Amazing staff. My job sent me here and I was quick to be seen short notice. The nurse and doctor took care of us the best they could with a gash in my finger. If you need stitches and a good pep talk before the pain, this is the plane to go. The only thing I saw were some faint dried blood splatter marks on the foot of the utensil table, but it was spotless otherwise

Fast efficient and friendly. Was able to schedule my appointment online and arrived early. I was immediately assisted at the front desk and at my scheduled appointment time went back. Saw car provider and received great treatment

Great service and great staff! I lacerated my finger pretty good and figured Id need stitches. I was in an out all fixed up in 45 minutes. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Couldnt ask for anything more!

Let’s be honest if you are in need of urgent medical care a review is the last thing you’re looking at! But if you’re like me and do stupid things that result in needing urgent medical care, this is the place to go! Quick and easy check in, wait wasn’t that bad when you consider what any medical wait times are. Like why make an appointment then just wait like a walk in? Did you make me an appointment to wait? Anyways this place was quick, got me in looked at my cut and got it stitched up! The person who did the work, apparently not called doctors there, was really nice, she worked quick and painless on doing the stitches! Even carried on great conversation while she did it! With my ability to hurt myself I’ll be utilizing their service again! Highly recommend!

The front office women were warm and friendly. The gal that did my blood work and vitals was super sweet and shared that she was a nursing student. This is a good crew.

Friday morning, we decided to drive into Phoenix to see a “more professional” Next Care. The Nurse and the Nurse Practioneer did great work. 3 days later and feeling much better. Sadly, due to someone forgetting to send the prescriptions to Walgreens, i was never able to get ahold of any customer service. Apparently they all work Central time zone. The rest of us live in PST so no help there. Saturday morning was still a no go on the 888 customer support like. They only work Monday thru Friday. I was told by our local Next Care to drive an hour and go back to their office rather than look at their system and resent the scripts. FINALLY, we pried the local Phnx office number out of their direct number. After finding out she gave us the number to the wrong office, we got a new phone number and finally we got ahold of a helpful nurse. She apologized and got it all back on track and we picked up our scripts by 2pm on Saturday. First time commenting. Not sure if last time at NextCare. At least I feel better now and we got to eat at Chipotle.

We had to wait over 45 minutes to be seen. We got there when it opened (8am) but the provider didn’t show up to work until 8:45. Once seen the visit was fine and we were taken care of well.

They were able to get me in within the hour even though I was just a walk-in. My prescription was filled at my pharmacy within 15 minutes of leaving! This stuff was friendly and the nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and helpful for my specific needs. And she gave me some supplies I would need so I didnt have to go buy them

We have been going to this NextCare Urgent Care in Anthem for the past few years and they have always been very welcoming. I had seen the nurse practitioner today and she knew exactly what my issue was and so caring! This is the only Urgent care my family and I will go to its worth the drive from Surprise.

This was the best service Ive ever received at an urgent care clinic. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and there was no wait. I will definitely be coming here in the future if I am ever in need of urgent medical care again.

Very easy. Booked appt online, seen fairly quickly. The NP who saw me did a great assessment and set up a solid plan.

Outstanding customer service, seamless coordination with our health insurance benefits and best of all, in and out with RX’s in less than an hour. Even though this location was 15 miles from our house, it was well worth the trip.

The staff and in particular Sara Moss were phenomenal. Kept me calm and comfortable in a tense scenario. Sara even followed up to provide instructions to the doctor I was referred to the following day. Very grateful for exceptional care

The doctor on staff and the front office staff were wonderful once we finally got to see them but the appointments were running 1 1/2 hours behind schedule with an appointment. Allowing new appointments to be scheduled online should have been cancelled for multiple time slots today to allow the staff to catch up. This wasn’t fair to staff or patients.

The best experience! Np Hunter was excellent, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Front office staff were so kind! My little one and I are so thankful for the care.

They got me seen really fast and everyone was very nice and professional but I went in for an upper respiratory infection and they tested me for Covid and the flu which were negative, saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes it was literally 3 minutes total and she didn’t listen to me hardly at all, they said they would refer me somewhere else for chest X rays and didn’t so I’ll have to go somewhere else BUT I think this place is awesome for minor injuries or getting a doctors note for work so I do appreciate that!

All of the staff were kind and helpful throughout our visit. We got an xray and results within four hours. The manager introduced herself and gave us a copy of the xray on cd without us even asking in case we needed to follow up with a doctor. They gave us a brace and crutches, too. They called shortly after we left to tell us the radiology results.

