CNY Fertility Syracuse

After visiting two CNY locations with my wife, this is the best place so far. We felt welcomed and fully taken care of. About two years ago, we went through this journey and felt supported in every step of the way. Sadly, their Sarasota clinic needs customer service training.

My wife and I did one round of IVF with CNY Fertility. In the beginning it seems like a very straight forward process and affordable at the same time. After a very tough year of this process we are left with a large amount of money wasted, no direction of where to go and no child. There is no conversation of what can be changed to help fertility or to increase chances. All that was suggested was doing another round of IVF. These people are not looking to get to the root of the problem they will only offer their expensive services. Our last procedure was in April 2024 and now August, we are still getting billed for what happened back in April. We are trying to move on from CNY but we are kept wondering how much more we can be charged for. It is extremely frustrating. Also communication is terrible. As the patient you always have to reach out to them to make sure you don’t get lost in their system. We wasted months waiting to know what the next steps were in our IVF cycle because no one could give us a straight answer. A family member of ours had a totally different experience and ended up getting pregnant with CNY, however for us we will be looking to go somewhere else.

You are nothing but a number here. Communication is almost non-existent. Its impossible to get someone on the phone. I had a laparoscopy with them and my follow up appointment was a 4 minute phone call that the doctor couldnt seem to get off fast enough. Said he would start me on a medication. Did not explain the use of the medication or potential side effects. Never even sent the prescription in. I had to contact the office to ask someone to send it in days later.In April 2023 I had a hysteroscopy D&C with them. Woke up after the procedure completely alone. No one in the room with me and no way to call staff. Had to yell until cleaning staff found me. I was in pain, crying and terrified when they brought the nurse back to me and all she could say was oh I didnt think youd wake up so soon.Wait times for appointments are insane. Nothing is ever on time and there is never any acknowledgement when they run over an hour behind.If you have another option do not use CNY. There is nothing patient centered about their care. No compassion. Expect to advocate for yourself for every little thing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A very close friend of mine has been going to CNY for fertility treatments and the lack of communication and care she receives is mind boggling. They have gone through 4 rounds, all failed. At no time during these rounds did CNY offer a different treatment plan, explain what could be happening, or have a detailed conversation about the treatments. The negative pregnancy test for the last failed round was 10 days ago from a satellite facility. My friend still has not heard from CNY for a follow up call or to notify her that her test was negative. The only reason she knows is from the local facility sending her the results. At the same time I have been going to the Mayo Clinic for IVF treatments and the standard of care difference shines a huge light on why CNY is the Walmart of IVF. You might get what you came for, you might not, but you wont get any additional guidance, knowledge, or help along the way. My first round with the Mayo failed, I had a 30 minute conversation with my IVF team on what happened and what we should do next, I was educated and involved in the decision making process. Luckily, my second round took. Even if my second round didnt take, at least I was treated like a person. It seems my friend was just a number to these people at CNY. From other reviews and her experience, if you have any kind of complicated reason why you are seeking IVF, Id recommend going elsewhere if at all possible.Abysmal care during such a difficult time in a womans life.

You are a priority as a new patient but once they got your $$$$ you will never reach them by phone or get a reply in their little portal. They’ve got some really nasty customer service here too. This place does NOT care about you! This is supposed to be a place that HELPS with infertility problems. Instead, it’s a battle with unhelpful, uncaring, and nasty staff. Once they got your money, you will never reach them by phone ever again or receive a reply in their disfunctional portal. They put you in a position where you have no choice because other places are insanely expensive and ppl go here but here you’re just a number and they could care less about you. This has been my experience with this place and I’m very disappointed. Mr. Kiltz makes his fortune on other people’s misfortune.

Updated review after finishing the whole process:Dr Crowley is so nice! The staff are almost all so wonderful. You can’t beat the price.The staff really make this place, so kind and general and patient!I think they need to hire more people to answer phones, but otherwise it really was a very nice process for an amazing price

We had a consult in 2022 and decided to go with another clinic. 2 years later we get a bill from collectors for this clinic. We weren’t even patients! I spent over 3 hours on the phone over the past week trying to get in touch with someone to clear this up. The patient accounts never answer the phone.I’m so annoyed with this clinic. Thanks for the hit to my credit when we weren’t even patients. I can’t believe how they treat people that actually sign on with them.

Dr Faez Faruqi did our embryo transfer after we experienced a full term stillbirth with our first pregnancy. Before the procedure my wife was crying tears of joy and he told her she was not allowed to cry because he knew why our daughter died. He said she died so she could be an angel to watch over the next child, and he was going to make things right. This was offensive and hurtful. After the procedure he told my wife, while she was still recovering from anesthesia, that half her cervix had been amputated and she would not be able to hold a pregnancy to full term without emergency measures. We later found out from our regular providers that this was completely false and there would have been no way for him to assess that during an embryo transfer. Telling us this false information shadowed the whole first 4 months of pregnancy in fear. His lies ruined what should have been a happy time. After the procedure I asked him to clarify what he meant by amputated and he immediately became defensive, escalated rapidly to belligerence, and I had to walk away from him while he continued to yell at me. It seemed like any questioning of him, even just seeking clarification, was an affront to his ego that he could not tolerate without becoming irate. Terrible experience, do not let him near you are your family. CNY is very aware of how terrible our experience was and has never reached out or made any attempt to make things right.

I called in to ask some questions about all the medication I was prescribed as no one had explained anything to me. I spoke with Hayli White on the global connect team and she was AMAZING!! She went through the process step-by-step with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. She did not make me feel rushed like some of the other staff do and gave very clear information. I cannot say enough how much I appreciated that because most of the time, the information relayed is often vague and explained in a hurry, making it impossible to remember everything and leaving me with a million questions. Thank you Hayli for your care and consideration!!

CNY is such an amazing fertility clinic. Very caring and compassionate people that work here. The price makes the travel well worth it

Gave us our miracle daughter after 10 years of infertility. Ask for a quote of services prior so you have it in writing. We were self pay and paid upfront for services. Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy I had with Doctor Kiltz. It was painful right after and they do not give you much for the pain. He did a wonderful job, clinic was great. They see more patients so yes, they are busy therefore you do need to advocate for yourself more. Ask the questions. Dr. Kiltz is amazing! Dr. Grossman did my retrievals and transfers. Highly recommend CNY! Its affordable (1/3 the price of other clinics) they really do care. They offer more medications to help you get pregnant then any other facility.

Terrible agency with even worse customer service! This place is just a money grab. They charge you an exorbitant amount upfront and then charge you more for services that you dont get an informed choice to decide you want or a break down of the costs ahead of time. Instead they sneakily send you a bill through the portal after the fact telling you that you owe this huge balance. When you try to contact the office they either dont answer or return your calls. Took me a year to reach someone in the billing department only to be treated extremely rudely. Then today I receive a call from them after sending an inquiry on the website at least a week ago, the woman on the phone was again extremely rude and not willing to work towards any sensible resolution only insisted that I owed the balance in question. They also falsified records claiming that they tried to contact me numerous times, but I have no missed calls or voice mail messages in my phone records. Run dont walk away from the organization! Corporate minded, deceitful, uncaring, unprofessional from the top down. All they care about is lining their pockets.

The receptionists made fun of me just because last week I called to cancel my appointment and then called back the day after just because I wanted to keep it 😌Horrible people.They should make fun of patients when patients are not there 😌Luckily I only had 2 appointments with them. Time to say goodbye

They were friendly and explained everything to me. Made sure all my questions were answered and took great care of me and keeping my spouse informed while I was in surgery.

3.28.24 I called MaryJo in billing at Cny to inform her that my account was charged $53.97 and sent to Help financial collections.I had a phone consult with Cny in 11.2021. But I had to pay in 8.21 to hold the spot for it. I informed Mary jo that the 30 min phone consult would not have occurred if I didnt pay prior. She looked in the computer and said the bill was paid through insurance. No apology was made to me for their error. Mary jo replied, Let me transfer you to financial because $50 was to hold a spot for consult and not to pay for it. She sent me to financial. I was hung up on. Then Help Financial doesnt even answer the phone to help. Cny is ridiculous and hires incompetent workers that Im sure they will support. I am glad that I canceled further services with them in 2021.

