Everyone was very nice. I made my appointment online and was seen within 5 minutes. The checkin person was friendly and the blood pressure girl was really nice. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and funny. She glued up my skin flapped thumb that I nearly cut off with the food slicer and asked if my finger hurt while gluing it up!! Hahaha! You are funny! 😆 The trip went quickly. Success!!

Mobile check in was easy-to-use, the triage and visitor was super fast then I was out. Sent with prescriptions they informed me would be a couple hours before I go to the pharmacy. Making the experience good even when feeling extremely horrible. Thank you NextCare at the spectrum for being professional, efficient, and informative.

I set up an appointment for 8:00am and no physician showed up to the urgent care on Valencia, so then I was told to go to another urgent care which they Scheduled for 9:30am I didn’t feel good so this did not settle well with me, I got the the urgent care at spectrum center and the customer service representative that was there was very nice, which helped she got me in at 9:00 which I so appreciated, I knew all I had was a sinus infection and needed antibiotics.I just wanted to communicate that when a person does not feel well it’s hard for them to even go to urgent care, I was told by the nurse that I called I would have to go in.It’s really hard to go into an urgent care when you know there are so many illnesses going around and your trying to avoid them.Setting up an appointment I thought would help with all that but was very disappointed.

Scheduling was fast and convenient although scheduling an appointment seemed pointless because we still waited over 30 minutes and almost an hour until we were actually seen. The front office staff was amazing! Very kind and friendly. They made our time there feel worth it. I wish I got the two ladies names. They were amazing!

From the minute I walked into NextCare I truly felt that had made the best choice for urgent care. I was immediately greeted by a friendly but courteous reception team. I was asked how I could be helped, and was quickly checked in. I had submitted my ID and insurance card when I made the appointment online. I waited for a little bit but then was brought in to have my vital signs taken and answer a few questions about medication and any chronic issues. Again, this was thorough but done efficiently. I was brought into an exam room and my provider knocked to come in only a few minutes after I had been seated. I was asked if I wanted certain tests performed, I refused a couple and was respected for my choice. We agreed on the next steps and I was quickly given xrays and released. I was impressed with how smoothly my experience was and how little paperwork I had to fill out!Thank you NextCare, the experience and professional staff has made my next urgent care choice an easy one! Ive already been spreading the word about NextCare.

Easy to schedule but got called back almost an hour afterwards. First tech was fantastic- Marc. Great help with son and so friendly and efficient. You felt like his only patient.FNP was little worn out from the chaotic pace of the day. But still would listen and investigate what was going on to recommend best options.

I went on a trip to see grandchildren while visiting the baby got sick and was diagnosed with RSV. When I got home a week later I was very sick , running a fever coughing and very weakCalled my primary Physician , (which is 22 miles away.I was told to go in immediately to the ER or urgent care. I was told RSV can be very dangerous for older adults & I am 70 yrs.Old. I also have an ulcer which always flares up when I am sick. I have always went to nextCare 5369 s. Calle Santa Cruz in tucson for at least 5 Years & I have always been satisfied. Well this time was awful & my husband was there with me . I loved the triage guy very friendly and kind gave me a covid test, then a women (I found her name on my papers ( Sanchez FNP Leidy) came in she did not want to do anything for me She told me to go to my primary physician that they can not be treating these kind of sicknesses when we ask are you refusing to treat me she just stared at us! I was in shock . I explained that I had been treated there before for my ulcer and many other illnesses. I then had to ask her to ck my ears and listen to my breathing she was resistant ?? Amazingly she said your lungs are fine ! No I was up all night coughing no xray no breathing treatment nothing FINALLY she sent in some maalox and prescribed me 3 prednisone . It was awful I will never waste my time going there again! I thought urgent care was for Urgent Care I know its crazy but I feel like this crazy lady was prejudice against me for some reason maybe because Im white which I know Im not allowed to even think! Or maybe she is just Lazy , whatever NextCare just lost a loyal customerI will never go back or recommend NextCare.Joanna

I was called promptly and the process was very smooth. I received professional help in a very fluid manner. Given the nature of this - I really was in lots of pain - this was a positive experience. I I’ll return here if this type of care is needed in the future.