I have a daily medication that I take. On this day, the tablet lodged itself in my throat very deep down. I tried everything to get it out. Luckily I was still able to breathe. I went to urgent care and explained what happened. The front desk “scheduled” an appt for me that was for 10 mins later. I waited for 45 mins with a pill in my throat while they did nothing. Finally I was taken back and was asked all the same questions I had already answered on my intake form. After another 15 mins I was brought to another room to wait for a person who could actually help. After another long wait (meanwhile I’ve been spitting and throwing up this entire time due to not being able to swallow anything, even water or saliva), a NP finally came in. And she told me there was nothing she could do and that I needed to go to the emergency room. After over an hour wait, they did nothing. Then when I went to go leave, they told me I had to wait to check out. I informed them that I needed to go to the emergency room and would not be waiting any longer. This place is horrible and pointless. Nothing was “urgent” and no “care” was provided or given. I will never go here again for any reason.

From the front desk friendly greeting, the kind nurse assessment, to the follow up with their skilled PA, Ali Lewandowski, I felt well cared for! Excellence at all levels. Caring staff like each of them can be hard to find. Nextcare is lucky to have this quality of staff.

I set a 9am appt on Black Friday. I was called in at 910a. (Ill take that anyday)Everyone was kind and professional. I was looked at, tested, preliminary diagnosis, got a script, and out the door at 9:35a.Of course Im hopefull my Medicare and supplement covers this, which is maybe why they ask my feedback pre-billing notification;-(

Set up a meeting online and once I got there I waited for less than 4 min to see someone! Great system. Nice staff.

Scheduling was easy , no wait time the nurse did the tests for flu and strip throat before the dc came to see me which saved me time, very clean and caring staff highly recommend

They are OK, if you have no other option. Definitely would not rely on them for anything serious. Avoid the receptionist at all cost. They are all extremely rude

Went for an urgent care visit, waited in the room for an hour and a half with no one checking on me. I peaked out the door and all the lights in the back were off... it was 4 in the after noon. The whole visit was 4 hours only to be seen by the nurse practitioner for 2 minutes.

Its a really nice friendly place to go to when youre not feeling good the lobby is clean the staff is always on cue and the receptionist she is a sweetheart

Was able to make an appt same day and was in and out in less than an hr. They took care of me and got me the meds I needed.

Is it weird to say we love to come here as opposed to seeing our primary doctors? Making an appointment is super easy and same day times are often available. The cost of care is affordable and, most importantly, the team here is amazing! The medical staff takes their time with you, explains care in detail, and is speedy with testing and communicating results. We have been here many times and are seen early or right on time. This place sets the standard for patient care!

I came in due to an injury I revived on a finger that has since become more inflamed  due to a suspected infection. I told the NP that I thought it was infected and her response was. I agree and prescribed me a pill to take, and told me to ice for pain. After an hour and a half of waiting and all sorts of paperwork, I was under the assumption it would maybe be cleaned up, possibly punctured through the nail to give some sort of release of pressure, or at a bare minimum wrapped and bandaged with some ointment that offered pain relief or expedited healing/recovery. It seemed as if the goal was to spend as little time and effort on me. The establishment was clean and the staff was nice but as far as care and addressing the issue I feel that going the route of an online or over the phone doctor would have been just as, if not more beneficial.

The front desk staff was nice and helpful, I forgot my ID and insurance card because I just got off work and had a sick baby so I was in a hurry. She helped me through all of that, then the doctor we seen was amazing! She was so kind to me and my baby, she made sure I felt heard with all of my concerns and helped ease my mind with everything. She listened to my mom panic and just was so caring to my baby.

Was feeling horrible got lucky no other people waiting . They were very nice , got me back within a few minutes , got me taken care of and my results all very quickly ! The PA that saw me was amazing ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We are vacationing out here for Christmas and visiting family. We are from Texas and my leg lit up in pain. They did what was best for me and I appreciate them for that.

We went to this location for the X-rays, but they did not have a tech and we were referred out. Unfortunately we had to pay the copay here and then at the next location

I took my son for eye swelling from a spider/bug bite. They got us in quickly and the medical provider was very knowledgeable and kind!

Great facility. Try to get a reservation and be patient if they are behind. Depends on how many walk ins come but the staff is so nice and very organizedGreat experience overall

We had a great experience. One of our kids broke their arm. We were able to call in ahead to get in line and fill out the paperwork electronically before arriving. They texted us updates on when to check in and the whole process was very organized. The medical professionals were very helpful and we would recommend going back to this location.