Worst experience of my life- Started with cancer and needing to store some stuff... and over 15 years later im still trying to get them to destroy it and stop billing me. I highly recommend you stay FAR away from them. Literally I wish nothing more than that this place fully closed forever and no one had to experience this.

Honestly hands down there the BEST your won’t get any other services any where else like them they HONOR work miracles I had been trying for 14 years to have a baby they made it happen the first round of IVF not only that Dr.kiltz is a BLESSING don’t sleep on this clinic the rating doesn’t matter and doesn’t do justice and credit they deserve they deserve if there is any bad comments ignore those listen to me I won’t tell you wrong they are definitely making family’s happen and bringing blessings into the world I appreciate them more then you know i had my baby a year ago a girl and now I’m on to trying to do a frozen transfer so I can start on my second I have full faith and confidence in them and know they will make it happen again 🙏🙌❤️please listen to me u will be grateful you did listen thank you guys for giving me everything I ever wanted 🙌🙌there staff is also phenomenal keep doing what your doing you guys are definitely making things happen and no where else can top you guys in anyway ☺️🙌🙏and here is the miracle they brought into myLife 🥹🥹🥹🥹❤️😘the process is easy simple and stress free and fast and everyone I dealt with was KIND I want a fertility clinic that’s gonna go above and beyond and care about me this is the place to goTo I can promise you that

I have had a wonderful experience with CNY! From the individuals who schedule appointments, the nurses and doctors have all been amazing!

Ive debated on sharing our experience but I feel like I should. We are a hard working family and I work 70 to 80 hours a week to make sure my family is taken care of. My wife also works. We took out a huge loan like alot of others have to have a child. We traveled from Tennessee several times hoping for a good outcome. I dont feel like the clinic did enough for me and my wife. They didnt look into her issues enough. We just kept doing the same plan over and over. Here we are with no child to show for it. We are out of money that we must pay back each month as a reminder we have no baby. We got another opinion after the fact and they said our plan was wrong and we shouldve went a different route according to another doctor. I cant afford more loans and Im not taking on anymore. My wife has been devastated and so have I. By far the toughest year weve ever had. I just feel like more shouldve been done other than taking our money and running. I guess with all this being said please look into the clinics more. We went trying to save money and to have more chances if needed. I know its all a risk but more care shouldve been taken and my wife shouldve had more attention I feel like. As much money that place brings in the owner should care more. Am I frustrated yes but I hope this helps others on making a choice before going into debt and having to work your life away to pay back a debt that you have nothing to show for besides a heartbroken wife and family. You get what you pay for and this is the most affordable fertility clinic I found in the country.I chose an egg freezing bundle and quickly found myself to be my only advocate. No one holds your hand through the process, calls to ask when your cycle will start or calls to arrange medicine or calls to give you instructions on how to take it. Instead they send you lengthy wordy documents and videos.They required that I upload my insurance, and so I did but included a message saying do not bill my insurance because Im paying for a bundle in cash. They still billed my insurance which I had to work to undo.You must call and message them constantly with specific questions- of which you must know which questions to ask. Sometimes clinical would answer the phone in a few minutes, sometimes an hour. The facebook group for CNY patients is more helpful than any info I was given directly from CNY.The pharmacy they sent my RX to was even worse- I would wait on hold 30 minutes every time I called with a question. Dont use Metro Drugs.The next frustrating phase was when I ran out of one medicine as I had only been given 7 days of it and the average person stims for 10 days. They told me to use the extra in each vial, when the vial is 300 units and Im supposed to take 300 units per day. The extra leftover is so small that I threw it away and was never told to save it. Then I got to pay $400 more plus $45 for overnight shipping with Metro Drugs to buy more medicine. It felt like CNY purposely doesnt give you enough medicine in the bundle so you have to buy more. The price of the bundle is deceiving in that way because they know youll have to buy more. They also sent 6 boxes of a different medicine they said Ill never use because every bundle is the same to them, such a waste.Update after retrieval:I only talked to a Doctor for 30 seconds before my retrieval. Otherwise you’re only talking to a Dr during your initial consultation. Dr, nurse, and anesthesiologist kept saying my eggs would be fertilized right after retrieval to which I had to keep reminding them I was only freezing- a great example that no one looks at your chart and you have to remind every person of your full medical history.I realize they cost less than the average clinic, but I would expect better customer service and instructions when you are doing such high stakes health care and filling your body with such strong medicine. Only use them if you truly need the cost to be this cheap and are willing to advocate for yourself, do your own research, and walk yourself through this process because you are just a number to them. And be prepared to pay more than their bundle price because they won’t give you enough medicine on purpose.

I’m honestly so disappointed in the initial call today with Dr Banerjee. I had been so excited about coming on board with CNY but this consultation has made me think about alternatives. He was not personable in any way and the call seemed more administrative with him simply the confirming the initial patient intake information that I had already uploaded to the portal including dob, date of last cycle and things like that. I manage PR so I’m an excellent communicator so if I can’t communicate well with him, I think most others would also have a tough time.The consultation was not insightful in any way. He didn’t discuss my prior labs nor likehood of success based on those factors. I believe this is because he had not looked at my chart and had zero familiarity with my case. If I decided to move forward with CNY I don’t think I’d want it to be under his care. I would not recommend him. Completely dissatisfied and personally disappointed.**Update: I called the scheduling line and was able to quickly get assigned to Dr Fink. What a difference! He was so informative, interactive and very personable. Huge difference! I feel so much better and am once again excited about exploring possibilities with CNY.

Our son is now almost 4 and without CNY we would not have our miracle!!! They were great with us…IVF is not always an instant answer to infertility struggles so we know the heartbreak of failed cycles. Our success was after 3 retrievals and our 5th transfer! They were a busy clinic and affordable so you have to be your own advocate and stay on top of the communication!

The clinic is very nice and clean, my only problem is that you will not have your hand held during the appointments or process! Expect to ask and learn things be your own researcher! They will not help or call you they have way to many patients so you need ask away don’t be afraid to blow up the phone even if they seem rude!!! Lol I had my ivf done last year and gave birth to a healthy baby girl she’s almost 9 months old now! Time flies, I’ll be back to do another ivf cycle in feb! ❤️🙏 thank you cny for our baby girl!

Dr. Kiltz is a miracle man! .. Meat and seafood! 38 and I became pregnant with one try exactly 6 months after my surgery! Very down to earth people, and they even mailed my ring I left there! I am so greatful! Even when I was behind in payment due to credit card issues.. They were very respectful! .. No judgement and I am covered in tattoos and come from a mixed background as well as a hard life! I am 15 weeks pregnant with a baby boy and all my genetic tests came back normal! Mom life or no life! God bless! 💓🤰

Dr Banerjee was incredibly rude to me during my follow up after a failed embryo transfer, ending the conversation with “good luck with your mosiac embryo” in a condescending way. All because I wasn’t interested in doing an invasive surgery immediately after our failed transfer. Zero tact. Especially considering we had a failed transfer of our ONLY normal donor embryo (out of 9 fresh donor eggs) which is very “unlucky” we were told after we had done all the expensive genetic and karyotyping testing and spent all of our savings on a bundle of FRESH DONOR EGGS even adding extra$ on to be sure we could have a shot at siblings. No explanation given on why the fertilization of the donor eggs were so poor (they still have that donor on the site FYI) After the transfer, they told us to wait in the room and they would come back to let us know the catheter was empty and the embryo was successfully transferred. No one came into the room and when we came out 20mins later the entire building was empty… went to lunch and left us there. We went home just to find out our one shot didn’t work, I truly wonder if they even checked the catheter and the embryo transferred at all. Then to be spoken to that way afterwards is just awful. Save yourself the money and heart ache

I had a great experience at CNY in Syracuse. I was lucky to spontaneously get pregnant and CNY provided weekly appointments until I found a doctor to take over my care. It was amazing to watch our little one develop the first few weeks. The nurses were very nice to us and my husband was allowed to be at all of my appointments even during covid.Occasionally our wait time was a little long and on one occasion I waited for over an hour and a half to be seen.My biggest concern has been with billing. I did not receive a bill for several months. On my last statement I had noticed that there were charges for a procedure that I had paid for on the previous statement. It has been a huge problem getting in contact with the billing department. Ive waited on hold for over 20 minutes and never got through to anyone. I have left messages that go unreturned for over a week (and most recently it has been a month since I last left a message and have not received a call back). I sent messages through my online portal and have only been told that my payment was applied to something else. Ive been trying to handle this since March and it is still not cleared up.I would go back if needed in the future but make sure you keep track of your statements and be prepared for long response times if you do find an issue with billing.