By far the worst experience Ive had from an urgent care. First, let me express that the front staff was great. I found the physician to be very unprofessional. When I say unprofessional I mean; she communicated to me in a sarcastic manner, she disregarded my health concerns, she didnt address my health as a professional would, she completely disregarded the pain I was in, she provided her unbiased opinion regarding my health concerns, and finally she misdiagnosed me. I expressed to her that I may have an ear infection to which she told me You didnt have an ear infection, your in Arizona...! It is the Arizona weather....! You just need to keep hydrated...! So, I went to get a second opinion from another care facility which then confirmed that I did have an ear infection and prescribed me with antibiotics. So, I would highly not recommend urgent care to anyone. I definitely will not be going to another urgent care in the future.

This visit was an absolute disaster. From the front desk staff to the provider. The RN or RT who was in triage was the only kind person at this visit. The NP came in for maybe 3 minutes, I explained my symptoms, she listened to my lungs, then said okay I’ll order some antibiotics. No description of anything. No explanation of the frequency, purpose, side effects or even what she think could be causing my symptoms. Absolutely unpleasant to speak to as well. I am a healthcare professional and I know we all have difficult days and working understaffed is not great. Please be kind and mindful when caring for patients. I will not be back.

Everything went well, until the Dr said and I quote “take him to the ER they can deal with it” he didn’t even try to check him when he said that. His name is Robert Johnson MD. He was the worst. After he said that, he also said he will give me a referral as he was walking out of the door didn’t even face me when he said it. So I was assuming he was going to bring me a referral paper to me. So I waited in the room, for 15min. He came back inside and rudely told me I have to go to the lobby and wait for the referral papers as he was shaking his head while walking out. I thought that was very disrespectful of him.

I took my daughter for an illness, and we were treated by a doctor, I think her name is Anita. This doctor has a bad attitude when it comes to treating people. She examined my daughter and only said: Here we dont have the means to diagnose your daughter, you have to go to the emergency room at a hospital. This is the second time that this doctor has treated us and both times we had a bad experience. We will definitely not return to this place.

Felt very rushed and was not seen until 40 minutes after my scheduled time. The “doctor” kept yawning and didn’t really leave clear instructions on how to proceed with caring for my toddler who has been sick for over a week. Very disappointing.

Went in needing stitches for a finger (bad cut). Only had to wait for a few minutes, then went in for triage and then directly back to an exam room. All of the staff were very professional and caring. Special kudos to Dr. Janice(?) who stitched up my finger.

We had a very bad experience, had to wait almost 2 hours to see a Dr. after we had made an appointment, after waiting 1/2 hour in room ask a male assistant how much longer he said, without looking at me could be 5 mins could be 10 mins could be 1/2 hour. I told him that was not help and he said we could wait in the lobby which was not helpful, so I closed the door again and came back out 10 minutes later and ask a female assistant and she said she would check and found out it would be 5 more mins. I had the left over affect of bronchitis and the Dr. That came in never listened to my lungs or heart and spent most of the time telling me how busy they were and 1 of the busiest in the state. Not much help to my cough. We had been 8 days before and another time and both of those were really good experiences. The Asian Dr. on those 2 visits was WONDERFUL 👍

Really no star is deserved for this place. Ineptness. It was a bad choice to go there. Dont go at night. There is no exterior lighting the place is dark. NP did not oversee or follow up on the Techs actions in electronic prescription transmmision to the pharmacy. Took 18 hrs to correct the foul up to get the necessary antibiotic Rx.Will never go there again or any place of the same name. Will not recommend to anyone and will tell all of our experience there. Also, you should clean the place up. Disgustingly dirty place for a medical facility. The care was poor.

