Stephanie was my yoga instructor for regular classes back in Minneapolis; shes amazing! Her flows are creative and comfortably challenging, shes able to teach a number of poses, and she has an extremely welcoming, friendly, and supportive attitude! Definitely attend class with her here if youre in the area!

Sabita is the best. Ive been going to her for massages (with a little bit of therapy mixed in) for more than 15 years. Absolutely loved my massage from Sabita! She covered all my issues we discussed prior, and all and all it was just a very pleasant relaxing experience. I left with some easy take home tips on managing inflammation that didnt feel overwhelming or unachievable. Very clean calming atmosphere, highly recommend.

I just want to start by saying Sabita is God sent. I had a last minute cancellation with another business. Called her office 5/28/22 late afternoon was seen 5/29/22 morning. Came in for lymphatic drainage due to having lipo (abdomen, chin and flanks) on 5/23/22. Not only did she connect to my body physically, she connected spiritually and mentally. Before i can tell her what was wrong she knew. Halfway in to the massage i begin to feel my body healing and recovering. It’s so hard to find individuals who specializes in lymphatic drainage let alone an amazing human being to mix. Thank you Sabita. You have a client for life💝

I went to Sabita over 40 weeks pregnant to help induce labor, I’m not sure if she is the reason I went a little over 24 hours later but she did really help me focus on grounding myself and gave me a very restorative massage. She also recommended some practices and products and basically gave me a wholistic consolidation. Highly recommend!!

Sabita is absolutely amazing. I leave her practice feeling centered, relaxed, and more focused.. all from a massage. She’s equal parts massage therapist, emotional therapist, and life coach all wrapped up in one. I’d driven by her place 1,000 times and always wanted to make an appointment. Amazing place. I have been suffering from neck whiplash and a head injury and had incredibly Craniosacral therapy from Sabita. I was very impressed by my experience and am constantly amazed by her ability to exactly pinpoint the issue Im facing by identifying the root cause of it and giving me skills to prevent this issue going forward. It was a true exchange of energy and this caused me to feel healed at a greater level than just the surface and more in depth than any other massage or physical therapy I have received. I find myself leaning into her pressure during the appointment because my body trusts her and knows that I will be greatly rewarded in the end.

Ive worked with Stephanie for my chronic knee pain post-surgeries and shes been great about explaining the treatments to me. My biggest concern was knee swelling after a couple treatments, my knees were back to my post-surgery normal!

Stephanie has an amazing talent for being patient, kind, and understanding to her patients. She really listens and encourages them to be their healthiest version of themselves!

Would give 10 stars if I could. A massage-therapy maven in her own right, Sabita provides intuitive, compassionate and hands-on healing at its absolute best. She knows exactly where to go with not a word spoken, and I always wake up the next day feeling restored! Highly recommend.

Sabita, aside from being obviously amazing at her profession is one of the most authentic people Ive ever met. She takes her time, and goes beyond just providing whatever service youre there for. She took time to get to know me and why I was there...cannot praise her enough!

I really hate doing this, because I really loved Sabita’s energy but the experience I had was just plain and simple not fair. I scheduled a lymphatic massage with Sabita & to start I was there before her, the massage is supposed to be for 50mins and it felt like it was 30mins with a lot of talking which I conclude it was a distraction from time management. I sat on the massage table she massaged my sides with what felt like 2 drops of oil, (I just had lipo suction so some moisture would of been much more soothing) she turned me from side to side and massage just a few small areas and literally walked out the room because she had another client waiting. She didn’t even say bye or thank you NOTHING. I really appreciate a silent and relaxing massage, I couldn’t even catch my breath or relax , tune in to my self I had a full blown conversation the whole massage, like what? She has great knowledge but I really feel as if she uses her “years of experience” to give you the bare minimum which is literally what I got. I paid $150 for this bs and I really found that so unfair due to the experience. I was expecting a real massage, a full body massage, some oil,what can you drain working/ massaging 2 inches of an area? I really would not want this experience for anyone else, please be advised!
