The check in was fast even with no appointment I was seen within a half an hour after I was checked in which in todays world of difficulties just getting an appointment with your primary dr. in a reasonable amount of time this was a godsend. The lady at the front desk was kind quick and professional and the nurse and physician who saw me were just as great as well. I saw some other posts about being dirty and that must of been a rarity because I found the place to be very very clean. Definitely would return.

The walk-in wait was about 30 minutes on a Monday mid-morning, which i did not think was long even though it was a bit crowded.The intake doctors assistant was efficient, nice and listened to our concerns.The doctor was terrific. He diagnosed my daughter quickly, focused on all of her issues, coached her, reassured us both and got us out of there feeling well treated and on track to healing.My daughter has strep throat for the fist time- she was miserable, but noticeably better-spirited once we got home.This is a great team! Thanks Vybe!!!

The key word here is urgency. I scheduled an appointment and still waited 45 minutes to see someone. Since the walk ins got attention quicker I will probably do that next time. All that said the doctor and staff were great making it worth the wait. I scheduled the appointment the same day; my primary care wanted me to wait 3 weeks lol...joke. Make sure your insurance covers it.

It was my first time going, I found the staff to be very professional and very kind to me. It was a very clean & welcoming atmosphere. The female behind the front counter was very respectful. I would definitely go back if needed and recommend others. I would have been sitting in the emergency room all, day. The nurse paid close attention to what I was saying. I also got what I needed done in those hours.

My experience was fine. I arrived on time for my appointment, waited for 15 minutes. Staff was professional although not particularly warm. I got the x-rays that I requested and was told no breaks indicated. I spent a total of an hour and 45 minutes there on a Friday that didn’t seem too busy. Thanks, Vybe!

Dr. Douglas Scott is a gem. He assessed me with speed and knew precisely how to alleviate some of my worst symptoms. HonestlyI felt such relief in only an hour. I love when a doctor has a healing instinct in addition to his medical training. I will take the antibiotics as prescribed and am confident I will get well. So glad I went to vybe. I was a walk in but received treatment after only a short wait. Bravo to your office and staff.

The front desk Ivy was so kind to me when I had to bring my 2 children for a sick visit. The OB nurse (cant remember her name right now) who works here was great with my 5 year old and answered all of his questions with ease helping him to feel relaxed for his appointment . She was extremely thorough with her examination/ questions and she really cared which put my 20 year old at ease as well! The PA (cant remember her name either) was kind and caring and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend!

The doctors are great! Its convenient having this top-notch urgent care center in the neighborhood. Going here for colds, flu, minor injuries, and tests is much faster than going to the hospital or doctors office.They could improve the check-in process. They often make people wait, and the receptionist wont ask if the person walking in is new, has an appointment, or gets the process going with the check-in pad. Nothing. Just tells you to sit down and wait. People are often helped out of order from when they came in, which isnt cool. It can take up to 30 minutes to get checked in, sometimes longer, especially when they open. Walk-ins welcome, but be prepared to wait if more than 2-3 people are waiting. Once you get through check-in, its pretty quick.

I had an excellent experience today; my wait was less than 10 minutes and check in was easy. My visit with Keval Patel was also very pleasant, he was knowledgeable, friendly and I feel he did an excellent job of treating my conditions and answering questions.

I scheduled an appointment at the S. Broad street location on a Thursday evening. It was busy but I was promptly greeted and showed the process by the nurse Dawn, who was also working the front desk while short staffed. The doctor assessed my symptoms, requested some medical history and determined my treatment. The employees were all very personable and treated me with kindness. I would recommend this urgent care to others.

This was my first visit to this Urgent Care Clinic and I highly recommend it. The price for the services is reasonable. All the staffs were very friendly and welcoming. I was seen by Dr Kadakia and she was very patient and answered all of my questions/concerns thoroughly. In addition, the prescription pick-up was easy. The clinic sent it to a nearby CVS and it was ready when to be picked up when I got there. I even got a discount too from them. Since my visit was a self-pay, any savings is a plus. Overall, it was a positive vybe :)

Always had good experiences here, but disappointed today. Went in with a sinus infection and it was diagnosed as a cold without her even looking in my nose. It was like she decided I would be fine with cough syrup before she even walked in the room. I’m not a doctor, but wouldn’t you at least look at a patient’s nose if they come in for a sinus infection? Nice enough doctor, not particularly warm, and spent maybe four minutes with me. Guess I’ll go to the pharmacy and pick up my OTC Flonase 🙄🙄🙄 I’ve always felt great as a patient here - today I feel rushed through and unheard. It wasn’t even busy - I was with the doc within 15 minutes of arrival. Front desk staff always great. Previous doctors have been great, just disappointed today.