I was in pain. I made an appointment on the phone, and they said I was in the network for Healthcare. Once I got there, they told me Im out of network. I asked how much it would cost for the visit, and they said they didnt know. I had to leave because I didnt want to give them a blank check to charge what ever they felt like.I called my insurance, and they said they are in-network. I would not trust this facility.

Did not feel like I was being heard. I’ve had a fever of 102 for 3 days when checked with my oral thermometer at home and when I got there they used the forehead super quick over my hair and temp was 97.3. I told them I had lightheadedness, diarrhea, fever, and wet cough that turned into a dry cough and when I got my reason for visit paper back it just said “cough.” Maybe they just weren’t on their A game for the holidays, but now I’m going to a different one in the morning since I felt like my concerns were brushed off.

The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. I came in last minute before they closed and they were able to get me in quickly. The provider also took her time and made sure to answer all of my questions. Definitely one of the better urgent cares I’ve been to. Also the office is clean which is a huge plus.

We came to this location around 9:30 pm since no other urgent cares were open at that hour. We were told that we had a 2 hour wait ahead of us, which was fine and they got though the people in front of us pretty quickly. With that said, there wasn’t much else to like. Everyone was nice. However, the doctor provided half answers and seemed like he was rushing us out the door. I felt like we were asking relatively simple questions but the nurse(?) wasn’t able answer them and had to call the doctor back in. It wasn’t until the third time that the doctor came in that we got an answer about what my injury was. Furthermore, they had put the splint on before telling me what was wrong. Overall not a super positive experience.

Very scatterbrained team, very rushed, and definitely not empathetic.. the nurse seemed to be dismissing everything, asking me what I want to be tested for when I’m not a dr myself(but had already stated what I could have). I came in with a cough, high fever, wheezing, body pain, vomiting, and many other symptoms. Tested me for strep and flu, in the meantime she checked my stomach and when I told her “okay it hurts,” she pushed even harder. Then wanted me to preform some jumps to test my appendix, while she just laughed. When the strep and flu tests came back negative she asked if I wanted to do further testing. When I declined further treatment (had already been there 3 hours of waiting) I was pressured by same nurse to be referred to er because she thinks what I have is serious. She made a small scene about it as well

This location is open until 12am which made it convenient for my 7a-7p shift. I made an appointment online and was called back within 10 minutes of my scheduled time. Staff was nice and efficient. I had 2 lab tests done, got my results, and was on my to pick up my prescriptions within 90 minutes!

Walked in at 11:20pm, website and hours listed said walk-in welcome but the girl at the front desk told me that this location is appointment only and always has been, and to try the emergency room or book an appointment tomorrow morning and ended with a “good luck”. she was rude and obviously lying as i have been a walk in at this location before. will not be returning.

Went in for an earache, sore throat, unable to swallow or constrict my neck muscles. The doctor looked in my ear and said that there was nothing he could do and I had to wait 2 weeks to grow bacteria to help. He also said it is red and swollen but I still had to wait and use Chloraseptic for the pain. I waited over night and the pain was almost unbearable the next day.Went to the ER and the doctor said I had a severe infection and the drainage was going down my throat. I was basically eating it. I also had to have my ear drained before it ruptured. Several hours, heavy duty pain meds and antibiotics later I was released. Doctor said if I waited any longer and my ear drum would have burst.Never going again.Who tells a patient wait 2 weeks and use Chloraseptic for pain???