I cant believe they gave me the wrong temperature information just because it was 7:50 pm and they were about to close. They said my child has a 104.5 fever and she might have a seizure anytime, you have to take her to the hospital asap! they could not treat her or do anything. I had a thermometer in the car with us and checked her temp it was 101.5 then we had to go to the hospital which ended up being just the flu and no medication needed except for the Tylenol. But the worst part is that we stayed until 2 AM at the hospital for something they couldve done but they look like they didnt want to wait for the lab results and all that just wanting to go home. I understand the employees want to be done and go home, but they terrified me and my child when they said she has to go to the hospital to give her IV and shots. (Every kids nightmare) I had to deal with my child being scared and crying loud the whole time not wanting to go to the hospital.Very unprofessional and untrustable.P.S. They didnt even give me any paperworkor anything that shows she had a 104.5 fever.

Every single staff member was fantastic. Pleasant, professional and competent. I was seen on time. The provider listened to my concern (possible broken toe, which was confirmed by x-rays) and gave me information regarding treatment, as well as a list of foot and ankle doctors to contact for follow up. I had never been to this location before but will definitely return if I need to (although I hope I don’t need to).

This is not a family friendly place. Nurse was rude and disrespectful when I tried to accompany my wife to her appointment. Married couples should be able to accompany each other when there is a health scare and they both have questions about what is going on. Avoid this place.

I liked the people but, they didnt understand my condition and pain tolerance because of the diseases I am dealing with. Ive had so many steroids in my life that another steroid shot didnt solve or affect my pain because it was so intense.

I walked in as a cash pay customer. While the girls at the front desk were extremely helpful and nice. Upon seeing the physician assistant Ali Lewandowski I described my symptoms to her. I let her know that I have been dealing with bronchitis that turns into upper respiratory infection that turns into walking pneumonia for the last 10 to 15 years of my life. Sometimes I get hospitalized because my oxygen level drops so low. I told her I know exactly what my body needs and what works to stop it before it starts. Well, yes, she is a physicians assistant. She does not know my body and what I’ve been through and what works. She didn’t want to listen to anything I have to say and was a complete know it all. Lastly, I walk out to pay my bill. They charge $75 to swab my nose for Covid and $300 For my visit. I’ve went to emergency rooms cash pay for $1100. Not to mention she literally was in the room no more than five minutes. She reassured my lungs sounded clear. And I reassured her. I’m sure they do right now but that’s not where it’s heading. Then, like a smart Alec she said fine. I will order you a chest x-ray, you can go have done. if you’re sick I wouldn’t recommend going here.(sorry done by voice dictation)

Very pleasant experience. Everyone was very kind and friendly especially the assistant and PC Elam. She was very informative and thorough. She took the time to know what was going on and gave me recommendation for matters other than why I was there for my visit. Highly recommend.

After voicing a concern after my visit to front office staff, I got called back and got verbally abused from the PA.There is signs all over the office on abuse, which I did not use any time of tone or animosity towards staff. Just pure concern, and I should not have been talked to in the manner I was. It was not right.You never know what someone else is going through.And you never know how much your comments can affect someone’s life.I used my last $350 for the visit, because I was having breathing problems and I’m very very very hurt from this visit.Bedside manner should be a real concern…. Maybe some additional training should be required. PA are not doctors, and shouldn’t be practicing if they aren’t there for the wellbeing of their patients.Sincerely, someone who is nursing staff!

I have had such a wonderful experience at NextCare. Ive been visiting since mid-August for a workmen comp situation. Each employee has been so nice and attentive. They knew me by name since I was there everyother week or so. I would 100% recommend this specific location! They are all awesome!

Reservation process simple & appt easy to get. Check-iin went smoothly & vitals checked shortly thereafter. Saw physician within 5 minutes and exam took no more than 7 minutes. All told, in & out of facility within 20 minutes. All staff cheerful, energetic & very efficient.KUDOS!!!!

I went in and was diagnosed with Bronchitis. They ordered my four prescriptions and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Very professional, caring and kind. I will go back if the need arises.

If you have to go to urgent care, which no one ever wants to do, I highly recommend going here. I made a reservation and was seen on time. The facility is clean, the staff is professional and caring and they don’t leave you in the room waiting forever like some other urgent cares I’ve been to. Sally and Jordan were great and so kind. I ended up having strep and they got me in and out quickly so I could get home and start getting better. During this flu season I know they are crazy busy, but they are dedicated and I really appreciate all they did for me.

My husband, 2 children and I have been coming to this urgent care for a year now and hands down I must say this is the friendliest/respectful medical staff I’ve ever dealt with! We’ve had the pleasure of being attended with best customer service by Sara, Sally, and I believe their provider Carly Pravong. Every time my husband and I go in it’s always busy, but they always have smiles on their faces and I must say this is the cleanest urgent care I’ve been too! We will continue to come to this location, I highly recommend it!