We went to Vybe Urgent Care today to get a referral for a double hernia. They did a really good job with the evaluation and the PA was thorough when laying out the options we could pursue. She printed out the exam summary and a list of surgeons we could contact. Overall, the exam was done very well and we left feeling like she really cared.The cleanliness of the facility was horrible. The floor was filthy and there was blood stains on the exam table.

Extremely friendly and professional staff!In and out within an hour and a half, even with needing an X-ray!I really appreciated the communication and energy that Eric displayed!Definitely recommend this location!

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment and was very impressed with the efficiency and wait! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and apologetic for the wait even though I was expecting worse. Check-in was simple and all staff were great.

Took my husband to the So Philly location this morning. I scheduled an 8:30 AM appointment online and completed online check in before we got there. The office was very clean, staff very courteous, friendly and professional. After being seen, dr referred him to the Spring Garden location for a chest X-ray because there was not one at so Philly today. Dr called ahead, so they were expecting us. Same great experience there. Dr got the results quickly, called us to discuss and immediately ordered meds. This was our first experience using urgent care and I’m not sure why we didn’t try this route sooner. I would rate this experience a perfect score. Thank you for taking such good care of us 😊

Doctor Jose was absolutely FABULOUS! He was thorough, patient, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to deliver excellent medical care. I have never been to an urgent care where the doctor was so attentive and made sure that I made it back to my destination safely. I am truly IMPRESSED!The medical professional who did my x-rays and prepped me for discharge, was OUTSTANDING! He too answered all of my questions and truly cared about my health, safety and welfare.I’m so grateful for the EXCELLENT service that I received on this evening!

Came for sports physical for my 13 year old son. Waited 45 minutes for scheduled appointment and then had the most cursory exam. The PA asked my child questions using medical words he didn’t understand and barely waited for his answer, missed that he had just had surgery, had a huge new scar and couldn’t fully move his arm. We paid $60 (website said $50) basically for the stamp on the form so he can start practice. One extra star for the MA who was very sweet and competent.

This place is there when I need it and usually has appts available. This morning Karima was such a burst of sunshine when I wasn’t feeling my best, prompting me to write the review singing her praises. As usual, with an appointment, I was in and out quickly between efficient work by her, the front desk, and the nurse practitioner. Would recommend.

Cat ripped my ear open. Made an appointment for 8:50 was taken close to then. Both medical assistant and doctor were responsive to pain and did their best to help me remain pain free. 11 stitches and 2 antibiotics later and I was home by 10!

Kareema was very kind and fast. She made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I made an appointment, I was in and out. There was a place for me to park and the building was clean and waiting room was empty.

Visited vybe after another urgent care had stopped taking walk-ins early. the staff were very kind, patient, and attentive- making me feel very cared for. because of how urgent cares operate (both walk-in and appointment), you may or may not experience a wait. this is not the facility’s fault and is just a side effect of coexisting with billions of other human beings.would def come back here again (if needed). one of the medical assistants let me know that x-ray tech availability varies by location due to a shortage- calling ahead is always good practice!

I moved to Philly five months ago and have not had health insurance. This urgent care has been a godsend. I’ve been here three times for various issues and the staff is always kind, courteous, and caring. I’ve seen Michael Edmonds twice and he is extremely knowledgeable and straight forward, which I appreciate.While I hope I don’t have to go back anytime soon, I won’t be mad if I do because the reasonable out-of-pocket costs and friendly staff make it a worthwhile trip.

This is my go-to urgent care. The nurses and doctors are always so kind, and I always feel taken care of. Clean facilities and am always taken on time.

Kareema and Dr. Scott had excellent bedside manner! They were attentive and compassionate to my needs. I only gave 4 stars because of the wait time as a new patient with no appointment but that is to be expected. I would recommend the south Philly location!

Had an appointment. 35 minutes after the appointment time, I was told it would be another half hour at least until I would be seen. The reason was that there were many walk-ins, and there was no priority for appointment times. I just dont see the point in having appointments if they dont mean anything anyway. Ended up leaving.

