Had an 11 am appointment. At 11:30 they told us the wait time was at least 30-40 minutes and could be more. Said they had “emergencies” but didn’t notify us in advance that they could not see us on time and only offered information on wait time after being asked. We left and went to HonorHealth Urgent Care and promptly were seen. Would never go back to NextCare.
I am very grateful to NextCare and especially the PA, April, who cared for me! She and her assistant were very familiar with my issue (it is recurring). I have had an ER doctor not know anything about this gynecological condition. They were very caring and sensitive, which put me at much more ease! The care decision and medication kept me from having to have minor surgery, which is how it always has progressed in the past. I was very impressed!! And so very grateful!! The knowledge and sensitivity shown was great! The front desk was efficient and though I had about a 30 minute wait after my appointment time to be seen, I would go again in a heartbeat! An ER visit on the weekend would have taken much more time and been much more expensive! Thank you so much NextCare and especially to the PA April!!
Had to visit this facility today, as my husband badly injured his finger while working in the yard. It was likely the quickest appointment we have experienced. The assistant cleaned the wound very well and the doctor assessed, numbed, and placed four sutures. The front desk assistant quick, productive, and super informative. Everybody at this facility today was kind, smiling, laughing, and overly helpful. So much quicker than being seen at the ER.
I went to this urgent care yesterday (2/27/2024) and let me tell you. They didn’t help much at all. I came in because I got burned at work, I explained the situation and they said it would be about an hour wait which happens, I don’t blame them for that. But I sat in the lobby with my arm and toe on fire. They didn’t offer an ice pack, or a wet paper towel or anything. They kept saying they were working on contacting my work to get the insurance information because it was a workers comp claim. I finally got in the back and the doctor said mentioned going to the hospital which created panic for me internally cause I didn’t really understand how severe my injury was at first I just knew I was in alot of pain and my arm and foot felt like it was on fire. She then sent a nurse to put burn cream on and wrap my arm, they did a poor job and they didn’t put cream on all of the blisters that were forming. I had to have the other nurse rewrap me cause the bandages were falling off already. He ended up putting medical tape on my blisters accidentally (I don’t blame him necessarily because it was difficult to see where the blisters were forming). They didn’t even provide me the bare minimum pain relief like an ibuprofen (I was in agonizing pain). They also wouldn’t let me leave until they got my insurance information from my work. I felt like I was being held hostage. This whole experience tells me a few things, they really only care about your money and not really your health and they don’t have proper training for situations like this. I’ve never been burned so I didn’t really know whether to go to an urgent care or a hospital, that’s my mistake, but I don’t want other people to make that mistake. I ended up going to the hospital after and canceling my follow up appointment and when I went to call and cancel they said “we might want to do a follow up appointment anyways” and I told them “no, I will not be coming back, I don’t feel like I got adequate care the first time”. She said she would put a note into my account and cancel my appointment but this morning I received an automated text message saying they confirmed my appointment for Friday, canceled it online but this also tells me they weren’t listening to what I had to say and they didn’t cancel my appointment. Overall pretty disappointed in my experience here, I didn’t feel heard, I don’t think they realized how serious the situation was, and I feel like they only cared about how they were going to get their money.I uploaded photos, the first ones are when I was at the urgent care and some of the bandages they initially put on and the second ones were after I left urgent care and removed the wrap they put on me. The hospital said they were 2nd degree burns with some 3rd degree burns and I am following up with the burn center today (2/28/2024).
Each person who helped me was kind, from the nurse practitioner to the doctor to the nurse. Each person listened carefully to my concerns. They took time for me, and I did not feel that they were rushing or pushing to get to the next patient. I went in with two medical concerns, and they appropriately and effectively addressed each issue. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic.
The personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The only reason I did not give a 5 star was the very long (well over an hour) wait in the lobby to see someone even though there was only one person sitting there ahead of me.I did not have an appointment. My total visit time was over 2 hours.I am here on vacation and thought that Urgent Care meant that I would be processed fairly rapidly as the video in the lobby stated that the average visit time was an hour.
Never go to this place. They are apparently not able to keep your appointment. I made an appointment for 5:40 and was not able to be seen until 7:00. What’s the point in making an appointment if you can’t keep it. I will never go back. What a complete waste of my time. I should have guessed that this place was going to suck because they have to put a sign up in their lobby like this.
While my quality of care in the office was good, the fact that this site was advertised to have XRays and did not is unacceptable. I should have been called ahead of time and told based on the reason for my case.I was referred to a third party vendor for XRays and now two days after my visit I am still waiting on a report from my X-ray whether I just have a sprained ankle or damage the bone which is what really hurts and is swollen. If you need anything with an XRay call in advance. That is what all the staff told me once I got there. Hmmm, how am I supposed to know that. It is an urgent care, not my regular doctors office.
I have so many great things I could say about this place. My appointment was at 12pm, checked in 15 minutes early, and was taken back right on the dot at noon. All of the staff, and especially Julie, are so exceptional. From the moment I stepped back, they made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I will definitely be returning to see these girls again for future visits.
All providers were kind and helpful. Only frustration was virtual appointment recommended onsite, booked me locally within an hour but when I showed the site was running 1.5 hours behind. I wish they would have adjusted their scheduling before I arrived. I had to kill time while feeling very unwell, not ideal as I would have stayed home longer.
Came in 11/24/24 right near at closing, and they still saw me. (Sorry for coming in so late.) Was positive for covid, so they got my treatment plan all sorted out quickly. Came in next day, at a more appropriate time, for suspected ear infection and to change one of the meds prescribed the previous day. The provider of the day took the time to explain the treatment options and was able to prescribe me something not as heavy duty. The wait time was pretty long, but after they got me to a room it was nice to lay down for awhile.
We arrived in hopes of getting a chest X-ray for my child who had been severely coughing and having difficulty breathing . The x-ray technician had already left. The practitioner ordered an urgent x-ray for the next morning. We went to get the x-ray first thing the next morning. We were told that they would get the results that same day. I called three times. The urgent care had the results, but nobody would call me with them. I was told the first time the provider would call me. When I called subsequent times, I was told only one person was there, and they are “too busy”. Extremely frustrating and ridiculous. I ended up calling a different location because no one returned my call. The other location shared the results.
Was able to get a same day appointment on a Sunday. Was seen within a reasonable amount of time. NPR and entire staff were efficient and helpful. Picked up a prescription within minutes.
Quick and easy! Took our son there for what we thought was really bad allergies. The doctor confirmed that it was, but also told us that it had created a very bad sinus infection. The doctor was very thorough and informative how this happens, prescribed antibiotic, and my son was feeling back to normal in about five days.
