BEST urgent care i have ever been to!!! I got a hook snagged straight through my finger then called them to see if they were open and immediately they were extremely kind. Once i got there they helped me out and were friendly with me the entire time and they made sure i wasn’t gonna pass out because i felt extremely lightheaded. Don’t even get me started on the lady at the front desk (the rest of y’all too of course🫶) she was AMAZINGG and helped guide me through the whole process of taking the hook out, and she even helped me with paying because i couldn’t really stand to well.. They all kept my spirits up and they even let me keep my fake bait would give 6 stars if i could. Would come again🙌🫶(hopefully not tho)

True Compassion Urgent Care have done a lovely job caring for me as well as educating me on what I had. I had a flu like symptoms that turned out to be bronchitis. I was educated on the type of medication that they will have me on. This was my first time visiting and I can say I will come back.

I went to MD they turned me around because of my insurance is very limited biggest mistakeof the day. I came over to True Compassion Urgent Care were Mike and Daniel was able to see me and accept my co payment with me having Florida Blue, This place is truly filled with the word in its name Compassion. This urgent care is highly recommended. 10/10

The team is very compassionate and supportive! They made everything easy and we’re also able to help me get set up with care credit so I didn’t have to pay the full amount for the visit upfront. Over all a very positive first time here; leagues above some of the other urgent care centers that I’ve been to locally.

My visit to True Compassion Urgent Care was fast and right to the point. After I filled out my information the doctor called me immediately. The young lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable and assisted me with care. The doctor that gave me the examination for the flu and other bacterial infections has 29 years of experience. I definitely do not want to get sick again but if I do I will be right back.

This is the best urgent care Ive ever been to. Elizabeth us so knowledgeable and compassionate to my needs. Yineth the receptionists checked me in super quickly. The medical assistants Mindy and Kelsy were so kind. Id come here again if I had to.

This was the best experience i’ve had at any kind of walk in clinic, the entire staff was amazing and every person i spoke with made me feel better about my situation. every staff member was kind, understanding, reassuring, and clearly capable in their field. i completely trusted that i was in good hands and receiving the best possible care quickly when i needed it. for context, they removed this tiny gem from my ear after another walk in clinic lodged it stuck😭

True Compassion really lives up to its name. From the young lady that checked me in, to the triage nurse and to Dr Arafat, everyone was very pleasant and personable. I learned I have an ear infection and ruptured ear drum and she took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable.

Came in pretty close to closing and the whole staff was super nice and sweet. My doctor was Natalie and Jamie the nurse was the best got me talking and calm before the injection I got.

I’ve been here 3 times now, twice for myself and once for my husband. Each time has proven to be a great experience. The check in process is smooth and the Doctors are pleasant and thorough with their exams. They always perform a detailed exam and treatment plan. I will definitely continue to come here!

Kelsey was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable the moment I was seen. Healthcare workers like Kelsey make you so grateful. I was in and out of the clinic in 30 minutes. Overall such an easy experience that usually is tedious and scary.

If you don’t have insurance and need a great prices pre-op medical clearance exam this is the place to come! The staff is very friendly and experienced. I felt like I was under-care by professionals that actually knew what they were doing. True compassion is definitely urgent care, but with actually compassion for their patients. Whether that be for medical clearance or whatever the issue for your visit is. I would definitely recommend coming here if you have insurance or not. I had a very pleasant experience! I went in mid to late morning this morning to confirm I only had a sprain. Within an hour they had been checked in. I had never been before. And had me x-rayed. I left with a preliminary idea, and radiology results forthcoming tomorrow. Everyone was kind, courteous and professional. I was very pleased and relieved. Especially, after reading reviews on many of the other urgent care facilities I will definitely return next time there’s a need.

Very nice staff who helped me with all my questions before and after seeing the practitioner. The NP, Zeinab was very helpful also. She helped find the best pharmacy and answered all my questions. The office was prompt, clean, and the staff really cared. I highly recommend them for all services. I was in and out very quickly, but didn’t feel rushed.

I really was extremely disappointed with this urgent care.... I dont trust doctor at this office, they dont diagnosis properly nor take the time to know the patient and if you try to talk about it an ask why medicine doesnt work doctor has attitude. Take the time to care for your patients, and thats why you get paid to be a doctor. Review chart and make sure not make mistake about the patient. Never will go back and would not refer no one to this office. Took my son to ER, and they said he never had an ear infection. He shouldnt have been given 3 different types of antibiotics..... so upset.... dont go to this office....

