The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Dr. Mayshak listened very intently and examined me thoroughly. Tammy, the lady at the front checked me in and took my vitals. She was very sweet and I dont know the mans name up front but I loved his jovial happy sprit. Thanks everyone

Came here with my daughter when she wasnt feeling good. Scheduled online, filled out the forms, and showed up early to make sure all paper work was good. Scanned in my Id and filled out any left over paperwork and got seen right away. Nurses are always great here with my kids and explain whats going on and what they think might be the cause so your in the loop and understand why there doing what there doing. After all was said and done cost about $165 which was not bad. I have been to another Urgent Care down the road with my son Healthcare Express off Douglas. They were asking me what they should do and tests they should run which I have no idea why I came to an expert. They did a third of what Mercy did and charged $338 and never got an update on results of the test. Would recommend Mercy over anywhere else in MWC as its cheaper and care is better than others in the area.

Sent my daughter whos 18 years of age in with my youngest daughter whos 15 yrs of age whos coughing up blood and has a silent temperature. The girls arrived at 543p and patiently waited was told at 743p that she needs a authorization form giving her consent for them to see my youngest daughter, the authorization form was filled out online by me the guardian. Was told that the consent form did not process through and it would take to long to process another form, when I arrived at 747p I was told that they were unable to see her because they closed at 8p. The black lady was very rude and very argumentive, even after she said I could wait to speak with the provider the lady was still talking and being rude when we had already agreed that we no longer needed to communicate with each other. So I waited the provider came out and repeated the same thing as the black lady they closed at 8 and we needed to return the next day but had been there since 543p. Spoke with Amber about filing a complaint but she didnt know how and told me to wait on a survey. So I asked how would I get a survey if she wasnt seen, no one was willing to give the info to file a complaint, no one knew a number or email. While Amber acted as if she was looking the black lady came from around the corner and yelled dont give no one number out. Amber picked up the phone no number was dailed nor did the phone ring and said she was told that I needed to respond to the survey. This was the worse experience that has my blood boiling from the lack of care at this facility. Someone needed to train the black lady on how to speak with others with care as she is in a care facility. The 3 ladys was more concerned with leaving at 8p.

Was in and out right away, I came on my lunch break and still made it back to work on time. Basically I had an eye infection and they suggested I see my optometrist. I didn’t get a RX for it though but I did get a diagnosis. Ended up going to my optometrist who gave the same diagnosis and was able to get me a RX for it.

PA Carol Siniard and her crew were great. After receiving a shocking and unexpected diagnosis she put the best face on it. With her superb bed side manner it was not the end of the world. So glad she suggested the covid test.The intake tech was also commendable by explaining what she was doing every step of the way.Did not understand the disco music at that hour of the day. Seems to me it would be negative for the crews concentration. Or, as I run low on 70s, maybe I am just old and grouchy.Thanks to all,Rex Riggleman, MWC

The online video call was fantastic. Easy to schedule and the doctor was understanding and prescribed the exact meds that I needed. Starting feeling better the same day.

What a nightmare..Over a spider bite.....Just because you hate your job doesnt mean you should take it out on your patients or I guess customer for this place..We went in happy as can be last Saturday to have some nurse rant and rave on how we dont know anything ..She called me the Dr and said maybe I should be the one taking care of the situation..Most RUDE and un professional child Ive met in a long time and to be a so called nurse..WACK!Next the on staff Dr comes in and we had to force her to look at the bite..She was quick to just give some antibiotics and send her on her way...ON HER WAY TO SEE A REAL DR! Go to the ER if you need help...Not this trash can

I saw PA Jamie for bad sore throat. Both she and the nurse were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were easy to talk to and informative. I felt well cared for and got some good info on how to manage my chronic sinus issues. Ill definitely go there again when the need arises.

I got in very quickly, but I felt that I did not get specific enough details on what to expect and what to do at home for follow up.

I had the best experience ever please keep up the great work and patient care you all have in your clinic I also appreciate you being so close to my home thank you so much

Horrible place, you have to put a card on file, she barely took my temperature, I was running a fever by my thermometer, told me my blood pressure was high because of my thin shirt, not because Ive had a fever for days, sick with something (who knows i left), and sunburnt. Im sure it was my shirt though. horrible healthcare workers who dont actually care about patients. patients are treated like numbers or objects.

We needed a physical for a school sport & Mercy GoHealth urgent care even took care of that for us. The staff is just as caring then as they are when were ill!! Thank yall..we appreciate you all.

Staff is kind and friendly. I felt like they actually listened to me and what my issues were. Super nice folks, much better than the Access Medical I used to use.