By far the best urgent I’ve ever been too. I forgot the doctors name tonight but she was amazing! She even remembered me which I’m not sure is a good thing. It’s clean, staff is friendly, and overall good experience for the doctor. 💯 recommend

I’ve had to come here twice in the last 5-6 weeks and both times the experience was outstanding. The people that work here are so wonderful and compassionate. The first time I was here, the receptionist waited in the parking lot to be sure I was safe and my ride showed up! I was the last patient of the day so she was heading home and saw me waiting and stayed with me. That is over and beyond. I will always prefer coming here before any other medical facility when needed. The check in process is great too! Very easy.

I was a walk in for an ear ach/infection. They were very honest and said that they had just been slammed with 6 appointments and were not sure how long the wait might be. I filled out my paperwork and they brought me back probably within 5 minutes. They were very professional and efficient. Thank you to their team

The staff at Nextcare is always so caring and compassionate every time we go! We have been there ALOT lately because my children seem to keep catching everything possible from school and have been sick so much I feel like we live there this school year 😢. I can’t even put into words how much we appreciate having Nextcare in our community. We always get in and out quickly and want each healthcare provider there for always taking such great care of each of our children.

This is my favorite Urgent care. Check-in is so quick and easy. The MA Nathanial was so nice, he took my vitals and got me ready for the PA Sogol. Sogol is by far the best PA I have met, great bedside manner, very caring and knowledgeable takes time with the exam and listens to you. I felt so comfortable and taken care of. The manager Nicole gave me a shot since all the back office were men and I felt more comfortable with a girl giving me the shot 😊I couldn’t be happier with my visit! I will definitely recommend this place.

The providers treated me great!I needed some antibiotics for an ear infection, and was in and out in 30 minutes!

Unfortunately, this location has gone back to 2020 protocol with enforcement of ‘Mandatory Masking’ in the clinic. Stand firm and just say No. I stood outside until I was called back for my appt (20 minutes after my scheduled appt time 🙄) and the nurse didn’t require me to wear one. Only reason it wasn’t a 1 Star review is because the nurse was nice.

I usually come here when I’m not feeling well. The staff (especially the front desk) are super friendly and always do an amazing job taking care of me. I definitely recommend if you need a quick check-up and don’t have time to get into your primary care doctor.

The PA that helped me was incredible. The front staff was super nice and so was the nurse that took me back. I walked in fifteen minutes before they closed and they didn’t even flinch. Took me right back and got meAll taken care.

The staff at the clinic were good and I was able to get in quickly. However, it took 3 different times instructing them to bill my secondary insurance before they actually did totaling about 3 hours worth of follow up work that I wasnt anticipating. Im still waiting for confirmation that the insurance has been sorted out and that my account balance was zero. Absent the billing issues this wouldve been a 5 star review, but the hold time for the billing center really tainted my overall experience.

This urgent care was extremely friendly and takes really good care of their patients. I had Alexa and she was the by far the best nurse I’ve had at an urgent care. 100% recommend this location.

My appointment was at 11 AM I showed up at 10:45 and didn’t get seen until 1145. was really not impressed with the wait times but luckily Provider Hesher was smoking hot, and really nice. I decline to raise an issue on the wait.

My PA was so thoughtful and thorough at taking care of injury, then again on my second visit. Enjoyed my experience! Scheduling an appointment is easy too.

Came in because Ive been sick for about 2 weeks, and my family started to get symptoms. I wanted them to be taken care of ahead of time so we could skip the 2-3 week recovery. This place never tested us for Covid, flu, or anything else. They said just oh well its a cold. Over the counter medicine and a hot shower. The very next day my son was in a ton of pain and couldnt breathe so i took him to an ER and they diagnosed him with Pneumonia. I trusted this place with my familys safety and they didnt take any of our symptoms seriously. I dont trust you guys anymore and Im very disappointed in the quality of service received. Unbelievable...

I was concerned because I have no insurance. Their price was affordable and they have plans on ways to pay and less expensive for future visits. They did all kinds of testing as part of the payment so nothing came out of my pocket extraq!!!!! Everyone was great, friendly, and polite. I didnt wait long in the waiting room. Now that I have the app, I can schedule appointments. Way better than any doctors office or doctors visit I ever had. I used to work in medical administration departments in a northern state. They way medical businesses should run is just like NextCare. (No, they did not pay me for this review, and this was my first visit.)

Went there with 2 concerns. Was told I can only address the major one and should make an appointment with my primary care physician for the other. I’ve been to multiple urgent cares and have addressed more than one concern at most. Disappointing to pay $75 for 10 mins with a PA and receive that kind of treatment. Will not be back.

Ive been here twice, first time during covid and second time end of 2022. Staff is always very nice, facility clean, dont sit in room waiting forever, and docs/PAs/CNAs are exceptionally nice. You can wait in your car if desired. They also offer a couple subscriptions to their services which are GREAT for us that are uninsured, cutting cash pay bills down significantly.