While I can appreciate the friendliness of the staff at the front desk and the triage nurse, your FNPs and the staff at the back of the house could use a course in cultural humility. The FNP that treated us would ask a question about our symptoms and cut us off when we would try to explain them. Cultural competency would inform this FNP that bodies of culture tend to talk in a circular fashion so if you’re going to ask me what my symptoms are be prepared that I might throw in a few more details. It’s not gonna be a direct answer. Being aware of where you are treating, and who you are treating would allow for a better customer experience and one where the customer would not feel like they’re being cut off and or rushed secondly well I cannot imagine working in the environment that these FNP’s are I think it is highly unethical and highly unprofessional to be in a common area where patients are walking through and can hear through thin walls. They’re treating FNP say out loud, “ I’m going to step out the door, I hope I don’t get attacked by a hobo”. And I get it we are all human, but that’s conversation for the break room Lastly, if you have already given my daughter, her diagnosis you don’t need to follow up by saying another possibility of her symptoms could be mono…. She’s 9. and let’s spin reality for a minute, even if that was a possible diagnosis that is something that should be said when the door is closed not when you are ushering your patient out into the common area. I don’t think that is something that would be asked or even mentioned if we were in a different part of town and weren’t bodies of culture. I’m sure reading this and trying to find the proper HR response to give to it is going be difficult and uncomfortable…. and it should, because I think that this location could benefit from some sort of training in cultural sensitivity and cultural humility, especially given where you guys are located at and the population that comes through those doors. But can you imagine for a second what it feels like for your patience who have to hear these comments?

It was the worst experience Ive had so far. Took my handicap sign in cuz look like he either has pink eyes or a stye and also another concern as well. When the nurse practitioner actually asked me questions if I have put anything in my sons eye I told her I bought some eye drops for pink eye or stye and thats what I put in his eye and the first thing she asked me if I got the product from Mexico because I never heard of that before. So when I told her I got it at Walmart she goes Ive never even seen it.. Then she proceeded to say Im not saying it because youre Mexican but a lot of people do cross the border. I am still mad and completely offended by her racist remarks.!!

Unprofessional !! No one really seemed like they knew what they were doing. Waited 3 hours for a doctor to attend me for ONLY 3 minutes the least, didn’t let me know they didn’t have any tools to try to diagnose my symptoms from the start! The providers were nice, however, the facility doesnt have the ability to take an ultrasound which meant they couldnt diagnose what was wrong with me. They did give me a shot to manage the pain but it didnt work. I ended up paying $75 to be told to schedule an appt with my primary to get an ultrasound and a shot that stung, but didnt relieve any pain. They knew ahead of time they wouldnt be able to properly diagnose me, why allow me to pay and wait just to be told to see my primary for an ultrasound???

The wait time was long but triage wasn’t they were able to draw my blood and collect my urine sample while waiting! The staff is extremely patient, helpful, wonderful and so sweet! So it small sentences:Front desk ladies are there to do their job but they need to upgrade their costumer service.Nurse that took my vitals was awesome.The physician not that great, it seems that he is just there to milk insurance money, I was hoping that he would give me something for infection so I left this place how I got there. Very low diagnostic by him and really bad recommendations.I think that some of the reviews I see posted are uploaded by the same employees. You can tell the reply everyone gets from this place its just a copy and paste from a script

My mom went to Urgent Care about nine days ago for severe abdominal pain. She was in there ten minutes before they blew her off and told her it was urinary incontinence with her kidneys and probably to go to the ER. So she went to the ER and as it turned out, her APPENDIX RUPTURED. Do with that what you will.

We chose Nextcare because their website listed xrays as a service. We went to one location and were told that xray was not available. We were sent to a second location. The xray was completed however it took over 2 1/2 hours for results results. I will choose another company next time for my familys URGENT needs. The staff, however, deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2!! They were apologetic and most were very kind.

And I rarely leave reviews but today was unacceptable the provider Leidy Sanchez was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment she walked into the room till she walked out which was less than 5 mins. I’m extremely disappointed about today’s visit. I hope no one else has a bad experience with her. She definitely needs to work on her bedside manner.

The worst part about waiting 90+ minutes past your appointment is having the time to notice how dirty the room is! Droplets on the table and smudges on the walls. Just hoping someone comes in soon so my daughter can get some relief from this ear pain. We did all paperwork in advance and checked in at 11:07 for her 11:20 appointment. It’s 12:56 now. The online waitlist really isn’t much help as far as giving an estimate on wait time either, it just shows when you’re scheduled and how many walk ins there are. Good luck.