Wow! This is the best urgent care (& one of the best doctor’s offices) I’ve been to in Philly! The office was modern & clean, and both the nurses and doctor were so professional and kind. My appointment time was at 12pm and I was out by 12:15 so super efficient as well! Would highly recommend.

So grateful for Vybes urgent care! Saved me so much time on a holiday weekend not having to go sit in ER. Dr Torrada saw me and him and the staff were professional, compassionate, and above all thorough and efficient. Highly recommend this facility.

Everyone there was super-nice. They took me back quickly (I had a dog bite) and made sure I understood what I need to do for the next week.

Do not go here. I have no idea what they teach in front desk management but one of the worst customer experiences I have had. I walked in and the woman working this morning put down her phone and sighed and then asked me what I wanted. Like I disturbed her morning. I had called ahead for information about services and then was given a brick wall of one or two word excuses and vacant stares until it it became apparent I was just getting stonewalled. Apparently vybe just hires people to sit at the front desk on their phones and pass out excuses so they do not have to do work.

You guys were fantastic! I came in a bit freaked out and you saw me and helped me with very little waiting. Very much appreciate the hospitality and support. Not to mention the place was very clean and comfortable.

Convenient locations, modern and clean facilities, easy to make an appointment and fast service. Best urgent care Ive been to. I made an appointment for the X-ray and they had the tech and machine ready and waiting for me. Highly recommend.

Everyone was nice at both locations however I made an appointment for injury which X-ray falls under. I go to my appointment and there’s no tech there at at any other location in the city so I had to go to a different location the following day. I waited there for over 2 hours even though I was told I’d be in and out but I’m sure they were backed up not having techs the night before. Then there was no radiologist to read it so they had to call me the following day with results. Not very urgent in this case.

Today I accidentally sliced my knuckle pretty good, and realized it might benefit from some stitches. I didnt want to spend all day in an ER, so I searched and found urgent care could provide them! On the Vybe website I was able to make an appt for only 1.5 hours later. I arrived to welcoming desk staff and was taken back immediately. The nurse who prepped me was incredibly lovely and competent. Dr Kadakia arrived a few minutes later, checked me out and confirmed stitches were best. Everything was explained to me clearly. I wasnt in pain but the nurse and doctor both assumed I might be, and were careful to keep me as comfortable as possible. I believe the whole thing took less than 30 minutes. I felt *extremely* well taken care of by knowledgeable staff, with wonderful bedside manner. I dont think I would have gotten stitches today if it hadnt been for Vybe. I am so appreciative to be able to have this taken care of today, and not have to fuss with the stress of a deep wound reopening over and over. I 100% recommend familiarizing yourself with what urgent care can provide, and I recommend Vybe for those needs.

Been here a few times and the staff is always so friendly and helpful! Shout out to Karima (Kareema?) the MVP though! I had an issue with a prescription not getting to a pharmacy and she helped me for straight up an hour and resolved my problem! She was so nice and light hearted the whole time too! Vybe MVP status!!

The office hours open 8:00 Am, but the door is not open until 8:08 , made the patient waiting outside with freezing weather. Also, the front desk staff as like lazy and not welcome patient , doesnt want to help patient..

I was welcomed nicely by the receptionist they were very kind patient and professional. I went back to triage pretty quickly and they were great, friendly and definitely related to the medical issues I was having and that was a huge help. Then I was taken back by a nurse I believe and they were also very helpful and kind and apologized for the wait they had been very busy that day and it was close to the end of the night for them. My appointment was for 6:30 and they close at 8 it was the appointment I could get. The absolute worst problem I had was with the doctors visit, the doctor came in fast slammed their laptop on the table I was sitting by and huffed and was pretty rude, non comforting at all and immediately started blowing me off. Before I could really say anything they said there is nothing I can do. I came in saying I had severe kidney pain, I just had to have emergency gallbladder surgery to have my gallbladder removed. I’ve been experiencing extreme pain it’s extremely painful to walk, constant diarrhea for over a year with no solid stools, blood in stool, vomiting, nausea, fever, fatigue, shortness of breath, the list goes on. The doctor continues to be very rude unconcerned and bothered by me even being there. Tells me just go see a general practitioner and they will refer you to a specialist. They got really short with me again then asked me to sit in the actual patient chair and looked at my scares from my gallbladder surgery said they looked fine pressed on my abdomen said oh it doesn’t hurt you’re fine. But That’s not even what I came in for I have extreme pain in my kidney, I’m not even sure if that’s where the pain is coming from because I’m not a doctor. I felt completely dismissed and not even human just because they had a bad day and wanted to go home. I’m a bartender and treat humans with way more respect than how I was treated. That’s super disappointing some people aren’t cut out for health care. There are a lot of really sick, hopeless, sad, and good people out there suffering. If you get into the medical field just to make money, gain recognition, or to make mom and dad proud you have failed the great medical providers have heart and actually care.