Picked True Compassion because they were the only Urgent care facility with 4.5 stars. Happy I made the decision to drive a little further because they were great. I waited 10 minutes and was in with the doctor. She was kind and compassionate, very thorough. Would definitely recommend them

True Compassion Urgent Care is very good. I had to take my son in twice in the space of two weeks and both times the staff members were warm, friendly and very professional. They are open later than others as well which I was relieved to see because I had to take my son in late on a Sunday. I will use them again if I ever need to visit another urgent care facility.

This place was amazing! They were very kind and professional. My parents recommended I come here since I’m not a fan of Urgent care. They treat you like family here. Had an injury at work and was skeptical about UC because I always ended up having to visit my PC after every prior urgent care visit. However, my visits have been great and the staff are great. Little wait time and the Dr. listens to my concerns. Will recommend visiting this establishment.

I had to come in for stitches which is never a fun time but I received excellent care from Jennifer, Daniel, and Yineth both when I received them and when I had them removed. I didn’t have to wait long either time and they all had excellent bedside manners. Definitely would recommend to anyone I know.

Her team (Alicia Dan and others whose names I didn’t get) were all extremely kind and just really friendly people, even though I can be a bit panicked when I don’t know why I’m sick🫣. I have been coming to True Compassion Urgent Care since they first opened a few years ago. The medical team is amazing and extremely compassionate. They always get me right in and provide such a high level of service, I feel like they are so invested in their patients’ health. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for urgent care, they are the best in the Palm Beach Gardens area.

Came in feeling horrible, they got me in super fast and had me feeling better by the end of the day! All the ladies there are super nice and gave me great care. I got the same amazing treatment at my follow up the next week!

I deleted my first review..it was 1 (but shouldve been 0) I am writing a new review. Again should be zero. Not only did I pay for preoperative evaluation and then another fee for results (ridiculous) with absolute ridiculous back and forth with them due to abnormal lab results. Now I received a bill from the lab. Of course I wasnt told that was an additional fee. All in all I spent well over $500. Went to another physician...$340 including labs! Was a great experience at the second doctor..and my labs were perfect!!! I shouldve read the reviews before stepping foot in there. I recommend any other place...MDNOW is fantastic!

I had previously used another urgent care, but someone had recommended True Compassion, so I went. It was an outstanding experience. The cause of my issues were identified, and the appropriate meds were prescribed. I’m now feeling great. I thank Dr Arafat and her staff.

We were seen right away, the staff was friendly and caring. Pricing for X-ray was affordable and when I needed to pick up the X-rays a few days later the staff was very accommodating in having them ready for me when I called ahead to request them. We would definitely go back but hopefully don’t have to :)

This true compassion is really truly care about patient. I google this place before I came and I m glad that I took my chance to go here. The lady up front desk, her name is Monline, she is by herself but she friendly and helpful , get things done quick too. My insurance have some issue but the lady name Zaina helps me straight out and take me in , ask my symptoms and take me in ( it worth drive 25 mins to go there for me today). SCAM - read this and other similar reviews before you go!I had an extremely frustrating experience with True Compassion Urgent Care, and I will never return. While the care I received was adequate, the billing situation has been an absolute nightmare. When I went in, they told me they didn’t support my insurance, but they would submit a claim so I could get out-of-network reimbursement. Fine. I paid out of pocket as they requested. Then, to my shock, I found out they did bill my insurance for the full amount, meaning I paid twice! My insurance told me to go back to them for a refund, and now True Compassion claims they have no record of my visit—despite charging me twice!To add insult to injury, they told me to file a dispute with my credit card company, which has been nothing but a royal pain. The credit card company keeps asking for more information, and it feels like a never-ending process just to get my money back. I’ve wasted so much time and energy on this, all because they couldn’t manage their billing properly. I will never go back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Terrible customer service and a complete disaster with billing. Avoid at all costs!

Exceedingly kind nurses and doctors. Very fast, and very efficient. I have been there twice and have appreciated the visit both times. I even go as far as driving from lower west palm to them rather than any other urgent care clinic nearby to me. If you need to go to urgent care, do yourself a favor and give them a try.

This place is crazy. Called the day before, they said they accept insurance for school physicals. Showed up next day and they said they dont accept insurance and attempted to charge me $150 per child for a basic school physical. When I said that was crazy and walked out, I called another clinic who quoted me $35 per child. Another healthcare scam.Just because they chose to respond to my review with a lie, saying I was never there and they dont perform school physicals- here is a photo confirmation. So not only do they scam, they lie. With all of the healthcare issues robbing Americans, its important to know who to go to. And this office is not it.

Been here with my daughter twice now and both times shes had excellent care and was diagnosed correctly and given prescriptions for treatment. Today we saw Jamie the medical assistant who preformed the tests and Dr. Nathalia. Both excellent providers!