At this point I dont even want to give a star.Much as the clinic and doctors be on social media they could keep the same energy for the patient past or present patient and respond to emails.I had a horrible experience with the Albany location and now another experience from being told I had NO donor sperm left to now a year later I do. I was told twice I had NONE left. I have emailed the doctor twice still no response. Sent message through portal and all they can say is sorry for confusion... wasnt a confusion when the staff told me I didnt have anything left.Infertility already a journey now this.If it takes a lawyer to get involved I will do just thatAnd Im learning Im not the only one who experienced the same thingUpdate: seems as though Dr. KILTZ DIDNT DO WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD ON 8/27/22.

I appreciate the service that Dr. Klitz is offering for a very reasonable rate, but I have never had this much of an issue with a business not taking my money! It’s a nightmare. All of the messages through my portal go unanswered. I signed up for a payment plan that I can’t even pay because none of my billing/financing is on my portal. It’s a 1+ hour hold to get someone to take a payment over the phone. Frustrating!

Really bad experience here. After waiting 2 months for a call with an NP I was rushed through and she was just reading from a script. No personalization in this process . It’s like a fertility mill. They said call back in my period to schedule the blood and ultrasound testing. But you can’t even get ahold of them . I’ve heard bad reviews from two friends now as well

I have only just started working with CNY and I have had very positive experiences. Everyone Ive spoken to is very kind and on top of everything. Any concerns Ive had are addressed very quickly and I look forward to their help in this process.So far, I am really pleased with how on top of my care they are. They are very hands on, they make sure you understand your instructions and everything is very efficient. I havent had a bad experience yet and I am grateful to have found them. I for once have hope that I will finally be successful with the help of CNY!!

7:25PM 11/15/22Giving three stars JUST. For right now as I haven’t started my first cycle yet. But communication has been very good and I get updated on time about my blood work which is a plus because the last fertility clinic I’ve gone to was horrible with giving me updates. But again this review is only for the communications/update part. Will update review after my first IVF cycle😊.Update 01/16/23 6:50AMThe Atlanta office was amazing. The women at the front desk were amazing and welcomed me so politely. The nurse who took my blood was so nice and complimented me on my colorful hair lol. The doctor who performed my ultrasound was nice too. Was going to have my HSG done days later but told her I wanted to be sedated in Syracuse. Hopefully I can have it done next month🤞🏼. Will definitely update.

After having gone to another clinic after CNY I am shocked at these high ratings! While the nurses are in general pleasant, I literally felt like a just a name on a folder. I never saw the same nurse twice and it wasnt until after 3 months of treatment that I finally spoke to a doctor - on the phone, at 6:30am, no less! There was no other time available and I had to schedule the call 2 weeks in advance! I moved to NYC and had the pleasure of choosing from a larger range of docs. I ended up choosing another large clinic for their success rates. After less than a month I have already met with my doctor 2 times in person, he is always available via e-mail and will even call to check in on me. If the doctor isnt available, his coordinator is also super responsive. I still have yet to see results at the other clinic but at least I feel like a person again...2020 edit: I am happy to say I gave birth to my son in July and wholeheartedly recommend RMANY.

The reason i am giving this review one star is solely because of their billing department. The medical team is beyond amazing, but their billing department does very sketchy things. For example I made multiple payments yet they dont show up on my billing statements and when I ask where that money went they keep saying oh we just use it to pay for little things as they pop up. I asked for a detailed report on where my money was spent and on what since they cant seem to tell me. Still waiting on that.I also have been paying co-pays about 200$ worth that doesnt show up in my account as having paid for. When i asked them to apply it to my bill they said they cant right now even though its been charged to my credit card for 4 weeks.They are also using wrong CPT codes for billing. I know this because I am a nurse in the operating room, and manage cpt codes all the time for the surgeons and the cases they book, even D&Cs because we perform them where I work. I checked our CPT codes used and I can say confidently they are 100% wrong. So they are charging me for prenatal ultrasounds when I wasnt even pregnant instead of just a normal ultrasound. So I am paying $100 more each ultrasound. I argued this with them on the phone but they simply dont care and say we cant change those.. which I know they can because we change CPT codes all the time when they are WRONG. I now have to go to my insurance company and tell them that they are not billing for correct services delivered to me.My advice for those going here, medically you are in great hands. Everyone is fantastic, but their billing department is absolutely awful and do very shady things so watch your money carefully otherwise you might be charged for items and services you never received and they will use your payments toward items and wont give you specifics on what it paid for.

We spent lot of money but not got succeeded. Several attempts . Poor monitoring. Specially CNY ATLANTA- Staff need more training, better attention and better management.

UPDATE 3 THROUGHOUT TREATMENT:If you have fidelis insurance and planned to do a embryo freezing here, just to forewarn you, as of may 17th 2023, fidelis will not cover your treatment bill or your medications that you will need. I paid 2500 out of pocket to get what the meds I needed. I have cancer and needed to get some of my eggs fertilized and froze. They are extremely nice here. I have successfully frozen some embryos and looking forward to my next step. If it wasnt for my insurance and previous stressful days trying to communicate with them, I would have given them five stars but I moved them from 1 star to 3.UPDATE 2 THROUGHOUT TREATMENT:The pharmacy never calls back unless it is the business is coming to closing. I have fidelis insurance and nothing is covered. I am having problems with Walgreens for four days and on the fifth day I called them and said I have to pay 2 grand for out of pocket because fidelis wont cover it. They send my prescription to cvs which Walgreens says its covered. I contacted cvs and they say I need a script from the doctor. How can I get my meds when CNY fertility wont call me back? Im upset with fidelis and my situation. I will run out of meds tomorrow night..--------------------------------------------------------------------REVIEW NUMBER 1 THROUGHOUT TREATMENT:I came in to get started to freeze my embryos. Everyone is super nice there so far. Hopefully my future there will be successful.

I had a tubal reversal last week. The nurse, Sarah, in the OR was phenomenal and made me feel so comfortable. The communication prior to my surgery could’ve been a little better, but all in all I had a good experience.3 months after surgery I got a positive pregnancy test! I am due a year from the day I had surgery. Thank you CNY!

If your consultation is scheduled with Brandis Montez, NP it is worth the wait to complete your consult with another professional, if you chose to remain with CNY.We have completed four rounds of IVF over the last 6 years. This is not our first go at this however we were interested in what another center could offer.For someone that “Wants to see couples feel empowered,” yet talks down to them, is condescending, treats you like a number and is also highly unprofessional, I would seek another professional at this center or better yet, find another fertility center.Although we are required to complete all paperwork and have records faxed, you will have to provide every painstaking detail that was already provided to the center. By Ms. Montez not knowing herself, only proved she did not hold up her end of being prepared for our consult.If you are scheduled with Ms. Montez, make sure you are up to date on every detail from every round you ever completed. Including but not limited to: dates, number of miscarriages, type of miscarriage, names of every procedure, how many embryos for each cycle, etc. As someone who has been in the medical field for over 12 years, I was not prepared for her quiz or was unaware I should have been.This process of fertility is very sensitive and a highly emotional ride that is expensive and can quickly end in heart break. Many of us have been there. This consult left us feeling disrespected and very disappointed in the Center’s professionalism. I do appreciate the attempt the center made to schedule us a second consult, this time with Dr. Katz himself. My husband and I decided that CNY is not for us.

This is the worst fertility clinic you can go.The customer service is the worst. You try to book an appointment for one thing but they will book it for a different thing. You pay 50$ for the booking. Then they will cancel it bcz that’s not what you need. When you ask for 50$ refund, they will just say it’s non refundable bcz it’s their policy. How can it be patients fault if the staff does not have knowledge of stuff.

