There aren’t words for how thankful I am for Bloom Reproductive Institute! We welcomed our first IVF baby in 2022, and he is happy and healthy and the absolute light of our lives. Dr. Behera is the most incredible doctor I have ever had. She is compassionate and extremely skilled at what she does. We are now expecting our second IVF baby! This time around, we have been traveling back to Bloom since moving out of state, and everyone at Bloom has been incredibly helpful with coordinating our care to make that happen. We will be back if we decide to have any more babies! If you are searching for any kind of fertility services, I highly recommend Bloom!

We found Bloom after a terrible experience with another fertility doctor. From our first visit with Dr. Reschke, we were absolutely blown away. We felt listened to and never felt pressure for any types of treatments. All of the medical staff and the front desk staff are just the kindest people and truly care about you as a person and want to help you on your journey. Inez and Liz are absolutely the best. Infertility is so difficult to deal with and finding a facility that continuously goes above and beyond is crucial. We have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff at Bloom!

Everyone at Bloom were polite and friendly! I used their office for monitoring appointments since my clinic was out of state. They accommodated all of the stat results requests and appointment quickly. Natasha was incredible to work with through this process. Thank you Bloom!

When we started our fertility journey, we waited 6 months to see Dr Behera- it was worth the wait. She came to us highly recommended and it was immediately clear why. Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, her bedside manner and compassion exceeded our expectations. She listened to us and developed plans specifically for us. Dr. Reschke is the best! She is a wonderful doctor who truly cares about helping her patients navigate their fertility journey. From the start, Dr. Reschke and the Bloom team were amazing! Our plan of care was tailored to fit our family needs along with our work schedules. We never had issues with communication or lack of response. The NPs/PAs (Alex, Kellie, and Lauren), medical assistants, billing, and front desk staff were just as amazing and caring as Dr. Reschke! After visiting 4 different fertility clinics in different states, Bloom is BY FAR the best. We cannot say enough about their caring staff and amazing doctors. Every exchange with each nurse, doctor and employee was great - you dont feel like another number like most other fertility clinics. We started our journey with Bloom back in 2018 when Dr. Woodford was still there. Although she was great to work with her departure left me with the greatest doctor I could ever have in the world! Dr. Behera! God knew we needed her in our lives. Our journey from 2018 to now has been a whirlwind of unfortunate events, but with Dr Behera’s amazing knowledge, skills, and BEDSIDE manner we are now here in 2024 holding our beautiful 3 month old baby girl. We have Dr. Behera and the Bloom crew to thank for it all, even her MFM referrals are amazing! We love the Bloom Family and will always consider returning when and if we are ready.

Dr. Reschke and the team at Bloom were amazing, both locations. Having this be our first time going through IVF I was so nervous for what was to come. Fortunately, the team at Bloom were with me every step of the way and explained everything and answered all questions/concerns I might’ve had. I felt so comfortable throughout my cycle that I was sad my time with them had come to an end(for a good reason). I am so thankful to everyone at Bloom for my experience.

No amount of praise can speak to how wonderful Bloom and the entire staff is. Dr. Behera and her team quite literally held my hand through the entire process and never went a day without checking in. They all make you feel right at home during such a tough process. Lauren, the NP, was my absolute fave, as she calmed my nerves during each ultrasound. Dr. Behera always left me feeling at ease with how the next steps would go and I believe she truly is one of the best doctors in this field. So glad to have graduated from Bloom with a happy, healthy baby!

Dr. Beherra is truly a godsend. After experiencing multiple pregnancy losses, I am incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Beherra and her team. Our daughter was born in June, and I received top-notch treatment at her clinics. I extend my heartfelt thanks to all the staff who supported me throughout this journey.

I was interested in becoming an egg donor. Their website specifically says to text a phone number, but you receive a response back saying its a landline. I tried a different form of contact on the same website and received a text message from a different phone number. They dismissively told me to contact a completely different egg donor company and tried to leave it at that. When I followed up on how their website directed me to this phone number for contact and how I already followed up with the company they attempted to refer me to, they changed their narrative and replied they arent taking egg donors. Dont be dishonest or dismissive. Update your website and work on your customer service skills.

Bloom has by far been my best healthcare experience! The fertility journey has its ups and downs and the entire Bloom team meets each step with competence, thoughtfulness, empathy, and compassion. We worked with Dr. Behara, all the NPs/PAs, and many additional nurses/staff and I dont have a single complaint. They are creative, flexible, and excellent critical thinkers that strive to make the best next decision for you as an individual. They are organized and make the process so easy. They meet you where you need them rather than filing you into a line of other patients or protocols. They hug and support you through the lows and celebrate the highs and kept me optimistic. Importantly, they were successful! After sorting through our unexplained infertility, we are 37 weeks pregnant with our daughter and have frozen embryos for the hope of another child. We feel so appreciative of all the individuals involved in our care. You wont find a more responsive, kind and encouraging team! We can’t say enough good things about this practice.

When I had my initial consult with Dr. Reshcke, I knew this was the clinic for me. Her knowledge and compassion just stuck with me. My experience at Bloom was amazing. Everyone from the front desk, MA, doctors, PAs, everyone was so welcoming and amazing. They respond to you within a timely manner. The energy was always so high. Coming from another clinic, I am so glad that we switched. The care we received is how it’s supposed to be done.Here at Bloom they care about you as a patient. The compassion, support, love is all behind it and I couldn’t be more grateful for this clinic!

We are so thankful to Dr. Behera and everyone at Bloom. We started our journey at Bloom in 2017, which gave us our twins, had a spontaneous pregnancy after that which gave us our baby boy, and now have finished our journey at Bloom as we are expecting our baby girl. My husband and I have had the best experience at Bloom. We have struggled with infertility/multiple miscarriages for 3.5 years. We were previously at another clinic and decided to switch to Bloom after hearing such positive feedback from friends who went here and Im so glad we did! Dr. Reschke has been AMAZING to work with. She listens to you, doesnt rush you, empathizes with you and is so sweet and kind. The whole staff at Bloom is amazing and they helped us achieve a successful pregnancy (we are almost 11 weeks). I’m glad I found this place. the quality of care I received with Dr. Reschke, Alex & the rest of the team was next level. Everyone in the office worked together, I never felt like I was asking to many questions. They took great care of me, and with all that care, I got pregnant the first try!… I will come back to have more babies with bloom!

