Everyone, literally everyone from the front desk to the assistants/nurses, NP and MD are amazing. I love how quick the appointments are, I love how clean and welcoming this clinic is. The patient flow runs so smooth, they all listen and answer all of your questions. Let me also mention that they are fantastic with toddlers/kids. Thank you all so much for the attentive care.

I visited this urgent care for strep throat, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and patient! The front desk was welcoming, the nurse was thorough and kind, and the doctor took the time to explain everything. The whole place was spotless, which put me at ease. They really made a stressful experience much more manageable. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quick, compassionate care. They are just as helpful and kind in person as they were on the phone, this will be my new 1st pick for urgent care!

This clinic is great! Gina at the front desk is so kind & personable. The doctor also was nice. I would recommend this urgent care over AFC , the one in the Pete’s parking lot in Willowbrook. They are terrible. The girl with the long dark hair is rude & off putting & they try to charge everyone a $149 deductible even though your insurance says you don’t have to pay it. They are not concerned with caring for people. They are just concerned about money. Do yourself a favor & go to Midwest Urgent Care in Westmont.

The staff at midwest express clinic were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit,especially Zip ,Gina and Dr Sabrina. strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, compassionate patient care!

Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I was treated kindly, quickly, and myself and my boyfriend were able to be seen on New Year’s Day, covered by our separate insurances. The NP who saw us gave us paper scripts due to the holiday which was very thoughtful. I will be coming back for any urgent needs.

Well at first their computer systems were down. However when they came back up an hour or 2 later they did call me and when I arrived I got right in. The PA was very understanding and within 24 hours I was finally feeling better after being sick for over 2 weeks. I recommended this Clinic to my neighbor that is a retired nurse and she went the next day. She too was very pleased

I just love this location! All of the staff are beyond amazing. I wish I knew all of the girls names to mention them in this review! I felt so comfortable with everyone who cared for me. I have been here to this location a couple times since it’s opening and have had the best experiences possible. I highly recommend Midwest Express Clinic in Westmont!!

This honestly was the best and easiest urgent care experience I’ve ever had. The nurse practitioner was so kind and warm and made sure I got the right medication for my diagnosis so I am able to get better in time for the holidays. There was no wait, and I love being able to make an appointment if needed. It was clean, quick, and I will definitely be back. Unfortunately trying to get a sick visit with your GP doesn’t allow for same day visits most times forcing you to go to urgent care or doing a telehealth visit instead, but this was a dare I say “pleasant” experience with healthcare. I had a great experience at Midwest Express Clinic! I love how clean the building is and the exam rooms, I hope it stays that way (I know that its new) I went it for an allergic reaction on my face. I was seen pretty quickly, staff was super friendly! I saw the nurse practitioner Shawdra or Shauna. She was great!

Great experience in the clinic. Friendly staff and very clean facility. The NP correctly diagnosed my condition and was clear in her instructions. I felt much better the next day. I will definitely return to this clinic.

They are great here, Im able to get in right away with making my appointment online. The staff is super friendly and kind. The doctor was kind, passionate and helpful. I would recommend to anyone that need urgent care or any care this is a great place to go!

Dr.Shauna is seriously the best!! I can’t express enough how grateful I am to be treated by her. She understood my pains and did everything she could to ensure we took the right precautions. She made me feel so comfortable(unlike most dr offices) & was very prompt in giving me the medicine I needed. I was in and out under an hour. The nurses were very friendly and sweet as well!!

Crystal was the NP and she told me I gad Covid. I was shocked. Asked me about my meds and I then called cardiologist to ask for the appropriate med. it was ordered expensive and started med yesterday.,The office is so close to home and no wait. I still feel like a truck hit me. Wondering where I got this.

Shauna and Gina were absolutely terrific and very kind and caring. Absolute sweethearts. Definitely one of the quickest smoothest doctor visits Ive had and I definitely recommend this place.

Dr Shauna is wonderful and very professional. She actually spends time to explain what her findings are, and why she is prescribing a medication. She includes the patient in decision making.I am referring family to her for acute or urgent matters.Great experience for me.

As a first time patient, I have to say the speed and quality of the service was unmatched to anything I’ve experienced prior. Absolutely love this place and will definitely make it my regular go-to for anything medical.

The staff was efficient and helpful when I arrived with my 10 year old sick daughter. When we were seen by the FNP VanderMay , she was comforting , competent , and empathetic. Her ability to comfort and ease a sick child’s fears and apprehensions about going to the Dr office , was refreshing and impressive. I cannot recommend her enough. It was only by chance that i picked that location , but i am very happy that I did.