This has to be the worst urgent care I have ever been to. The waiting with a completely empty office is crazy, then to not even see a doctor, but a PA that feels like he can judge your treatment during a 2 minute conversation better than your PCP that youve seen for over 15 years is laughable. The state board definitely needs to look into this place.
I was seen by Tiffany Riddle, FNP yesterday. I would like to thank her and her nurse assistant for taking good care of me and addressing my health concerns. I’m thankful that the medications prescribed had given me a significant improvement. I appreciate the procedure for my ears, it was very effective. I’m grateful for the efficient nurse assistant. - Crispino L Ramos (retired RN)
I made an appt. for a Friday at about 5:30 as it was the earliest time available. I was very sick and seen by another facility with no diagnosis. I waited for about an hour to get into a room (2 emergencies came in which is understandable). Once in the room I waited an additional 20-30 minutes. I let the team know my symptoms and what I have already been tested for several times with a negative result. They still recommended I get the same test which I declined as I don’t have insurance and that would be an extra charge. With the visit and the test I agreed to, they told me it would be $380. I tested positive for what I thought it was and the doctor recommended I sign up for the assistance program which would cost $160 + $40 for the visit which I agreed to and was relieved as it would be more affordable than the initial visit. I was told I’d receive a text to sign up for it which I waited for and didn’t receive. By the time I got to the counter my phone had died and there was no other way for them to sign me up for the program and charged me over $500 for the visit with no way to get me into the assistance program. I called back Saturday noticing a text had never even been sent in the first place for me to sign up and also to discuss additional charges. Simone, the office manager called back Tuesday and said there was nothing they can do to refund me for the cost that was agreed upon with the assistance program and there is an additional $90 charge that has not been explained to me. I was not helped at all and told there was nothing they could do. It just felt like they only cared about money and not actually helping me.
Set up an appointment at 7am because of work at 8am, got all checked in. Was than informed there medical staff doesn’t show up until 8:30am and they expected me to sit there for an hour and a half to get help when my appointment was at 7am. Why would you open at 7 am and accept appointments when you know your medical staff to see people doesn’t show up until after 8? Extremely unprofessional for an urgent care business to be open but not able to provide help because they have only one medical assistant who doesn’t even show up.
Waited for 2 hours and paid $225 to just be sent to the ER. I understand they have limited resources and that the wait will be long with walk ins but there were like 3 people total waiting to be seen. Maybe they need more staff or just a more efficient process for seeing people.
I went in with going stomach and upper GI pain that had lasted about 3 days up to that point. They misdiagnosed me with a UTI even though the paperwork clearly showed I tested negative and had no symptoms to indicate that I had one. The PA had a gruff manner and diagnosed me before examining me. The only silver lining to the visit was that I was in and out quickly at around 8am on a Wed. My primary physician believes I had some sort of stomach inflammation from eating spicy ramen that caused the pain.
Booked an appointment for 1:30. We’ve been waiting for 90 minutes and still don’t have a room available. The ER or pretty much any other urgent care would have been far faster.
I came down with shingles on a Sunday morning right before I was to have an overseas flight. NextCare Urgent Care Phoenix got me in that afternoon and on an antiviral immediately, lessening the duration and severity of my illness. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful and I would not hesitate to go back.
I absolutely loved the doctor that helped me today. She was amazing. However, the place was freezing. It was 50° in there apparently that air conditioning is broken so they definitely need to fix that.
Front desk 👍👍 Dr asst 👍👍Dr was kind and gentle 5 stars.. and X-ray tech 👍👍Thanks for helping me ❤️
So grateful for the kindness and care I received today. I was surprised with sudden pain behind my knee. It was unbearable. Got great care and am home for a weekend with ice in a recliner.
Got us in quickly for my son’s swollen face. Not a clear diagnosis unfortunately however all the necessary steps and test were taken and done and the doctor was sympathetic to my sons feelings and needs. All over a great experience.
It is Sunday morning, my appointment was at 7 a.m. First one in, staff was great and the PA was spot on. I will continue to use NextCare in the future.
My experience was top notch from check-in to check out. The medical assistant and PA were extremely attentive, caring and efficient. Would definitely recommend
Dr. Shapiro is the most comforting person especially when you’re sick! Highly recommend getting a appointment with NextCare at desert ridge they really are the best!
I was in your establishment for two hours with a badly dislocated finger an hour in I finally asked if I could at least have some ice. Another hour later I finally saw the physician. She was great but informed me I had to go elsewhere because you don’t have an X-ray tech. The girl at the desk told me that but to wait that they would order X-rays. The physician sent me elsewhere and had it set up and they got it taken care of. But in short I sat there for hours, paid for the visit and got absolutely nothing! Total rip off
Very nice ppl. Helped me out however forgot to send one prescription over to CVS and now I can’t reach them. A pain when you’re home sick with flu.
Very impressed by the PA working her name was Liani. She has excellent interpersonal skills and a wonderful bedside manner. She is intelligent and makes you feel comfortable under her care. As for the wait time, I was in and out a little over an hour, which is great considering I came on a Saturday last minute. Thank you 10/10!!!
Love our Urgent Care location! Always great care, awesome professionalstaff and efficient (not very time consuming) appointments
The whole experience was great. While I had to wait a bit, the care I got and extra tests they ran helped figure out was was wrong. What was prescribed helped meFeel better in one day.The staff were great, doctors, technicians intake person. Made me feel relaxed and like a valued customer. I will go back there next time I feel ill and can’t see my doctor. They even have xray there so can see what was going on inside as well. Everything in one place!
AZ IV Medics was able to get me an IV the same day with just a few hours notice! I think the IV helped speed my recovery from bronchitis sinus infection. Thanks.
The team at this location was great. They were friendly and efficient and communicated well with me to know what was happening with my visit. I appreciated them.
PA Julie and her assistant were outstanding! Very nice people who treated my son with kindness, compassion, and humor to keep his spirits up.I highly recommend these medical professionals for minor emergency care.
Nextcare gave me a quick diagnosis and a treatment plan! They did a great job! I was feeling better fast!
Staff was so friendly! Check in process online made it super quick and easy. My nurse practitioner was very thorough and made me feel super comfortable when dealing with a sensitive health issue. She also took the time to really listen to my concerns and questions, prescribed me a medication and gave me very clear aftercare and treatment instructions! Thank you so much!!
One of the best urgent care experiences I’ve ever had! This was our first time at a Nextcare, made an appt online from my son. Great service at the front desk when we arrived and we were seen right at our appt time. PA-C, Julie, and the nurse, I unfortunately cannot remember her name, were absolutely wonderful. My son was very comfortable, the nurse explained every thing she was going to do before the did anything. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable! Will definitely be coming back to this location!