While I was in and out quickly I felt that the nurse practitioner wasn’t taking my symptoms seriously. I had one of the worst migraines of my life (I have a pituitary adenoma) and my vision was impaired from the pain. I told her a few times I had an aura and my vision in my right eye was wonky. Despite saying that she put on my discharge papers that I was not experiencing an aura when I was in fact experiencing that. I will go to the ED next time.

I’ve had better experiences at vibe. I feel like the Doctor didn’t listen to me, didn’t test me and sent me on my way in pain. He told me if the pain continued to go the ER. maybe next time try bloodwork before being dismissive.

My 12 yr old daughter was treated. In her words, she said, they saw me super fast, everyone was nice and they treated me well.

Got a same day appointment with an easy online scheduling and registration process. There is some free onsite parking and its close to the Broad Street subway. The staff, from the front desk to nurse to physician were all friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to do a thorough intake and exam to diagnose my health issue. I received a full written and emailed report with suggested next steps. Excellent urgent care experience overall.

Experience was perfect. In and out, very little waiting. Everyone was helpful and nice. Nurse and doctor knew what they were doing.

Was told the wait would be an hour which was not accurate at all, it was more like twenty minutes lol.in and out in 45 min max both visits. I made the mistake of going to the ER in center City and was there almost 12 hours.Vybe everytime thank you.: D

I loved Kareemas pleasant attitude and caring nature during my check in she asked me everything needed to be asked and just was all around a good vibe first time patient I see myself coming back and recommending this place to family and friends I appreciated her discretion and helpfulness as well she herself deserves a raise if not a free lunch or two and definitely praise in the workplace homes the happiest employees 💛

My Care Provider and Nurse Kareema was AWESOME!!! Very nice staff! Very personable and easy to talk too. I really liked the South Philly office!

I went in complaining of fever and cough. Dr Thai did not seem to listen to me. He didnt even put the otoscope in my ear, he put it about three inches outside of my ear. He prescribed me allergy medicine. Nothing he did focused on my symptoms. It felt like he was just getting me out of there. The woman who took my vitals wrote every thing down in her glove instead of inputting my info into their system with a laptop like every other person there does. I was still sick with a fever and a cough a week later and went back. This time, dr Wagner actually listened and it turns out I have pneumonia. I was properly treated and medicated. Already feeling better. Really wish dr Thai would have done his job so I could be back at work by now instead of out another week. Id honestly like my money back from that visit because it was so bad. If I ever need to go back and he is the doctor, I will choose a different urgent care.

Horrible people. waited over an hour with an appointment only to experience the meanest a doctor has ever been to me in my entire life, and nurses telling me i’m a bad person who doesn’t deserve care because i started crying. I’m so tired of being sick. horrible horrible people

Saw a doctor on Saturday who prescribed an antibiotic and prednisone for my bronchitis. Was told that the prescriptions were called in to my pharmacy. My pharmacy never received them. On Sunday I called Vybe to inquire about the Rxs and was told that the doctor who saw me yesterday was not available and the doctor on duty would not prescribe prednisone but did give me an antibiotic. Bottom line is - DO NOT GO TO VYBE!

I was very pleased with my Visit at my visit at vybe urgent care. The Dr.said she would send me the results of my visit to my phone. Im waiting for that information to be sent thru the phone. Thanks. Are they going send the results to my phone?

Urgent Care was very clean. I got waited on in just a couple of minutes. The staff members were pleasant. I received my test results as soon as I got home.

I came in for a mosquito bite turned into a sore and my leg was cleared up. My pressure was 170 something over 105. They gave me the cream never check my pressure again and just let me go. I like the way they do the treatment, but I think that it was wrong for them not to check my pressure again before I left and why didn’t you let me say to my pressure went down when I left

Was told they only do x-ray on Wednesdays and theyre closing soon. Patient care is not a priority I see.