I had an egg retrieval today.My doctor for the retrieval was Dr. Banerjee. He was so patient and caring, he really took time speaking with me and I could tell he took time doing the procedure to the very best of his ability as well. His bedside manner couldnt be better. I really hope I get to see him for future procedures.My nurse was Amy and she was super sweet. She didnt rush me at all and made me feel very comfortable. She had a good talent of reading the patients needs. For example when I came out from being under I was ready to go and get dressed almost immediately and she totally respected that. While I saw some other patients like me, some who needed some more care and comfort, and some in between. I appreciated her letting me advocate for my body.Dr. R was my anesthesiologist. He also took a lot of time to make sure I was calm and eady for the procedure. And let me say, this was the best sleep Ive ever had.Also a special shout out to nurses Rebecca and Danielle who really went above and beyond working with my local monitoring clinics. I also want to send a huge thank you to the lady who got me all checked in at the office. She was so sweet and made a pretty anxious time relaxing and easy.EDIT- My transfer was successful. Im currently 6 weeks pregnant. I want to say after my 2 positive beta tests CNY communication has dropped completely off. Its disappointing as Im still on quite a few meds and have no clue how to proceed. Which do I stay on and for how long? Trying to get into my local OB ASAP. Im removing 2 stars due to this. 1 star for lack of communication and another solely for lack of communication regarding medication. Ive needed progesterone supplementation in the past, and they have quit sending lab orders to check those levels. I feel that this is causing a great deal of unnecessary stress and putting this pregnancy at risk. I get when people are between cycle or on the waitlist they should be on the backburner, but when someone is still on your medication (not vitamins or supplements, but crutial meds) regime you need to be monitoring them.

Our journey with CNY started a couple of years ago. My partner underwent two IUIs that both failed.We figured IVF would be a better option since they typically have higher success rates. We opted for reciprocal IVF. I underwent the egg retrieval over a year ago.After my egg retrieval we thought “this is it!” The excitement was overbearing. After the first transfer, the two week wait was filled with happy thoughts and high expectations. To our surprise, after the two week wait, we had a negative test. Then again. And again. And again.Four failed transfers without anyone EVER asking us if we’d like to talk to a doctor about other options. Just “your test came back negative- call us back on your next period and we will get the process started.”So, after feeling frustrated, we advocated for ourselves and asked to speak with Dr. Kiltz. We made an appointment with him weeks in advance to speak over the phone about different options. The call was scheduled for 8 am.9 o’clock- no call. 10 o’clock- no call.We finally called the office two hours after the scheduled appointment and politely asked what the delay was.“He has embryo transfers scheduled this morning so he must be running behind.”Why would they double book a doctor like that?He finally called hours after our appointment time. He was kind and gave us another option to try.We just underwent our fifth transfer. And guess what? The test came back negative.Now- I understand that CNY cannot control whether someone gets pregnant or not.That’s not what I’m upset about. It’s about the sheer lack of compassion and communication. We didn’t even get a phone call for someone to tell us the result of my partner’s pregnancy test yesterday. This was not the first, but the second time, we failed to get a phone call on testing day. A day that everyone who has gone through a two week wait understands is both exciting and terrifying and the seconds drag by while staring at the phone waiting for that call.On another note- the billing department is an absolute nightmare. So much so that I reached out to William Kiltz who “pinged” the billing team multiple times (I believe four times to be exact) to call us- with no phone call back from billing.Mind you, we are self pay patients who have paid in full for each treatment. So I’m really confused as to what the mix up could be.If you’re someone who has been blessed with a child from this clinic- please know my partner and I are elated for you.For those who have been given the runaround like we have for years- you’re not alone.I truly hate to leave any business a negative review. In fact, this is the first time I’ve ever left one. But my patience with CNY has worn out through the years. We’ve spent countless hours, and dollars, at CNY. Only to be treated like a number.

We were travel patients, and while they do have some issues with communication and the billing department (sending bills for things we already paid for, etc), we were overall very happy with the care we received there. They were much kinder and more personable than a clinic we used at home, and they are way busier at CNY too. I am 40 years old and 18 weeks pregnant with our first from our second embryo transfer at CNY.

We traveled to CNY-Syracuse for IVF. We absolutely LOVED our experience with them! They were all so caring and actually cared about you. Our sweet little embryo took on our second frozen transfer. I am now 11 weeks and 2 days pregnant thanks to CNY. If it werent for them, I dont think we would have ever had our miracle!! I 100% recommend them for anyone who is struggling with infertility.

I started my IVF this year 2022 with CNY and did my first ER in May 2022. I was told to start TRANSFER meds for my ER then a day later a different nurse told me that was incorrect when i went over the meds again. But they did not even notice until i said something. I went here for GS only i have zero fertility issues and when i asked if all these meds were necessary they said its the same protocol they start everyone one. I was under the impression it was based off each patient. So ok i let that go now moving into july and what should have been my transfer i was given a med that i told them time and time again and its in my chart that i should not have and well 4 days in i called them multiple times bc i said i was not feeling right and having chest pains. Well that turned into multiple appointments to getting checked for blot clots and everything else IVF meds can cause. I call the clinic and explain that my doctor said i had no blood clots however my primary did not understand why i was prescribed a med that is in my chart and i verbally stated i have had issues with in the past. I call the clinic the nurse that answered says to me well since oyu do not have fertiility issues and have had other pregnancies naturally we can do a natural cycle I said why did we not just do that from day 1 she claimed she didnt know. So i still have not got my transfer done. And i paid almost in full for what i feel like will end horribly anyways. I do not like that you never get the same nurse or doctor and everyone has a different idea on what your meds or anything should be!!!! This is crazy. But they are all really nice thats all i can say about that

My wife and I had our first appointment at CNY and it was completely beyond our expectations. We had a poor experience at another fertility clinic, but CNY put us on the right track and made us feel confident and excited about starting our family. The staff is so kind, patient and eager to answer questions, the environment is very calming and they have a very clear plan when it comes to a fertility plan. I cant recommend them enough.

Dr Kiltz and staff have been amazing. Communication is always on point on. I have even called after hours with questions or concerns. The in-house financing is a godsend. Thanks to CNY ♥️ we are expecting. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had my 3rd transfer done yesterday. My first transfer with CNY. I am a travel patient & was definitely nervous about the overall process. It turned out to not be so bad. I can say it turned out to be a good experience - they do deal with a large volume of clients due to them catering to people all over since they are one of the most affordable clinics around for IVF. You don’t get the personal experience that you would get with a local clinic but at least it is affordable. You have to advocate for yourself & ask questions. Honestly you have to do this no matter what clinic you are with.Dr. Corley did my transfer & he was hands down one of the best doctors I have encountered during my IVF journey. He actually prayed with me after the transfer. When do you have a doctor actually take the time to pray with you?! He was very warm & welcoming & explained the process well. I am very grateful for Dr. Corley. I am happy with my experience with CNY overall.

I recommended CNY to my sister after reading reviews here and because of cost since she will be paying out of pocket. She began interactions with CNY IN JULY 2020. Today, I regret ever recommending this clinic.A process like this needs constant communication and response with support from your doctor and staff. She can barely get anyone to return a call. She has to wait days sometimes for a response by the portal. She is not given clear instructions on what she should do, when she should do it or how. Complete lack of communication.IVF is a tough procedure on women, my sister has to teach herself when a particular test needs to be done and request from CNY to send in the order to whichever lab needs it.The wrong lab work has been sent for her to complete, or it was sent too late before her cycle so she had to wait for the next month.She has to guess what her next step in the procedure should be and constantly email CNY to ask for the next steps before they inform her. Are you not her Doctor? Are you not supposed to inform your patient ahead of time when to get tests done and send in the order to the lab before it is too late? She has wasted money on wrong labwork and was given many last minute additions to her lab work and prescriptions.She ordered her drugs months ago, and just by chance she saw some new drugs in her portal right before she is to start taking the drugs. She had to ask the nurse what this drug was since it was never there before. The nurse noticed she never had that particular prescription sent to the pharmacy. No apology, the nurse responds as if your clinic has not just dropped the ball. These drugs cost thousands of dollars and she paid cash, she would have started her regimen and later told she didnt take one drug and has to restart!! So many mistakes, that I am shocked the clinic still exists. My sister is not rich, she and her husband saved and sold possessions, to have the money for this process.My sister is depressed and stressed by the lack of care and professionalism this clinic has shown her and I am even more sad that it was because I trusted what I read here that she has gone through this mess.

Affordable IVF in a very kind and clean clinic! We were travel patients. Our experience at the clinic was great. Phone calls and messages were answered promptly. You do have to put in more work at CNY (especially as a travel patient - figuring everything out from a distance instead of seeing them in person every day), but everything went smoothly! My 5 month old is a CNY baby and Im thankful for the opportunity.