I went to the new facility on Cass Ave. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner was wonderful. Caring, friendly, and professional. My problem was quickly diagnosed and I am feeling so much better already. I highly recommend Midwest Express clinics—this location in particular was outstanding.

Midwest Express Clinic is very clean, easy, and convenient. Made an online appointment and was seen within a half hour of registering. The service was thorough and I am back on track to getting better. I would definitely refer family and friends.

All of the staff were full of life and energetic. The doctor made me feel so comfortable with what’s going on with me. I usually have bad social anxiety but those ladies in there were so sweet and amazing!

Shauna was the nurse that helped us, and she was AWESOME. My husband and I brought our daughter to this location after having such a bad experience at a different urgent care earlier that morning, but we left feeling confident that our daughter received the best care.

Have had nothing but positive experiences here. Staff is amazing! Location is clean and run extremely efficiently. This is a great place to run in for school physicals, and minor illness that requires medication.

I was at this clinic on December 20, 2024. It was our first time visiting the Westmont location. Its brand new, so very clean. Everyone working that day was very kind and professional. They even gave my children little goodie bags for the holidays!

I went to Midwest Express for a bad cold and cough. The nurse practitioner was great. She gave me the right medication, and I am on the mend!My only issue is that they insisted on knowing when my last menstrual cycle was. I’m post menopausal, so why did they need that information. A woman’s cycle should not be tracked by any doctor’s office, unless absolutely necessary. It is an invasion of a woman’s privacy.

Went in for IV fluids after the norovirus hit our house. Staff was kind, courteous and prompt. Listened to my concerns and helped me feel better. Will come back.

I was a walk-in on a Friday evening around 7:30 pm. There was no one else in the waiting area. I was treated very kindly from the moment I walked in. I needed my ear irrigated badly and really didnt want to wait until Saturday. The nurse and nurse practitioner were great, and I was so relieved to have it done on a Friday after work. Thank you!!

Everyone made me feel comfortable from the time I came in especially Shauna. DOT drivers this is the place to come for your physical.

We went for a school physical which was 30.00 and we were in and out within 20 minutes. The price is very reasonable and the clinic is new and even smells brand new. The girls at the front counter are very nice and the doctor and her associates were also very nice and friendlyThis is a brand new facility in westmont

We had a great experience! Its a new facility, so everything was very modern. The staff were friendly and very helpful to explain everything and find answers for us. This clinic is amazing, they’ve got the best of the best staff! For being open such a short time, their check-in process, triage time, and wait to see the doctor is seamless! The staff listened to me, clearly explained what was going on and why, and treated me with such respect. And my prescriptions were sent immediately to the pharmacy… I 💯 recommend this location!

Visited Midwest Express in Westmont; the wait time was under 10 minutes. I was very impressed, the receptionist was very nice along with Dr. Lisette she explained everything I needed to know about my incident. I highly recommend this urgent care if you are in the area 10/10! // I went back to follow up seen Dr. Mark he was wonderful and very helpful. Also, want to add they speak Spanish.

We scheduled an appointment and back in a room within 10 minutes of that scheduled time. The physician was most wonderful and super patient with my 6 year old son. We had such a great experience, we brought our daughter there the following day for a completely different reason.

This was our first trip to the new Midwest Express location. Dr. Tara Morgan was very thorough and made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely return…..whenever necessary.

Went on a Wednesday evening, no wait got taken back right away. Triage nurse was super friendly and personable and provider was great as well. Went above and beyond my expectations

This place is not an express clinic. You will wait at least an hour to get whatever you need done. I came in for a TB shot and waited over an hour during an off time. I also filled out paperwork online to ‘hold’ my spot which meant nothing. After the hour plus wait, the woman could not perform the test on me because she could not figure out how to stick a needle into my arm. Save yourself the trip!!

Went in for a toothache/infection. They were very kind and professional. Gina was very congenial at reception.Dr. Mark Cha was very professional and helpful as well. He addressed my tooth pain and helped prescribe medicine to correct the issue. Will be making this place my go-to for medical attention.

I recently visited Midwest Express in Westmont. This was the best urgent care I’ve been to in a while. I was in and out very quickly with my kids.There staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and were incredibly efficient with their care! I came in not knowing if they would help with my specific needs (won’t go into detail), and all the staff blew me out of the water. They were all super nice, and really make you feel like they care. Breath of fresh air compared to other healthcare professionals. Definitely will go back if the need arises.

Since I entered I felt very comfortable, I asked if they received my insurance and with a very attentive smile the receptionist, I took my son and they treated him excellently. I do not speak English and they communicated with an interpreter. They were really very attentive and puzzled me with the diagnosis. son is better now I loved it
