I have never had such compassionate care from any medical provider. From the front desk to the phlebotomist to the infusion suite nurses to the Doctors, everyone is so accommodating and professional. They are with you every step of the way. And they want you to know that from the first meeting to the last! Highlands Oncology is an amazing team of doctors, nurses, researchers, social workers, and if they don’t have what you need, they will find it for you! Thank you, Dr. Arthur and Dr. Ivey, for walking this treacherous path with me!

I have been going to Highlands Oncology (Rogers, Springdale, and Fayetteville) since 2016 when I was diagnosed with a very aggressive triple negative breast cancer that was nothing like it was supposed to be. They didnt just treat my cancer. They fought along side me and took a very grim diagnosis and turned it into a testimony. They saved my life many times along the way as the treatments were often very hard on my body and they helped me out and gave me resources for all the other ways cancer attacked me and my family. They have been with me every step of the way through healing and treating the damage the cancer caused my body. I leave there feeling better than when I walked in. They mean it when they say to call them if you need anything at all. They will get you in or help get things taken care of. Best team ever. I am so thankful they are my team and that I get such an incredibly gifted, intelligent, kind, caring, state of the art, innovative, creative, dedicated, understanding, compassionate, dedicated, loyal, wonderful, friendly, generous, thoughtful, willing, curious, strong, sweet, funny, supportive, professional, etc group of specialists providing my care on so many levels. Much more than Oncology.

Dr. Esther is amazing!!! Its so nice to have a doctor really listen and not cut you off while talking. He was patient about reviewing my looong medical history and was open to my knowledge of Medicare. Finally... getting the Iron Infusions I need.Was able to get in the same day I was called and told I was approved. Highlands is where to go!

Everyone was very nice. The nurse took her time explaining what they were going do. The doctor also explaining everything. It didnt take to long and I was on my way back home. Just want to thank everyone who was there that help. I was so scared going in, but they were there with answer to all my questions, etc. Thanks

A welcoming, reassuring place with professional staff and an efficiently ran program customized for each patient. We feel very blessed to have Highlands Oncology so close to our home. Dr. Porta is wonderful and caring! We are grateful for her and all the staff!

I visited Dr. Joseph Ivy’s office for an after surgery check up this week, and as all of the other visits I’ve had here with Dr. Ivy, I was treated in a timely and very respectful manner. Dr. Ivy explained everything clearly to me and has always asked if I understood or had any questions. I appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of those that assisted Dr. Ivy also.

My experience with Highlands have been nothing but fabulous. Every Dr and nurse I have encountered have been understanding and knowledgeable about everything. Makes my experience less stressful.

Dr.Rogers is a excellent Dr. , He explains everything in detail , best bedside mannerAnswers all my questions. I would recommend him to anyone!! Very pleased with Highland Oncology all the Dr.’s I’ve been to are extremely supportive & helpful Nothing but positive feedback from me .

My father had an appointment here and got a call from the Springdale office, informing him that insurance had yet to approve of an MRI. After going directly to the insurance office (BCBS), he was informed by the insurance that the MRI for what he needed did not need approval as the scheduling would have never happened had it not been approved. They bumped my fathers appointment two weeks out in order to accommodate someone elses schedule/relative/whos who. To put someone in a delay of seeking health care that has waited for their appointment to now have to wait additional time jeopardizes the trust of the entire staff at this facility. The stress this has caused and continues to cause is inhumane. SHAME ON YOU!

Sam and Shannon on the Care team (floor 2) are AMAZING! Very nice, comforting and informative. The visit with the Dr. (after seeing these 2) was very short and honestly not needed because these ladies were more than qualified and had a lot more to say. Thanks Care team!

Dr. Lopez was very thorough and asked excellent questions and he listened to me and he graduated from LSU which has an excellent medical department. His path forward for me sounds sensible. The first time I saw him was last Friday and on my first appointment he did blood work and the results came back immediately and then he went over them with me. Then I was scheduled for a CT scan the following week. Moving right along

I had an amazing meeting with my care team! Melanie Haney was so positive and informative while making me feel seen and heard. I could really tell that she loves her job and is so good with patients!

Doctor Garner is very straight forward and personable. He makes you feel at ease which is impressive given the nature of his specialty.

Dr.Ross is very friendly and explains things where common people understand whats going on and where they are headed with your treatment. They are very efficient and dont delay what you need done. Highly recommend them for your treatments.