The staff is welcoming, and very quick. We come to this location and weve alway had a positive experience.
Staff was friendly, Dr Pandolfi was wonderful, very knowledgeable and kind.
Charles Conway FNP and his staff were very caring , professional and thorough. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.
Showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment that I scheduled online. When I arrived I was told I had 4 people in front of me and only 1 doctor. Why have this system if it’s incorrect? I then had to wait an hour and a half while having a fever in the uncomfortable chairs in the waiting room. When I was finally seen it was quick but got the meds I needed.
Came in, got all my information done on my phone in like 10 minutes , then just waited for another 10 and gotchecked. Immediately once i was seen by the physician he was able to break down whats going on in a way i could understand in like 5 minutes and was able to let me go on my way. The front desk was super nice as well.
Staff did an excellent job, very thorough, was able to be seen in a good amount of time and given rx at local pharmacy for issues I had with a rash.
The Next Cate Urgent Care was excellent. The facility was very clean and the staff could not have been better. They were extremely nice and very knowledgeable. The only negative is that it is absolutely freezing both in the winter waiting are and the office. When you don’t feel well, freezing is very uncomfortable. Please raise the temperature for your patients and employees
I waited longer than I wished considering I had an appointment but overall it went well. When I did see the doctor she was prepared for me.
This is second visit and the level of disorganization and horrible time management is insane. They don’t even complete all of what I asked for, a simple visit took almost two or more hours, and the lack of communication between the associates is crazy. Will never be returning.
I will never go back to this place. I waited forever to be seen even though I had an appointment. The staff was very lackadaisical and the Dr. was not professional at all.
The environment was very clean and everyone was very friendly 💙 I felt very comfortable I would recommend this clinic
Great experience here. The wait time was extremely short, and the provider I saw (Julie Shapiro) was wonderful; kind, quickly figured out what was going on, and took care of me.
Great experience! Wonderful to have this clinic so close. Really easy to book a time. Staff was friendly and efficient. I feel much better now and definitely recommend them should you need urgent care!
This is the best Urgent Care I have been to with my kids. Staff is great and everything goes so smoothly every time we come whether for random illness or sports physical.
I have been to this location three times within the past three months. Twice I have brought my son, and once for myself. We have had the same Doctor attend, Dr. Shapiro. She was amazing every visit, great character, kind, caring, and quick! Thank you to Dr. Shapiro and her team!
Kind, quick and professional. Love this clinic for every day illness or injury.
Kind and professional! If their X-ray machine wasn’t broken, I would have given it 5 stars.
I was 30 minutes late due to traffic. Even so I was in and out in under 20 minutes. The Dr. Was excellent, and my prescription at the local pharmacy was ready when I got there. As an out of towner away from my usual docs etc. I was very impressed.
Having an appointment and all the paperwork filled out saved me a lot of time. They got me in; saw the nurse and doc faster than I do at my own doctors office… thanks for your help! Starting to feel better already!
Just left the Scottsdale office and from the minute I stepped in, the staff were amazing. They are a very, kind, caring and compassionate group. Im very satisfied with the professional care I received from the receptionist, Aiden and Susanna PA. Keep up the great work, you are all greatly appreciated!
I do not recommend you go to NextCare. I came in knowing I had strep throat and wanted to see what I can do about it. They asked a few questions and administered a strep test which they said would take 6 minutes. 30 MINUTES LATER, a doctor comes in saying I have strep and leaves almost immediately, saying he will bring documents in 5 minutes. Another 15 minutes pass and then only we get the documents and can leave. This is a massive waste of time. It’s not like they were busy, either.
For a few minute visit for $260, I was told to wait in the room and then forgotten by the doctor, and subsequently my prescription was never submitted to my pharmacy. Not a good value or service.
Best urgent care Ive ever been to. The nurses and doctor were amazing and caring. Thank you for making me feel more comfortable while out of town.
Visit went well. Follow up not so good. I received the order for a chest x-ray for today but cannot get an appointment at SMIL till Thursday at the earliest. Called next care back for a little help but didn’t want to be bothered.
Very pleasant visit. Immediately greeted by receptionist and was asked for my insurance information and given forms to fill out regarding the reason for the visit. Waited less than 10 minutes to be seen by a health professional. Administered tests for covid and flu and received results in about 15 to 20 minutes. All staff was courteous and professional. Definitely will return if I need to visit a urgent care facility.
It went very well. I waited a few hours and was seen. All is good!
I was feeling pretty sick and it was a Sunday morning so I looked online and found this location close to my home. I wasn’t able to make an appointment online, but I drove over there and they took me. I had a short wait and the service from the staff Was excellent. They tested me for some viruses and prescribed medication and sent me on my way. I’m happy I went to this location and I will come back again when I need urgent care.
Had to walk out cause they took hour to come in after the pre screening. My advice get more providers on site..
Everyone here was so kind & caring. The doctor was very thorough and took her time. It was clear she cared about my son. As good of an experience as you could ever expect in an Urgent Care type of situation.
Had an amazing experience at this Urgent Care! I was in and out within an hour! The staff was so efficient and kind. The provider listened to me and my symptoms and prescribed me medications that covered all my ailments.
I recently was laid off from my job and of course just how life goes… it rains it pours. Right when my health coverage ended from my previous employment, I had a health issue arise and had to take myself to the nearest urgent care. I am sure glad that I ended up at this one! The entire experience was wonderful, the front desk gal was so sweet and immediately greeted me with a Goodmorning! I explained my situation and she walked me through ways I could save on my visit. So thoughtful and kind of her! I was then taken back and my doctor, Karen, was phenomenal. She listened to all of my concerns and it seriously felt like I was on an episode of Grey’s Anatomy! I could tell that all the employees really care about each person that walks through the door. I will definitely be back! (Hopefully not soon) but if I have another health issue arise I know where to go (: thank you NextCare!
Always the best caring humans who take excellent care of their clients. I can truly trust their no nonsense approach. Straight up, with no chaser. In short I love these humans. 😍Thank You 🙏🏽 Blessings Tra 💞
Ayden was great at intake. My 7yo son was nervous going in, and he made it much better. Staff was great and helpful. Wait time wasn’t bad. My go-to urgent care.
Great care! Scheduled my appointment on line at 7:35am for a 8:30 scheduled appointment. Was seen on time by a super team. Excellent patient care. I had to see someone and my regular doctors were totally booked. I have been to NextCare before and it has always been a good experience.
Made an appointment but didn’t see a doctor for over an hour and a half. Not sure why they take appointments.