The PA, Carol E Siniard is an absolute blessing to work with. She is phenomenal, helpful, and a wonderful attitude. Thank you all so much for what you do, its rare to see such kindness and professionalism exhibited in the medical field/customer service field.

Intake nurse and receptionist were great; nurse practitioner/pa had horrible bedside manner and wasn’t at all concerned about me. She came off very cold and condescending. I mentioned I had had labs done recently, and I wanted to discuss some of that with her. Her exact words to me were “I’m not getting into all of that.”I’m not sure I’d return here, or recommend to others.

Staff are friendly and professional. I was seen immediately by the nurse followed by the provider. I love that they can see my Mercy chart.

Great staff, got my hand well, did not charge me a ton of money. So thankful because my health insurance lapsed. Thank Jamie and the cool dude at the desk.

As a non emergency , but in needOf Medical assistance. I have had nothing positive help each time IHave been unable to see my regular Doctors office. Just make an appointment and go.

Changed my rating from 5 to 3 stars after this last visit because the APRN-CNP was very rude with with my 5 year old and she man handled him. He was not cooperating with an eye exam. I wont visit again if she is the provider. He got grounded for the weekend and she should have too. I could tell she was in a bad mood before we were even in a room.

They are very thorough.Very professional very concerned about your illness. Youre not just a number. Youre a person and theyre honestly there. Trying to help you and treating you like. Youre a person with absolute respect. I would recommend if you have any. Thing wrong that you go there. Its on fifteenth and sooner across from olive garden. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me.

I’ve been to this location for two issues—gastroenteritis in early 2023 and severe poison ivy last week. I received prompt, friendly, professional care both times—actually, twice for the poison ivy, which spread quite a bit from one day to the next. The online save-your-spot system is easy, too.

I had to come here after having a REALLY rough day at work, picked up my 2 yr old from daycare at 6pm, and he needed to go be seen. The nurse practitioner listened to me and validated all of my thoughts and concerns, she was exactly who I needed to see! Our nurse was also wonderful and patient with us!! You never want to have to go to an urgent care, but I’m glad in that moment that it was them.

Came in with an appointment and left me in the room for 20 minutes after my test. never checked in nothing. waste of time

I went in to see a professional and was shocked at the rude blonde provider sitting at the desk, the machine where you checked in was not working so I said excuse me and she told me to stop yelling at her, I get it they may not have enough help but thats not way to treat people who are not feeling well and in general. I use mercy clinic on Post in Midwest city and she could learn from those nice ladies.

The PA and nurse were very wonderful. They were caring and knowledgeable, with incredible bedside manners! I was so glad they sent me to the ER to have further tests done. I really appreciated them both.

My grandmother, who just completed chemo went to urgent care to receive care for an upper respiratory infection, as she was told to do. When she arrived at 6pm, she was informed they close at 8pm and would need to schedule for the next day. The staff was rude and made it apparent all they wanted to do was socialize amongst the 3 of them and leave by 8pm. We are both patients within the Mercy Healthcare System and were excited to have a new local office for urgent care, so this experience was beyond disappointing. The lack of patient care was not what we had come to expect from a Mercy location.

When we need urgent care this is where we go. The staff is very friendly and if you make an appointment online they get you in on time. Highly recommend them.

I dont see how this place gets good reviews. I was seen in about 30min and then they told me I had a Virus which is highly contagious but since its not STREP or COVID I just need to take Vitamins. And if its still not better in 1wk I may return. They couldve given me a zpak and I would be feeling better already and wrote a nice review. I cant work and Im getting my family sick in the meantime. Dont buy those 5 star reviews, they are likely fake.

I was in A Lot of pain, and made my way to the nearest ER, not realizing I pulled into a Heart Hospital. The Dr. didnt treat me any different, treated me, and his staff gave exceptional service! I saw Heart Hospital on the paperwork. Thanks for treating my illness!! It hurt sooooo bad.

Dr Gotcher is amazing. He was kind, inquisitive, respectful, thorough and thoughtful. We cannot speak highly enough about him and the care he provides.

Super clean. Short wait. Polite staff and great doc. if you are going in the same day with a positive Covid test, I suggest asking for an anti-nausea med even if you’re not nauseous yet. It hit me hard! Would’ve saved me a trip to the ER — OTC stuff wouldn’t do it.

Waited 3 hours to be referred to an ER but all I had was a hernia. The lady who checked on me barely even looked or tried to feel around. The ER doctor felt it within 5 seconds. I wasted money on an ER visit because of this clinic. They will waste your money with their lack of care.