Heads up: they might ghost you! My husband and I went to Bloom after a poor patient care experience with another clinic in town which we left mainly because they were impossible to get ahold of. Fast forward, we went to Bloom, met over Zoom with doctor Reschke and her team and they were incredibly welcoming and professional, until my hysteroscopy surgery day came and I went on recovery. I reached out to the clinic in various forms (emailed all the nurses and PAs I had been in contact with previously, called the front desk, etc) to inquire about the next steps to start our IUI treatment and still to till this day we have not heard back from the Bloom Reproductive -that was in early December 2023. I even called to pay my bill over the phone and despite the voicemails I left no one ever got back to me. I debated whether to leave this review but I figured it’s important for them to know that their lack of patient care is hurting couples undergoing infertility and this process is already hard enough. Two stars because everything went well up until that point and every team member I came in contact with (including Dr. Reschke) was very friendly.

I can’t say enough good things about Bloom. My husband and I started the IVF process last year with Dr. Reschke and recently welcomed our sweet baby. The entire staff at Bloom made the experience so wonderful. Everyone was so positive and caring. They were always patient with our questions and responded quickly to emails and phone calls. I am a Bloom Believer that came in as a repeat PCOS patient right when the pandemic began. If theres one thing you need to know that sets BRI apart from any other fertility facility, its the TEAM. They are so passionate, caring, respectful, and great listeners. During the pandemic they were incredibly helpful in making sure everyone was safe so we could all continue working towards our Bloom babies! Dr.Galhotra was amazing. From the moment we met she took the time to listen to me, explain my options and ensure she took care of my issues while respecting my boundaries. She took time to call me and check up after surgery (more than once!) and eased my mind when I wondered down rabbit holes. I had the opportunity to have appointments at both the Chandler and Scottsdale offices- All of the staff are wonderful and you feel like they truly care. Every step is communicated verbally and written. Every call is followed up with a summary email. Email communication is usually returned within the hour. We cannot say enough good things about Bloom. I wish I’ve known about Bloom and Dr. Bahera long long time ago! She’s awesome and she knows exactly what she’s doing paying attention to all the small details because every detail matters! And the staff is just sooo caring, professional, warm, and friendly! Communication is great between the patient, the nurses and the doctor and I’m saying that because I had a problem with communication at a previous fertility clinic, nurses failed to tell my doctor many issues were bothering me including my Thyroid medication wrong dose side effects! and ended up having negative news, but not with Bloom! Every single detail is reported and solved as fast as possible! They understand the pressure and emotions I went through and supported me to keep calm and encouraged me from the very first day! We’re expecting our little miracle in June! Can’t thank you enough! My family is so grateful for all the support and love we’ve got from you! And will see you again for our next journey!

We switched to bloom after a not so great experience at another clinic and from day one Dr reshke and her team were unbelievably amazing to us. You can tell that every single person working there cares so much about their patients. We loved them so much and actually cried when we had to leave them to go to our ob, wish we could stay with them forever!

Dr. Behera was recommended by our friends, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We have been patients since 2018. Her and her team have been the most supportive throughout our whole journey. They make you feel more than just patients, more like family. We highly recommend them 1000 percent. Don’t give up!! We welcomed our boy in April 2023. Dr Behera will go over possible options, supporting what you decide your next steps will be. She is patient, professional, loving, sweet, caring and makes you feel so comfortable under her care. The staff at Bloom are second to none. Under the direction of Dr. Millie Behera the office runs like clockwork and they were always responsive to concerns. They worked with us for almost 2 years, our first IUI was a success but ultimately the pregnancy did not work out. The team was so supportive through our difficult loss and future treatments. We ended up conceiving on our own eventually but still under their care. They helped confirm the pregnancy and provided the much needed support in the early weeks before graduating us to our MFM (high risk OB for continued prenatal care) we are now transitioning from first to second trimester with our miracle baby girl, that wouldn’t have been possible without the tremendous care of the team at Bloom. We will be forever grateful!

First, I want to say that Dr. Reschke is amazing, but after the initial consultation I didnt hear from her. The ultrasound tech and Nurse at the Chandler location is amazing (I am sorry I forgot your name). However, these two people could not redeem the terrible experience I received from the billing department, as well as, the office staff who do not return phone calls. They only email and it takes following up numerous times to hear back. It took so long to receive a statement after being told several different totals of my balance. They have my credit card to charge these bills too and it still has not been done. Labs were drawn that were not discussed with me or put on my plan. I received a $2000 bill from LabCorp test with this surprise. I called and left a message for the office manager to call me. I left a voicemail for the billing department to please call me and not email me anymore. I sent three text messages and left messages on the current patient line, over the last month that are not being responded to. I am trying to move on to a new fertility clinic. The stress that this place has caused is unnecessary. I just want my statement. I want an explanation of why labs were drawn that I did not approve. I want my medical records so I can please move on. Please just help me get this so I may move on from this place.