I was treated respectfully and professionley and in a timely fashion from the time I was greeted by the lovely receptionist all the way through to seeing the extremely knowledgeable doctor. I had a great experience and I will return when needed.

I had come in for a deep cut on my index finger from a knife. Everyone was very kind and helpful the wait was not long and they were able to take care of my finger and get me out quickly.

Kareema was a great duo with Doctor Winkley. Their care was amazing.

Clean and quick. Downside the staff talks loud to where you can hear them talking about you or other patients. Plus one of the nurse does not know how to communicate relay information properly. She was very rude to me. When I asked her about prices. I let the receptionist know I was paying out of pocket. But the same nurse made me feel uncomfortable when I asked about the prices of the labs they wanted to do.

I was seen by kareema it was a swift and easy.a very pleasant experience with a very charismatic and lovely nurse 5 stars all the way.

I was able to book an appointment very quickly. The facility is extremely clean and well organized and the staff are very professional. I will be using this branch in the future if I ever need another visit to urgent care.

I came here a number of times in the 3 years I lived in Philly and never had a bad experience at this location. I made appointments but it was rarely overcrowded. The service itself was always polite but also thorough and never felt like I had my concerns dismissed by the physicians.

I thought vybe was a clean, very well presented urgent care center. First time i ever visited an urge care and chose vybe. The reception and front desk could have been more welcoming, the wait was a bit long, but the doctor and care were very good. I would recommend vybe for its care.

Took my son here bc he has allergic reactions that caused rashes all over his body. This place is nice and the doctors, nurses and staff are wonderful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

From check-in to diagnostics to consultation, I had a positive experience with every single person I interacted with this morning. Not the closest urgent care to my house, but it’s now my preferred urgent care.

Kareema was very helpful with my wound and helped distract from the pain with jokes! They said the weight was gonna be long but it was fairly quick.

I have gone to this facility twice. The receptionist seems to not like her job. She really needs to do better. The rest of the staff is great, very friendly. For both visits I was a walk-in. The wait wasnt long and all issues were addressed. I will continue to visit this location whenever I am in need of urgent care.

Dr. Zahn was amazing. He was very understanding and reassuring. He had an amazing personality. Very gentle and warm hearted person. The process of getting inside wasn’t too bad. Me and my father had to go to the front desk and get the tablet to book the appointment since we were walk in’s. They handled it very organized and well. We went to a room a the nurse was very nice. Overall, I would come here anytime.

Appointments mean nothing. I come in the middle of the day during working hours with an appointment and every time they see like 5 walk-ins first instead of honoring appointments. Today I wasn’t seen until 41 mins past my appointment time. My favorite part was when I asked a worker if appointments mean nothing and they said I should have been seen already and they didn’t know why it’s like this or why I wasn’t seen when I should have been. I have come here a lot and won’t return.

EDIT: my partner has pancreatitis, a side effect of the incorrect medication prescribed to him. We are now actively looking into lawyers for a medical malpractice suit.Will never go here again, Dr Tosha Kadakia gave my partner the incorrect antibiotics while not even mentioning other (actually appropriate) options, and repeatedly arguing with him when he told her shed misdiagnosed him. We shouldve realized that was a huge red flag off the bat and gone somewhere else because we were right. We had to take him to the ER where he had to stay for SEVERAL days because the medicine shed given him gave him pancreatitis. No one we talked to since could understand why hes been given this medication because it wasnt for any of his symptoms.Long story short this Dr and her complete inability and/or refusal to actually listen to patients has now created a massive hospital bill that WE have to try and figure out how to pay.I know vybe wont do anything about it, but at least I can warn others to stay far far away from this place while looking into a possible malpractice suitEDIT: my partner has pancreatitis, a side effect of the medication this

Walk in right when they open and was able to see a doctor very quickly. The staff are all friendly.

Very dismissive and did not help me or my symptoms at all. I was suggested to use things that I have already done that have not help and I am supposed to stay life this for god knows how long.

The team at Vybe has always been reliable and attentive during my visits while providing quick and easy solutions to my ailments.