Helped me when I got sick with strep. Very kind, willing to help with financial difficulties, and made me feel welcome when I was at my worst. My mom got sick, but it developed into pneumonia and they caught it and we got medication before it got worse. They were compassionate and I appreciate the professionalism. This place is a scam. They were technically in network for me, yet they charged me more than my copay because according to them “they never know what insurance will reimburse.” If you need an xray and an answer please do not bother going. They don’t have anyone to read films on site and nothing to help you as far as walking. Waste of money. Not to mention just got the EOB and they bill from a competently different name which now shows up as out of network? A scam of a company and I wish I would’ve read the negative reviews before I went there. Do not got here.

I’ve had my fair share of urgent care experiences and this place exceeded my expectations. Although they’re a tad pricier with someone with no insurance, I see it’s because of their quality work! In my history, I’d share my symptoms and they would just treat the symptoms. However, Trust Compassion does thorough work to make sure they get the most accurate diagnosis! We had amazing care for True Compassion Urgent Care for my 82 year old mother-in-law. She had severely impacted wax in her ear with an infection. They were kind and compassionate and treated her initially on Sunday and then asked us to come back on Tuesday to remove the impacted wax once the medicine was able to do its job and soften the ear canal Tibet and Mindy two medical assistants were terrific. Dr. Esh was also great. Minimal wait time. Really clean and thorough. I highly recommend this team of professionals! We happen to be visiting from NJ and found them via Google.

They went Above and beyond to get my little one taken care of and properly diagnosed. This is one of the reasons why I prefer family oriented urgent cares vs well known emergency rooms. The hospital missed something major and they caught it!!! Now we’re to the road of recovery.If you or your loved one is looking for an urgent care… The compassion is here! Business is business everywhere, but here you’re not just a number. You matter and they “show” that they care.No long wait at all. Under 10min total, in which I was able to fill out forms. Arrived 30 minutes before they closed and they accommodated me. I was checked within 5 mins and I was out in less than 10. Wonderful customer service and extremely friendly and warm staff. Very affordable too without insurance. Definitely will be a long term customer.

I came for a Covid test and they were able to see me very quickly and made my visit very pleasant by providing me with a box of tissue, water and everyone was very nice. The doctors here are not very smart and educated. They were asking for my opinion on treatment? Also they wanted to charge me $250 dollars for a visit 2 weeks from a previous appointment where the information/insurance had not changed. They couldnt explain why it was more lol. Dont waste your time!

They did my ears, I was very impacted I needed to come back after softening the wax with the prescription they provided, I came back on Christmas Eve 6 days later and they removed huge chunks of wax from my ears.I can hear clearly now, thank you

I was very sick late on a Sunday this was only place open near me, so I went here. The wait time was minimal, staff were professional, efficient & caring. Testing was quick & they found me a close 24 hour pharmacy to get medications. I went back for follow up & received the same great service. Would recommend!

Beaware and know your insurance and premiums. I just visited this location. They are in network with BCBS. I know I met my deductible and max out of pocket where my plan pays 100%. They tried charging me $220. I showed them my insurance, they confirmed with billing and said they still have to charge me in case the insurance company does not pay. When I said so I have to pay you to get a refund down the road. They did not say we would get a refund. Shady practice. All other urgent cares bill your insurance first then charge if needed. No reason to put put money first even after they confirmed my insurance pays 100%.Wow, what a lie. You practice is very unprofessional. First of all, you guys agreed I was paid up. But wanted to collect the 220 upfront. Urgent care down the street did not have an issue confirming Insurance and bills once they receive payment from the insurance company. You never said payments, I never threw trash. What clowns You guys are. I said no thank you not going to pay that much and left. You guys are a joke of a practice. People stay far away. Theu slander people who give an honest review. Goto other urgent cares. Who are compassionate and you pay once they collect from your insurance company.BTW I am sure you video your waiting room. Show people the proof in your slander. If what you say is true. I am OK you posting the video of me doing this. You cannot becuase it never happened.

I came in last minute to get my 4 kids a physical. Mike and his amazing stuff went above and beyond to get them in. I literally walk in at 7:50 they got us in and out less than 30 mins. Way to go true compassion urgent care. Highly recommended 10/10.

True Compassion is true to their word. I received my FREE B12 shot today. It was so needed. I immediately began to feel better.