I always come to this location because I know that when my kids and I are at our worst, we will be given the best care. The nurse staff are some of the best in Tucson. Had an appointment early 8:30. Arrived on time. No one else on site. Still waited an hour from the moment I got into a room until I saw a doctor.Doctor was rough when I was saying I was there for pain. She rushed through the apt with disinterest and didnt offer really any help.Xray tech didnt seem to know what she was doing.Overall a terrible experience. The only bright spot was the guy that did my vitals. Even he didnt properly with me after I said I wanted it, but he was at least friendly.

I wanted to share my very rewarding and positive customer service from the Nextcare staff at the Calle Santa Cruz location. They were all professional, friendly, conversational, and attentive listeners who sincerely take pride in doing their jobs well. No matter the patients age their empathy for the patients well being was evident in their care and duty performances. They work well together as a team with their common focus on the patient. As a military veteran this was my first visit and was totally happy and pleased with their level of care even in the late evening hours while seeing and tending to their patients. I commend this staff and how they exemplify the Nextcare team highly reflecting their goal for creating positive rewarding costumer service experiences for their patients and customers.

If I could post no star I would My visit to urgent care was none less than the most disappointing and waste of time I’ve ever encountered in my life to say the least I called the office at 12 o’clock in the afternoon and advise them that my daughter had been assaulted at her school and I needed to have her checked over because I thought she had a concussion. The front desk office assured me that a doctor could look her over and take care of her I was than given an appointment time of 6:30 which was 6 hours later once I was in the office and had waited an hour and a half. I was then told I could be refunded my money because there was nothing that they could do for us the doctor that saw us did not even check my daughter in any way and asked why I had brought my daughter there when I informed her that I had called prior to making the appointment and spoke to one of the girls at the front desk. She then told me that could not have been and they would not have told me to come in which was not what had happened. I am completely disappointed in the way that this urgent care handled our situation.

The Dr. had me sitting in a room for 40 + minutes, finally came in and I tried explaining my pain and concern with the stitches being too tight and skin growing over the stitches and she simply cut me off and advised me she is putting me on antibiotics and be back in 14 days to remove stitches. I’m not asking for pain meds I’m not asking for any medicine. I want my issue and concern resolved by the dr listening to me not talking over me and sending me home. I do not appreciate it. The front office and ladies checking in were great on the other hand. Dr was rude, and unprofessional. Hope this turns to more than what she’s thinking so her medical license can be revoked. I guess they give anyone a medical license these days.

Ashley Muse did not listen to my concerns. Made me feel like I was lying about my symptoms and the pain I was feeling. After telling her I was in a car accident she was unwilling to believe the airbag could’ve hit me in the face. I stressed a lot of concerns over the pain in my lower abdomen but she was not focused on that pain at all. There was no concern for abdominal injuries or internal bleeding. No assessment of my back for additional bruising. She seemed to take her own experience of being in a car accident and place it over my own. Will not be visiting this Urgent Care facility again and will be sure to alert others of the lack of respect I felt as a patient.

Ended up waiting an hour and a 1/2 and still hadnt seen a Doctor they had my sons chart mixed up with a 40-year-old mans mind. You, my son is 12. It was just a horrible experience. No one came to check on us, make, sir.My boy was okay.Let us know what was going on, even if they were backed up.Let us know it was gonna take some time.So they put us in a room and forgot about us.The worst urgent care ever I do not recommend this location to anyone

Very happy with all services from start to finish. Very friendly staff and quick service. I was out in an hour. Because I had to go to work after this appointment I did have to return later the same day to obtain some records for my main PC and this was very easy fast and simple when I called earlier to request. They had it ready at the front desk so I was in and out quickly. I let the lady that helped me know that I was happy with the fast service and she said she was very happy to help and happy too for me. Good job to everyone one here.