Dr Yoo is awesome. She answered all my questions before my surgery so I knew exactly what was going to happen during surgery. She updated my family after surgery and called to check on me after I went home. I have had my first surgery follow-up and she is still answering any and all questions that I have. Kayla, her nurse is also wonderful. If you need breast cancer surgery, Dr Yoo is the best!!!

Everyone is so nice and professional. I was really scared and my Anxiety was high. After just a few minutes I was fine. I definitely am thankful for everything so far.

Dr Rogers has blessed my life. I have had chronic issues and he is the first to diagnose them correctly and provide the right treatment. I am finally starting to feel like myself. He is my hero, and I feel so lucky to have been referred to his office.

I really *want* to give Highlands Oncology 5 stars, but in the four months Ive been dealing with this facility, Ive come to the conclusion that management wants to take the maximum amount of dollars from patients, while spending the minimum amount of time with them. And screw you if you want to get in touch with a live person over the phone.The doctors, nurses, phlebotomists, and support folks are lovely, awesome healthcare givers - I get the feeling they are doing the best they can, in a crappy system. I dislike it, that excellent people are stuck in a poorly-run system. I sincerely hope the patient communications manager sees this review, and does what it takes, to make this aspect of the facility, worthy of the caliber of professionals, here.Getting ahold of a live person, when you call in, is nearly impossible. Nine times out of ten, you will NOT get a live person. The phone system tells you, you are 8 in the queue, you are 4 in the queue, you are 1 in the queue ... then, just as you think you will be speaking to a live person, the system takes you into a messaging center. The thing is, the messaging center wont allow you to leave a message, it just keeps looping round and round. So you have to hang up, and start the process all over. It would REALLY BE NICE if the queue system allowed you to actually get to a live person.If you get lucky, and actually get ahold of a live person, (after 3-6, 15-minute attempts), you WILL NOT GET TO BE TRANSFERRED to your actual doctors office. No matter how many times you ask. No. You have to explain your question to the phone answerer, who is most likely nowhere near your doctor, and she sends that information in an email-type form, to the doctors nurse. You might get a call back, you might not. If you do get a call back, it probably wont be the same day. And, youd better be waiting by your phone, because if you miss the call, you have to start the process all over again. So, you could potentially spend WEEKS getting a simple question answered.And, the software Phreesia ... why. Why do they still have this software, when EVERYBODY in the facility complains about it; when no one can get into patient history to make changes; and when it wont recognize the cancellation of an appointment (thereby continuing to send reminders for the appointment, even though its been canceled), (which sends the patient into a panic, since patients will be charged if they dont show up to their appointment, causing the patient to spend another half-day trying to call into the facility AGAIN to make sure the appointment was *actually* canceled).So, if you can find a facility that wont treat you like chattel, you might consider going there, for your very serious health condition.

Highlands Oncology Group is unquestionably a shining star in AR health care. They saved my young adult daughter’s life, whereas multiple other “good” physicians were content to let her die. Dr. Schaefer is a hero in our eyes, and Dr. Beck as well. HOG is an amazing, caring system, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Love my Dr and all of the staff. My only complaint was that I usually go to the Fayetteville location and after labs you return to the lobby. I went to the Springdale location and did the same, 40 minutes later I went up to the desk to ask if they were backed up and if I would get called soon. It was then that I was informed that I was supposed to go to the 2nd floor after labs. Luckily even though that made me late for my appointment they got me in to see the Dr.

Dr. Rosenfeld has a genuinely caring heart and I knew immediately that I was in the right place. He took the time to explain my care plan and answer all of my questions. I’m thankful that we have the best quality cancer treatment available, at Highlands, without leaving Arkansas!

Highlands is the most professional, amazing, and caring Cancer treatment center you could ever need for your care. The Doctors and staff are above exceptional thinking only of the quality of care they provide. If I had gone to ANY other treatment center I truly believe 💯 I would not be here today. Dr. Ivy and the staff at Highlands Oncology are the best! Efficient, patient, caring and empathetic; if one must see an oncologist, I highly recommend Highlands Oncology. We are fortunate to have them here in NWA!

Dr. Pickhardt is one of the best doctors I have ever had the privilege to visit. He is younger than my son, but his knowledge is that of a wise old professor. He has a great attitude and a pleasant demeanor. He is thorough in his evaluation of the test results and explains them to me in great detail. He treats you asIf you know as much as he does. He never acts superior as a lot of doctors try to do. I guess that’s why I trust him. You can talk to him like an ordinary guy. Between Dr. Pickhardt and Dr. Schaefer I’m in great hands at HOG.