I just wanted to share about my positive experiences with Bloom, Dr. Behera, Dr. Galhotra, Alice my coordinator and all of the wonderful nurses and staff that has assisted my in my reproductive journey so far.My journey with Bloom started back in 2017 when after an unexpected surgery to remove fibroids left me without one ovary and fallopian tube. It became apparent, and necessary, that in order to make sure I preserved the chance to someday have children, in case I were to undergo another fateful situation, that I freeze my eggs.My sister had been a nurse for Dr. Behera previously, so I knew through her praise, and the accolades that she and Bloom had received, that I was making the right choice. I had even come from out of state to go through the process. The retrieval was a great success and after only one time and one ovary, we retrieved and banked 14 viable eggs, putting my mind at ease. Dr. Behera was thoughtful but also aggressive enough in the process that we maximized that one event.Fast forward to present day, my fiance and I decided, that since at the time we wanted to start to try for a child, I was 43 years old, that we would use my frozen eggs to guarantee to the most that we could, that the pregnancy would result in a genetically healthy baby. The process is never easy on anyone. There have been many twists and turns along the way and we are still moving with my transfer, now at 44, happening in just a few weeks. But through it all, Bloom has been accommodating, resourceful, gentle, kind and open to do whatever we need to result in the miracle we are looking for.After doing a mock cycle and the ERA Receptivity test (and a couple others), we discovered the presence of high inflammation, indicative of Endometriosis, a condition I have suffered with since my mid 20s. We consulted with Dr. Behera and Dr. Galhotra on our options and decided rather than go through months of Lupron treatment, which would delay our process even further and still be unknown to if we eliminated all of the endo, we would move forward with a laparoscopic surgery for exploration and removal of the suspected endo.Dr. Galhotra would be the surgeon doing my procedure and she was amazing to work with every step of the way. Now mind you, I have a bit of PTSD from going under the knife for any surgery that could result in a negative outcome. I was fearful of what we may find and scared that I could have another situation where like in 2016, I would wake up with more reproductive organs gone. Dr. Galhotra assured me that that wouldnt be the case. She eased my mind and was very thorough with what the process was going to look like, from consult, to pre op to post op. My prior 2016 surgery was an open surgery and very painful, resulting in months of rehabilitation, so I was scared enough. Dr. Galhotra performed a robotic laparoscopic surgery and I woke up feeling as good as you can get and with in a couple weeks, felt pretty normal. The surgery was a great success. There was endo, as we had thought, and she was able to remove all of it and even fix a displacement of my bladder that had been a result from my 2016 surgery where the scar tissue developed and attached to may bladder, pulling it into position it shouldnt have been.Thanks to Dr. Galhotra, I was back on track to my FET process within weeks, not months, and my chances for a successful transfer have increased immensely with the endo gone. She is a great Dr. and Surgeon and has given me that extra confidence and hope that our December transfer with Dr. Behera will be, hopefully, our only one.Going through IVF is never easy, lots of ups, downs, twists, turns. You have to be hopeful, expect the unexpected and go with it, but you can control who it is that you decide to do it with. Bloom, Dr. Behera, Dr. Galhotra and their supporting staff are top notch, nationally recognized and most importantly they really care about you and the ultimate outcome- the little baby at the end of the road. I highly recommend Bloom to anyone considering the IVF journey.

Hello ,I have had nothing but exceptional experience with Bloom . In a routine check , I was found to have uterine polyps hindering my ability to conceive and Dr Behra & her team found the issue and were immediate to respond and remove the polyps which tripled in size in short time . I was able to conceive within a month after but a small polyp reappeared . Dr Behra and her assistant Lauren , really helped monitor the pregnancy and assured me there weren’t any issues . PA Lauren was so helpful in guiding me with her knowledge at every step of this process to pregnancy . I also thank the front office staff Karen and others for their support and treatment throughout . This is team is kind , compassionate about the patients and doesn’t treat like it’s just their job . Any day , anytime I would refer my family and friends to Bloom for their amazing services .

I have had an amazing experience with all the staff at Bloom. Their appointments run on time, they all know exactly what they’re doing, and they are all incredibly friendly. I would recommend Bloom 1000 times over without any hesitation. I have been to a few other fertility clinics and this is hands down the most comfortable and personable. Everyone knew me by name and was aware of my history and was so so kind to me. There’ll never be enough good words to say about Bloom Reproductive Institute.

I really wanted to give Bloom 5 stars because Dr. Reschke was fantastic, the nurses are wonderful but it is the operational and support staff that really drops the ball here. If you are okay with not really being able to plan ahead, having to really keep track of your own schedule, are okay with vague dates AND have time to follow up on things on your own then I would say 100% go to this clinic.Again Dr. Reschke and her nursing staff are wonderful and they really redeemed the experience for me but I had a really difficult time with the operational planning. The team wasnt able to give me a mock calendar but gave me a vague schedule, which for someone who works isnt really ideal as I need to plan ahead for visits, transfer, etc. They also cancelled my embryo shipping with the 3rd party company without informing me or giving me any warning. I had to hear from the shipping company directly. This could have put me at risk of missing my transfer date had I not caught it on my own and called Bloom to resolve. Turns out it was due to one form not being signed that was missed on the Bloom side, even after I had confirmed multiple times that there was nothing outstanding from our end. Keeping track of paperwork isnt their strong suit so be ready to track this on your own as well. It is also really hard to get people on the phone so just dont expect prompt responses especially if you are have something urgent that comes up.It wasnt until I almost switched clinics right before my transfer when I had a panic attack and breakdown that Dr. Reschke stepped in and saved me as a client. From there I would say the operation support was fine but not amazing.The icing on the cake for me was that I had coordinated with the staff to make sure all of my records would be ready to go and sent to my OBGYN BEFORE my first appointment with them. I had signed my release forms two weeks prior. Id like to say it was to my surprise that when I got to my OB they said that Bloom had not sent them the records but at this point I am not surprised at all. I had to call Bloom to ask why they hadnt sent them and...shocker....they tried to tell me they did send them but then realized maybe they didnt since they didnt have my release form (the one I signed two weeks prior). They then tried to send me another one, even though they already had one AND I signed a new one at my OBs office.We did have a successful pregnancy and I would say if this wasnt my first time going through IVF I would have probably transferred to another clinic. Dr. Reschke was the saving grace for us here but I would just say be prepared to do a lot of follow up and self-planning on your end if you work with Bloom.

Choosing Bloom Reproductive Institute, PLLC is the only choice for a partner in your fertility journey or female reproductive needs. Going through fertility treatments is unforgettable - and depending on the outcome - not always for the best reasons. I had been going through IUI and IVF for 2 years with another doctor and after $100K+ with the other doctor, and very expensive consultations with 2 other reproductive endocrinologists in the Phoenix Valley, + 1 virtual (very) expensive consultations with reproductive endocrinologists out of state, + 1 virtual expensive consultation with an international fertility agency, I went to Bloom for my last effort and final opinion. Dr. Behera and Dr. Galhotra met with me for my consultation via ZOOM (which was very much appreciated by me for time). The first thing they both said to me when they came on was: Youve been through a lot. The tears fell down my face as it was the first time anyone in the reproductive endocrinology world had acknowledged me as a human, as a woman, and as a woman holding onto the last shred of hope that I could have a baby. Before trying to throw the medical book at me, they both agreed that they needed to figure out why it hasnt been working. They treated me with such kindness, sincerity, and professionalism that I will never, ever forget. After creating a plan, I truly felt that I was a part of a team working with them for each step. They took their time and always made sure that I was aware of options A, B, and C, and I really felt their sincerity when results came in. I will always speak kindly and forever be grateful from the level of care and commitment I received from Dr. Behera, Dr. Galhotra, and the entire Bloom team. Please know you have so many choices when you are pursuing your dreams of a family. This journey is not easy and know that by choosing Bloom, you and your family will be cared for as if you were their family.