Positives:Able to get an appointment extremely quickly.Neutral:Did a pre-checkin, still had to wait 45 minutes past our scheduled time. Its a little annoying, but hey, things happen at a medical facility. Its kind of expected.Negatives:Came in with moderate abdominal pain that was progressively getting worse over several days. The doctor visit lasted about 5-7 minutes. It consisted of a brief abdomen push and maybe 3 questions. We were told if it gets worse to go to the emergency room or see our primary care physician. When we said Were here because its gotten worse. It was a shrug of the shoulders and we were shuffled out the door.It cost us $335 dollars to be told to go see a doctor, which is why we thought we were there. Guess not.

Easy to book and check in online. Late hours, very convenient for working folks. I was prepared to wait a while, they were busy with lots of walk-ins, but the wait time was reasonable, about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Compared to any E.R. where youll wait many hours, 30 minutes is fairly acceptable. Staff was friendly and competent. Doctor was knowledgeable and made the correct diagnosis, and prescribed the right treatment. Overall it was 100 times better than any E.R. Ive ever been to. Definitely utilize urgent care if you need urgent care, not an emergency, and cant wait a week to see your primary care provider.

Hurt my foot. Walking was incredibly painful. Was worried I broke it. They were kind, gentle, didnt dismiss my pain. Got me x-rays, which would have cost more than 4x as much to go to an ER to do. Not broken, just bruised, which is all I wanted to know. Great people skills. Highly recommend. Nothing worse than getting sick while on an extended business trip. Was able to schedule an appointment in advance. Completed all the paperwork online. Showed up 20 minutes early and they quickly took me back. Quick exam and a chest x-ray showed walking pneumonia. Called in prescriptions to a local CVS and I was on my way. I went to NextCare on Sunday expecting to be there all day. Even though the lobby was fairly crowded I was ushered into a room in under 1/2 hour. The NP was very friendly and knowledgeable, she ordered an x-ray that was done right there. She diagnosed my condition and ordered meds so that they were ready at the pharmacy by the time I got home. Next Care at the Spectrum has the greatest nurse practitioner! I highly recommend. Had gone across street and they said my ear canal was scratched. The. Np here said eardrum was very red and ear canal very swollen. Probably won’t be going across the street anymore. So much pain can not even lie on that side. Not a scratch for sure. I’m from out of state on a business trip. Came in to be treated for shingles pain. After a long wait, Dr. Johnson gave me a paper prescription. First drugstore wouldn’t fill it because they were closing. Second said it must be electronically prescribed to be legal. They called NextCare to tell them to send the script electronically., which the practice said they would do. They never did. NextCare took my money and hours of my time, while I was stuck in a hotel room sick and in excruciating pain from shingles, for nothing. These people are incompetent. I regret not being able to leave zero stars.

I went in with flu symptoms that have lasted almost 2 weeks & got worse over the last day. They confirmed its not COVID or flu and gave me something for the nausea and did a chest x-ray. They prescribed me allergy medicine (not sure why and I already take that daily) and something for nausea which was a new symptom. My primary issue is body aches, coughing, and chest pain. I also had a fever before I went in. I didnt feel I got any answers other than being told to talk to my doctor Monday with a suggestion to get some blood tests.

I was having trouble breathing and they didnt give one damn about me. They made me wait around forever and offered ZERO help whatsoever and basically just kicked me out. I am Active Duty Army visiting family from out of town. I went to be seen based on what I thought was a sinus infection, I have chronic sinusitis. I checked in, vitals done and COVID and flu swab complete. Before I was told my results I heard them being called out in the hall way. The provider, Nasreen Keyl, came in gave me the official diagnosis. Offered a note for 5 day quarantine, told me to hydrate and utilize Motrin and Tylenol. Told me to see the front desk and proceeded to walk out. When I asked if she was going to do a physical exam she said no you contagious. And then said if you insist, get up..... I dont think Ive ever had such nasty bedside manner. Ive unfortunately had COVID twice and been seen for complications during. Never did the medical professionals make it seem like they could not be in my presence because I was COVID positive. This was a very degrading experience especially being on Thanksgiving.Care and compassion would have went a long way. This type of care is not what Service Members or their families expect. Decency was lost here.