Informative and nice people. Got me back on my feet. Thanks.Very good people at Highland. Doctor was very knowledgeable. They have helped in so many ways, got me up and doing the things i need to do in everyday life.

We always receive top shelf care from Highlands and oncology. That goes triple for doctors Tantchou and Pickhardt.

I have nowhere else to go. Dr. Schaefer and his nurse Dana continue to be God-sends to me.Dana has moved on in her career. God bless her and her future patients.My favorite room in the Fayetteville clinic, 1/2 mile from my house, are the nurses in the Infusion Suite.

Highlands Oncology is one of the best I have encountered. I was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer about a month ago. They have been very helpful in getting questions asked always there if I need to call them for anything. They are very professional and very thorough. I am very impressed.

Dr. Tantchou is the best. She saved my life!!!! Highland is a great facility. So happy to have found it along with my Dr.

They truly care about you. Dr. Jewell always took good care of me. Now Dr. Lopez is taking over and he even called to check on me.

A great experience from check-in to Che check out. Dr. Tantchou was so helpful, listened to my concerns and provided a plan of action. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

I found the staff to be courteous, helpful and professional in all their dealings with me. My doctor was knowledgeable and informative, and spoke to me intelligently while also communicating in layman’s terms. I am not finished with my interactions with this facility and look forward to a continued partnership in advancing my wellness.

Highlands has always been the best place. The doctors and staff are the best. They are kind, patient, compassionate and very caring! I trust them all totally!

The overall system for patient engagement was disjoined and difficult to follow with very little signage. We were required to go to multiple floors without prior notice of the engagement process.When we first met Dr. Brautnick, she was abrupt and not sensitive to the patient’s needs. She immediately started to discuss the result of the recent blood test of the patient without explaining what was going on. My aunt is also deaf in one ear and the doctor spoke very fast about the result and normal people like us couldn’t understand or even had a chance to ask questions. When we asked her to summarize my aunt’s situation, she looked irritated and impatient. Meanwhile, in the middle of the session, she left the room for several minutes without any explanation. Unfortunately, getting detailed information from her was like pulling teeth. In addition, she spoke very quickly in technical medical terms and did not take the time to explain to the patient what all these terms meant. Even though my husband and I have significant healthcare experience, we had difficulty following her explanations.While Dr. Brautnick may be technically competent, her bedside manner was some of the worst we have ever experienced with a medical doctor. It was evident to us that Dr. Brautnick was more concerned about getting in and out of the appointment than cared about the patient. My aunt did not like her from day one. She thought Dr. Brautnick was rude. My husband, who has dealt with neuro and orthopedic surgeons for over 25 years, was appalled by her lack of compassion and professionalism. We strongly recommend you investigate this situation so other patients do not have to endure what we experienced. We don’t think Dr. Brautnick has the proper attitude to deal with patient concerns. No wonder she has very poor ratings on the internet.

Dr. Cross and his team are absolutely amazing. They take the time to explain everything and you dont ever leave feeling unheard. I highly recommend Dr. Cross if you ever find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance of having cancer. The whole facility is top notch!

I saw Dr Shaffer, he is an exceptional doctor! He was so kind, understanding and compassionate. He listened and answered all my questions. He even showed me my scans and went over them with me, explaining everything so that I could understand. He put me at ease which helped me feel more positive. I would positively recommend Dr Shaffer! What a God send for such a wonderful doctor. Thank you Dr Shaffer for choosing your profession to help people that are at their worst. Very blessed I chose you for my care. The staff is exceptionally wonderful. They all are so compassionate and caring. Youll not find this kind of care anywhere else. Theyre truly amazing Angels!

Dr. Eric Shaefer has helped me tremendously through my cancer treatments. It is so obvious that he cares and wants me to reach each goal that we venture into together...which I have been achieving due to his care. So thankful for him and his staff. So thankful for Highlands Oncology. Everyone is just so outstanding and loveable.

Always treated kindly, promptly and professionally. My questions and concerns are always welcomed and answered even if those answers are sometimes uncertain. My veins present great challenges…always, they are gentle and persistent… always! I am grateful for the care I receive.