Was able to get right in, receptionist was super friendly, got check in and doctor was able to clean the burn, and I was on my way.

What a phenomenal staff, Best overall experience I’ve had in a long while what a relief thank you, I appreciate all of you. Compassionate patient and very professional, I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you again!

Second time visiting NextCare for a sports physical. We came back for the efficient on-line check-in process, excellent staff interactions and convenient and clean facility. As a parent, I certainly appreciate having one less thing to stress about in preparation for back to school.

I can not speak to every NextCare but this location definitely need better management. I went there for a simple wellness check and received some of the worst customer service I have ever had at a doctors office.So essential I was told that even though they have the means staff time and ability to complete a wellness check up. They will not do so UNLESS I have symptoms. Im fully insured and had not issue paying addition fee out of pocket if necessary. But was told to leave and to find someplace.I notice there are multiple signs addressing a zero tolerance for aggressive behavior towards staff. After the experience I had I not surprised they keep having such bad interaction with patients to the degree that they have to post multiple signs warning agains aggressive behavior. Perhaps management should question WHY people might be so upset.Do not visit this location, take your money and time someplace else, that what I did.

This place is super clean BUT, most importantly, they are super friendly! I made an appointment online (user friendly) and got back to see someone AT MY APPOINTMENT TIME! WHAT?! Very knowledgable and genuinely concerned for my welfare. I highly recommend them!

How fortunate I was to find NextCare Urgent Care in Anthem AZ! In great pain and distress, and very far from home, the whole team took excellent care of my medical needs with great kindness. Front staff were welcoming, efficient, and put me at ease. The tech was kind and caring. And the provider, Nurse Practitioner Renee Chase, efficiently diagnosed my problem and reassured me with a plan of action and much-needed empathy. I was provided with detailed written information, and my prescriptions were ready when I reached the pharmacy we designated. I am immensely grateful to have found this help. I am no stranger to Urgent Care facilities; this is a huge cut above any I have used.

2nd time around and gain - Friendly and hospitable reception and first rate process for appointments and being seen. PA was helpful and encouraging. Took time to talk things through.

Do not go here!! This place is terrible.When you walk in there’s an “Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated” sign. This should tell you everything you need to know.I scheduled an appointment online, but waited for over an hour to even be seen by the provider. Maybe it was because the front desk put my daughter’s appointment information in wrong, even though they have you fill out paperwork online prior to coming in? Elizabeth Erb, FNP, spent less than 5 minutes in the room with us and honestly, should practice better beside manner.We then waited another hour just to have a prescription question verified! A simple acknowledgement of understanding would have been key, but instead the people at the front desk are rude and everyone seems like they just like to avoid doing their job. Apparently customer service skills are not a requirement.I’d also like to add that NOT ONCE was the front lobby cleaned in at least 2 hours, although the staff made it clear there was a patient waiting with a highly contagious disease. Apparently it’s ok to walk around in your PPE and talk to each other about not knowing where the person sat or what they touched, but have ZERO regard for the health of the other patients in your lobby by cleaning. Now I question if anything else is cleaned after patients…This wasn’t our first visit here, but for sure will be the last.

I cut my finger very badly and suspected I would need stitches but didn’t want to wait 12 hours in the ER so my husband drove me to NextCare. So glad we did!I have never gotten sutures before and was super nervous about it. But the doctor was super personable and professional and kept me calm with her explanations of the procedure and more general conversation. She took her time with me, which was nice because my previous experiences with other Urgent Care clinics had the doctor talking to me from the door, with their hand on the doorknob.All the staff were great. If you need care and your PCP is unavailable, I highly recommend you consider this clinic.

My little guy (4 yr old) saw Halen H (P.A.) and was told he needed a one dose steroid and it would clear up his lingering cough. It did not, they refused to send in an rx for antibiotics and was a complete waste of money and time. If you want to be treated effectively for symptoms DO NOT go here!!! Completely frustrating and I’m back to square one.

Very professional. Must have restructured and fired most of their staff since the last time I went. Everyone was very polite and professional. PA was great. Actually listened and didn’t just prescribe drugs. Great!

By far one of the best urgent cares ever! Wait times can be long, however, the staff and providers are absolutely phenomenal! Absolutely, hands down, Sogol and April are the most compassiontionate, understanding, and informative providers, with the most amazing bedside manners I have ever experienced!

My daughter has her first job at 16 and got injured: a bad burn with blisters and we were both very concerned. Thanks to the front desk staff Sara & Jordan we were set at ease, lots if ice packs as she was going through them quickly, then the amazing nurse who processed us and the Physicians assistant who felt like a mom to both of us (even though shes my age!). I honestly feel more secure knowing that this is in our neighborhood as I have not had a great experience at the local ER (5 hours of waiting for an xray for my son....).