I’d give 0 if I could! Soon as my copay was paid it was how fast can we get her out. Negated every concern I presented while I was presenting them and fast talked me. Put the wrong diagnosis on my paperwork probably because he was too busy interrupting me. Diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection with no respiratory symptoms…when I told him that has to come he did with no problems why because he doesn’t know what’s wrong with me and he wasn’t listening when I was speaking. VS on DC paperwork were from 2018, they didn’t even take a full set so how did they document a full set? Noticed a new rash when I got home called back and he pretended he couldn’t see it (how condescending) after having me rush back up there to visualize it. Dr. Patel is A1 joke save your money go elsewhere! The medical board needs to review his practices and he needs a refresher on his oath! Never coming back to this place!

The nurse and Doctor were amazing and very attentive. However the receptionist seems to care more about Tic Toc and social media. I was seen today at 8:30 am. But my prescriptions never arrived to the pharmacy. I had to call the pharmacy to find out this... bottom line is Im still waiting for scripts to be fax at 11:40 am. Please put the phone Down and Fax my Scripts🙏🏾

I was seen at the time I selected and did not have to wait too long to see the Doctor. The medical assistant was very helpful and nice. The facility is never full usually empty and it is nice and cleanParking is in the rear which is convenient. I have never been anywhere where I am in and out in under an hour

Nice people but everytime I make an appointment I wait well over an hour. This isn’t the individual employees fault, vybe needs to manage their appointments, system, or number of employees better. I know they allow walk ins but what’s the point of scheduling if you wait over an hour every time.

Second time at this location in the past 2-3 years. This time I made an appointment online, which made the check-in process easy. The staff was friendly. Mike, the PA, and Eric, the X-ray tech, were especially wonderful because they took the time to show me my images and results. I was fortunate to not have any wait, so I was in and out within 45 minutes.

Clean and everyone was nice. Front desk sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy after clarifying which one to send it to.

Sooooo thankful for the staff here for examining my mom when she broke her foot. The staff was kind, patient, really took the time to make sure everything was perfect before we left. The gentleman even helped me walk her to the car and help her get in.The space was clean. A bit of parking on the side.Thank you soooooo much!!! My mom hates going to doctors but she has been telling the family how wonderful the staff here was.

Great staff, extremely fast service. Doctor saw me right away, unfortunately the metal that punctured my eye was lodged in too deeply to remove under normal circumstances. Self pay prices were surprisingly very reasonable!

Entered as a walk in appointment about a hour before posted closing time. 5pm. The Waiting room was clean and comfortable. With a few customers (patients) waiting. Front desk personnel lacked personality and almost zero customer service skills.But she was attentive when directly addressed.( C-) , Once the sign-in process and payment was completed. We were quickly and promptly called to the examination room, which we were happily surprised and delightedly thankful. The professional staff (CNA, RN, and the nurse Practitioner) when greeted they all were curtious, friendly and diligent in their care giving process.I’m not one to write reviews but because of the positive experience I just had I believe Mike and his team deserves a thank you.

First time ever using a urgent care, usually I’m in good health but I did a walk in with them due to having a mix of conditional attacks, got me in quickly in about 20 minutes and took care of me. 10/10 would def recommend

Well, I went in, and it was definitely nice and clean in there. What was extremely inconvenient and a shame was that I waited what probably ended up being about an hour just to see the doctor for 2 minutes for a simple medication refill. Then, the doctor sent the refill to the wrong pharmacy after I had already told the receptionist the pharmacy and address when I checked in. Ended having to go back to get the pharmacy issue corrected. However, even after going through everything that occurred, I would still recommend this urgent care facility to anyone because of the cleanliness and because the doctor really understood what I was going through and actually wanted my input on what treatments and remedies worked in the past.

I have been here a few too many times and every doctor I get is always so friendly and nice. Not too long of a wait either. Usually in and out. They are one of the few places that take health partners insurance. This is my go to spot for and easy fix.

Diagnosed with me with an upper respiratory infection when I in full detail described my symptoms and gave my concerns and Jose Torradas brushed it off as if it was just allergies and the hot weather, prescribed me an inhaler that I paid 45$ for. Later that night I broke into full pneumococcal symptoms and almost did not make it! Great, thanks for the inhaler bud. What a joke thinking back I clearly was displaying pre pneumonia symptoms and it was just quickly explained what was thought. Everything was rushed but I had to wait damn near 30 minutes for closing paperwork and then had a nurse come in to tell me “yeah I just had to get an inhaler and when I use it I feel better”I’m just mad, I trusted Vybe care to be accurate and diagnose me properly, I should’ve just waited in the ER I guess.73.00 co pay for Aetna BTW.

