Healthcare Express Urgent Care - Midwest City, OK

My husband went to your clinic yesterday evening. He went there for a possible broken rib. They took two or three views of his left ribs. They found no broken ribs. We were pleased. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The nurse helped to ease our tension about it. We were very grateful for that. The doctor came in with the results of the x-rays. He said nothing was broken. He told him to take Tylenol every six hours as needed. He said to alternate it with a cold pack and heat pack. He was thorough and helpful. Went in for removal of one wart - I’ve been charged $112 for it and I have good insurance that covered the most of a $500 bill. All that was done was they brought out an aerosol can of the freeze-off stuff and held it to the wart for 40 seconds once. The staff was nice but I could’ve bought a can of that stuff at the store for less than $20 and done it multiple times. The wart removal is an absolute scam. Glad I had to take the mental assessment for this (charged $22) because now I feel even worse than before I went in. I was excited to receive the text about the wart removal service and to easily schedule an appointment to finally take care of the wart on my finger that I am embarrassed by after trying the freeze off can and the gel removal neither of which worked. Making an appointment doesn’t even ask what the appointment is for which could totally disregard the “emotional/behavioral assessment“ and having to take my blood pressure, temperature, or whatever. Now I feel like an idiot for thinking urgent care would’ve been any kind of helpful for a fair price and I’m out $112 for absolute nothing. I’ve had multiple warts in my life and using those cans once does not make them fall off. I knew immediately I was scammed and my heart sank in that urgent care room as the nurse and doctor had to figure out what they were doing, something I’ve done myself multiple times through my life. I could’ve gone to my dermatologist that I had since my childhood for a better service for practically free. 0/10 would not recommend for wart removal, totally a big scam and they should be more up front about the cost and at least avoid all of the unnecessary parts that cost an arm and a leg. I was upset about paying $40 but thought I’d get over it, and then they came back and charged me another $72. It’s been 10 days and the wart isn’t gone, I’m definitely NOT going back!

3 stars.The person at the front desk was extremely helpful.And the nurse that took care of my daughter was MORE than amazing. She was kind, playful, and made my very shy daughter feel super comfortable.The reason for the loss of 2 stars is because the doctor came in and patted my seven year old on the butt. She was climbing onto the table and he “playfully” smacked by 7 year old daughters butt and it made us both extremely uncomfortable. There was absolutely no reason he should’ve touched her butt. AT ALL.

Spent 3 hours even with an appointment. Nurse was extremely fast and started to run tests right when we arrived. After 3 hours, doctor came in, said it was a throat infection. Didnt say if tests came back positive or anything- listened to his chest and throat. Said he would give antibiotics and thanks for coming in (wasnt even in the room two minutes). Didnt tell us we were good to go, until the nurse came in 15 minutes later and said oh he said you were done. I said, I said he didnt say anything so I didnt know.Ther was no point in waiting 3 hours to get two minutes of time. None whatsoever. With an appointment and even if you wanted to make the argument that they were waiting on tests (I know they take an hour at a max) and the nurse was on it. All the doctor had to do was read them, come check on him, and it couldve been that easy.This place is a huge do not recommend. Go to access medical on 15th and post.

I was a walk in, did not make an appointment… so apparently being a walk in is not the way to go anymore. When I arrived I was told I would have to wait an hour. I agreed to wait the hour. I ended up waiting 2.5 hours to be seen and then waited another 1/2 hour for my 10 minute test results. I used to use Healthcare Express a lot and have always felt good about the level of care I’ve received there, but I remembered why I stopped going there… it takes forever. I’m sure it costs more to staff more than one provider at a time, but it may cost even more to lose patients to your wait times.. not sure. Might be worth some analysis. Everyone was super nice to me though. If you improve the wait times, I’d love to use you guys as my go-to.

Honestly, the male doctor , Jeffery Brian was very understanding, empathetic, and professional when it came to dealing with my 4 yo toddler. She hates doctors and always throws a fit. He handled it very well and blew her up a glove balloon, which if you have kids, you know that always makes them feel a little better. 10/10 recommend.

I use this urgent care every time when I get sick. They always take good care of me. They listen and I have not had to go back after a visit due to not getting better like I have had to do with other urgent cares. I hate using urgent cares, but when I’m in a pinch, this is the one I go to. Staff is always friendly, providers always take time to listen. Thank you guys for taking good care of our community.

They were quick getting me in and seen but I was the only one in the lobby at the time. The doc was good, thorough, listened well and professional. Id say the only down side was he didnt give me much direct feedback. But I got what I felt I needed and it was a pleasant experience.

Thankful for this urgent care. Weve had to use it twice in the past 2 months. The online appointment system makes it easy to get in first thing in the morning.

I arrived at the clinic at 5:17pm, I was told by the receptionist at the front desk i would get paperwork sent to my phone she didn’t send the paperwork until 5:50, then from there i didn’t get called up for payment/and or card on file until 6:30, which has to be done before you’re seen. However when i got called back to the room they were very quick. When i was finished i went back up to the front desk to get a note for work & she took over 5 minutes for that, she asked to rate the facility & i said “up here a 1 because you’ve wasted most of my time here because you are moving slow & act like helping us is a problem to you” she then stated “well i’m moving slow because i’ve been throwing up all day, im sick too. They couldn’t find someone to cover my shift, so i had to be here”. That is very unprofessional.The workers behind the door did amazing and loved the nurse and doctor ❤️

Wait 4 hour s to be seen just called to a room because we didn’t have an appointment. Finally get into a room and waiting stillanother hour. We keep getting told oh you are next and then they go into another room and call other people back. Go to urgent care it’s fast and over people should have went to the er. Very very stressful and disappointing and not surprised to be seen. And the doctor was the wost I’ve ever have seen in the longest time. The doctor refused to see me because I was mad for waiting and he did see my mother and dad but did not listen very well to them. I have a right to be mad . And I didn’t even cuss him out. I should have.