The staff was very nice. Office is very clean. My daughter had an ear infection but she was happy when she got to sit in the room decorated with Toy Story 4 decals. The physicians assistant was kind & gentle. I’m thankful we didn’t have to wait too long and this location is close to our house!

Great experience, staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately for me I was diagnosed with the flu and strep throat on Valentine’s Day! I also had a foreign object removed from my finger! Renee was very compassionate and professional. Back staff was very timely and comprehensive. Facility is very clean and wait time was minimal. Strongly recommend Next Care Urgent Care.

Amazing staff! From check in to check out, it was all an easy, enjoyable process. The wait time was so quick given what my sister was in for. The clinic was super clean, and staff followed proper COVID protocols. Jordan, Sara, Redhelle, Sally and the PA Fedelia Maez were all super friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. This was my first time going to this facility. It was an amazing experience! I had ear pain/sinus pressure, my dr couldnt get me in and suggested go to urgent care. I saw online 2 patients waiting so I headed there (didnt schedule appt or check in online). Receptionist was kind and took my info so I had less to fill out online. Was in a room within 5 minutes and dr came in less than 2 minutes. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Leung, she was kind and thorough. Check out was just waiting for paperwork to print.

Had a great experience here, it wasn’t packed. The staff was extremely nice. Everything was fast and efficient. They ran out of rapid Covid test supplies but they were still able to do a testIt will just take 1-4 days for results. I was seen by Ayleen at the front desk, Sally took my vitals, she was very sweet and interacted with my toddler, and my provider was Ms. Fedelia who was super nice and knowledgeable. Will be back if I ever need to be seen again.

Something weird about Arizona i have noticed.... Even when sick and running fever you cant get any doctor to give you antibiotics or steroids to help you. Instead you get hears a work excuse go home and sleep you will feel better in a few days.. i could have literally save my money and just stayed home.... i guess at this point they are selling doctor excuses not helping sick people.

Next Care Urgent Care got me in right before closing and were very kind during the whole process. Melissa was very helpful throughout my visit and answered all questions. Halili & Victoria were informational and provided great care. I strongly recommend them for your urgent care needs.

If you’re debating between here and Honor Health (HH) Urgent Care in Anthem, I would choose HH in a heart beat over Nextcare. Especially if you ever have to call the location or want to speak with someone. Nextcare makes you jump hoops just to call the specific office you went to if you need to follow up.The good thing about this place is you can make an appt. Although not sure how good it does since my wait wasn’t much shorter than walking in to HH.I know people have complained about having to wait in the car but I thought that was a good thing about this place.All the staff here wasn’t exactly the happiest. They weren’t rude or bad in anyway but they definitely didn’t seem like they enjoyed working there. This was whether it was front office or back office.Labs took unusually long which was a bit weird. I’ve worked with their lab for years and never has anything taken so long until this time which I thought was a bit odd. They do warn you it will take a long time and to log in with the lab directly bc they know you will get the labs faster. That was a red flag since they are right-nextcare didn’t call me until almost a day and a half with my results.What really got me though was how hard it was to reach the office. You have to first call corporate office/general number and even they are so busy that I was on hold for a REALLY REALLY long time before someone picked up. And then they forward you to the office and you still have to wait for them to pick up. So ridiculous. I understand what they are trying to do but the wait was horrible and it’s not just once but twice!! This is whether you miss their call or want to ask a question. So definitely don’t miss their call bc calling them back takes FOREVER!What was worse was that if you call and want an alternative medication or have a question but your provider is not there, they can’t help you until the provider is working that day. They just don’t seem to want to help.Overall while it wasn’t a horrible experience it definitely wasn’t the best. Go to Honor Health instead. Night and day.

Great place! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they answered all of my questions and gave me the info I needed regarding my injury and any follow up. There was a large waiting area with plenty of seating, my wait time was very short. They also had an X-ray machine on the premises, which was nice so I didn’t have to go elsewhere for my X-rays. The receptionist also told me you can check in online and request an appt time so your wait time is even shorter. I was very pleased with my experience, I highly recommend this urgent care.

My 13 year old daughter had to go to urgent care because she’s struggling to breathe and her school nurse said one of her lungs was clogged. My wife took her and was back in a room. I met them there and went back to the room. A few seconds later, a nurse came in and told me I had to leave the room because two parents aren’t allowed in a room with their child. SERIOUSLY???? We are already required to wear masks. God forbid two parents are in a room supporting their child. They asked if my we wanted chest X-rays for my daughter and my wife then proceeded to call me to discuss. Shiite would make sense if parents were there together to discuss medical treatment decisions…. Very frustrating with the silly rules in place.