This place is wonderful and very attentive and friendly. Its definitely worth going 👌 👏. The doctors are always doing their best 👌 to help those in need of help ❤️. Plus the front desk so polite specifically this young lady named cici so helpful.

I have had great experiences at this urgent care in the past. They helped tremendously when I had bronchitis, the flu, a broken foot...providing me not only with the physical medical care I needed but also were kind and helpful with figuring out next steps. I realize I had to go in this time on what I assume was a busy evening, but I made sure to make an appointment much earlier in the day. I still waited almost an hour to be called after checking in. It seemed like they were understaffed, which is obviously not the staffs fault, and must have been really stressful for them if that was the case. I sympathize with them on that matter. However, I was incredibly disheartened by the care I received from the doctor that came to see me. He was condescending, dismissive, and generally impatient. He was clearly busy and seemingly annoyed with my issues. He could not take the time to actually listen to my needs, my questions, or my experience. He interrupted me constantly, and responded to all of my questions and answers as if I was an ignorant child. This has been a lifelong issue with many doctors, but this case was possibly the most frustrating given the amount of physical pain I have been in. I appreciate the needed referral I received in the end. Medical professionals everywhere: please reevaluate the way you interact with patients. They just want help and to be heard.

I made an appointment for my son on a Saturday. We filled out a little paperwork (electronically) when we got there. We waited for just a few minutes in the lobby. The nurse and doctor were nice and great with my one-year-old. It was quick, easy, and pleasant.

I went here with an existing issue after being in the ER and not being able to find a doctor to follow up with. I went in hoping to at least get another refill of antibiotics. The PA I saw here (Snow) was extremely thorough with my medical history, took the time to really listen to my concerns and she went above and beyond to help me get in (within the week) with a specialist who was booked out 2 months. I would have never been able to get in otherwise without her help and she was able to extend my antibiotics as well. The care I received was wonderful and I was in and out very quickly. The staff are great and very effecient here and I highly recommend them!

This morning(12/26/24)I tried calling to make sure if walk-ins are still available bec on the site there was nothing available til 5:30pm but it said walk-ins available but I wanted to double check bec some places I had mixups&had to go back and make an appt so I wanted to make sure before just doing a walk-in.The receptionist didnt seem to nice answering the phone. Who knows maybe she was tired or had a rude call before so I ingored it&I am use to it.It happens sometimes so I just went back on the site to make an appt bec I didnt want to take the chance&have issues esp dealing with a sick toddler.But when we got there the receptionist was nice(i dont know if it was the same lady or not)they took us back right away like always,the lady that checked my sons weight&vital signs we had a couple times was so sweet&nice like always,the nurse after he was also very friendly and nice and asked everything needed and if any question etc.. whenever I go every nurse has been very nice thats why I always choose this place and recommend it to the families at my daycare center

Had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Morris and his med student, Brad. They both took the time to listen to my concerns and symptoms, and I felt truly heard and cared for. They validated the pain that I was in and formulated a treatment plan to improve symptoms. This was my first time at Vybe Urgent Care, but after today’s positive experience, I will definitely choose this location in the future.

First time at an urgent care. I would return as they were very informative and knowledgeable. The staff was great.

I’m here in Philly visiting and have not felt good since I’ve been here. I am never sick. The physical exam leaves much to be desired. As a nurse, I was shocked at the lack of attention and the lack of any type of physical exam. I came in with nausea and head congestion and this doctor looked in one ear only and looked at my throat and that’s it! Never listened to my heart, lungs or anything else. The patient is more than the signs or symptoms they come in with. At the bare minimum, a doctor should always listen to your heart and lungs and do a basic head to toe exam. I’m guessing places like this operate at a volume basis, so the more people they push through here, the better.

Great place! I went in with a constant pain in my right leg. Right away the doctor was concerned that it might be a blood clot and I should immediately go to an emergency room which I did and it was. I am doing very well now thanks to their quick and accurate assessment. Thank you I am so grateful for all of your help. 🙏

Honestly, I think Im done with this place. I like the front desk staff and the nurses and some of the PAs are good but 1. Sunday is the worst day. They schedule 1 PA and then stack their appointments. I was seen an hour after my appointment time and when the PA did see me he was short and dismissive. I get that theyre slammed busy, but it ruins the entire patient experience. 0 bedside manner. 2, I am sick. I spent 10 min talking to a nurse about my symptoms (which include lack of voice so I shouldnt even be whispering right now) and then you come in and I have to strain to say it all again? A waste of time and money. Its probably just ___ oh... is it PROBABLY JUST THAT? Insane. Never again.