Where to even begin ! Bloom is hands down the most caring, loving, intelligent, comforting fertility clinic out there ! We’ve suffered with infertility for 4 years before bloom I was going to another clinic and decided to try bloom out bc we weren’t getting anywhere with my other clinic! The second I had my first apt with dr behera my heart and hope changed forever ! I knew I was in the right place I’ve never felt so heard in my entire life ! We are now expecting our rainbow baby girl ! Thanks to dr behera and this amazing team ! I love them like my own family

When my husband and I started looking for a fertility clinic, Dr. Beheras name came up repeatedly with high praise. It took a few months to get an initial appointment because she is popular but it was worth the wait. Dr. Behera and all her staff are very kind and caring and she always seemed on top of the details of your history and plan. All the labs and procedures can be done at the one location in Scottsdale. We ended up going through several retrieval rounds with different regimens to try to get more follicles to respond but my AMH was very low and it became apparent that we were unlikely to be successful with my eggs and decided to try donor eggs. They have their own bank of donor eggs for you to look through if you decide to use one of them or they are happy to work with other eggs banks if you find a donor you want to use elsewhere. We started with eggs from another company and ended up without any euploid embryos to transfer. We decided to give it one more try and picked one of the Bloom egg Bank donors and had great success. We recently graduated to an OB and are expecting our first child in December! It was a long hard journey but we really appreciated the caring and compassionate staff that commiserated and then celebrated with us along the way. I havent been to any other clinics for comparison, but many coworkers have and I feel very grateful we went to Bloom right off the bat when I hear about their experiences. We are over the moon and truly grateful for everything.

My husband and I we so lucky to find Bloom, we were getting close to the end of our baby seeking journey and we were on waiting lists at several fertility clinics. We told ourself we would stop trying in September. We got a call back in September from Bloom and after having our first consultation we were ready to go.We actually never thought we wanted to do IVF. We were thinking IUI at first but after our consultation with Dr Reschke but after having her really listen to our thoughts and concerns reviewing all our medical tests. She gave us all the options available to us and was realistic with our odds. We were never pressured. It felt so relaxed and we were 100% comfortable with our decision.It was fantastic to have someone listen and hear our concerns, as my current OBGYN was not doing this, we were actually encouraged to stop trying and IUI and IFV is a lot of medication and I would not like it. ( I have medication anxiety).With Dr Reschke we felt heard and safe. My husband and I discussed and decided to try IVF. We are now blessed to have a positive pregnancy and currently reaching 11 weeks tomorrow with a PGT-a tested healthy baby after our very first round of IVF. We know IVF at our age is rare and it sometimes takes longer and we feel we were where we needed to be to make it happen.Thank you !The staff have been just a great, always kind and ready to help. Having two locations for appointments was very helpful for my work schedule.My husband and I can not wait to show our little baby to the Bloom team. Dr Behera and the staff at Bloom Reproductive have made this journey just a little bit easier! Dr Behera is the most kind, attentive, and personable doctor I have ever had the pleasure of working with and unlike other doctors I have worked with, she takes everything personal which shows she truly cares about the outcome. The flexibility of having two locations helps tremendously with quick bloodraws or ultrasounds and Kim and Eliza at the Chandler location are great! After a recent diagnosis of Endometriosis, I have also had the pleasure of working with Dr Galhotra who made sure I knew what exactly my diagnosis was and how we could go about treating it. As we head into this next transfer cycle, I know I am in the absolute best hands to get me to my end goal of a healthy, earthside baby. So many thanks to the entire Bloom team for walking beside us abd guiding us the entire way!

After three years of infertility we finally welcomed our beautiful daughter into our family and we couldn’t have done this without Dr. Behera and the entire team at Bloom Reproductive Institute.Bloom was referred to us by several families and from the moment we walked through the door we knew we were in the right place! After our experience with our first fertility clinic I was so afraid we would just be a number and put on a standard protocol that all patients are put in and that was not the case at Bloom. Dr. Behera was so kind to work with, she took the time to explain how they review every patient as a team each day, she presented options throughout our journey and when we brought ideas to her on research we did she was always receptive and opening to discussing. We had such a wonderful experience at Bloom. Every step of the experience was personalized, we never felt like another number. Our fertility experience with Bloom was exceptional! Prior to Bloom, my husband and I struggled with getting pregnant for about 10yrs. We tried nearly every Fertility treatment and even had a failed IVF attempt with another Fertility facility. We were referred to Bloom in our final attempt for a child and were immediately met with a staff that cared about our journey as much as we did. This is the best place I could have picked for our IVF needs. Dr Reshke and her team were hands down the sweetest and most caring people I’ve ever met. I cannot say enough great things about Bloom Reproductive. I am so grateful my PCP referred me here when I mentioned struggling with conception.Not only does the entire team show a great amount of compassion, but they get you in right away and they are on top of their stuff! Billing is incredibly thorough about cost and what your insurance will/will not cover- such a relief as I have had been misled in the past by other doctors. And anytime I had a question Haley or Natasha or Inez would get back to me via email SO quickly. Even with many patients going there, I felt like a priority.Dr. Reschke is a true angel on earth. I wanted to exhaust all possible options before going with IVF- not that I was opposed to IVF, my insurance just doesnt cover any of it. Between Dr. Reschke and Dr. Galhotra, they performed a successful surgery after a series of tests that Dr. Reschke ran. Only a few months later and we are pregnant. This review is long overdue. I was a Bloom patient for over 4 years. Although our journey to build a family didnt end the way we wanted, it wasnt because Dr. Behera didnt try everything she could to help us. The Bloom family is simply incredible. From Tasha (who used to be at the front desk), to Shams in billing, to all the great nurses & medical assistants including Leandra, Stephanie and Eli everyone always greeted with me with smiles and hugs. Tamara & Kim go above and beyond their jobs as Nurse Practitioners. They were my biggest cheerleaders and so supportive of me every step of the way. They always took the time to talk to me and let me bounce ideas off of them, all while showing incredible patience and compassion for me. I echo what many have said about Dr. Beheras bedside manner. She is one the nicest, caring and warm doctors a person could hope for. During my journey I always felt like she made time for me even when I know her schedule is jam packed. She listened to my concerns and was open to my ideas about what to try next. It is not often that you find a doctor who will try things a patient suggests even if that isnt part of their standard protocols. The clinic provides some cutting edge treatments that I didnt find any other clinic doing at the time particularly in the area of PRP flushes. If it hadnt been for those flushes I would never have been able to even attempt a transfer. I would highly recommend Bloom to anyone who is looking to build a family is experiencing fertility issues. I may not be one of their success stories but I know others who have Bloom babies. Thank you to everyone who was part of my journey at Bloom- you are truly a part of my family.