I’ve been to this location twice in the last week and both times were good experiences. The staff is friendly but professional, and wait times were short (I made my appointment online).

Wife Scheduled appointment online no wait 5 minutes away. Got there at 7pm close at 8 pm told 2 hr wait and can go outside walk around or stay in side. Live 5 minutes away told they would call when ready. Got call at 8:15 told because not inside before 8 pm cant be seen. What a waste of a place this space could be better ised as a homeless shelter or empty. Do not waste time trying to be seen at this location. Only reason they get a one star is unable to leave negative stars

Unfortunately they almost never have actual doctors at these places anymore. Not all PAs are bad but occasionally you find a bad egg. I went in for a cough that would not quit. PA April Vanderford was the on duty doctor. You can tell she is used to talking down to people with the belief that that she is smarter then them. You can also tell she has a typical protocol for prescribing the same typical stuff when she believes she has diagnosed you. She prescribed me a cough syrup. I asked for her to also prescribe an anti-cough medicine that had been previously prescribed to me in the past and really worked well. I could not remember the name of it and she had no knowledge of any such medicine when i explained it to her. So after I left I logged on to CVS and pulled up my script history and found the medicine.I had to drive back there because there is only one phone number and it goes to a corporate call center that puts you on hold for a half hour. When i got back i explained to the nice girl in the front that i had tried to explain the medication to the doctor previously and i was asking that she send in a script for this medication also. She went back to the PA in the back and then came out and said that the PA said, the cough medicine is the same thing and works better. I asked again, please ask her if she will prescribe this also, i have had it in the past and it actually worked well for me. Additionally, i knew that was not true because i had the medicine previously prescribed with a cough syrup. So the nice girl in the front went back again.The PA then came out and asked to speak to me in a private room. Once in there she spoke to me like i was a moron and had no idea what i was talking about. I think she was put off by the fact that a patient had more knowledge then her about the medicines. She then informed me that she would write a script for what i was asking for but only for half the dosage i had previously been prescribed (despite me offering to show her my prescription history on cvs). Then she admonished me that I was not to take both medications together unlike what the doctor who had previously prescribed to me had advised.When i went to the pharmacy to pick up the scripts i asked the pharmacist if there was any issues taking the medications together and she advised me there was none whatsoever.I spent the time to write this review to let others know, sometimes you have to really advocate for yourself. Dont let yourself be pushed around by a PA who thinks they know you better then you do. You know your body and medications better then anyone else.Again, not all PAs are bad, but when they stop listening to their patients and imposing their will because they have a false belief that they know better, that becomes a problem in providing the best treatment.

So I scheduled an appointment at 6pm did the online check in. They left me in the room for an hour waiting. So I decided to start playing music really loud to get their attention. The Dr. Instead acknowledging how rude it was to keep a sick person sitting with no eta. She comes in complaining about the music and i said well i been waiting for an hour. Her answer was i wasnt sitting eating cookies. Like it is my fault she overbooked herself.I wouldnt recommend this place. The provider was Elam sogol

Today I had a visit at this particular Next Care and highly recommend! The staff starting with Jordan and ending with the NP Fedelia were amazing. They were pleasant, kind and caring and the clinic was very clean. I will totally go back to this location if need be in the future!

I had a minor accident at work and needed an urgent care facility. NextCare Tramonto was the closest one that came up. It turns out they had just opened that day and I was their second patient! Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I received courteous and thorough care. The facility was spacious and easy to find. Im very glad they were there when I needed them and I highly recommend them.

Nice location! Typically I go to the HonorHealth location in Anthem, but decided to give NextCare a try. The staff were all very friendly and the new location is very nice and clean. I held a spot online before heading to NextCare which made the process very easy. My wait was minimal and I was able to complete my appointment in less than 30 minutes overall.

Great staff and the front desk receptionist is is awesome first time here and the Physician Assistant was nice as well. Thanks for doing my son sport physical.

Stububed my toe Tues April 25th pain and swelling so bad I went to urgent care the following day. They took x-rays and said no break just a bad bruise. I continued with excruciating pain and swelling until I was able to get an appointment with a podiatrist this week ,he took x-rays and said the toe was broken. Thanks nextcare for the misdiagnosis..

Nextcare staff are always professional, polite and caring. Easy to be seen the same day, especially when booking an appointment on line.

We had the most awesome experience that one can when needing to seek urgent medical care. My wife was running a fever and needed a chest X-ray to assist her physician with making treatment decisions. The Physician provider on duty, Fedelia Maez, took extra time and attention to ensure we had what was needed and was willing to collaborate with my wife’s physician on the treatment plan. We were so fortunate she was the provider on duty and we’re able to leave with the peace of mind of knowing next steps.

