment.The medical assistants/receptionists are awesome, too! So kind and helpful.

This express clinic is amazing! The staff are wonderful and know what theyre doing and theyre also kind and caring. I have not found care this good at any other express clinic. They were able to diagnose and treat what other locations werent able to. This is now my regular stop when we need a doctor visit!

The NP who addressed my son’s concerns was so nice and pleasant I will bring my son back to this location anytime. She listened to my complaints and taught me how to address them next time. My son is also autistic and non verbal and as an advocate for him means so much for a doctor to listen and help you get your child back to normal health. I love people like this nurse practitioner. The only MA was nice to my son too. I really appreciate that too. Thank you so much!!!!!

Super professional, from check-in to walking out the door in under an hour, on an extremely busy day before a holiday. I had never been to this urgent care type of establishment. Convenient location with pharmacy literally in the same building! Well done Midwest Express Clinic Urgent Care!

Very happy with services. Very quickly got in. Nurse & NP was great. Very cautiously prescribed meds for my father whos kidneys arent the best. Receptionist was very kind and helpful. Will recommend!

I have never been to this clinic, but it was a very welcome place to go to. The staff was extremely kind and very apologetic for having to wait, which is only about 10 minutes. The quick the care was good and I was in and out. They took my insurance which was a plus and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

There was no wait time. Everyone was professional. Reception area was clean and stocked with masks, hand sanitizer and water. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with how friendly the staff is, and how quickly and efficiently they work together. Also very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. Definitely will use them again when unable to see my personal doctor.

I had a good experience at MEC. NP Kiana is excellent, thorough and knowledgeable. With her treatment, I was back to normal in a couple of days. I would not hesitate to visit here again, and would recommend for anyone needing medical care that doesnt require an emergency room visit.

I highly recommend Midwest Express in Walgreens located in Portage,In. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I suffered for many of years with health issues and my primary couldn’t figure out why. After two visits to Midwest they found & diagnosed my issue. Just had surgery and on the road to recovery. I will be forever grateful!

This was my very first time visiting any of the Express Clinics. My health has always been very good, thanks to the Almighty God, which required only yearly medical visits. I really appreciated the genuine care, professionalism, and fast service from the intake receptionist as well as Nurse Keona. The Express Clinic offered a clean, convenient, and customer friendly atmosphere; great for emergencies!!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I had stopped by the Portage clinic - with no appointment - to have food allergy testing. The nurse practitioner was so knowledgeable. She listened intently and gave me detailed responses to my medical questions. I’d gone in for food allergy testing, but I also had autoimmune testing done. This was quick and easy. I had no idea that this testing was available at Midwest Express Clinics. I’m grateful and impressed!

First time there and it was a great experience. Staff and doctor were very friendly , compassionate , and professional.

My daughter split her chin open while playing a few days ago. In my search for urgent care, this location of Midwest Express was the closest. From the moment we walked in the door the staff was welcoming and friendly. Once in the exam room, the NP explained everything to my daughter before doing anything. She got her chin taken care of and even got a cool goodie bag before leaving! Would absolutely go back, if needed

I work at a hospital close by..and hadnt been feeling well thur and fri..so after working a full day Saturday I was feeling worse..I debated to stop at clonic w/in the Walgreens at willowcreek rd..I was welcomed and reassured I made the right choice! Negative swabs 4 covid and influenza! And recommendation for Zpac..for my severe sore throat and cold symptoms..I was feeling better w/in 2 days! Very professional and friendly..cant recall the gals names but super nice!

Went Sunday as everyone has had holiday flu of some sort and the woman there were absolutely amazing and caring!

I have been to this clinic 3 times recently and all visits have been pleasant. The doctors and staff have all been professional and welcoming. They made feel comfortable and took care of me quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend them.

Visit Midwest express clinic on Sunday had a very good experience wait time was not a problem got in right away staff very cordial and friendly and doctor asked questions that I thought was appropriate for the situation. Would definitely go back again and recommended to my friends.!