My Husband and I had been trying to conceive for the last 3 and a half years. We went through IVF with 4 egg retrievals and 3 embryo transfers at another clinic with no luck. Dr. Behera came very highly recommended to us by two friends who had success at Bloom! One was with IUI and the other IVF. We set up a zoom meeting with her right away! I knew from the moment we spoke that she was the one. She has such a warm and personable demeanor, and what I would later learn the best bed side manner possible. Especially given what I had just been through with a previous Dr. she was a breath of fresh air! Her staff also is wonderful and gives you that same treatment at every visit. Dr. Behera went above and beyond when I didnt get pregnant to figure out what the possible cause could be, since everything else was checking out good. She recommended I do an ERA/Receptiva mock cycle to see if it could be a timing issue of when the transfer takes place, or an underlying condition, such as endometriosis. Sure enough, that was it! It turned out I was ready for implantation 20 hours earlier than most women based on my result of the ERA test, and my Receptiva result came back normal. I am now 14 weeks pregnant with my first child thanks to Dr. Behera and her amazing staff! I will forever be so grateful that I found her when I did. She went through everything possible to make sure we had the best chances of getting pregnant and because of that we are pregnant with our first child! I had a great experience with Bloom. I transfered my care from another facility in Gilbert where I had a horrible experience with multiple cycle cancelations. Since I already had embryos in another facility, it was not easy for me to decide to move to another facility. But after I had my initial consultation with Dr Behera, I was able to make the decision right away. She reviewed my history carefully and suggested a protocol that fit my needs; which was exactly what I wanted, not just a cookie cutter approach. And the protocol really worked. I became pregnant on the first cycle with her. Her staff is also amazing. When I asked questions, they always responded quickly with detailed information. They were very professional and made my transfer process stress free as well. I will be forever grateful for Dr Behera and her staff at Bloom

Our experience with Bloom was the best, from my first appointment to my last they were so supportive and kind. Dr. Behera was always very respectful and kind when it came to decision making, she would provide us with all of the information and allow us to make the choice that we were most comfortable with. I cannot stress enough how supportive everyone was, at every procedure I felt like I was with family. This can be a very scary process but they made it so much easier. We suffered a miscarriage after our first IUI procedure on New Years Eve and the staff at the Gilbert location where we went to confirm the miscarriage made me feel so comforted. The main nurse Blanca, gave me a giant hug and they were very encouraging that my husband and I should try again when we were ready. And Im happy to report because of all of their help were expecting our first child any day now.

We started our journey in 2022 and stopped using their services end of 2022 as we had an overall poor experience with Bloom. Lack of communication, poor follow up, and very little direction was provided to help with our overall success. The only timely communication we felt we ever received was when the bill needed to be paid. Everything is done virtually and it was very difficult to get a timely response, we had to always leave a voicemail and would not have someone return our call until the following couple days.

Dr Behara and staff are one of a kind! We have been to many IVF clinics and the care and concern they showed my wife and I were amazing. We will be having our 1st child because of them!

I dont have enough kind words to say about our Bloom experience. We went through the IVF process and luckily got a positive result on the first try! We had been trying for over a year and half before having bloom help with our journey. We are beyond grateful to the staff and Dr. Behera for helping expand our family and will be forever blessed with this experience. Would highly recommend to anyone who has unexplained infertility like my husband and I had. I cant say enough good things about my wife and Is experience at Bloom Reproductive Institute. From our very first appointment, we immediately felt so welcomed and at ease. Dr. Woodford spent over an hour with us at our first appointment, explaining everything in detail and thoroughly answering all our questions. After that, we knew that Bloom was the right place for us. We got the chance to work with both the nurse practitioners, Tamara and Holly. They are both so knowledgeable, warm,respectful and professional. We never felt like we were just another number, we always felt like they truly cared about us personally. Before having our IUI, Holly spent so much time listening to our concerns/worries/fears and answering all of our questions. Everyone at Bloom made us feel so reassured during a time in our lives that was so foreign, scary and confusing. I truly believe that our experience would not have been the same at any other fertility office. We cant thank you enough!

I’m so thankful for Dr Reschke and staff🩵 we were at another clinic and we’re not happy with their office. I was recommended bloom and so glad we did. Their office always made us feel welcome and not a burden even with our million and one questions. They explained everything step by step. Their office is truly amazing!

Sad to say today was my last appointment with Dr Woodford and the Bloom team but ... WE ARE PREGNANT! They have been nothing short of amazing during this whole procedure. I know I have been a difficult patient at times during this process with starting/stopping, questioning things being done, after hour calls but its because this is such a big life decision and I wanted to make sure I was overly cautious ...the whole team was awesome and so patient with me. I am so thankful for everyone who referred me to Bloom and will most certainly be using them in the future if we try for more littles!

We were having a hard time getting pregnant and previously experienced a loss, so we finally decided to reach out to Bloom. After having my first consultation with Tamara Evans NP, I surprisingly became pregnant naturally so I didnt need to pursue fertility testing. Tamara was very attentive to my concerns and monitored my pregnancy until I could meet with my new OB. It is really hard to find medical care this personable and professional. I met with Dr. Behera as well and she was so friendly and kind. You can tell Tamara Evans and Millie Behera both care so much for their patients.I highly recommend the providers at Bloom. This was the best medical care I have experienced. For any women in search of a caring team, you cant go wrong with anyone at Bloom, and if you have a chance to work with Tamara you should.