The Desert Ridge Urgent Care is great! I was seen in a timely manner, the staff is friendly and truly caring. They did a thorough job of accessing my illness. I would highly recommend this phacility to anyone!
I really like this location. You can check online how many patients are waiting before you head over to the clinic. I will head right over if there is under three but if there are more I like to schedule an appointment if there is one available. The providers I have seen have all been great. I have brought my kids in for everything from a Covid test to stitches and have always had a great experience.
All the staff and Doctor did a super and professional job with kindness. Including FAST service. Best Urgent Care I has been. Thank you!
They are so kind at this place and my doctors made me feel very comfortable. They accommodated to my needs and anxiety extremely well. I could not be more grateful.
I had to take my teenage daughter in for a female issue that arose over the weekend. I am extremely grateful for the entire staff. They were comforting, reassuring, compassionate, and kind.
Went in with an allergic reaction. I was seen immediately and given a solution to help diffuse the situation efficiently and painlessly. Thank you
Excellent appointment this morning! They got me right in and all staff members were very professional, caring, and kind. I was seen by Dr. Sehorn who gave me several treatment options to relieve my symptoms. She did a great job explaining all appointment diagnostic and treatment instructions as well as made sure I had a written copy to take home for reference. I was so pleased with my experience here. This team clearly cares a lot about the wellbeing of their patients.
Took my son this morning for a sore throat and fever. Got an appointment within an hour. We were in and out in less than an hour! Staff was very friendly, especially for it being 7am on a Sunday! Will use them again if needed on a weekend!
The facility was clean, I didn’t have to wait long, everyone was nice.
Showed up with my three year old about 30 mins early for our appointment. We were taken back before our appointment time and left in a timely manner. Everyone was great with my son, and he received quick and quality care.
Made an appointment for 1:00 for in at 1:30.Doctor was nice and explained in detail what my condition was. Wrote a prescription for me and I was out the door by 2.
Honestly, Ive had the worst experience with NextCare Urgent Care. I scheduled an appointment online, where I provided my contact information, and described my issue, which required an x-ray for diagnosis. Upon arriving at their office, I was told by the front office girl that they didnt have an x-ray technical there. I asked why wouldnt you call me to let me know before letting me drive all this way for nothing? She said she wasnt allowed to and it was considered turning a patient away.... But she was able to tell me when I walked in the door after wasting my time to get there. I asked to talk to her manager, only to very seriously suggest that they change their policy that they cant call if there may be an issue with your appointment. I was then seen by a provider there and then told the location I had to drive to, where there was an x-ray tech, was 20 min away. An additional 40 min total out of my way from home. And today they call to give me results and then say if I wanted medication, Id have to come in again and pay for yet another visit. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I SUGGEST YOU NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID.
Always treated very well. Lovely receptionist & nurse. The Dr’s spent a good amount of time with you & answer all your questions. Very convenient location.
Kindness goes a long way. All the staff here was kind and communicative.
I had the start of an abscess. Told to use heat compress. Wasn’t prescribed any antibiotics.
The 100% worst for CDL-ADOT TESTING they have failed me twice confirmed 7 am appointment but Dr for cdl couldnt make it until 1pm. The Time before the were a no-show. That cost me money my employer doesnt pay my bills! I got Conformation about appointment night before saying all good. But showed up a was robbed of a days pay again!
I was referred to NexCare for possible pneumonia and or Bronchitis. The Staff was friendly and I was seen in an appropriate amount of time. Chest Xray was done there and quickly with results. Medication was prescribed and I would go there again if needed.
This was my first visit to this clinic. The staff, appointment time, response to treatment, was well explained, efficient, and completed with compassion. Thank you🤞🏽 hope the cost after the co-pay isn’t a big surprise 😬
My wife made a 2:15 appointment. Walk-ins were taken in before her because they had waited longer, so an appointment does not give you any priority over walk-ins. She finally got in close to 4:00PM. Absolutely unacceptable.Update December 2023... I made a 9:10 am appointment, arrived at 9:00, got in at 10:20, doctor at 10:30. The visit was good. I just dont understand the purpose of the appointments. They seem to mean little.
Check in was prompt. However it should not take a hour to go through the process for workman’s compensation follow up. Again my appointment was scheduled well ahead and no one was in the office for emergency services.
The front desk lady is incompetent she doesn’t know what she’s talking about or anything about customer service. I made an appointment for 12:40 and after arriving early she tells me they are backed up and I would have to wait an hour and a half, I came back an hour and a half later and she tells me there still isn’t availability and there are three walk ins above my appointment?! one person had been waiting over three hours! the front desk lady then says I could go to their other urgent care but the same amount of people are waiting and she doesn’t know how long the wait will be. I asked her if appointments mean nothing and apparently they don’t. Her attitude and knowledge towards the situation is unacceptable and I will have to find a different urgent care with people who know what they are doing.
Cut my finger slicing a bagel. Arrived to the urgent care about 12 minutes after doing so. I was seen immediately and received four stitches in less than an hour. Thanks!!
I am really happy with this center. My son broke his arm and online it showed 21 people ahead of us. When we got there they told us 45 min and that’s all the wait was! Best wait times I’ve had at Urgent Care. This one was clean and the girls upfront were friendly. The PA was very caring and I felt like we had excellent care. Def recommend!
Terrible! It opens at 7am. We waited outside the door early to be first in line for an ear infection. Yet they took the 4th person in line because he thought he had “dust in his eye”. We finally saw the assistant at 7:36am and then waited again for the doctor until 8:15 and we finally had to leave because it took so long. We will never be back.
Long wait, but whatever. The facility itself is pretty dirty. Soap dispenser in restroom caked in dust, light fixtures are super dusty too. Hazard bins look super full. Walls are messed up, chipped and dirty. Not really good for a medical place, gives a pretty bad impression. Opposite of sterile environment imo
Very friendly staff, from receptionist to PA. Felt they really cared.
The women were amazing and Abigail went above and beyond the call of duty and attended to everything I needed and wanted. I was very impressed with the doctor as well actually seem to care about my situation, and did everything to improve it.Impressive!
Staff was uncaring and ill trained, no one was there and still had to wait 45 min once I was scene dr, nurse I felt like I wasn’t given the time of day they barely looked at my injuries, and prescribed me antibiotics without asking if I was taking anything and or if I was breastfeeding which I am feeding my 10month son and then I have to wait for 30min just so I can leave super unprofessional
It went well. The nurse practitioner and her assistant were wonderfully kind and personable. The nurse was very thorough in her instructions, and I couldn’t have been more pleased.I have to say that the experience of not being allowed to sit in the waiting room, but being told to wait in my car until they called me, and then being given instructions to come to a door around the corner, and to find the exam room by myself was strange and unsettling. There were no explanations given, so my imagination led me to many uncomfortable assumptions.