Everyone was very helpful. I rolled my ankle and they brought out a wheelchair to my vehicle. The np I believe was amazing as well. Very nice and helpful.

My domestic partner went here because she has underlying conditions and was tested positive with type A flu. They sent her home and said “do what you are already doing”. Went to a different urgent care and they are confused to why someone with this complex of a medical history was sent home with nothing. Day 3 of the flu and everything’s getting worse. Don’t go here, they just want to shoo you away. Anthem is a better choice. The other urgent care prescribed medicine right away and we are getting taking care of. Shame on this place.

This place has the BEST service and POLITE & CARING STAFF. The sign about aggressive behavior is NEEDED! I witnessed a lady throwing a complete tantrum because all appointments were filled and there were 14 walk ins ahead of her. Shame on nasty people and THANK YOU TO THE STAFF!

I strongly suggest making an appointment and filling out paperwork virtually beforehand, otherwise you will most likely be asked to go back out to your car to complete paperwork and wait to be called back for triage. I saw this happen to “walk-in” patients as I was quickly brought back for vitals and eventually the doctor.Eileen, at the front desk, took time to confirm my insurance without my asking. Which is definitely worth noting for me. Front of the house in any business is important! And she went above and beyond right from the beginning.Jordan was a good tech and friendly with vitals and questions.Sophia, the PA, was very thorough and direct on my reason for visit. I needed an X-ray on my foot. X-rays were done and results were sent to specialist virtually and Sophia got back to me in 20 minutes with a details summary of what her and the specialist saw on the X-rays.Overall, an easy 5/5. Other reviewers probably didn’t schedule an appt and/or happened to go on a busy day. And I get it. It IS a urgent care or alternative to ER. But because it’s cheaper than ER you should not expect to be taken back immediately imo.Anyway, I’m rambling. Thanks next care!

They look like they were a good team! But... me and my daughter were sitting outside for 30 minutes. We had an appointment at 2:30 snd 3:00 they said there is too much patiences. We were the first ones there and we were there till 3:30. Next care urgent care is not a good place for COVID testing.

Painfully sloooooow! Had an appointment for 3:30. Dont bother making one, they still take walk ins before you. We watched it happen and tracked it online. Wasnt called back and seen until 4:09. Second, specifically chose them because website said rapid covid tests here. Nope! 24-48 hours. This place is terrible! Go to Honor Health urgent care in Anthem. Always very timely and efficient there.

I gotta say being a pro fighter and having accidents here and there has made me visit one or two urgent cares throughout my career, with that bein said this was one of my smoothest visits ever, the staff members made me feel welcome and took care of me in an amazing time frame. No I went in for a sprained wrist in the middle of the day on a Saturday. I looked out and there was only one person in front of me. Everyone I dealt with on the staff was kind and helpful. I was out of there within an hour. This is a place I would happily return.

Wait time is unusually high and have to wait for more than 90-100 mins even to just get a prescription and blood drawn. There was only one person ahead of me and I hope they can improve the service.

So thankful that the clinic was open on Christmas day. My husband & I both needed to go to the clinic due to the beginning of a sinus infection.

Attempted to check in at this place 90 minutes before they closed. While their website did say online appointments were no longer available but walk ins were welcome. They said they were not taking anymore walk ins and turned us away. Not very welcoming.

Sogol was the PA for the appointment. Friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process. Front office staff were friendly and timely. Much appreciated.

Very miserable to go here and they make you sit outside or in the car. It is over 100° here in Arizona and many cars cannot maintain the ac unless driving. This is dangerous when you are already sick or or for very young or old. And they are usually backed up so appointments are rarely ontime. I had to wait over an hour past my appt time to be seen.

Worst care imaginable!!! My mom suffered a ground level fall and had sever low back, hip, and leg pain. She was unable to walk more than 1-2 steps and needed a wheel chair. She went to this Urgent Care thinking she was doing the right thing by not taking up a bed in already busy ER’s. They were unable to do the x-ray on site and told her that “when the pain allowed“ to go to out an out patient imaging place. They sent her home with nothing more than a muscle relaxer. The next day, she was unable to get out of bed and was in excruciating pain. She called them back on the third day and said that she was unable to get the X-day due to not being able get into the car and that the pain was even worse than when she had originally been seen. They told her that what they had done was all they were going to do. That this was no longer their problem and best of luck. I will never personally use this urgent care for any reason and neither will anyone in my family.

Everyone at the Tramanto location is always super friendly. We did have to wait a bit, but to be expected at urgent care.