I dont know if this review counts but I saw this doctor on TV. He was a beautiful human that showed love, kindness, gratitude and thankfulness. From the few minutes I experienced my soul felt that he is a phenomenal human being. Anyone in the world that meets this man will feel his spirit and be blessed by his soul, knowledge and ability. What a beautiful human being he is. This man creates life because he loves it. You are an angel.

I had a failed IVF retrieval this week and they scheduled me for a follow up phone call with the doctor that did my retrieval for 2pm today. He never called. I couldn’t get a hold of the office for two hours and when I finally got a hold of someone at 4pm, they told me they are not really sure what’s going on and asked me if I could reschedule for next week. For something that costs so much money out of pocket, I expect better customer service. They don’t really care about you at all.

Let me try to go in order. I called to schedule and asked if they had a urologist there that does microteses. The scheduler told me yes. I waited a long time for my appointment and they say the nurse practitioner was supposed to call at 10am never called. I called at 10:08 and they said she is in an emergency and may be running 20-30 minutes behind. (ok understandable). I called again at 10:50 and they rescheduled me for two days out. The nurse practitioner I spoke with (not even a video call) just a regular phone call told me at the beginning that they do not do microteses, then at the end she said they have a urologist Dr. Trussel who does them. (very wishy washy). She told me all the tests female wise I would need to do and that a nurse would call me in TWO weeks to get it set up. A nurse called today who was not professional at all and said you had a question for me?. She told me they do not do them so I did call and they did refund my money. Now I will be calling the insurance company to make sure they did not bill them and to see if she was supposed to be on a video call with me for it to be a billable service.

The staff at CNY Fertility is amazing! Hands down my favorite doctors office! Not only to do they bring the latest innovations to your treatment, they make sure you are well taken care of while they do it. Dr Kiltz is the nicest person and makes sure to check in on everyone at points throughout your visits.Not only have I helped others with their dreams through this office, they helped myself and my family achieve ours. All of the processes Ive been through with them was well discussed and they were sure to make sure I was knowledgeable in it.

I was not satisfied with my consult or my retrieval . I was told that my phone consult would be 3 weeks away but in the meantime I should upload my medical records to ensure the doctors/nurse have enough time to review before my call. I requested my medical records from my previous IVF doctor and uploaded them within days. This would allow the office more than two and a half weeks to review my history. To my surprise the day of my consult I received a call from Kim in Atlanta. She kept asking me questions about my history as if she never even saw my records. I said I uploaded them over two and a half weeks ago did you not review ? She told me that she was just assigned to me and only had 30 mins on my case (15 mins to review files and 15 mins to talk to me) I was so upset. I felt like CNY treat every case the same like a (one size fits all) and that’s not the case at all. I was told to order meds that cost over $4,450 but only used 4 meds from the entire order. The rest of the meds is still in my refrigerator smh pointless and waste of money. I went for my retrieval and it was not successful which now looking back make perfect sense. No one took the time to review. It’s my husband that have low mobility and low count. But he was not offered anything to take. I’m really disappointed and honestly will just continue with my local IVF office. I wasted lots of money on meds that I have no use for , time, flights and energy. I received a call that two of the eggs were not fertilized. But they mentioned they will try another one tomorrow. I missed the phone but called back and spoke to a nurse about my results. She was sooooo not compassionate In anyway and when I asked about the rest of the eggs she had no answers for me. She plain out said I don’t know. “ you need to schedule a call with the doctor or nurse practitioner” like WTF.

There aren’t enough words for how much I love CNY! I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Kiltz and a frozen transfer with Dr. Corley. They are both some of the most wonderful physicians I have ever met. I traveled to CNY from Miami, FL for the quality of care, immune protocols as well as amazing pricing. From the moment I stepped foot inside their facility, my heart was warmed and I was always treated with kindness. I love Donna, Becky and the entire travel team nurses and had the pleasure of working with Kris in Buffalo for some testing. Even their finance team and Michelle has been wonderful! I am proud to say that after three consecutive miscarriages and at age 41, I delivered my rainbow baby boy this summer. God bless CNY, their beautiful facilities and amazing team!

Had an initial consultation that I scheduled over a month ago. Its now been nearly 4 weeks and their finance team and scheduling team is no where to be found on my phone. They over advertised and cannot handle the volume of people. If youre over the age of 38 do not contact this clinic because you probably cannot wait another 6-8 months before youre actually seen by this clinic.

Dr. Kiltz stated my miscarriage occurred because I am not eating Keto, asked me if I’d read his work, and quizzed me on plant based foods for my “follow up” from a miscarriage. Left me feeling like the situation was my fault and if I didn’t “change my ways” meaning switch to keto I would miscarry again. You’ll rarely talk to the same provider twice at this clinic and when a pregnancy or cycle fails they blame you and not their inadequate care. I would recommend seriously considering a different option

I had a laparoscopy there. It was unsuccessful and very unprofessional. With what I have learned now all they did was cut me up and take my money. The doctors didnt even see me or speak to me after surgery. They spoke too my husband and left before I awoke. Worst experience ever.02/2022 UPDATE!Worst experience ever! We requested our records from this place and there is a ton of unexplained and infilled paperwork. Missing information... This place is beginning to feel like a nightmare. Im glad its worked for some but Im begining to feel like I was severely taken advantage of. If you do choose this practice be extremely careful. I was super young and extremely inexperienced this was almost 10 yrs ago. Its beginning to sound and feel like malpractice.

Dr Kiltz is awesome!! Very friendly, caring doctor, very nice! The nurses were always available when I had to call them for questions. The Syracuse location feels like a spa when you walk in, everything nicely decorated, I recommend this place 100%, its a real busy place but just make sure you follow all the nurses instructions regarding medications and reach out through the portal or by phone with any questions, they will get back to you. Oh and I got pregnant on my 1st IVF cycle and 2nd FET!!!!!! Currently 4 weeks pregnant and my 1st pregnancy!!!

UPDATE: After emailing the address received in the response to my original review from the owner, I received a voicemail message from one of the CNY representatives about booking an initial phone consultation which included an 800 number different than whats listed on their website. I called the number as instructed and was at first a bit dismayed to discover it was essentially the same generic call-in line. I was on hold for about 10 to 15 minutes when a representative answered. Sheila was extremely professional and kind. After collecting my information, she asked to put me on hold so that she could verify the next available appointment. I quickly explained my experiences from last week, and she assured me that she would call me back if we were disconnected. Fortunately, and unlike last week, I was not disconnected. If the owner reads this update, please note that Sheila gave exemplary customer service and should be pointed out as a great example for other phone representatives.----------------------Horrible experience and I havent even had an initial appointment! I submitted a request for an initial phone consultation on Jan. 4th, and never heard back. Ive been calling on an off for the past 2.5 weeks only to be on hold for more than 20 minutes. Today, Jan 17th, I finally decided to call and keep calling until I could speak to someone on the phone. After 20 minutes, I was finally connected with someone and then promptly disconnected after I was put on hold. I called back and after waiting on hold again for 20 minutes, was routed to the voicemail box. I left a message. I called back a third time and spoke to a different representative. This person went ahead and started the process of collecting my information again and then their phone went mute. I stayed on the phone for another 10 minutes while saying, hello, hello, I cant hear you. Are you still there? No answer. Id like to state that the phone representatives are extremely brusque bordering on rude.

I called for an initial appointment in October and they could not get me in until February so I had to wait 5 months just for a phone consultation. The morning of my phone appointment they called me and told me that they had to cancel my appointment one hour before it was supposed to be. She told me that she would have someone call me back to reschedule when that department opened. I still haven’t heard from anyone.. pretty disappointing especially after we waited so long. I also called 3 days before my appointment to confirm since I had not heard anything from them I sat in hold for about 15 mins before I was sent to voicemail I left a message and no one ever got back to me about that either. This place is really unprofessional and feels like a scam. Like they are praying on vulnerable people who have no other choice. I didn’t listen to the negative reviews because I didn’t think that would be me but I was wrong and now I’ve wasted my time when I could have gone to a different clinic.