This is the Best group of people Ive ever met in an urgent care care facility!!! The Dr. was beyond wonderful, kind, caring, and she actually took the time to talk to me. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.
We went with our 16 month old who was screaming. We spent 30 minutes taking vitals and waiting to see the doctor 2 minutes. He barely looked at her seemed like he did not care at all, said she has an ear infection and left. All of the treatment he recommended did not do anything.Everyone there was a bit rude and seemed annoyed.
No xray techs. But overall it was not a bad wait about 1 1/2 hr
This place is disgusting and disgraceful!!! The completely incompetent doctor or whatever she even is couldnt manage to send my prescription to the pharmacy for 3 whole days and the front desk staff is woefully clueless and unaware of how to fix basic issues. If you want terrible customer service, an uneducated doctor who cant do the bare minimum, and a delay on getting your sickness treated then go here!! They have no problem charging you the bill for the incompetent service but will not be able to assist when it comes to actually doing what you paid them for. Save yourself the headache!!
The staff and nurse were excellent. Great bedside manner. Very caring. Took their time with me. I have been going to NextCare 8 years and this visit was by far the best treatment I have had. They were generous with their time. Communicated well. I received Excellent care.Michael did a great job for me and my wife. We were both very sick and we needed care. Steve
Came in for chest pain, was sent to get an XRay and never received a follow up call. I tried calling to find out about my results and could never get to speak to a representative after holding for over an hour. The app was not of any use, my results never got posted on there either even after waiting a month for them to call me or post them on the app. Over all horrible communication and customer service, would recommend any other urgent care if possible! Or better to wait to see your primary care doctor even if they can’t get you in for over a week considering I’ve waited over a month and haven’t had a follow up and my chest pain hasn’t gotten any better.
Update 8/21/2023- Cut my finger deep with knife. Excellent Quick Service, Staff and treatment!!!! This is the first place and place I will go prior to ER!!Thank you!!Update 5-22-21Excellent staff, clean, efficient awesome place! The staff made my son feel relaxed and were extremely knowledgeable! Thank you! If i ever need to return to Next Care clinic it will be this location! My son was exposed again and this Clinic remains the only place I go for testing!
Booking online makes it so much faster. They took me right in with no waiting.Very knowledgeable and professional staff.Very pleasant Diane
Each time, it was easy to get an appointment, its an easy check-in process, the staff is friendly, and i was taken pretty much right at my appointment times. My only criticism is: that theres no way to reach the clinic directly, so if you have a follow-up question or additional information youd like to give after the fact, you can only call the national number and wait on hold 20 minutes for them to send a message to the clinic. there should at least be an email or messaging system online.
Clean facility with excellent staff! The front desk, medical assistants, and doctor were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommended this location on Tatum Rd in Phoenix.
It’s always hard bringing your little ones to a non-pediatric medical office but they were amazing with my 7 year old daughter. I’m so grateful! Thank you Lucas G.! We are truly so appreciative of your kindness towards our daughter and how amazingly you handled her!
Dr.Shapiro was the absolute most help I’ve had in years. She was caring, had lots of recommendations and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend seeing her. Oh and her medical assistant was very nice and helpful as well!
Had an appt at 9- checked in by 840- 1030 and still haven’t seen a provider. I watched them take back every person on the walk in list before the scheduled appointments. If you are going to allow appointments, then they should be seen before walk in patients. Running an hour and a half behind is not ok.
Overall good. Front desk is very friendly. My NP today was awesome and very friendly/explained everything. If you do go in the morning, definitely be prepared to wait!! Mid day is better before lunch.
I would prefer to see a Doctor it at least a NP.I do not feel my visit gave me any results. The losenges she told me to get do not help, at all!Paperwork says upper respiratory viral infection. She never said that to me at all!!!Just did not seem professional in the office anywhere.
I have gone to this Urgent Care multiple times over the past few years as it is close to home. I absolutely adore everyone who works here, as they have always been accommodating and empathetic of me as a patient who is often anxious about their condition. A lot of urgent care’s can feel very fast, in and out, one and done but this one makes me feel relieved leaving it everytime.
I had an appointment, and the wait wasnt too long at all. The medical staff was friendly, professional and competent.I had completed my paperwork online in advance, and that helped expedite my appointment!
Our favorite Urgent Care. The staff is very professional and great location. All the females doctors are great. Big thanks to doctor Tiffany Riddle for all the help and Alexis for making our visits more comfortable.
The staff here is very pleasant and professional. I need to give an average rating due to the procedure they have after checking in. They make you go back outside and wait in your car (if you have one) until they call you in. I was there in August and it was brutally hot and I was there last week and it was brutally cold, yet I was expected to wait in a car until they were ready for me. The pandemic is over; are they aware of that? I think I will find a location that allows the patient to wait inside.
The front desk, MA, and provider were all extremely patient, compassionate and helpful when I came in barely able to walk, in a lot of pain, and in a little bit of a panic. The experience was a reminder of how reassuring it feels to be on the receiving end of care that is professional, calm, and orderly.Thank you Desert Ridge team!!
Great experience. Been here on multiple occasions. Always very friendly and dont have to wait long. I usually see the same doctor and she is really really good. Although she isnt my GP she gathers a ton of info and does the very very best she possibly can. Thank you for the great service!
Made an appointment for 5pm, as that was the earliest available. Arrived 10 minutes early (4:50pm), checked in, and waited. Waited until 7:40pm and then went to the front desk. The only response from front desk, You have another person in front of you. What is the point in making an appointment if your appointment time is irrelevant, and you allow walk-ins ahead of those who made an appointment? Again, whats the point in making an appointment?Customer service was terrible. They couldnt care less. No, Im sorry its taking so long or Let me see what I can do to speed things up, nothing. I would not recommend this location.
They were professional, from the front desk to the nursing staff. Definitely recommend
They lie about accepting walk-ins. I was refused care. Told the could not help me. Told to got to another urgent care or the Thompson peak er. I had bronchitis it was one pm. There were three people in line. I would have waited. Very poor service will never go here again. It says you do not turn people away on the website. I guess that is a lie.
Vacations plans ruined by bad weather and then contracting COVID. Hotel staff recommended NextCare and I found the service phenomenally good. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. Fast, comprehensive care with excellent protocols for risk mitigation for staff and patients. Kudos.
Taylor, Kay, and Marla are an awesome team. I brought a family member here for an injury and they did everything possible to treat her. The Desert Ridge location always demonstrates professionalism and excellent patient care. I’m so grateful to have them in my neighborhood.