The fact that even after a long day for the faculty they still maintained the professionalism and kindness you would expect. Great staff this might become my go to when I need an urgent care.

Would not help with stitch removal, however another urgent care was able so do not despair if you cannot find help.

Negative stars if possible. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! Their website says they give steroid injections for rashes so I picked this facility for that reason. After they took my $50 copay Im told they dont give injections. If Im not mistaken advertising you provide a service and after someone pays for that service is told well we dont do that just take this instead, that the definition of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! I dont have money to go somewhere else right now so Im setting here in the same exact position I was in before I gave away 50 bucks. Dont waste your time or money going here. Pick a better place. The only thing they CARE about is your money!!!!

They sent the prescriptions for my kids to two different pharmacies. They processed a card I asked them to take off file (twice) and overdrafted my account. I was told I could receive a refund after 7 days. That doesnt do me any good. They dont give you an option for service without enrolling in convenient pay at this location, which after speaking to someone over the phone, is not how its supposed to be presented. Frustrating.

Thank you for a seamless visit.. ladies here got my 4 year old son treated so quickly and with such care. My house was hit by a tornado so I was staying at a nearby hotel and my son got an ear infection. The amount of care he received was so comforting. It was like walking into a doctors office full of friends ready to get you taken care of as quickly and carefully as possible. So grateful for these women.

Great staff very caring and answered any questions I had. Didn’t rush me out the door took time to explain the medications for my daughter and any possible side effects they may encounter.

They advertise sports injuries but when we checked in they don’t have any image tech on file ; the sign says family care with a picture of the child on the window however they have no “boots “ available for a child …. All they could offer was an ace wrap!

I found the staff at Mercy-Go-Health to be very professional. They made the utmost effort to meet my needs, even though I was a walk-in. Now that I know you can pre-register on line, I will take that route with any future visits.

CUT MY FINGER GO TO URGENT CARE PA LOOKS AT IT DOESNT REALLY ASSESS THE WOUND SAYS I NERF TO GO TO ER. DRIVE TO MEMORIAL ER AND TRIAGE NURSE DOESNT LOOK AT FINGER JUST SAYS THEY DO THIS TO US ALL THE TIME. SHE SENDS ME TO LOBBY AND I WAIT 3 hours go the desk and ask how much longer and she says no telling. so i leave go buy dressings and go home to try and stop the bleeding.

Was able to make appointment on line. Was seen immediately upon arrival , 8:15 am. Person who checked me in was helpful in recommending a pharmacy since I was from out of town. Nurse practitioner was thorough as well as a good listener. So far it appears she got me on the right medication after being sick for 6 weeks. Praise God for this place.

The nurses were very friendly and our APRN was fantastic. Our son was very sick. They tested for everything all at once making our stay shorter.

I really liked the nurse practitioner and her staff. She took the time to explain what to look out for with Covid. She told me to call if I had any questions and set me up with nurses that check periodically and are open 24 hours.I feel that Im cared for almost as well as if I was hospitalized and even though Covid is scary, especially for a senor citizen in bad health, she made me feel that I had a support system and wasnt alone in this.This clinic was a breath of fresh air and I wish I could have the nurse practitioner as my pcp. She and her staff were awesome and went beyond whats expected. The other nurse even repaired my wheelchair when the tread popped off.From the moment you enter the facility youll feel that someone cares. Theyre the best.

Dr Harvey was less than helpful when I was sick and needed a doctors note for work. Went to nw location and was helped with no problem. Not to mention he lied on my file in the summary. Would not recommend him or this facility to anyone.

It took about 20 minutes to be in and out. Very fast, and Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great Care-Great Team. Its very important to me that Staff and Doctors listen to their patients instead of making them feel like they dont know what they are talking about, and this Team does just that.Thank you for the awesome care

Sent my wifes prescription to a closed pharmacy-when I called to ask for assistance in getting it sent to another pharmacy, I talked to people who wouldnt listen or understand the situation...just kept telling me the same information..and added that they were trying to close. No help when we needed it. Will not have my family entrust their health to people who dont care...very disappointing.

The doctor gave me a useful regimen to decrease pain and inflammation without prednisone.

Showed up as a walk in this am after being sick for 11 days going to 2 different urgent cares to be told i had a cold staff was AWESOME dr examing me listen to me and with in 12 hours feeling 1000 times better even called back this evening with a question and actually got a answer!!!! Highly recommend will defiantly being going back if need be

Great app and a get un get out clinic. It helped to get me in and find out what was wrong with me and then got the diagnosis and all was well.