So glad I found cny! I just recently transferred my perfect embryo. The staff has been great. Being a travel patient I had to do a little research myself but other than that Ive had a truly great experience. I am also a heavier set woman and cny was still willing to work with me and made me feel completely comfortable!Update: currently 20 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby girl!! Due in April! So grateful to cny!!

I have been a patient for 1-1/2 years and still awaiting my miracle baby. This process is incredibly hard, emotionally, and physically draining. BUT I truly feel like the CNY Team truly cares. I do all labs and monitor at CNY and the ladies are always very sweet, kind, and helpful. Ive seen both Dr. Kiltz and Dr. Corley are they are both truly amazing. After over 7 years of infertility Im so thankful to be now working with such amazing people to hopefully help assist me in my dream to become a mother. Thank you for making this Journey more affordable!

Very nice facility.... However, I traveled all the way from Georgia to the Syracuse, NY office in support of a friend for her IVF transfer procedure and sat and waited over an hour and a half AFTER the scheduled appointment time to be seen. No one said a word, checked in to provide an update on what was happening and did not seem apologetic when questioned about the extreme delay. Understanding the stress and gravity of this type of procedure, there needs to be better communication and sensitivity to the patients who have entrusted their future with this facility. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and I pray that the prolonged stress of the day hasn’t impacted the success of my dear friend’s sacred process of conception. Please do better!

Most affordable IVF in the country and they still manage to get people from all over the country to use their services. The price scale is specifically designed to allow most patients to do more than one cycle and many transfers. They have a lot of older clients (over 40) so it’s important to be able to have multiple attempts to get that golden egg. One round of IVF is $3900 (compared to $10K to $30K nationwide). Monitoring in house is $850 if you’re self-pay.They have the most affordable donor egg program, so you can add on 4 banked donor eggs for $4000. Not bad considering they will replace them if you don’t get many embryos or they don’t thaw. Only issue is that the program is small so there may be a wait.All of the doctors are fairly open-minded and take a “whatever you want to do” approach opposed to making you do things your way. It’s helps to research IVF and be an advocate for yourself.If you look for discounts on IVF meds, join a few Facebook groups associate with CNY, and really manage your own care, you can get the same or better service for only $4K, opposed to $20K. Even spending $20K, there are no guarantees.

Love this clinic, you guys made it possible for us to have a baby after 11 years of trying and praying. Cant thank you enough from the bottom of our hearts. You made a lifelong dream a reality. Everyone here cares about each patient and the nurses and doctors are so awesome! 🥰Thank you for our beautiful daughter.

I have done one round of IVF so far, it really hasnt been the greatest experience at all. This place seriously can stress you out to no end with the hour plus waits to the waiting on the phone for 15 to 45 minutes. They expect you to be an expert at anything you plan on doing. For the money paid privately or by insurance you think they would actually spend a little bit of time to explain the whole process. . . No they do not. If you plan on going here plan on finding your own information out online. There are tons of resources out there that explain the process better than they do here. When doing my egg retrieval they made it sound like it was a easy process and it was nothing. I called about 4 days after to see if I should still be in a lot of pain then that person told me yes that is a very invasive procedure. That was never told to me or that I would have a transfer two days later. No one told me anything about the transfer. I just had to guess. Its all a guessing game or ask a thousand questions to feel like your bothering them. Also on top of making you in a panic there are some nurses that are rude here. You would think with nicer hours and not being in like a ER that they would be a little nicer and compassionate. Nope. This place also needs to hire a lot more staff for the people they take in. Plus side is that when you meet Dr. Kiltz he is a very nice doctor. Wish he would have all staff the same way he is. Overall Im going to do another round and hopefully this time it will be different.

Best doctors office Ive ever been to. Never gave up on helping me and am now due in October with my first baby. It took 3 IUIs, 3 IVF retrievals and 7 transfers. They kept trying until we found what worked. Love them and cant wait to go back again for baby #2!!

I was a patient at both Syracuse and Buffalo as a travel patient from Michigan. Aside from Syracuse being busy, I have no complaints. Dr Corley was awesome, and Dr Kiltz was able to successfully transfer 2 frozen embryos and I am now pregnant with twins. I owe all my thanks the CNY for my growing family. Highly recommend!

I cannot begin to describe how absolutely phenomenal this clinic is. From the receptionist staff (Christine is one of my favorites) to the amazing phlebotomist, to the nurses that help run the show. Everything is absolutely incredible about this facility. Dr Kiltz not only has created a warm and nurturing environment, but you can tell they truly care. We went in nervous and overwhelmed with struggling with fertility and have left with a healthy baby graduating to an OBGYN. If you need to pick a fertility clinic go with CNY! They will work with you financially, and do everything in their power to make sure you leave with a healthy pregnancy.

I am 46 and started trying to conceive with my then new husband four years ago. Initially I used a small local clinic in Colorado because I received very good medical consultations and service but I later realized after 3 failed cycles with my own good egg supply that the doctor was very consecutive and basically decided an approach and stays with it. Those efforts failed and my insurance was not going to cover donor egg IVF so I started researching clinics globally. I didnt want to be treated like a statistic, I had 5 consultations with top clinics, I read forum feedvsck and asked a lot of questions. CNY gave me a free phone consultation with an MD. They let me look at their donor bank profiles and came up with an aggressive strategy as I felt I was getting too old to keep trying. Also they put me on a payment plan since I was all cash this time around. They listened. They dealt with my unique history. They let me be long distance. They assigned me a nurse who helped me all the way through the process with timing, prescriptions, travel, options, etc. although they were very busy and I did have to sta on top of my drugs and timing pretty aggressively to not get lost in the frenetically busy CNY. When I traveled to the Syracuse office I was so impressed. It is a luxurious spa with top notch service and friendliness from the team. I felt like I was at a resort with beautiful decor and it was spotless. The robes, sandals, spa options, setting-it made me feel so cared for in a vulnerable time. And when my eggs didnt survive Dr K and team let me choose another donor and stayed in my timeline and were generous in providing me with enough eggs to get 6 viable embryos. When my first transfer was a chemical, we changed the protocol to non-reject-auto-immune and keto diet and grew my 3 day embryos to 5 day embryos...and we transferred 2. To my great joy, I now have two beautiful and perfect baby girls. Not only did my rainbow babies materialize, it was affordable, comfortable and personalized care in an elite spa environment. Words cannot express my gratitude for Dr K and the practice he has built to create children, not exploit sad couples and individuals who desperately want children by charging absurd amounts of money. I am truly so awed every time I behold my beautiful babies. And all I really have left to say is that I have one more embryo in the freezer....

Starting with the good ! Staff is so kind compassionate and helpful . Not your typical medical office staff . Atmosphere is pleasant think spa rather then stuffy medical building. Prices are so reasonable. Many treatments available I havent found elsewhere. That being said Id love to give them 5 stars but I simply cannot. Because... scheduleing is a train wreck I mean like your worst nightmare like literally been frustrating to the point of tears the majority of my appointments. They have a horrid system/ no system for how they schedule patient ! As in they will give you an appointment and you will literally sit in the waiting room hours ! Last appointment I waited 2.5 prior 1.5 average wait time is 1 hour . Then when you get to the back they literally bring a different person to do each thing with a 15+ min gap meaning in reality I spend 3+ hours to do exactly what has taken 40 minutes elsewhere. I get so frustrated and angry every time . I mean how can they not have the intelligence to fix this ! Also you MUST be your own advocate or this is NOT the place for you ! Inconsistencies are the only thing you can consistently count on . You see so many different staff/ docs nurses which are rarely on the same page . We are far enough along that I Im going to try to stick it out because I think thats my only option for a positive outcome I can afford but to be clear I feel Ive had my time totally disrespected and Im very disappointed in feeling the best interest of current patients are being neglected in a quest to accept way too many new patients . This place desperately needs better training for staff to create consistency and massive hires to keep up with the massive amount of patients they continue to take on. Im surprised someone hasnt had the common sense to halt all new patients being accepted and fix the broken system before adding patients making the mess even worse. this being said if your willing to do your own research be knowledgeable enough to catch mistakes/inconsistencies and willing to waste hours of your time every time you have an appointment this is the place for you. Id love to see them get it together and respect the patients time and come up with a better way to provide consistency. Id love to change this to a 5 star at some point because honestly the atmosphere and the kindness of the staff is beyond amazing its just the rest of the things I see as massive failures deserving of a 0 . In the long run if your able to get a positive outcome at a price you can afford dealing with the unreasonable wait times and inconveniences / inconsistencies would be worth it . It honestly makes me so sad to see the negative side of things because i honestly dont think they have a single staff member who is anything but kind and compassionate with the founding doctor being such a kind man with a heart of gold and a genuine desire to help everyone. Just get it together and fix these few issues!Edit had to lower the stars to 1 after last experience. Worst experience Ive ever had in this process. Went in for a fet which they ran way behind on (more than an hour ) and shuffled me between 9 different areas Ive never felt so vulnerable degraded and anxious . This location is going down hill fast .