Stay far away from this urgent care. The staff is absolutely incompetent. I went in for a prescription. I told two separate people along with inputting the information in their online check-in as to where to send my prescription. Somehow two people and the online system weren’t enough to get it sent to the right place. When I went to pick up the prescription of course it wasn’t there. I tried calling the urgent care and was on hold with a call center for over 30 minutes. Less than 10 minutes before the urgent care was closing, the call center finally picked up my call and transferred me to the urgent care. That is when I learned that they sent the prescription elsewhere. When I got angry after holding all of this time, the woman I was speaking with, put me back on hold. She finally picked up at 7 o’clock, which was their closing time, and because I was upset, she said “well if you are going to behave this way, I’m not going to help you” and she hung up on me. If it hadn’t been for the amazing staff at the Walmart pharmacy at Bell and Tatum, I would not have my prescription. They called around until they got the pharmacy that had my prescription and had it transferred to them so that I would have my medication tonight. Next care is the worst. Go any place other than to them.
We had a great experience. The entire appointment with the wait room about an hour which is not bad. Highly recommend using the online check In Feature. I uploaded our insurance card and complete all of the paperwork well in advance.
I took my 9 month old son in to be seen on Monday, May 23rd 2016 and we were in and out in 30 minutes. The lobby was clean and the check in process was easy, thank you Hilda! We were called back within 5 minutes by Rosa, who took my sons vitals and history very efficiently. And within no time we were in the room waiting to be seen. That wait wasnt long, but Thanks Tommy for checking in on us to make sure we were all good. He even got my fiance and I a cup of cold water while we waited. Jeannette was our PA, she is excellent! You can tell she is awesome with kids. She answered all our questions and was very thorough, which makes me certain I made the right decision, for my son, by taking him here. I know my son got excellent care. He is already better and it hasnt even been 24hours. Thank you everyone at the Tatum location you guys are always awesome! I recommend this location for anyone who wants excellent medical service.
We were in and out under a half hour. I have never had such a quick Urgent care visit. The staff was were so sweet, the doctor answered my questions and my son felt comfortable with all of them!
I needed help with an injury so I went to their closest location at Desert Ridge. The sweet, kind yet highly efficient front office girls were top notch, greeting me with smiles galore, with an eagerness to assist me in getting signed in.The back office personal were understanding, patient and caring, and very highly skilled! Mad props to Abigayle, Ryan and Tsosie! Thank you one and all, for your kindness and professionalism.
I walked in without appointment. They estimated wait time. It was right on. I was treated professionally by everyone. NP Tiffany Riddle was caring, professional and very competent. I am a physician and was very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Thanks.
All employees at the Desert Ridge location were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They examined me and decided I needed X-rays right then and found the problem. They gave me a brace and a referral in a very reasonable amount of time. I appreciated their expertise and caring way of doing business.
Thank you so much Next Care!I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone that I saw. I did not have to wait very long and I was happy to wait in my car until a room was ready. I felt safe and taken care of. My Dr listened to me and made me feel at ease and gave me great advice.
Brought my son to Urgent Care for a high school physical on a Friday afternoon. Short wait time! Staff was helpful and pleasant. Dr. had great bedside manners and was thorough. I recommend the Tatum location to anyone seeking treatment.
If you want to be seen quickly, definitely check-in online! Once I was in, FNP Diane had me all taken care of. She was kind, thorough, and a great listener! Even though their x-ray tech was out for the day, she was able to get me in same day, right across the parking lot. This was my second time visiting, and I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks, yall!
Dr and staff were caring and professional
Medical practitioners that I met with were very nice and helpful. What was not good was the communication with all patients that the doctor was running late in arriving (an hour late). The front desk person should have given the couple of people waiting periodic updates. Things run late these days, but communicate and be honest. Also, there is a large sign on door before entering that masks are required. I was the first to arrive wearing a mask. The next person came in with her son, both not wearing masks. Nothing was said to her to put on a mask. A man came in next not wearing a mask. He was asked to wear a mask. This rule should apply to ALL no matter what the ailment each has.
The telehealth doctor I spoke to was spot on when she told me to get checked out in person. I received a text within a few minutes to set up an in person appointment. Once there I was taken care of immediately. Everyone was very kind and helpful and the whole experience lasted less than an hour.
Excellent care! Worth the wait, make an appointment online. Had glass in my foot and PA Jeannette took good care of me. She’s awesome! I was numb, didn’t feel a thing. Super clean, a better option than hospital and the outcome is amazing. All my scripts are called in already to my Choice of pharmacy!
I am thankful to have this care close to home. They were professional and listened to our health concerns. My children and I were assessed and treated fairly quickly but thoroughly. I would recommend them to anyone. Great medical staff, and the PAs were very knowledgeable.
I was able to request an appointment online the night before I came in. When I arrived, the lady at the desk was friendly and the paperwork was minimal. I was called back shortly after. The M.A was nice and knew to swab for strep so by the time the PA came in my results came back. Jeanette, PA was very kind, and friendly. She did a quick exam, told me my diagnosis and answered my questions. It was a quick and smooth visit. The location is convenient and the facility is clean. Plenty of parking. Best urgent care I have been to in a while. I would recommend going in the morning to avoid long waits.
Even though we made an appointment and we arrived early, due to walk-ins, we had to wait 15 past our appointment time. But, the care we received was worth it. Attentive, patient, and efficient. I appreciated that, esp since the patient was a child and sick kids can sometimes be challenging.
I brought my husband to Nexcare because I had heard great things about it. He was checked out, the issue diagnosed and a prescription was sent to our pharmacy. The staff was friendly and competent. It went well. I wouldn’t hesitate going there for myself or my husband.
Made appointment for 7am. Staff was ready for patients. Online registration system was very good and easy to use.PA that saw me was attentive as I described my symptoms, he asked questions then gave me two treatment options. Excellent experience
I am incredibly disappointed with our experience today. My daughter and I have been coming back and home again for the last three days to try and get covid tested. Yesterday the receptionist told us that they were accepting walk-ins as first come, first serve and the earlier we got there the better. It opened at 7am and my daughter and I were in line with around 5 people ahead of us already. A few people ahead of us told us that the receptionist “yelled at them” before we had gotten in line. Finally when we got to the front she came out after we had all ready been waiting for over 30 minutes to get in and told everyone that they were at max capacity. She was rude about it, and unprofessional. Obviously, this is a very difficult time for everyone and she is probably under a lot of stress, but the way she confronted us when we had already been waiting for 30 minutes was unacceptable. She could have come out 15 minutes earlier and said “we only have enough room for these next four people. If you are after this person we can’t take you in.” If this was the situation, I would have been a lot more understanding about it, but instead she came out and was rude and very court. Really disappointed about this interaction because this is the urgent care closest to my home and I have been going here for so long with my kids.