Dr. Woodford and Leandra are absolutely wonderful women. Everyone we have dealt with at both Gilbert and Scottsdale locations have been so kind and compassionate as we go through this process. Im on my 2nd cycle with Blooms Scottsdale office, and I cannot believe how great Dr. Behera and her staff are. Im so glad I finally found them after 6 years of trying to get pregnant. On July 13th, we welcomed our first baby girl, little Scarlett. My husband and I have been waiting for her for the last 3 years, struggling with 4 pregnancy losses. Doctor Behera and her team helped our dream of having a child to become true. Without them, we are not sure if it would ever happen because before we came to Bloom, we were already disappointed by other clinics and their treatment and I was almost ready to give up. When we first met with Doctor Behera, she already knew our story; She met us in her office in a very casual atmosphere, with a plan of action and a warm hug. Doctor Behera said she was very sorry for what we had to go through to have a baby. She looked at me and promised that I will have a baby next year. I burst into tears because no doctor usually promises such a thing, unless he/she knows that they can guarantee to deliver their patient’s promise. Doctor Behera never suggested that I needed IVF, as other doctors only looking to make a buck did. On the contrary, I asked her whether I needed it and she said that I won’t need it yet, unless other less expensive options won’t work. We didn’t end up needing IVF, we were able to conceive ourselves and Doctor Behera helped us to bring the baby to terms. So, while others were only interested in pushing IVF in a cold and impersonal manner (which we found wouldn’t have helped with our issue anyhow), Dr. Behera not only took the time to find and solve our specific issue, she did so with great empathy that was so comforting in the process. Thank you so much to everybody at Bloom Reproductive: Doctor Behera, Tamra, Linsey, and Bianca - there are no words that can express our gratitude! We are probably going to see each other again whenever we are ready for our second baby.

First of I want to thank the bloom team for everything they did during my fertility journey. We finally had our son on August 13 and this was possible because of Bloom. I can never thank the staff enough for making my experience the best. I am so glad my Primarycare doctor referred me here to get a second opinion after being told at another place that I wasnt going to be able to have kids bloom made it possible. They always worked around my work schedule,always had my questions answered and if I needed to be fit in last min they made it possible. I get to be a mom because bloom made it happen.

My husband and I are so happy that we found Bloom. We were referred from my ob/gyn and after a visit with Dr. Woodford and initial testing we came up with a plan on how we wanted to proceed. Dr Woodford was thorough and excited about what we were doing. Through this initial process the team was communicative, friendly, walked through all my benefits, communicated any results in a timely fashion and appointments were easy to schedule. I have no complaints at all about any of my time here. We did two rounds of IUI and are happily pregnant right now. I was very sad to have to transition care back to my OB (who I love, so this is saying a lot). Everyone I encountered was kind, responsive and knowledgeable. The care is top notch. I really enjoyed that Dr Woodford took the time to answer questions and explain with drawings if needed. She erred on the side of caution when we could not quite tell what was happening at the first ultrasound, and she explained everything and had a plan in place. No one ever made me or my husband feel anything other than calm. I felt very well cared for during the whole process, start to finish. Dr. Woodford and Tamara are a great team and I am so happy we chose Bloom. Thank you for everything!

I have not received treatment from Bloom but had two consults with Tamara and had to write a review. Even over Zoom, you can truly feel how much she cares about you as an individual. She explained everything thoroughly, took time to answer all questions, and worked to find next steps that I felt comfortable with rather than putting me on the same plan as everyone else. Thank you Tamara!

UPDATE: Sadly this place does not provide the same customer service it used to. They no longer answer their phone, so you have to wait at least 24 hours, sometimes longer to receive a call back. And there have been times where I never received a call back. I did 3 IUI cycles with them this year, and during ALL 3 cycles, I had to call, email, wait on hold, wait for a call back, call the on-call nurse just to get my IUI prescriptions either filled and/or corrected. And they were the ones who were prescribing the meds to me! I was even sent an invoice for another patient and the bedside manner of some of their nurses is off-putting. Fertility cycles are stressful and time consuming to the patient. Their lack of organization, communication and care for their patients just adds to the stress. I could not imagine doing an IVF cycle with them. This used to be such a great woman-run clinic. Now I would not recommend this clinic.After a subpar experience with another Scottsdale fertility clinic, we were recommended to Bloom by a few friends and have had the best care and treatment we could have asked for. The entire Bloom team was such a pleasure to work with, always positive and caring, even through failed fertility cycles. We highly recommend Bloom and we will be back for future treatments.

Very friendly every time you go in, very transparent with costs associated with care, will discuss all options, and genuinely care for you and your partner. We had an excellent experience with Bloom and Dr. Behera. She made us feel comfortable about the whole process and by the end of our time with them we had twin daughters. Friendly staff, communicated well, couldnt have asked for a better experience.

As a former patient of Bloom, I was diagnosed and treated for PCOS and underwent fertility treatment and ended up having a late miscarriage. We ended up moving out of state after adopting our first child and upon trying again for another child, we saw a small town fertility doctor who was incredibly thorough and tested me for Nonclassic congenital adrenal hyperplasia. I was found to have this condition which I learned often mimics the symptoms of PCOS and many woman are misdiagnosed. I was simply treated with low dose steroids which made me have regular cycles, get pregnant and have a healthy baby boy. I needed to be treated during pregnancy which I learned was incredibly important. I made many attempts to reach Dr. Behera to ask if she is testing patients for this in hopes that no other woman loses years of time and possibly a loss and I never heard back. I thank God every day for my small town doctor for catching something that was missed by your clinic. I would never write a review like this if I was contacted after initially reaching out but after many years of thought, I wanted to make sure my voice was heard.

My husband and I tried to conceive on our own for a few months before consulting the experts. The initial consultation with Dr. Behera gave me so much confidence in her, and so much hope that we may have the chance to have biological children after all. Imagine my surprise when a few weeks after the consultation, we found out we were close to 5 weeks along (you do the math :) So, as it turns out, we did not need any fertility assistance from Bloom, but we sure did need every bit of emotional support they have given us over the past few months.Being pregnant for the first time stirs up a lot of fear and anxiety. Every little change in your body makes you think, is this baby ok? Tamara, one of the NPs, as well as every other member of the team at Bloom, put me completely at ease. They are always available to answer questions, they ACTUALLY return phone calls! (a rarity in this day and age), they explain things clearly, and give you written information as a guide. Seeing our baby grow with weekly ultrasounds, and being able to check in with Tamara when I had questions (or just needed some encouragement) was just what this mommas heart needed. I have now graduated from Bloom, but will miss every one of these ladies. The care they have given to my husband and me, as well as our little one, was second to none. We are forever grateful.

