CAPS Pregnancy Medical Clinics

This clinic is the most caring, kind, and gentle people you will ever come across. I was not able to see my OB anytime soon, and they got me in for a dating scan to check on baby due to anxiety from previous loss. Not only were they very thorough and professional, they checked on my physical and mental wellbeing and even welcomed and entertained my son who had to tag along for both our appointments. They were responsive, fast, and so helpful and calming with my anxiety about our baby. Thank you so much for easing my fears and helping me get a check-up. We are so thankful for you.

I had an ultrasound by Rachel, NP. She was caring, empathetic, and sensitive to my needs. In fact she allowed me to direct the visit (chose order of events)… being that I was seen for a miscarriage confirmation… it really helped keep me at ease. Once emotions broke loose she comforted me passed Kleenex… she even allowed me to collect myself in the exam for as long as I needed. I didn’t feel rushed or like a specimen…

When I initially searched for a pregnancy clinic in San Diego on Google there were tons listed. I felt overwhelmed by just how many listed and never mind the fact if I would even be able to be seen soon. Calling CAPS the staff I spoke to was at another location but she was so polite and made me feel like she really cared that I was seen soon. She looked at all locations schedule and was able to get me in the next day according to my dates given. I was like wow amazing. Going to the downtown location there was parking issues as you’ll have to park by meters but CAPS establishment and staff was wonderful it was well worth the appointment. Stephanie, Lauren, and the nurse made me feel so welcomed, they explained there procedures to me and was very patient with me as I was struggling initially with nausea they gave me ginger ale and gave me great education and care. They are so remarkable! I highly recommend them as they are so resourceful of free community services and are very nurturing. They are truly more of what the world needs today.

We had an ultrasound here for my wife. The experience was amazing and everyone was really nice - helpful. They made us feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience. Truly feel very fortunate to have been seen by the staff at CAPs as I await to be seen by my physician. It gave me such a sense of relief being able to be seen by the nurses and having them answer any questions I had as this is my first pregnancy and really had no idea where to start.

CAPS gave me a false positive pregnancy result and did no follow up to ensure accuracy. They also push their sexual beliefs on to you and shame after essentially asking what your body count is. I would not recommend if you are trying to be safe after new sexual partners looking to get STD testing

The love, support and care we felt and experienced is unmatched and only proved the presence of God dwells in your facility. All of the ladies who work at this clinci were sweet and helpful! I had wonderful experiences at CAPS in Downtown. I love that this clinic allows you to get an early ultrasound to check on your baby!!

Thank you, CAPS! My wife and I had two visits to this wonderful place. They gave us free ultrasounds, which saved us from having to get them at the nurse practitioners office. The gave us advice on how to get a car seat, a parenting support group, and the lady at the front desk even gave us a baby blanket. Thank you so much for putting this positivity into the world!

Such an amazing experience! All of the staff made me feel so comfortable. They did a viability scan and the US tech was amazing! Highly Recommend CAPS!

One of the most cleanest clinics I’ve ever been to really nice people the receptionist is really nice.

The experience was extraordinary. The clinic is kept absolutely pristine. The entire personnel is the friendlist and kindest you will ever encounter. They exceed every expectation.

The staff at caps are so genuine this place is truly helpful when you don’t have a primary doctor and are struggling to get a appointment anywhere