The best team care possible was given to my brother. We lost him just a few short months ago to kidney cancer. The whole experience at Highlands helped us through the treatments and gave us the needed extra time to come to terms with the inevitable. Our gratitude to Dr. Brander, Becky, Dr. Pickhardt, Dr. Davis and all the team in-between.

I personally had a decent experience here a couple years ago, so when my daughter starting having similar issues I naturally wanted to have her seen by this group. Problem is, I didn’t take her to the same location or the same provider - and there is a difference! We were left in a room for over an hour without anyone checking on us! After running almost 2 hours past our appointment time, with no communication from any staff as to the delay - the provider barely gave us 12 minutes to discuss what is happening with my daughter. She didn’t want to listen to her symptoms or hear how miserable she is…..she felt very dismissed. When the provider was leaving the room ‘to go check on something’, she said she would be right back…..well that didn’t happen. She never returned; instead we were told that a nurse would call us on Monday and sent home. We will definitely not be seeing that provider again!

Dr Ivy and team, from check-in to nurse interaction, was very impressive. I felt cared for and listened to throughout the whole experience. Dr Ivy is very kind and let me ask any questions I could think of. Very friendly and knowledgeable team.

I saw Dr. Rosenfeld after my Breast Cancer diagnosis. Fortunately, I did not have to receive chemotherapy but after my lumpectomy, I saw him for a 5 year pill to prevent further breast cancer. I found him to be a kind, soft spoken, reassuring man. I highly recommend Highland and Dr. Rosenfeld to anyone faced with cancer.

I have been seeing Dr Travis for about 3 yrs. He is the kindest, most thorough and best physician I have ever had. I would 💯 recommend him if you need an oncologist..

EXCELLENT !!! I went thru Breast cancer last year and Highlands was a Very Beautiful place to do Treatment...My oncologist is TOP NOTCH THE BEST !!!! Let me tell ya, interviewed MANY all over !! The Nurses, Doctors, Employees EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT,EXCELLENT !!! If I ever had to go thru this again 🙏 Pray NEVER !!! Highlands is Definitely my choice !!!!!

The dr & assistances were very good. The dr was informative & direct about the surgery and drew a diagram to show what was going to happen. I like that .

Fabulous facility for a nice getaway from your average Drs office type situations. Very clean. Great staffing, and they called my patient by name when we visited there from our facility. Thats rare these days!!!! Just saying. Also, bring like $20 if you are hungry, they have a built in Cafe on your left when you walk in. Very handy...

Dr. Mitchell Ross is my Hemotology Oncology Specialist, at Highlands Oncology, Springdale AR.I am extremely happy with the care Ive received to date, under his direction. I am a new patient, since January 2024.I was diagnosed in 2021 with a blood cancer, treated exclusively by Dr. Andreadis, at UCSF Hemotology and Bone Marrow Transplant Clinic since December 2021. I was able to choose a PPO health insurance company that includes Dr. Andreadis in the network, which adds a level of reassurance to know Dr. Andreadis is only a Zoom call away, should I have future questions, as,we established an excellent Doctor/ Patient relationship over the past 2 + years, and wish to continue as long as possible.I have total faith and respect for Dr. Ross and his abilities and made the decision to keep Dr. Andreadis involved in my care months before I was able to find Dr. Ross.I chose Dr. Ross following months of researching dozens of specialists within this specialty, despite the 3 hour drive, as he has all of my requisite experience, education, and believe he is the best choice.I look forward to being under his care as long as my medical condition exists.My niece recommended Highlands to me as she has been a cancer patient with them, and has been cancer free for over a year now. Her husbands aunt is also a patient in their hemotology clinic, thankfully not cancer.Its important to trust your doctor, and trust in your Oncology Specialist is even more important. Highlands Oncology is an excellent cancer treatment clinic.

I have seen Dr. Sunde, Soverson for the last 5 month. I met them.through Dr.Christopher Schack. These team of excellent, knowledgeable and expert doctors treat patients with care, listen to their needs, explained patients treatment and outcomes. In addition, the have a great team of doctors and nurses in Little Rock and Springdale these team offers the best patient care service we have received in Arkansas. I highly recommend this team to any patient in need. Nurses, are the most friend, compationate and skill people we know. Great Cuddos to Jackie Mortenson and Alex you ladies make any pain be less painful and provide me hope with your care and smiles. THANK YOU!

Dr Pickardt and his staff is taking really good care of me. They are attentive to all my needs. I highly recommend them.