After the initial visit with the doctor I primarily saw the staff at the chandler office. They were amazing! They put me and my husband at ease and we always knew what the next steps in the process would be. I can not say thank you enough to all the staff!

I came here after my 3rd endometriosis surgery and having tired for a long time to get pregnant to no avail. After 2 losses and nothing after them, I came to Dr. Behera on a referral and I was defeated to say the least. Her genuine love for what she does and desire to really make my motherhood dreams come true was a saving grace.Throughout the entire process she and her team were amazing. Supportive, happy and such a blessing. Even when I thought it wasn’t possible, because of a bad endo flare that delayed my implantation, none of them stopped rooting for me. Now my husband and I will welcome our first miracle rainbow baby on 8/14. I am so excited and could not be happier. They are truly the blessing I had been praying for!! I can not recommend Dr. Behera and her team more highly and I could never thank them enough for the gift they have given me!!

Dr Reschke, Inez and the entire team at bloom are kind professional thoughtful efficient and always keep their promises to call or check in. I feel blessed to have been under their care.

Short version: Staff is unprofessional, unhelpful, and withholding of information I had a right to as a patient. My wife and I are left wondering if we were the victims of homophobia or of a scam to just take our money (I hope the latter?). Please, please, if you want to get pregnant, do yourself a favor and find a different doctor than Bloom.Long version: My wife and my initial experiences with Bloom were positive. I honestly really liked Dr. Behera--however, I rarely saw her or met with her. I primarily saw her staff, who were absolutely awful: unhelpful, difficult to reach, unprofessional, and intentionally vague every time I dealt with them. (1) they dont answer their phones regularly or return messages regularly. Once, after a blood test to detect if an IUI had worked, they didnt even bother to call me with results. I had to call the after-hours nurse and beg her to check my file so I could find out if I was pregnant before Monday-- which she didnt want to do. (2) Staff never introduced themselves, provided credentials, or offered much in the way of bedside manner. During my 4th IUI cycle, staff mis-prescribed medication, causing egg growth to stall out. When I was informed of this, an ultrasound technician I had never met and who never introduced herself told me the tech I had seen the day before had misread my follicle size, and then unceremoniously cancelled my IUI and the remainder of my treatment cycle. (3) I regularly waited 45-60 mins after appt. time for simple things like blood draws, ultrasounds. When I politely complained that this was my 4th time there in a week, and my 4th time waiting 45 mins+, I was told that most of our clients dont work or work from home, so it isnt a problem for them. (4) I was openly lied to by staff, who claimed repeated failures to call me with results from my blood tests were because my voicemail inbox was full (I had no recorded missed calls). It was not. I even called Verizon to check.Throughout the process, none of my documents, test results, nothing, was ever put on my portal--well, nothing except the bill. I had to fight with medical assistants to give me results from simple tests like progesterone levels. Instead I was told they were good or bad and not to worry about the number. I have a doctorate. My wife also has an advanced degree and works in the medical field. We wanted to see our results. Instead, we were offered platitudes and told not to worry.After our third failed IUI, Dr. Behera casually suggested the best way for me to get pregnant was to move straight to IVF. This was a HUGE red flag, because I have NO DIAGNOSED FERTILITY PROBLEMS. I am ONLY seeking fertility care because I am a woman married to a woman. After a cancelled 4th IUI, I sought a second opinion from a doctor who confirmed my suspicions: Bloom was doing the ABSOLUTE BARE MINIMUM you can ethically do to get someone pregnant. According to this second doctors official assessment, I was on antiquated medication, at the lowest dose possible. Because I have two imbalanced hormone levels, and because Bloom refused to put me on anything but the lowest dosage, I most likely didnt ovulate at all during all 3 IUI cycles with them, meaning there was no chance I would have gotten pregnant.And on top of all of that, after my 3rd failed IUI (most likely because I wasnt being given adequate treatment), Dr. Behera told me that to ensure success, I should go home, sleep on my right side, (my right ovary outperforms my left), and hope for the best. I was so insulted.Lastly, and worst, they refused to release my donor sperm until I settled the entirety of my bill. They are not legally allowed to do this. I own that sperm, regardless of where it is stored. Instead of the hassle of getting a lawyer, I just paid the $486, after which they complied.My wife and I spent $6,144.36 trying to get pregnant with Bloom. In return, I got the bare minimum treatment for IUI, was advised to jump to IVF (a cost of over $15K monthly vs. ~$2K), and treated me and my wife consistently poorly. Run!

I have suffered from endometriosis for most of my adult life. Because of this, I knew it would be a challenge for my husband and I to conceive. Of all the fertility clinics in the valley, I am so grateful my OBGYN referred us to Bloom Reproductive Institute. Dr. Behara and her team are knowledgeable, caring and passionate about what they do. Thanks to Bloom, my husband and I are expecting a baby girl this winter! If you are struggling with infertility, I highly recommend you call Bloom. You won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience. Tamara the nurse and Diane Woodford the doctor were knowledgeable and also kind. Infertility is a scary situation and when I went to visit them I felt better about the situation right away. Diane walked me through all the options and I felt comfortable with my experience.

I cant thank Dr. Behera and the staff at Bloom enough. I was diagnosed with endometriosis at 18-years-old (currently 31) and was told then that if I wanted to have biological children, I needed to have them now. Who tells an 18-year-old that?! Fast-forward to 10 years later, my husband and I started trying on our own but knowing that maybe we would need some help. We took the proper steps but found ourselves sitting in Dr. Beheras office. We originally agreed to only having 2 IUIs because of how severe my endometriosis was and how much pain ovulation caused me. Unfortunately, I was not pregnant after 2 IUIs but what was happening was that my left ovary was the one that ovulated both times and that was my bad ovary. It was covered in endometriosis and it was hard to know if it was producing healthy eggs. We found ourselves back in Dr. Beheras office to talk about next steps, knowing she was only okay with allowing me 2 IUIs before IVF (my endometriosis was progressing very quickly with the hormones). Thankfully, she listened to me when I asked for a 3rd, and final round, of IUI to allow my right ovary to ovulate. I honestly dont think my body could handle IVF with how much pain I am in during ovulation so she agreed. She listened to me and my concerns and guess what, I got pregnant for the first time ever on our 3rd IUI. I am still shocked I got pregnant with IUI when I was told by many physicians that my chances of pregnancy was less than 1% (I had seen other reproductive endocrinologist prior). I now have the most beautiful and healthy 5-month-old daughter and I wouldnt if it wasnt for Dr. Behera, Tamara NP, and the Bloom team. I cant wait to introduce her to the amazing ladies who held my hand and gave me hope during the most difficult time in my life and have them see what beautiful life they helped my husband and I create. So, look no further if youre looking for an amazing reproductive endocrinologist and team who treats you as a whole person--mind, body, and soul.

