I’ve seen Dr Mohammed on two occasions within the past few weeks. My experience with his staff, from the receptionist to his nursing staff have been very positive.Dr Mohammad is very professional and takes time to explain things in an easy to understand manner. His explanations on treatment plan options and recommendations are easily understood.

HORRIBLE PRACTICE - don’t go here! Do yourself a favor and drive the distance to Garner or Raleigh to deal with more qualified staff and less wait times! Trust me, you will thank me later! Lady (receptionist) in the front have no urgency to situations, no sense of compassion and they act like she’s a nurse when apparently she isn’t. I shouldn’t be having medical/pain management conversations with a receptionist. That should be the direct nurse or doctor himself. I later found out it was a receptionist when I spoke to the office on the phone. At the time I didn’t know that on the phone until my appointment. On this same phone call, I advised I was not going to have a physical copy of my most recent record from a hospital trip because the hospital said it could take weeks to have it sent off. I said on our conversation this and that I myself could access it from my portal though. With her knowing this, the receptionist lady, who identify herself as the doctors “nurse” when they called me back by the way, said “That’s fine.” Now, being told that, I assumed it was good to share my records/imagery. At my appointment she, she might as well have called me a liar to my face bc she said “That was me on the phone you spoke with and I didn’t hear that part.” Welp… maybe if you cared about patient care and didn’t act like a nurse you could have heard everything I said if you used actively listening. Instead of trying to help a patient, who did in fact have the records from the hospital just not to the standard of how they request it, they rather have a power trip ego of controlling the office. I have been having kidney stone issues for the past couple of years. My last visit at this office with the doctor, he advised my options of having my kidney stones removed. I told him I would call back and let him know. A couple of months later, I decided to have my kidney stones removed after dealing with another stone trying to pass. I went to WakeMed hospital for treatment for this. While I was dealing with this stone, I just recently had rotator cuff surgery and bicep rupture repair. After trying to pass the stone for several days even after my visit to the hospital, I still did not pass it so I decided to call this office to schedule the surgery option the Dr. provided my last visit. It’s a joke when you got to schedule another appointment for this all so they can get paid. They already know what I have and dealing with, why be difficult? Why make patients jump through so many hoops and make them pay more money when you know what the issue is? Anyways, They did advise me to bring all records with me or have them sent over. I contacted Wakemed who advised it would take some time to have everything sent over from the records department. Unfortunately my appointment was before they can get this sent over that’s why I was ready to share my notes from my scans but again it’s not to how the “receptionist” said it had to be received. Waste of time. I can go on and on about this place but it is a legit joke. If your willing to deal with what they offer for patient experience which is straight garbage and LOVE 2 hour or more waits the by all means this is the place for you. If you don’t, DONT COME HERE!

After a cancellation in the month prior. Also no information provided by nursing staff the afternoon to update the time of the procedure to medicate prior to the November appointment. We arrived 15 min early and are still waiting for the completion of procedure 1.5 hours later. The procedure was supposed to take 30 minutes. They miscalculated the copay from confirmed in network coverage via my Aetna concierge. 3 days off from work and they collected $300 instead of $35 we had left for deductible met. I overheard conversations about future patient’s personal information.

I saw this Dr about 20 yrs ago. He diagnosedme with kidney cancer and I had to have a nephrieçtomy. Surgery went great. He saved me. I had to have surgery the next day and all went well. I n ow am going to go back to him fir other issues I am having. Yes its a wait time buts well worth it. I highly revrecomomend him

Absolutely horrendous wait times for a scheduled appointment. Over 2 hours to get called back to only wait in the room for the doctor. Completely unacceptable when doctors dont respect patients time, but want you to cater to their time.

The customer service at this place is worst than McDonalds. The receptionists were unprofessional and saying negative things about the MD as well as others. They were very rude to us and was not helpful at all. I will not recommend this place.

Terrible called six times didn’t reach anybody. Spoke on the voicemail. Nobody calls back. Absolutely not acceptable. Never go there again.

Nothing but good things to say about Dr Mohamed and this office. I was seen for some huge kidney stones and was booked for urgent surgery the next day. I would recommend this office to anyone with urology needs.