This doctor is very patient and understanding. He is always very prompt, When you are there to see him. He has always taken the time to answer any question that I might have. I like the way they have your blood work ready looked at before they come in to see you so they can discusses it with you that day

I’ve been seeing Dr Eric Shaffer since 2017, along with his staff. All are awesome!!!

While check in was very nice, I had to wait around thirty minutes because check in did not communicate that I was there. They were very apologetic, and I appreciated that. Dr. Arthur wasnt great. I felt like she blew off my concerns and basically told me I was fine, and did not go over any of my results. Some of the upstairs staff were also rude.

I have the best doctor at Highlands Oncology, Dr. Beck. I have been going to Highlands for 7 years and I have had nothing but top notch treatment and care. I highly recommend this group of doctors!

Dr Lopez is very personable, confident and knowledgeable. Highlands Onc is a 1st Class facility. Very comfortable environment.

Dr Ivy has been great to have as my Dr. He was very straight forward with his recommendations. He was able to do surgery immediately. During his follow up appointments he has been quick and thorough and allows me to ask questions.

Very good staff, Doctor explained what he could do what options there were and what needed to be done in order to pick the best option for my mom. No she doesn’t have cancer , but this doctor is one of the best in surgical gastroenterology around our area/ that can perform the kind of surgery mom needs. Worth the one hour drive for sure!

I am 80 years old and disabled but I experienced utmost professionalism, knowledge and kindness at this remarkable place. Everybody I had contact with was great, sensitive and friendly. Dr. Ivy was knowledgeable, answered all my questions clearly and he had a calming effect . I appreciate everything about him. I recommend this place greatly with everybody that works there nand especially the wonderful Dr. Ivy.

They take their time with you. To ask and answer questions. Dr. Tantchou is so professional and so detailed about the pre-surgery and post surgery. I was very confident going in and coming out on the other side. Healing is still on going. I am so grateful to have had her as my surgeon.

Dr Yoo and her nurse, Kayla, are just the best! They have been great in helping me and my husband walk through this medical journey!

He explained everything and was very patient oriented. It helped me understand what is and is going to happen through this journey.

Doctors Hollis Rogers and Lyndsay Brautnick are extremely caring, professional, and patient doctors. I have only been treated very well by every staff member at Hyland Onocology. Each visit I am put at ease about any concerns I may have and every treatment is well explained to me. Cancer is awful but I know my team will be there to get me through to the best end possible.

He’s absolutely amazing, he listens, and is very knowledgeable. His staff is very courteous and great to work with!

I would have to say that I have had the best treatment from the receptionist areas to the nurses and doctors. One of the guys on the security team (Paul) went out of his way to help me find where I was going. If you have to go there, know that you’re in good hands!

Highland Oncology is a well oiled machine where the people are extremely nice. Dr. Ivy is very knowledgeable and informs you of everything to expect for your upcoming surgery. He answered all of my questions and put me at ease about what to expect.I would recommend the clinic as well as Dr. Ivy.

This is a beautiful building. Nice and clean inside and out, bathrooms are nice and clean as well. Every one of the staff I came in contact with were nice, friendly, and helpful. Having a pharmacy right there was nice as well. Dr. Ivy is who I saw and he explained everything to where I could understand it. He was nice and friendly and made it sound easy peasy.

Everyone was so nice and we didnt have to wait at all. Wonderful caring staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Brander for almost 5 years. She and the staff are always very professional and friendly. It is a great comfort going through dealing with a terminal disease to have such a knowledgeable and caring Dr. Im very thankful to have care at such a dedicated treatment facility. I do hope that the billing services will start invoicing in a more timely manner after insurance claims have been paid. Patients should not have to be challenged with being told they have a balance when checking in with no itemized invoice to refer to.

Dr. Brander is so knowledgeable, very caring. Great bedside manner. Oh and she saved my life 3 times! I mean really saved me. I love her and I am very blessed to have her as my oncologist.This is a state of the art facility. Most tests can be done right there in house. I really cannot say enough about this group of people. They have to be special to do what they do everyday, and they are. From the time you register, to lab room , the dr. visits and the treatment room. Everyone one on there is top notch.

Dr. Rogers was able to diagnose and solve my problem that I had been dealing with for over 10 years. I am pain free for the first time in a long time. Thanks to the entire staff.

Dr. Lockwood is one of the best doctors I have met and I have a met a lot ! He is so kind, compassionate, caring, brilliant, and thoughtful! He has your best interest at heart and has a plan ! I have been so cared for by him I could cry ! He is an amazing human!