Front office staff not helpful or innovative at all. Get into the times. They required my school aged daughters ID, she only has a school ID, and of course, its electronic. She would not accept it, said it had to be scanned into her system. She stated for fraud purposes, however, she physically could see it was my daughter. I asked, could you put the phone on the copy machine and then scan it in. No not possible she stated. Shed rather turn away a sick patient who had already been waiting then do anything to help. What’s the point in making an appointment if it’s going to be HOURS?!!!!Update: although I had to wait, the woman PA or Dr (can’t remember) gave me two shots for my neck pain and actually treated me like she cared + wanted to help. If you can request her, do. She’s amazing and you can tell she genuinely wants to help people!

Was referred to this location by another location..🤦The receptionist (at another location) scheduled my family and I appointments so we could have maybe less of a wait once we arrived, but once we arrived we still ended up waiting 3 hours to get into a room. It was not packed. It wasnt even busy in the back. The doctors/nurses were just taking their time doing whatever they wanted. I brought my family here to get tested for covid. We have been tested before more than once since the virus...and this has been by far the WORST location to go to. At the other locations all they did was get our info...swab our noses and we were out. This location...made us wait way more than we needed just to get tested. It was so long of a wait we left. We didnt even get tested. Very unprofessional and people there seem to be robots...and seem to careless about how patients are treated. Would never recommend to go here. Choose somewhere different. Literally when they took us in the back .. EVERYONE who worked there was just chilling. ...doing their own things...at their own pace. I cant believe how unprofessional they behaved. I would fire everyone and hire people who handle every patient as if their needs are urgent. Who owns this place?.. let them know whats happening.

Everything ran very smoothly. Checking in is super easy, and this was my very first visit. They will tell you an approximate waiting time, if you ask, and my time given was exactly correct. Once in Dr. office, was seen in about 10 minutes. Doctor explained everything perfectly and scripts are send automatically to Pharmacy so they are filled when you get there. Pleasant experience, considering I am was in pain. Only wish they had rapid testing results, 7 days for a COVID result.

Waited a little longer than expected but we just drove to cold stone and enjoyed ice cream and nextflix in the car while we waited. All staff was amazing!!! The Dr was very personable and even let me look at my sons infected ear:) Dr took his time to explain and answer questions. Only special people can make a crummy time into a great experience!

Have really bad eye rash, was given no medication. My daughter asked why I didnt get a steroidal ointment like she got when she had something similar. $120.00 wasted.

My sister needed to go in to see a Dr. and we were very happy and pleased with the service and kindness. Everyone were kind, pleasant and made us feel welcome. Everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs, which is a huge plus.I would recommend this urgent care to friends and family. Great place!!!

NextCare was great the staff were very nice they made sure you knew how long the wait was and gave you the option to wait or leave. They commented all you had to do to register for your appointment. The experience with Next Care was good I would recommend them to friends and family. The Dr. Was very nice the communication between Dr and patient was great she knew what she was doing. At the end of the appointment the front staff give you papers with information of your visit and the treatments the dr gave you and a pharmacy name and number if you get a Rx. Very impressed.

I went in for a regular COVID19 exam. The medical assistant was friendly & made me feel taken care of. The doctor who did the nose swab appeared to know what she was doing & was also professional and friendly. Overall the process was as expected, quick, and easy. Got my results in 25 minutes. Not rating 5 stars because the front desk staff were not as professional, a bit gossipy while I waited, and could improve customer service.

I am pleased with the care we receive every time we go here. The nurses have excellent bedside manner and the doctor is straightforward. The receptionists seem overwhelmed and short staffed but efficient. Wait times are just as long as other doctors’ offices and ERs, so that’s why I took away a star.

Went in with chest pain and anxiety was told it could be heart burn they gave me some GI cocktail which made my symptoms wayyy worse then the doctor told me when I told her I was leaving to go to the hospital better safe than sorry like what kinda experience was that especially when someone who was already scared was told that made me have a huge panic attack in the car