The staff were all very nice and extremely patient. I really liked that they enforced everyone wearing a mask. The doctor was attentive and friendly eventhough it was busy and other patients were not being very polite.

It’s very RARE to come here and find a good provider. Your appointment will be rushed, they dismiss your concerns. Doctor Geoffrey Winkley told me that my throat pain was just an upper respiratory infection. He looked in my throat for less than a second. He told me my throat looked normal, even though I had swelling to my left tonsil , white spots and strawberry tongue. If he would have got a good look , he would have seen that my throat don’t look normal. He said he “ doubt “ that I have strep. The nurse had to come back in and tell him that it was positive. You shouldn’t go somewhere and feel like your problems is dismissed or that you have to constantly advocate for yourself. Also, they discuss your results in the hall. I shouldn’t know anything about anyone’s test results and nobody should know about mine. The NP Christine Wagner is also very dismissive of your concerns. Very rude and I can hear her and her colleagues talking about me in the hallway. It’s also a girl here who take vital signs who was very rude this morning. I am in the health field as well. It takes nothing to show compassion to someone and listen to people concerns. This place use to be so nice. After today and yesterday I won’t be back.Update: They also canceled my medication for strep and Motrin . Then called me back two days later and told me to buy Ibuprofen over the counter, even though my insurance cover it. This places is very racist! Be aware.

I was extremely impressed with my first visit to VYBE URGENT CARE right here on South Broad Street. I was very impressed by all of the staff’s excellent professionalism.The hospital-like atmosphere made me feel that I was in very capable hands. It was comforting to have a real doctor personally review my new file and tests. He was so on point with my strep throat diagnosis. He called in my two prescriptions on the spot… and I wasn’t told to “come back in three-four days if your symptoms get worse” (which is exactly they did at another urgent care). I’m here to stay!

My issue was embarrassing but everyone was super sweet and reassuring. The wait was short and I was in/out in less than 15 min. Super clean and excellent staff!

My daughter sprained her ankle and was in pain. We went to Vybe and they were all wonderful and tended to our needs. From the moment we walked in until the time we checked out.. The office is clean, and modern. The staff, very professional. The wait time was a little more than an hour. I will recommend Vybe to my family and friends.

My daughter was able to be seen right away. Kareema was great!

OMG!!! The staff here were so nice and caring. I highly recommend coming here. This is the first time Ive been here and I had a great experience. The room was clean, there was hand sanitizer in multiple locations. Nicole was amazing. The Physician Assistant Alex, listened to my concerns and prescribed the asthma medication that I needed. Thank you for the wonderful care that I received today.

People very nice got there early didnt wait long. However problems with my knee swelling and pain.they did an x ray of knee laying down.they didnt find anything. At therapy. I had said got x ray. But nothing showed. They asked how it was done said Laying down. They informed me you need to be standing the weight bearing would show..then had to go 2 dr.and then schedule another x ray. Had it been down right at urgent care wouldnt have needed a 2nd one waste of time and money.so someone there needs to be more qualified to know to do it right. Sorry but because of this couldnt give a good review.

This was my first time here and I had a great experience. The person that took my information and did the testing was awesome! He explained everything to me so clearly so that I can know what to expect. He was very kind,pleasant, and professional which really made my day. The waiting time was very short. I was in and out. I have no complaints about my visit whatsoever.

I finally scheduled an appointment after multiple days with a sore throat. With the online pre-registration, I was able to be taken back to be seen at or prior to my appointment time (that rarely happens). The medical assistant (unfortunately, I dont remember her name) and PA (I. M. Iglesias) were friendly, professional, efficient, and easy to talk to. They listened to my concerns and symptoms and answered all my questions. Upon diagnosis, the instructions were clearly communicated to ensure I fully understood the prescriptions and care plan. If I ever need to use Urgent Care in South Philly again, I will definitely be use Vybe. From scheduling to discharge, the process was easy, efficient, and helpful.

I love this urgent care place. It is the only urgent care I’ve ever walked into without an appointment as a walk-in and have been seen within 20 minutes if that! This is an awesome place to go to for fast urgent care needs and they even have a little parking lot on the side! Thank you for seeing me today.