Dr. Rosenfeld got me in quickly to see him, and he was patient and truly sat and waited and listened to my concerns. He was very thorough in getting scans ordered quickly. He referred me to Dr. Cross. I had an excellent appointment with him and his team as well. Everyone that I have encountered is so caring and kind. I would highly recommend Highlands.

The staff is always empathetic, caring and very friendly. This isnt a place people go by choice, but you feel like family here. They helped me through several serious issues, I never felt rushed, doubted about my issues or that the staff didnt care about me. Absolutely wonderful facilities and staff!

I have been going here for a couple of years. The staff is always so professional, friendly, efficient, and thorough. I love that its an all in one stop when attending dr visits. They have a snack bar, pharmacy, blood lab, imaging lab, infusion lab... and more.I love that during my visits, I can have everything done in one day and dont have to drive all over town. Results usually come back quickly, too.I highly recommend this place!

Prostate surgery was life-changing! Was getting up 6 to 10 times a night.

Extremely friendly, organized, thoughtful and kind. Everyone I encountered explained the process clearly and answered any questions and gave me direct lines to their phone to ask more questions. Appointments were scheduled and confirmed that day and referrals communicated with me quickly. Dr. Tantchou explained procedure and again answered my questions without hurrying or condescension. The well run office contributed to calming the fears that come with needing surgery and dealing with sickness...many thanks.

I had a CT scan yesterday. Staff all are kind and you get treated like people not like a machine. I had IV placed in my arm for the scan process, and I never felt the needle placed in my arm. The water type drink doesnt taste bad either. The clinic is real modern too.Great clinic to get help on your health conditions. Even has a coffee shop serves sandwiches, salads, desserts. And a pharmacy also.

I would definitely recommend Dr Hollis Rogers and Highlands Oncology. I have been a patient since 2020, I have faith he is gonna get my issues under control and resolved. He is always on time for appointments, he cares and listens to what is wrong and has answers and a plan for what is next.

Dr. Yoo is one of the best doctors I’ve seen. She explains things in detail and really cares for her patients.

Dr. Yoo, surgical oncologist, is absolutely wonderful!! Shes thorough and willing to take time to answer any questions or address any fears you may have. She literally saved my life. All the staff have been very kind and helpful. The labs are fast and dont hurt because the techs are awesome. Feel blessed to have such a great staff looking after me.

This is a excellent place to go. Dr Ivy is the best! He gets to the root of the problem.. I had a vulvectomy! He did a wonderful job on my surgery.. Im going to have another surgery i have tremendous faith in Dr Ivy!! The staff is very nice and sympathetic with their patients!!

They go above and beyond to ensure my needs are met, my questions are answered, and my symptoms are managed effectively as possible. I have been informed of every aspect of the treatment plan my team has put into place. Despite this being the hardest, most painful time of my life, I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment at Highlands Oncology because of the politeness and professionalism of all staff.

I absolutely love my cancer team at Highlands oncology. Dr. Lockwood, actually listen to you and has passion for his work. Cancer sucks and its hard to fight, but if you have the amazing people at Highlands oncology and my other specialist, it makes the fight just a little easier.

The clinic staff, Dr. Travis, Diane Glendinning, are fantastic. They were/are sensitive to my anxiety regarding my diagnosis, they explained everything clearly and answered every question I had (even when I repeated the same question weekly).I have complete confidence in the care I am receiving at Highlands Oncology. Now the infusion room nurses are something else....they are some of the most empathetic, caring nurses I have ever met! I just want to hug them all!

Dr. Ross has been a calming presence during this storm Im currently in.

I was diagnosed with a neuroendocrine tumor and referred to Highland. I saw Doctor Travis and he was really nice. He explained about my cancer and told me the steps we would take to try and resolve it. Highland worked very quickly to get me in and start the process of finding what we are dealing with and trying to help.

My visit with the doctor I seen was a wonderful experience Dr.Tanchoua was amazing she was very informational.