Got me pregnant within 10 weeks of my initial consult. I am a travel patient traveling from Seattle to Syracuse. Consult on 8/2, egg retrieval 9/2 and frozen embryo transfer on 10/1. Successful! First time Ive ever been pregnant. CNY made IVF affordable for me. Staff were professional and great. The nurse texting line is the fastest way to communicate. CNY is very high volume and you do have to be on top of your own care, as others have said they wont hold your hand through it like the high priced clinics will...but I was an IVF newbie and had zero problems. Ill be back for a sibling using my stored embryos!

Please never go in this clinic they not professional,they don’t listen when your call to understand some charge especially with foreign people.very disappointing,I had 2 iui and 2 ivf not success and not explain to me why os not working ,and when I decided to call to discuss about that and next step with the doctor I also have to pay $100 to talk with the doctor and he didn’t let me talk and listen to me. Run from this clinic, the regret of my life to went to this clinic to spend my money,my time and they treat me like trash.

The staff and communication is horrible here. I’d recommend another location. They are rude and unprofessional. Only good thing is pricing. They should find staff who understands the process and also have compassion which this locations lacks all of the above. Manger Donna, Stephanie, and others have been extremely rude and unprofessional. Avoid Syracuse office at all costs!

The friendliness of the staff is amazing. My first child was through IUI not at CNY. Unfortunately, with time- I’ve continued to need fertility assistance. I had an HSG discovering I required a Hysteroscopy to remove scar tissue and then proceeded with additional IUI. None of which were successful.I moved to another state and continued infertility treatments. A provider looked at everything- redid scans, ultrasounds and labs. This is what my new provider shared with me: both tubes are 100% blocked- WHY DID THEY CONTINUE WITH IUI?I cannot buy back time OR eggs. Now, my egg count is substantially near depletion.I do not recommend CNY.

I cant say enough how amazing this place is! I have my miracle IVF baby because of their dedication and hard work! It wasnt easy and I experienced loss during my first two transfers and they were very helpful and caring. Dr. Kiltz revamped my protocol and the third time was a charm! Thank You CNY!!!! Dr. Kiltz is very knowledge and is always looking for the best way to help a family achieve their goal of having a baby! The nurses are fantastic too! You have to be a bit aggressive with calling and getting answers sometimes because they are so busy, but once you get a hold of someone they help you very quickly!! Also one of my favorite parts is getting a amassage before and after my transfer!!! Its a great way to relax and prepare your self!!

Waited months for an initial consultation. Unfortunately my phone doesnt allowed blocked or private numbers. It wont even ring on my end. This is not noted anywhere that theyd be calling blocked. Now have to reschedule. This is a hard enough situation for our family and then to be pushed back again.

Absolutely impossible to get the right department to call back.Update: after repeated calls and voicemails unreturned, I went in person and got a cleaning staffer to leave a note for Dr. K and still no response.Update 2: eventually I did hear personally from Dr. K who was very pleasant but I chose to make arrangements elsewhere.

Wish they would’ve explained the process more and changed my medication when my count was low. I had no idea what it even meant. I spent a lot of money, poked my self for days and went under anesthesia to end up with 1 egg and they could’ve cared less. They should’ve called and asked me if I wanted to continue with the process or gave me a different dose of medication. I’m especially disappointed with the doctors because the rest of the staff were fine.

I am so glad I chose CNY. I was so worried it would take several tries to conceive but it happened right away. I was shocked that it went so well. Now we have our rainbow baby and he is 3 months old and everything to us. There is such a level of gratitude I have for CNYs help.

They dont return your phone calls or voice-mails. Ive tried so many times just to get lab results and they never get back to me. Unfortunately due to lack of options, Ive had to get tested here multiple times and its always the same experience. Takes months and months to get any results back and when you are trying for a baby, time matters. Do not recommend.

IN MEDICINE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FORThey have the worst communication, Its hard to tell if theyre busy or just dont care at all. Call waiting is morethan 20Mins and when they finally answer they lie to call you back just so they can get you off the phone.IVF is stressful enough, So imagine having a clinic that doesnt care to give you even the most important information.Are you panicking coz you dont know what dose to take? Or waiting for your labs? Well they see your message but decide to answer you two days later.Point is If youre going to use them, Google is going to be your second doctor coz youll have to figure a lot of things out yourself.I wasnt even their patient until they bought the clinic i was in, I cant stress enough PLEASE REED THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS

CNY Fertility helped me grow my family without the thought of turning us away because I might have been a challenge. We thank CNY for accepting us when our local facility turned us away. Our CNY baby was born April 2022 and we will forever be thankful!

Awful experience,They have different NURSES coming in every appointment and they all tell you different things. They have mentally stressed me and my wife out with all their unknown information! Every nurse has told us different things, never clear and doesn’t really seem to know anything. One min it was twins, next min there’s no baby, next min they recorded a Fetal pull they never told us about, say they will call you and NEVER DO! At this point they do not care about any woman that comes there only the money you will be having to spend each time it “doesn’t work”!

I heard a lot about CNY fertility center in Syracuse NY and I’m willing to go and get my tubes untied I have questions about payments? Do we put down payment and pay the rest after surgery or everything has to be paid in full?

In 2016, I got a referral through my primary doctor in the Military to come to this place and do my fertility treatment. Everything was looking good in all the tests until Dr. Kiltz performed a bilateral salpingectomy (removal of both Fallopian tubes). He explain to me that when he went in to try to fix my Fallopian tubes, according to him, they were too damaged and it was impossible for me to get pregnant naturally. When I checked my consent form for the procedure, is when I read I signed and consented to it. No one before the procedure took the time to sit down and prepared me to the possibility of loosing both of my Fallopian tubes. The only thing I was informed about was about the intention of fixing my organs to make me fertile. When I woke up from the procedure after getting the bad news, I was extremely devastated and went into such depression that until today I’m battling with it from time to time. I’ve decided to post this review because I still receive videos and notifications from this place and it always triggers the same feelings from that day and the best I can do is to write this warning, let the team know they definitely need to do better when it comes to explain patients the ENTIRE possible outcomes before a procedure to prevent what I am going through right now. I’m adding the picture of one of my procedures to provide evidence I was their patient.

Being from Alabama I worried how treatment would be and also how communication would be. CNY put those worries behind me. They did everything they could to make sure our time there was great. Even when plans change they still make sure they’re available. One nurse gave me her cell phone number to assure I got a medicine I needed that changed at the last minute. She kept in touch with me until I got it. Alabama doesn’t have speciality pharmacies so I had to go to ATL for the medicine right before retrieval. I was a wreck thinking I wasn’t going to make it. She kept me calm and assured everything was ok and it was. I love this place.

The worst experience of our lives. They have practically ruined our lives. Please don’t go to this place. They are really a place to make money, no compassion. Pathetic service, no communication, nurses and staff are all rude and incompetent. They don’t know what they’d re doing. They don’t even know how to do an ultrasound properly. If you want to save your time and energy go someplace else. These people will drive you crazy.

