I love Revity and the level of service and care that they offer! It’s important to me when choosing a provider to have someone that listens to your needs. I love them so much that I’ve referred several friends there. I love that we see them every week so it’s easy to bring up anything that may be bothering you. And they’re on top of it! I also love that I just choose what day of the week I want to go and you don’t necessarily have a set appt time. They get you in and out of there as soon as you need. They are so attentive and can I say funny too 😃 we really love the nurses and office staff there.

Best staff I’ve ever been taken care of!!!! That goes from front desk (Hannah) to all the doctors. The founder himself is a great caring person! They all have allot of knowledge and very caring and open to all the “awkward” conversations you may have! Very professional overall, very satisfied!

Revity is by far the best testosterone / health service place Ive been to so far. Ive tried several different companies and Revity has made everything simple and stress free. Appointments are quick and easy, and they offer many different services, Best of all they offer an at home solution for my testosterone that no other place has been able to provide! Not to mention they have the best customer being provided by Shannon and Dave he Dr. On site has had a solution for all my needs. Highly recommend!!!!

New patient. My appointment was in May and my HRT/testosterone levels were too high. I told the nurse that I had my labs done the previous week at an outside lab.The doctor was not even in the office to see me that day. The nurse suggested they take more labs, even tho I had them done the previous week,so they took labs and I paid the 200 bucks.The doctor did not see me, I didnt get any injection, nor was I able to get some of the money back for the lack of hormone given, or doctor visit... so I paid 200 buck, for essentially nothing.I tried to work it out with them to get some portion of the money back, but no return call or anything. I called twice. I have no recourse to get it back, except to respond on the reviews and hope another doesnt get the treatment, I feel, I received (or lack thereof).

Dave is so incredibly personable and likable. Whenever I walk into the office, he personally greets me as soon as possible, and it’s always evident that he is 100% invested in my health. Nearly a month into treatment, and already feeling awesome results!

What an amazing facility! Very knowledgeable and professional people. They take the time to get to know you and personalize your treatment. They care and it absolutely shows!

Revity Medical is a great clinic, the staff is amazing. They honestly take such good care of you. From the staff to the quality and everything in between they are great. If you are feeling sluggish tired, and lacking testosterone go see them they will take great care of you. Dave, Amy, Shannon and now Jess are all great and care about how you as a patient are feeling and go beyond to care about your well being. I feel great, so glad that I found them again.

I can’t put into words how much Revity medical and team have helped me in my life.Most men now struggle now a days to reach the testosterone levels they should be at based on many factors. I was hesitant to get treatment but am so glad I did.The Revity team is super knowledgeable, friendly, and really do care about seeing their patients lives improve. Wow! This place was so nice! From the front desk to the provider everyone had smiles on their faces! I love that I can pay it of pocket! The employees here make the patients feel so welcome!

I can’t say this enough. This place is amazing. I spent days in hospital and tests and scan and being sent to different Dr.s. Meet Dave and Shannon and they changed my life. I was feeling weak and not able to move much and couldn’t workout. They ran my blood work and Dave began making a plan for me. I am up and at it and hitting the gym feeling so much energy and getting compliments on how I look. I can not thank them both enough. Stop by and change your life here

Dont walk.... RUN to Revity Medical!!! I dont know why I put it off for so long... I was greeted by Shannon at the front desk with the most effortless and warm welcome. She made me feel like family. Doctor Dave is a God send. He really took the time to explain everything I needed to know about hormone therapy. He is a breath of fresh air!! There is HOPE for the next chapter in my life. For years I struggled with fatigue, depression, and low libido. I was on antidepressants for nearly 10 years. My Dr didn’t know anything about hormone replacement therapy. Revity is the place to get your testosterone treatments. Dave has been doing this for many years and in my opinion may have the most experience with men’s and women’s testosterone treatments than anyone else in the valley. For myself, his treatments have made me feel much better, with more energy, and greater muscle mass retention at my age.Dave has helped my wife get her hormones balanced over the years, also. Her doctors have only been able to do so much seeing her only a couple times a year and testosterone creams don’t seem to do much. But weekly visits to Dave and Revity and getting shots has helped keep her testosterone stay in a solid range and her feeling more like her pre-menopausal self.Do yourself a favor and visit Revity first. You won’t be disappointed.

This place is amazing! They are very Knowledgeable, friendly, caring and always going out of their way. I couldnt be more happy with this place and would recommend them to anyone. I have been very successful and its all because of them!

Called in trying to get information and the person that answered the phone just kept saying mmm hmm after every word I said as if I was bothering her and her was monotone with zero desire to be there. Yikes! If that’s the front face of your company they should have desire to want to do their job. I ended the call because it totally seemed like she did not want to help and that she had better things to do than help me. Really unfortunate as you have many good reviews and she just gave toilet water service!!

Revity Medical was the only place that didnt dismiss my symptoms. I was told over and over again at other places that I couldnt possibly being going through perimenaupause because of my age and Revity Medical was the only place that listened. Starting hormone therapy has changed my life! I feel like myself again! I completely trust them and wont go anywhere else! Also, their weekly B12 shots have also helped me a ton!

The clinic didn’t feel like a medical clinic. It was comfortable and inviting. I was impressed with the PA knowledge about hormone therapy and the custom plan he walked me through which made me comfortable and confident with beginning treatment.
