Nadia was amazing! She called me to help me set up the appointment and got me in the same day. She was wonderful and the little needle didnt even hurt. She was that good!!Follow up to give a review for my second appointment with them. Nadia and charity were amazing. I was super late because I took some long-term skating here and they were so friendly and sweet when I walked in the door and they helped me right away. Very professional. Made an apt for 9:45 on a Friday. Took me 15 minutes early. Strongly suggest making an apt as opposed to walkin.

By far the most effortless, painless blood draw process I have completed. Nadia is very friendly and customer service oriented.

The service is good, but they have a serious problem with their hours that needs to be fixed. Online they claim to be open until 6pm. Upon calling for an appoitment they said theyre open until 430. However they stop serve at 330 as they cant process your blood past that time. This causes me to sit in. Traffic for 40 minuets to get there before 430 only to be turned away and have to drive back home, in traffic with nothing to show for it. Business hours should reflect hours of service, not how long youre there cleaning up at the end of the day.

Absolutely blown away with these guys. It took me less than 10 minutes to book an appointment on their website and go in and have my blood drawn (drive time excluded).On top of that the phlebotomist hit on the first stick which is very impressive as I have mischievous veins.I will be back for sure.

Had a 9 a.m. appointment for Saturday that was booked online. I got there the office was closed and no one ever showed up. Thankfully I was paying with cash and didnt prepay for the apt

I called today to see if I could come in for a new hire drug test and spoke with Nadia. She was eager to help and said I could come right away. When I arrived, Nadia welcomed me in and helped right away! The office is clean and comfortable. Charity performed my test and she was very kind and professional. She explained things throughout the process to keep me comfortable. I highly recommend this test location as they make the experience easy and quick!