CNY Fertility has brought my husband and I so much hope. Weve struggled for 3 1/2 years to conceive. From day 1 Dr Kiltz, Dr Greene and Staff were welcoming and as passionate as we were to finally make our wishes come true. We could tell immediately this was the right place for us. We made a quick and easy decision to go to CNY Fertility after hearing a few personal reviews from friends and acquaintances. The appointment booking was amazing and they were always accommodating to us (as we drove an hour and a half) There was a tiny wait for the consult but that is to be expected any where. We put ourselves on the cancellation list as well and managed to get in almost immediately after booking our appointment. After that our appointments were prompt and we started getting the ball rolling almost immediately.Dr. Kiltz is such a caring doctor. I have yet to met a doctor who will just come in when hes not scheduled to see you, just to say hi. You feel that personal touch that to me is not something every doctor possesses. Dr. Kiltz makes you feel like youre family and that you matter, which you should. You feel listened to and not like your some crazy person who believes in their heart of hearts something is wrong. While other doctors wont listen or look into the situation Dr. Kiltz and Greene did. We got the answers we needed to put a plan in action.Here we are after our first IUI and weve managed to get pregnant 4 weeks and 5 days. Im nervous but the team has been monitoring me so closely I feel at ease. Only the future will tell what will happen with this pregnancy, but I can truly say I know CNY has done everything in their power to give us our take home baby.To get a feel for CNY and Dr.Kiltz he has a few videos on YouTube. Check them out as I found they really helped me connect with who would soon be the Dr. and Staff (they are amazing and well chosen!!!) who finally got us pregnant. When we found CNY Fertilty center, we went in expecting more bad news. Instead we walked into a spa like facility that was welcoming and calming. The staff was very kind and understanding. And Dr. Kiltz... hes amazing. 9 months later we welcomed our sweet miracle rainbow baby boy. We have nothing but good things to say.

Buyer beware. Terrible experience, poor communication.I did IUIs with them, had 2 ivf with egg retrieval and 2 frozen transfers.They messed up my medication plan, wrote scripts late, rarely see a MD provider during visits, just overall huge disappointment and unprofessional place. So many inconsistent plans, flakey LPNs, rude RNs, always running late for appointments, no call back and follow up with egg retrieval, no call back after fertilization from embryology, waiting on the phone with their call team is maddening.Please, save yourself the heartache and headache, time and money... Go somewhere else.

The ONLY reason this isnt 5 stars is bc the staff are a challenge. They half listen and send the wrong things all the time. They avoid phone interactions and push for the app but that is often worse.The concept here is exactly how IVF should work, the prices are up front, fair and transparent! The owner, Dr Kiliz is a good fair and ethical doc. I really hope he can get this streamlined to where there are CNY locations all over the USA and byond!I have done IVF all over, and i have to admit CNYs clinics are the prettiest and cleanest ive seen, even compared to my local clinic that charges literally 16K a cycle! You simply cant beat a uterus shaped pool and spa lol! Kiltz knows what he is doing, thats for sure!After YEARS of treatments, and losses, Dr Kiltz did the kindest thing imaginable. He donated a cycle to me, so i could save for a surrogate. One last shot for a girl who was already afforded more chances than most, all thanks to CNY, and of course, Dr Kiltz.

So thankful to CNY for our amazing boys! But one thing I tell everyone is stay on top of your own care. They see MANY patients daily so mistakes can be made (did happen to us) so double check everything and ask lots of questions. Dr. Kiltz is AMAZING. and So was Dr Greene! (no longer at CNY tho)

I had high hopes for tgis place it look great and staff was nice. I tried iui 4 times and it didnt work on the 4th time learned that I was not given the correct dose of a trigger shot to put my body into ovulation. I spent thousands of dollars and put my faith into this place and they didnt even try and reimburse any of it or apologize for there mistake. My advice for u ladies if your over 160 pounds make sure you are given the correct dose dont end up like me thousands later with no results and heart broken.

I had a great experience at dnt. From the nurses to doctors, all were very professional, courteous, and provided a friendly environment. The only s t back I found was the communication between us when using the portal had a bit of a lag. Other than that great experience. Thank cny for all your help.

Would be great if they didnt call you and hour past your appointment, and take even longer to do procedures. My appt was at 715 currently 808 and im still waiting JUST FOR BLOOD WORK!!!!Update: 820 still waiting... im done after this, im not missing work & school because they can not coordinate appointments properly..

For me everything was a hoax, after so much expenses and medications that my wife had to inject when implanting the supposed embryo they told my wife that she had to see spots as of period and that everything would be a success and none of that happened, but I can say Dr. Robert Kiltz. He is the most humble and professional person who has syracuse as a doctor, but we are very sure that nothing is ever implanted in my wifes womb, something we discussed, but only the answer was to pay for a new cycle.

Run away from this clinic. They are not committed and genuine with their customers. I did three rounds of IVF with them without any success. They are in the market only for profits. I only did one cycle with another clinic and got pregnant on the first attempt.

We spent close to 10000 dollars here and never received what we were promised. We went to another clinic and now have twins with our first try. Not even the genetic blood work we paid thousands of dollars for came back. What an absolute waste of our time and money. Not to mention they are impossible to get a hold of or get a call back. Go somewhere else

My hubs and I come here from ohio. Yes you have to do everything yourself and be very on top of it. However watch videos and do research if you dont want to then CNY isnt for you unless you live in state. I have done 2 retrievals!First ended in an ectopic and my now 1yr old son and i just did my 2nd cycle and hoping for the best along with this being the last.Thank you CNY !

*BEWARE* Prior to starting the IVF process, my now ex wife and I signed a paper that in the event of separation, the embryos would be destroyed. After the divorce was final, I sent in another consent form to have them destroyed. So I signed a consent form TWICE and they STILL WONT destroy them without my ex giving her consent even though she already did and now shes fighting me for them. BE CAREFUL what you are signing, they dont uphold their own contracts.

This place is a pure scam!! They do not communicate, and treat their patients as a number $$ staff is not empathetic nor comforting. You will never actually see a doctor unless you ask for one. Worst experience Ive ever had by far. This place will take the joy away from having a baby. Save yourself the trouble and dont go here for any of your fertility needs.

I highly do not recommend this company. They are not helpful, they dont care and no matter how many times you call, no one will help you. When I have called I am given a cookie cutter answer, wait on hold for way too long and you will never get a call back from a manger. Now Im stuck with a huge bill from my insurance. My advice, find a place that doesnt place you as a number.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was so nice! I got pregnant three months after going to them for help! So thankful I was able to go there! My son is now a month old

Wait times were reasonable, i was always able to get in at a desired time that worked around my work schedule. The nurses and front desk staff were always friendly and many of those I saw regularly remembered me.

I have an initial phone consultation about a month ago and today received a surprise bill for that call. What? Last time I looked into the clinic I was told that initial phone consultation was free and nobody told me that changed when scheduling it. What other surprise fees will financial department throw at me?

My miracle rainbow baby is relaxing on my chest as I write this. After a failed fresh transfer I successfull got pregnant with my first FET and I delivered my son July 3rd.

If you hope to speak to a dr than dont go to cny you can request to talk to a dr and you get the runaround as to why they are not available they are way to busy to take any time with you we have lost 4 transfers and have 1 left and they just now tell us there us test they can do

THE NURSES ARE WONDERFUL AND RESPOND ON THE PORTAL VERY QUICKLY. THE BUILDING, ROOMS, RESTROOMS WERE SPOTLESS AND IT WAS VERY WELCOMING. EVEN IF OUR TRANSFER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL, I WOULD STILL GIVE 5/5 STARS BASED ON EVERYTHING ELSE. COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER TEAM THAT HELPED US MAKE OUR SWEET GUNNER! BORN 10/10/19

They are friendly and great but not being able to talk to them on the phone is ridiculous. If you need to talk to them in a timely manor you cant.

Staff and lack of communication is terrible. I dont feel like they care about patients just care about revenue coming in.

Ive called this place 6 times this morning with no answers I sat on hold for 15 minutes each time with no answersI dont live in New York and at this point I dont even want to waste my gas driving thereI will find another clinic who atleast answers the phone

This process is a joke. The schedule for appointment and phone interview and call you an hour passed scheduling. Like people don’t have their own schedules and life’s to up hold.. this is a joke!

My wife underwent the procedure with CNY Fertility 3 years ago, the doctor at the Philadelphia clinic recommended and put on record that they should not do the procedure because the dometrium was very inflamed and it would not work. Currently, CNY charged me more than 35,000 and they have put a charge on my account that I am not one of us, they are liars and transfers, they are not qualified as they say, they only deceive and profit from the patients and their dreams of being a father, be careful not to give up. Cheating if my wife got pregnant but she missed both transfers because since they are not coordinated, the nurses are the ones who give the instructions instead of the doctors, she orders people to take and stop medications as if they were doctors and then they pass on ones problem. to another and not even an apology for being inept and Mr Kill who is the owner has knowledge and does nothing, dont let him. Cheat