Easy online appointment scheduling. Friendly and efficient staff. I was given excellent care. I liked that patients with contagious symptoms are asked to wait in their automobile until being called in for their appointment via access other than the waiting room.
Next care at desert ridge was a great experience, I was seen within a reasonable time, the front desk staff and medical providers were very thorough and compassionate, I was feeling horrible with pneumonia the PA diagnosed it immediately and sent me home with multiple medications
My daughter had the appt. She only just turned 18, and due to covid restrictions, I couldnt go in with her. She was turned away after a negative strep test. They said its some other virus. She was hardly in there long enough for a thorough exam. Had I been in there with her as she wished, I would have asked for that more thorough exam along with a flu test. With all the illness going around currently, it would save us a return visit if all possibilities had been assessed. I recommend NextCare due to past appts with them, but I wouldnt if this were my only experience.
This was my second visit in a week. PA Jonathan Carpo is an excellent professional. He listened to my current medical issues patiently, conducted appropriate examination and investigation. Provided me the required medication. I am very much thankful with the interactions that I had with him. The receiving staff were highly professional in their dealings & I very much appreciate everyone. Thank you. Very well run Urgent Care.Pratap Misra
Great staff, enrollment and process of insurances is relatively quick and easy. Came in late morning on Sunday and was seen within 30 minutes of arrival. The doctor took care of the major issue, although, still needed to be seen by primary care to get an antibiotic. Exam could have been a little more thorough as I went in on Sunday so I didnt have to take off of work.Make sure to be clear and address issues of concern.
I made an appointment sono waiting. Paperwork was minimal. Very nice nurse practitioner met with me & checked out my foot & ankle issue. X-ray was quick & simple. Results were given to me in a matter of minutes. A good experience!
Check in was quick and easy and I was brought back quickly. They ran some tests and then the doctor came in. She addressed my concerns and offered options. I waited a little longer and got my paper work and was on my way within an hour. People were caring and friendly.
The Doctor there is an angel! She took time to listen to me and find out what was really going on with me. The staff is great too.
All of the staff at NextCare were amazing! They are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I never had to wait to see a health care worker and it’s a great location with lots of parking. I would highly recommend them if you have a bad wound or burn.
P.A. Kyle Dubay was excellent. Informative, professional, skilled, kind, and encouraging. The nurses and medical assistants were also very helpful, efficient, and compassionate. The only issue was that this location has an x-ray machine and technician, but the machine wasn’t working.
The staff was very patient and friendly despite having to open late due to a “no show”. Those that showed up communicated the situation and did their best to get everyone checked in and seen as quickly as possible. Both the nurse and doctor were very communicative and showed a clear interest in helping, which can be rare at an urgent care. No question I would go back if the need arose!
I havent been to an urgent care in over 15 years but luckily NextCare is right around the corner. The waiting area and rooms were very tidy and the staff was very organized which helped get me in and out. I was there for a couple of hours but there were 7 people ahead of me, so that long of a wait time was expected. Once they took me back, it was about 20 minutes and I was headed home.
Absolute trash customer service. The lady at the front desk was beyond the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. She was pissy with me and refused to let me and my son be seen. I would never in a million years go to this clinic again
Went here on a holiday weekend so sick I could hardly sit up. They got me in a room with very little wait time, diagnosed me properly and sent me home after calling in my prescriptions. Went to my PCP on Monday and she was impressed too. Even had a follow up call from them asking if I was feeling better. Will definitely be going back here again if needed in the future. Great staff and great care. Thank you!!
Originally, I had an appointment for the following day but decided to go a day prior. I was able to check in and fill out paperwork from my phone within a matter of minutes. That helped very much. I appreciate the assistance and extra care given once in a room so I wasnt uncomfortable pain wise. I would recommend this Urgent Care and I would come here again if ever needed.
I went in for a cough. I had an appointment at 0930, did not get in with the PA until 1120. The PA was very courteous and sympathetic. She knew my symptoms and went appropriately from there. She was timely and accurate.
My husband and I went to the urgent care and were treated very nice. They were so busy with people being tested for Covid , and that is what we were there for. They took us right in and did our vitals , blood pressure , temps and asking us for our health background. We both had made appts to see the dr and everything went very smooth and we were seen in a very timely manner. We truly appreciate the care and time they took to help us. I am sure it can’t be fun seeing sick Covid patients all day long. We truly appreciate the great care we received. Thank you !
Update: this place has gone downhill. They dont know what they are doingThis place mostly fits my needs. Most the time the doctors/practioners are very nice. I didnt care much for the last one I saw, but its urgent care. Its not the same experience as going to a PCP.
I arrived at 6pm (they close at 7pm) and they let me know that they do not accept walk-ins. Not only does their website say, “walk-ins accepted until closing” but they also have a physical sign up front that says Walk-ins. They also have a huge sign in the lobby that says aggressive behavior will not be tolerated, which I’m sure they added because of all of the irate clients that assumed they could walk-in. How about you don’t try to make it your clients’ faults that you are falsely advertising your business, especially because it is an urgent care and people are in need when they come in.
I didn’t call ahead, I was a walk in and it was very quick and easy. They have you fill registration papers out from your vehicle on your phone and the triage nurse calls you from there as well. You walk in through the back when they tell you to and straight to your room. The nurse and doctor were quick, kind, and communicative. I have nothing negative to say about this, or any, experience that I’ve had at NextCare Urgent Care Desert Ridge.
I was extremely disappointed in my diagnosis it was incorrect and later that day I had to go to the emergency room
Very kind and very clean. I loved the medical assistant Tommy that helped us. He was so great with my two year old! We also had a very nice and knoledgeable PA, Tiffany Riddle, that was previously bashed pretty hard on Yelp. I take everything with a grain of salt but we had a wonderful experience here and everyone including the PA was excellent! We will be coming back when needed.
A little bit slow with service, but the nurse practitioner was very personable and knowledgeable! Worth the wait!
All providers are amazing and professional! My NP who saw me today listened to all my concerns. She was very friendly and empathetic. This is why NextCare is the only urgent care I go to because providers have great bedside manners. Would recommend!
Fast service. Caring staff. Issue resolved quickky.
