Great facility, clean and the employee I worked with was very patient!!I believe his name was Jared.I attempted my test 3 times and each time he was patient and kind. I held him up past close and he was so sweet to me, still.If I ever need to go back, I hope to have him as he didnt make me feel nervous at all like some places do.

When I walked into the lab, there were 2 nice workers. A young gentleman and lady. The ladys name was Maggie Perez. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She really did a great job helping me. Thank you.

Not what i was expecting. Make sure they dont take a chunk of your hair on top of your head where everyone can see it. Management should take personal phone calls NOT at the front desk while customers are trying to learn about the procedures. Help wanted? I understand why.

Our experience was amazing! This was my son’s first fasting lab test, he is very afraid of shots. She kept him calm and talked him through everything. He passed out after it was all done, and Alexis helped both of us through it. She was so amazing! As a mom seeing my son pass out for the first time, I was freaking out. She kept me calm and took care of son. I couldn’t thank her enough!

Maggie was so sweet and helpful! It was such an easy process, got all my questions answered within minutes and got a same day appointment.

My technician that I had from start to finish was awesome! But the lady that’s the manager, I assume, is the reason I’m giving it 2 stars. I really wanted to just give one. But that isn’t fair to the other 2 people working there. I was there for a urine drug screen as part of preemployment for a job offer I had just accepted and due to start in 3 days. Unfortunately, I had trouble giving them a sample adequately enough for them to send out. I’d had a stomach bug and was pretty dehydrated, but never expected it to be a problem. Long story short, she was so rude and hateful, making comments to me, and to the other employees about how “people like me know they can’t pass, and always think they can trick the system”It took me 2 hours and 54 mins (if you can’t give them the sample in 3 hours, it’s considered a refusal and you have to leave), 3 bottles of water which I had to use cash to pay for, in spite of them having a water cooler, I couldn’t leave- even to walk out to my car to get some crackers. She made me feel like a druggy, wasting her time. She even stayed passed the end of her shift bc she thought I might give the other 2 employees trouble “when” I was told my time was up. With 6 minutes to spare they got their sample, I started as originally scheduled, passed the drug screen and have been there a month. Customer service goes a very long way.BE KIND, it is not YOUR job to judge!

This was my second visit to Any Lab Test Now in Wichita Falls. My visit was easy peasy, fast, painless and the staff was very friendly. When I was there this year, Maggie, one of the plembotomist who was at the front desk, actually remembered me from the prior year when I had gone there! This is an amazing place to get your lab tests done! I have a very strict work schedule but they were so easy to work with and accommodating to help me out! They were so nice, and made the process quick and easy. I needed to get four tests done and I was in and out in no more than 15 minutes. Can’t recommend this place enough if you are in need of getting your lab tests done!

I have had multiple tests done here without issue. The prices are reasonable and the care providers are always helpful and fully explain the process. Everyone is friendly and professional. Its so much easier than having to set up a doctor appointment and having to beg your doctor for a specific test. Results are emailed quickly. Definitely recommend.

Staff pretty much ignored everyone. Had about 9 people sitting in the wait room and no one had seen any staff members for an hour. Phone was ringing the entire time and the staff in the back just never came to talk to anyone or answer any phones. People finally started to just start leaving. 1/19/24

This facility was very clean, fast and professional during my eScreening for nursing school.

My doctor wasn’t specific with some of the labs and Maggie called her office a handful of times to try and get me in and out as quickly as possible so I wouldn’t have to wait around or come back a different time/day. Maggie was fantastic with the blood draw, no bruising at all, got a good stick with only 1 attempt and it was painless. She was so kind and helpful. I would 100% recommend anyone to go here to get testing done. The facility was clean and inviting. Everyone was in a good mood and had great customer service.

Not a bad testing facility, however there should be 2 test technicians at any given time. The one technician was kind and respectful. The wait was longer than expected but I was treated great once testing began.

Jared was a great specimen collector and very friendly and professional. Made my appointment a breeze.

A simple lab test turned into a two day affair. The fax machine wasn’t working. The employee tried to call management and they said their was nothing wrong with the fax. Fax started working around midnight. Went in the following day and had to wait forty minutes to be seen. Only one employee working while training someone else. Went to do the lab and the employee forgot to fill a blood tube and had to re-stick me with another needle. There were two other customers and I know the one after me waited over a hour. Y’all need more than one person working the lab testing.

She was very fast and very busy. Get that girl some help.

DJ was both very professional and personable. Pan was being trained and was attentive as well. I was in and out in 30 minutes on a Saturday. All of my questions were answered or attended to promptly. These people have pride in what they do.

The entire process is simple and smooth. I was requesting the Comprehensive Female Panel so blood needed to be drawn. I have tiny (almost hidden) veins so I tend to give nurses a run for their money. Maggie was the best!!! She was calm and patient. I didn’t feel any discomfort. I think this may be one of few times I won’t be bruised. Big kudos to Maggie!

I recommend using them. You won’t regret it. It’s the only place I can go for labs and always walk out with a smile on my face. I am a very hard (probably the hardest) stick due to vasculitis and Maggie gets me on the first stick every time with no pain.

I needed a varicella titer, and the young man who performed by blood draw did such a good job that I barely felt a thing. This is my second time using AnyLabTest now, and they’ve been quick, friendly, and professional in ever interaction I’ve had with them.

The lady working was all by herself there and had 5 people in there but she did a wonderful job getting everyone signed in and everything done very promptly

I walked in and gave them my information I had the test set up rather quickly. The guy that did my test was good at getting the vein and getting the sample quickly. He was very thorough with making sure he had everything my doctor wanted. I like that he took the time to verify everything with the doctors office. They were all very polite and I would highly recommend. Way better than going to a hospital.

Started off rough. Was already having a bad day, almost got worse when I was told that I needed a mask and was in tears with anxiety about getting it done. An awesome lady outside gave me a mask. The ladies were nice. Guy up front started rough but was able to relate to me with my situation and talked through it. Was very gentle and kind to my son while swabbing his cheek and was very proper with how he performed his job.

Dropped in for some lab work after hearing about them on the radio. They helped me select the correct labs and best of all had me in and out in about 20 mins and i got my results the next day.