I cant say enough about Dr. Tantchou and Highlands Oncology.Like anyone else, I was scared to death of cancer, and fortunately for me one of my first appointments after finding out was with Dr. Tantchou. She was professional, straightforward, and honest with me about everything, and I trusted her from the beginning. She essentially saved my life, along with Dr. Hicks who originally discovered my cancer.Highlands, as an atmosphere, is unlike most medical offices in that its very intentionally designed with sensitivity to the patients in mind. As a designer, I immediately noticed the quality of the environment, its finishes and textures and signage, the fireplace, the cafe. All of this makes going there for your appointments, scans, or treatments just a little bit less anxiety-inducing, and that is very meaningful.The most important thing, of course, is their expertise in fighting your cancer, but when coupled with genuine empathy for you as a person, its just a rare thing to experience in medical care.I wish no one would ever get cancer, but if should happen to you, I hope youll team up with them to fight it. It was certainly one of the better decisions I ever made.

Imagine driving from over 2 hours away, getting caught in traffic a bit along the way, panicking to get to an appointment you cant miss, manage to get there 15 min late, check in, get called back, walk to the back where they say they dont have a room after all, so please go back and wait, then get called back up by the receptionist 10 minutes later to be told the doctor said they are already closing down for the day, so they need to reschedule you....2 more months out. Awful experience. Will not return.

I have been seeing Dr. Brander for several years now. She is always smiling when she enters a room which is a plus in the field of oncology and hematology. She is knowledgeable, answers questions and helps negotiate issues with insurance which is becoming more of a nightmare. I travel a lot and could hop to doctors in other areas when I spend a long period of time there, but I would rather travel back to see Dr. Brander in whom I have the utmost confidence.

Dr. Travis and staff and Dr. Sundae and staff are the most wonderful group of medical professionals I have ever had the pleasure to come in contact with! They have been responsible for the life of my loved one to continue along with mine and I appreciate them for that!

Dr. Bradford has been my oncologist since 2005. He is the kindest, most caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure to know. When I was first diagnosed we looked at the option of going to MD Anderson in Houston since we have family there. We researched it and felt that our care here was as good (or even better due to the personal care) and chose to remain here. Dr. Bradford remains very knowledgeable about the latest treatment options and we trust his opinion. We feel I am receiving the best care available anywhere. We love Dr. Bradford, Rachel, and the whole HOG team. We cant say enough good things about them!!

Dr. Cross is a phenomenal Breast Oncologist. He saved my life and I diligently return every year for a follow up after successfully surviving breast cancer. 12 years and counting!

What a great group of individuals that work here. They have seen and helped me thru 2 years of very hard treatments. They are wonderful and caring people who do their very best for the patients they care for.

Dr Oakhill is always friendly and professional. He always listens to his patients. He only orders tests when needed. He always tries to figure things out. If you need a sooner appointment he will have you see a nurse practitioner and do labs before seeing him again to keep tabs on things to make sure nothing happens to you.

Top notch facility very knowledgeable staff almost no wait time, but after all the radiation treatments I was left crippled.ask all questions before any treatments.

Dr. Pickhardt explained everything in terms that I could understand. He seemed genuinely concerned with my dx and was very patient in answering all my questions. I would highly recommend this Physician.

Highland is the best. They have patient navigators, social worker that will help you get assistance from Hope Cancer Resources. If you qualify they have drivers that pick you up for a round trip your visits. When you drive you can get gas cards. I wouldnt go anywhere else for Onocology.

Most ridiculas of blunders. Ever. Left my friend sitting in the waiting room for an hour waiting for labs then the Dr flat out forgot her waiting for get dr consult till it was too late to start chemo.Then sent her home Without closeing out her port, noboby there to reschedule chemo. All they care about is a paycheck. Its disgusting to think of them all enjoying their lavish lifestyle while people r suffering.It makes me sic

Highlands has been my saving grace. I am blessed to have gone to the Parkway Circle facility. I was seen by Debra Tooker PA-C. She displayed a very upbeat attitude and had such a positive outlook for me that I left there with hope! God bless this Angel of God! She went over my lab report in detail with me, she is thorough, professional, and caring. Rarely do we get to leave a doctors office with a sense of hope, the kind that motivates one to go out and live better, healthier. She gave me that. In May 2021 I was diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma. Dr. Lockwood was assigned as my oncologist. He told me that we could kill this if at 82 I could handle the chemo treatment. It wasnt easy but he was true to his word. My last 3 pet scans all show no sign of cancer. Quite frankly, I was blown away by the entire staff at Highlands. Everyone was truly professional, kind and caring. You cant ask for better care.Now, April 2024 I am still being followed by Dr. Lockwood with no sign of cancer. And still very impressed with Highlands.