Every time I go there the weight is way too long I had my appointment at noon and didnt get seen until 3:15 maybe they can work on that stop overbooking
I use this facility whenever I need an urgent care. I didnt check in online this time but I still got.in.pretty quick. Jeanette came in right away and was thorough but quick. Who wants to hang out and chat when theyre sick anyway? They sent my scripts to my.Pharmacy and it was ready by the time I got there. Always have had a good experience here. She stitched my daughters head once, very nice and friendly at that time to a scared kid. She soft-casted my other daughters foot- again very comforting. I would and I do recommend this location.
Service was fine when I was finally seen, just there for a Covid testing. Although I had an appointment, I had to wait an hour and a half waiting in my car! I went in once to verify I was checked in so receptionist knew I was there. They said they tried calling 3 times but I never got an alert text or call. Their electronic system obviously wasnt working, but they did nothing else to try get hold of me another way besides the electronic system that sends texts.
I made an appointment the following night. I arrived at my appointment time. I was checked in within 10 minutes and sent to the exam room. And then everything was done in an oddly timely manner for a medical visit. Everyone was really friendly and that was that!
Wonderful, especially kind for an Urgent Care Clinic! Perfect for everyday cuts sprains breaks illness. Very quick, nice PA, NP and Dr! They listen and provide compassionate care. There when u need them! Highly recommended especially when you don’t need to go to the ER! The ER visit is so expensive. This is quality affordable care with a kind touch.
Professional, courteous staff and care providers. I made an appointment online before arriving, so my wait time was minimal. The care provider immediately and accurately diagnosed my condition and prescribed the medication I needed to recover. I would highly recommend this facility (and have already recommended it to friends and family!)This experience was worlds better than my previous urgent care experience at another nearby provider.
I needed a Covid test due to exposure, symptoms, and being a health care provider. I was able to make a same day appointment at a rapid test facility. The FNP Tiffany was very kind, proficient , and personable. Being in the health care profession myself I know the importance of balance between bed side manner and proficiency. I know how tough things can be in this difficult time. Tiffany , and the staff, were fantastic. The check in process was safe and efficient. Test results super quick.
I was out of town on vacation and got a UTI. I was very uncomfortable. I got in and was seen right away. Everyone was so kind and got me taken care of right away. I so appreciate it!
We needed a rapid result Covid test. The wait was pretty long but we were able to do most of it in our car. Once we saw the medical professionals they apologized for the wait and were wonderful . The tests went well and we received the results over the phone 45 minutes after we were done.
Everyone was amazing here from front to back. Specifically Ayden and Dr. Julie! Thank you all for making what could have been a miserable experience, comforting!
Scheduled online in the morning for a 2pm appointment. Wasn’t taken back till 245pm and sat in the room alone till 330 pm and eventually left as they had no update on time. I am not sure why they accept appointments.
Staff and provider were very caring, attentive and professional. Office was very clean and it was a quick visit. Thank you for making me feel better!
Went there for the COVID test. It was a little challenging to find out where to go and which office had “rapid” test kits. We found one. We didn’t know the protocols for walk-ins and we surprised to learn kits ran out and also we needed to stand in line the following day.The wait was about 2 hours to be checked in. And we were 50+ in line. Our Number was called about 4 hours later. Checking in and being seen was simple and quick. The nurse PA was a gem. She made us smile. I would give the process a 2..but the PA 5.
Typically quick and friendly staff. However, I came in for a sinus infection and was seen by a PA. I think her name was Tiffany. She was so dismissive of me and my concerns. She said there was no way a sinus infection could develop in 2 days and would not prescribe antibiotics. I tried explaining that I have chronic sinusitis and the sinus congestion and pressure had been happening for over a week and now I was having symptoms that were consistent with a sinus infection for the past 2 days. She would not listen. Told me to come back if it wasn’t better by Tuesday. So 3 more days of an untreated infection and another $50. Not only am I someone who has reoccurring sinus infections so am good at telling when it has transitioned into one but I have also been an RN for over 7 years. She refused to listen to her patient and is causing a delay in my treatment.
Bad experience. The visit was fine, but only lasted 20 minutes and was scheduled for 30. Was billed for a 45 minute telehealth appointment, not sure where that came from, for $300, prior to insurance, which seems very excessive. Regardless, I paid my portion of the bill on 5/17, per my credit card statement, but received another invoice, dated 5/25, saying I still havent paid. Calling the number for billing questions on the invoice, the line rung for 1 hour and then hung up on me. Very poor customer service.
Quick service on a Saturday morning. Friendly staff and PA we had knows not to overdose/ over prescribe with antibiotics when it’s a viral condition. Love that
I went to NextCare Urgent Care, Tatum office, for treatment. This was the third time I had occasion to use them. Each time I have had an excellent experience. The person at the front desk was polite and efficient. I was seen in less than ten minutes. The medical assistant who did the intake and took my vitals was very professional and understanding. The PA-C who saw me was Jeannette Dotterer. She actually had to perform a procedure on me. She explained clearly everything she was doing. She did this procedure expediently, with a minimum amount of discomfort. She was also friendly and engaging during my entire visit.I highly recommend PA-C Dotterer, as well as the entire staff in this office!!
Woke up in the middle of the night with severe abdominal pain. Could not get into my primary physician for two days. Immediately booked an appt. through their app. Was able to be in and out in less than an hour. The only problem was my pharmacy didn’t open for another half hour. NextCare was too efficient!
I came into Urgent Care at 2:55pm, not realizing that they closed at 3:00. The kind staff and PA stayed after to see me, and I never felt rushed or pushed out the door. Great staff and great care for patients. Thank you so much!
NextCare provides an option to make appointments on-line and then wait at home until it’s app time. Very convenient. The attending PA was very courteous and answered all my medical needs. I Recommend this clinic.
Efficient check-in process with all forms completed and signed from my cellphone. However, my attending FNP could use coaching with her bedside manner. As I was in a great deal of pain and quite anxious regarding my treatment, she showed very little empathy or compassion.Ive been to this NextCare several times over the years as it is close to my home and has always displayed exceptional customer service and empathy.Going forward, I will choose a different Urgent Care provider.
I went in to o Next Care today feeling miserable and amidst everything going 9n, a little nervous too. The front desk, triage and the the Dr. were outstanding. Friendly and courteous. My appt. was at 2pm and I was home by 2:30. I would recommend this location anytime!!!!
85 dollars and 2 hours even with an appointment to tell me I have allergies even though I have a fever and cough.. refused to even prescribe me cough medicine. Very disappointed in the service here.
My toddler was having an allergic reaction and as soon as I walked in they took him back and treated him. They were awesome! Vaughn Dotterer PAC was very knowledgeable and had great bedside manner. It was by far my best experience at an urgent care. I would 100% come here again and recommend it to others.