Dr.Behera and her team are so amazing. I have never had such an experience like ive had with them. Theyre so supportive, and provide options and help you in whatever option you choose. The entire office is extremely nice and professional. Every time i would see Dr.Behera she would give the biggest hug and it just makes you feel so welcome and a part of their team . I was sad to leave the office since i did get pregnant and had to find an OB/GYN. I would reccommend this office to anyone who has trouble getting pregnant or even staying pregnant. I had trouble staying pregnant and would miscarry at 8 week . Total of 4 times ive had miscarriages. Im past my 8 weeks this time and things are looking up for me finall . She was the only doctor who discovered the only reason for my miscarriages and ive seen several doctors but not one of them was able to find out why i would keep having miscarriages until i came to Dr.Behera. She is soo amazing and i loved being a part of their team.

Absolute perfection! I was treated so wonderfully by Dr. Behara, her entire Nursing team and office team that I wish I could have stayed throughout my entire pregnancy!! They are also exceptionally wonderful to/with SOs. Above all they helped me achieve my utlitmate goal and I am pregnant with my first child...thank you Bloom!

The Bloom staff and Dr. Behera are amazing. The nurses are all so caring, and make the process as smooth as possible. Dr. Beheras bedside manner shows her compassion for her patients. She really cares.

Best Practice Ever. Everyone in the staff is caring, supportive, and knows the ins and outs of their role. Whether is be good or bad news they are with you every step of the way! They need to branch out to OB care after graduation as well. By far the best experience I have ever had with medical staff from billing, to questions, and scheduling. They truly do everything they can to help you have your miracle.

Im so happy my OBGyN referred me to Bloom. I absolutely love all of the staff here. They are all so kind and caring, you can really see that they care for each and every patient. During a really hard time, Im glad to have their care and support.

This has got to be one of the worst Fertility businesses in all of Arizona. Be ready never to get your calls returned. Are you ready never to see your doctor but the one time when you have your first consultation. Be ready to know that no one is ever on the same page, you’ll get One specific result from one person to the next. I feel like they treat you like a number not a person or will say anything for you to keep doing rounds of IUI’s just so they can make money. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants in-depth questions answered. You would think people that Have worked here for a while especially infertility that they are dealing with hormonaly frustrated woman, you would think they would have more empathy towards you but unfortunately that is not the case. I was told I would receive my records overnight as of last Friday and then I will get an email with a tracking number. Well here it is Friday, October 9 and still do not have my records. Let me just say this again if you were wanting to feel like you Are welcomed in a practice, this is not the place to go. I would definitely recommend AZ FERTILITY.

I went here 3 yrs ago and it was an amazing experience with Dr. Woodford and Dr. Behera! After a horrible IVF appointment with Dr. Behera in 2021 stating that my numbers were that of our 43 yr old (which made me cry after when she knew I had brain surgery and 35 sessions of radiation hence why I got my eggs frozen) and that I should ensure that my bf was on board with this (none of her concern) as a 37 yr old woman I decided I was going to go elsewhere. This place is NOT the same as it was 3 years ago. I have since left and starting my IVF journey with Advanced Fertility Center. However the attempt to transfer my eggs from Bloom has been a NIGHTMARE! I cant start my cycle until they are transferred. NINE DAYS AGO I called and left a VM- multiple calls and voicemails later and still NO REPLY- I NEED MY EGGS to start with the new clinic and not hearing anything I am beginning to freak out, at this point I have made the decision to physically go there to see sign off and get my eggs. So glad I decided to go to another center, they text me ALWAYS answer their phone. This place is so unprofessional and poorly ran now. I do not recommend this place anymore...

Thanks to the Bloom family we finally are blessed with our baby girl…they carefully guided us through the procedure with patience and compassion which I think should be the most important aspect when it comes to treating infertility…Once again thank you Dr Millie and her team of nurses…God bless you and your families.

Processes and procedures with this medical office group are antiquated. No one ever answers the phone and their answering service is a joke. You can be sure to expect a call back when it’s convenient for them and not for you. Medical Assistants can only take messages and provide information as a reaction, instead of providing info up front. Dr. Woodford’s bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired and no one can help explain the very expensive procedures that she requires. It’s a one size fits all diagnose and you are seen as a number rather than an individual. If you enjoy being treated like you don’t matter or like unpersonalized medical care this is the place for you. Sure they are a specialist and one of the only ones in North Scottsdale but I would avoid at all costs.If you still want to see this doctor group consider yourself official warned.

Not only did I not have a positive experience as a patient (zero regard for the mental health of infertility), I received a bill over a year after my last visit. Their error, but not willing to discount the bill. A lot of people love them, I just don’t see it.

If I could rate them lower I absolutely would. I have never heard of a facility that will not give you your own records. I had testing that I was required to pay out of pocket for and when I tried to obtain my records I was informed that I could not get them because was not a patient in their office. I was patient enough to pay for the test. I asked weeks ago for them to be sent to the ordering provider and this did not happen either so I was required to reschedule an appointment I had to wait nearly 3 months for.

What is the point of having a new patient coordinator when they never get back to you? Then when you using the texting service they require pictures of your insurance then tell you they don’t go through insurance.

Bloom is the most professional, organized and caring team Ive encountered. If youre starting a fertility journey, definitely schedule a consultation.

They put on a smile and show you they have customer service but in reality they do not. Some days you can wait in the medical room for up to half an hour if not longer. When I had my interview with them dr. Barrera promised Ill get pregnant within 3 months. Its end of February still not pregnant. This is just a business to them and I wouldnt trust them even when they put on their greatest smile. I am extremely disappointed in them.

I love Bloom! They gave me both of my babies and I will be forever grateful to their wonderful team.

I would give 10 stars if I could! The care I received here was as though they were caring for their own family! I am happy to say that I am now a graduate with a baby girl on the way! I can definitely say I will miss seeing the girls here, they are amazing!