Called to ask if I would be able to see a doctor, not a PA. I was told they only hire nurse practitioners and doctors. I drove an hour to get there, filled out papers and was told the total is $220, despite having insurance. I was going to leave, but the receptionist called their billing dept and reduced the price to $95. At this time the owner also spoke to me, and relayed his bad experiences with the healthcare system, which inspired him to found this clinic. During the visit, two attendants came in to do routine work. I believed they were nurses because of what I was told over the phone. A third person in a white lab coat came in after, introduced herself as my “provider” and diagnosed me with a sinus infection, but I came in for menstrual migraines. I was given prescriptions for an infection, but they didn’t help. Eventually the migraine went away. Fast forward a month, I have the same migraine and accompanying symptoms. I called the office back and found out that I was never seen by a doctor, but a nurse. They also took the opportunity to tell me that I may hear about money that I owe in the amount of $125. Don’t believe they are trying to help you, but believe they are compassionate…about your money.

Do not come here unless u want to spend an arm and a leg just to be seen. The lady in front of me was quoted $120 and I was quoted $220 JUST TO BE SEEN. We both have insurance too. You will spend wayyyy too much money here. I don’t even pay this much at my regular doc. Was just in desperate need of being seen fast.However the lady who cared for me was very knowledgeable, thorough, and listened to my concerns. I was treated properly. The whole price situation through me off and I doubt I will return due to the high cost.I also had a runny nose and they didn’t have any tissues and gave me guaze strips to blow my nose.

Staff is extremely compassionate. Made me and my child feel very comfortable. Very quick service.

Worst urgent care I’ve ever been to. They tried to charge me $250 for a visit for a sore throat, went to MD and they charged me $30 and it was a way nicer, cleaner building. True compassion has NO COMPASSION and dirty germ collecting couches. Will never go back here unless I’m trying to get scammed.

Never been to an Urgent care but my ear began hurting during the night. I read others reviews of True Compassion and gave them a call. I was told to just come in. I was so happy I did. I only waited as long as it took to fill out their forms on an IPad. Everyone was very kind and efficient. My diagnosis was an outer ear infection. I was given a copy of the prescription and diagnosis even though they sent it to my pharmacy. Very efficient. They took my insurance. I would definitely return if the beed arises. Only complaint, they should clean the pads after each patient. Many fingerprints on the screen.

All staff was very nice. Dr. Nathalia is very understanding and kind. I felt comfortable there and will definitely go back if I need too.

I got into a motor vehicle accident and the doctor made me feel SO valid for everything. I was un so much pain and very scared to go to the doctor because im often told that uts nothing. She did the xrays and even prescribed me amazing medications to help my swelling. I came back later for medication and she helped me bring prices down since im a college student.Love this place, would give 10/10 if i could.

It was my first visit, and I truly appreciated the warm welcome extended to my mom and me. We are norwegians on vacation, and were adviced to contact True Compassion Urgen Care (TCUC) by our insurance company when our two daugthers got sick in Palm Beach. Our experience TCUC was unfortunately not so positive.First, they did not accept our insurance (Norwegian company Gjensidige with US partner GLOBAL MEDICAL MANAGEMENT INC.). We found this very dissapointing, as we could present a proof that the insurance company will cover all costs. TCUC did not even bother to contact our insurance company, and we had to pay by credit card in advance.The medical staff were friendly and effective, but their examination of the girls were incomplete due to old and unmodern equipment that did not give the full picture of the medical situation. The doctor however prescribed the correct medication and even startet treatment with first injection, so the treatment of the condition startet fast.When we left, the guy at the counter promised to send the medical records and a receipt for the payments by e-mail within 24 hours. Now, two weeks later, after several notifications from our side, we have given up any hope of receiving anything from TCUC.To others with a need of Urgent Care in this area my advice will be to try somewhere else.

I visited the urgent care facility on Sunday with a severe cough and fever that had persisted for a week. The office was very pleasant and clean, and the nurse was kind and courteous. Dr. Zeinab was fantastic - she quickly attended to me and prescribed antibiotics. I appreciated how efficiently everything was handled without unnecessary delays.

The name speaks for itself, it is a very great place to be seen at. They were very understanding and helpful, thanks sooooo much!

I had such an incredible experience here. clinic is clean, timely (in/out in < 1 hour on a friday and saturday night!), all of the staff are lovely and thorough, rooms have a tv and a big window so it is very comfy while you wait. I had intially paid for the visit we anticipated and when it ended up being a lower tier the refund process was quick and easy. i unfortunately had a reaction to my meds and they brought me back in, saw me immediately, didnt charge, followed up. amazing! top to bottom, fantastic, friendly service - amazing hours, reasonable cost, quick visit and great service from both admin and providers. Thank you true compassion!!! special shoutout to Nick for being kind and helpful, and Zeina for handling my reaction quickly, professionally and with so much compassion! I will be a repeat patient as long as theyre here!

Amber at the front desk was very helpful and kind and got me checked in and ready to go quickly. The whole process went smoothly and quickly. Everyone was very polite and the room had comfy furniture. I have never received this level of care from any other urgent care in the area. 5 stars, would definitely recommend.