I had scheduled an appointment for my daughter and when we got there had to do paperwork, no big deal, all well before the time of the appointment. But we still waited an hour for a 15 minute visit. 3 people in the waiting room. Took 30 Minutes to call back the next personHowever the nurse and Dr. where great.Needless to say its pointless to schedule an appointment. Its like they dont even honor the appointment

I had 3 sick children all at the same time one who was very sick with asthma i waited 3 1/2 hours just to get in the back and another 2 hours for the doctor. Clearly this place doesn’t get a lot of pediatric patients based on how they handled my children. Then when the doctor did come in he had an attitude as if he didn’t care to deal with my children. I asked him to give my son a albuterol treatment before we left the clinic because it was over 5 hours that he had anything and he was really working to breathe. His exact words “ I’m not doing all that, don’t you have medicine at home?” Then proceeded to listen to him and say the words “he sounds really bad” they had a few test ran and everything came back negative but he prescribed medication and when i asked what the medicine was for. He said “well you came for a reason” and just walked off. First and last time i will ever go

First time I went, I waited a while, but everyone was nice. For some reason I got 2 bills in the mail though. One for lab tests, which is probably for my covid test, but the other was for an x-ray that they never gave me and I never needed. I paid it, because I dont want to be in bad standing with them, but my insurance shouldve covered it regardless. 2nd time I was called back within 5 minutes of waiting. It was a different nurse/Dr this time; a man, who seems pretty to the point, but still seems to care. Ladies at the front have always been nice and welcoming. This is my go to place when Im not feeling too well.

Facility was fine, staff was good, didn’t wait a long time, I made my appointment online, completed redundant paperworkNegativeRedundant paperworkA Company policy that states you have to put a credit card for payment “on file” with your signature, as an open source of payment, in case you have a balance.In today’s world with all the scams going around, this was not OK with me.And in order to be seen, you had to agree to this. It felt like extortion!My insurance covered everything I did not have a balance, but I still have an open credit card within their system. Who does this? The corporate office needs to revamp that policy Just because of the possibilities of their system getting hacked. And don’t think it can’t happen. If the entire airline industries, and major corporations can be halted, This wouldn’t be a match either!

Best experience. I went in due to excruciating possibly carpal tunnel pain and needed a shot. The staff here is great from the front desk to the nurse to the P.A. This place is extraordinary, professional and caring. This is where i will be going for healthcare if i cant get into my pcp. They are awesome! Theyve always taken great care of me.

As a new patient I was seen quickly. The provider listened to my concerns and provided answers. The nursing staff was efficient and kind. Ive had a great experience here compared to the other urgent cares in the area.

Went here on 12/3 cause kids had a bad cough and there doctor was packed. Scheduled online for an appointment and got there early but still took almost 20 minutes after the scheduled time to get to room. Ran 2 tests a strep and RSV/Covid/Flu test. Strep came back negative and other came back inconclusive which we sat to wait for it as it takes 40 mins. Left as they ran the test again and never got an update on results.Wasnt impressed as the nurse and doctor were asking me what I wanted to do as though I know what tests should be run. I came to a care center to have experts who should know what needs to be done and what doesnt to identify their issue.In all this trip cost me $338, I had went to Mercy GoHealth for another of my kids with the same issue and the experience was so much better and even though they ran more tests there it only cost $165.Save your money, time, and have confidence your getting experts and go to Mercy GoHealth down the street for a much better experience. Would not recommend this place.

It was so easy to make an appointment and to check in. The receptionist was very efficient, and the nurse was so sweet! You could tell that she truly cared about you and why you were there. The doctor was caring and thorough also. I will definitely refer this place to my friends and colleagues!

This place is like a safe haven for a weary person to visit for fast service, and a no wait while you’re already feeling horribly sick! I’ve gone to E.R. Hospitals feeling so ill! I’ve had to wait so long I thought I was either on the brink of death, or recovering by waiting for a few hours! I’m thankful for Healthcare exspres. They get u in and out in no time at all! Their kindness makes you feel better! I love them when I know I need medical attention! They’re the best!

I had a horrible experience here. I clearly told the receptionist and the woman who triaged me what I was going in for. A disease called HS-a disease that absolutely does not affect any area but underarms and genitals (I only mention that because of what was said by the PA) the PA walks into my room and says “So you have HS?” I said “Yes” and he said “Is that what’s wrong with your face?” I was immediately taken aback because I don’t have anything wrong with my face, no rash, no breakouts. So I correct him (even though it was written everywhere by the receptionist and and triage nurse. I felt that was a completely inappropriate and very rude question to ask. He only spent about 1 minute in the room with me after that. I was completely in shock and dismay at how I was treated. I went in the car and cried to my husband because not only was I embarrassed but I felt like I didn’t even get any help with what I went in for. My husband went in to file a complaint and the receptionist was kind and agreed that was inappropriate. She said the PA would call to apologize. I end up getting a call from someone named Michael. He was so rude immediately and said the PA did nothing wrong and he must’ve thought something was wrong with my face. Mind you he never saw my face so he has no idea what happened. He said “So you don’t have a rash on your face?” I said “No I absolutely do not have a rash.” Then he said “oh he said your face was red.” I said I was a little flushed because I was warm but it was nothing abnormal. He then said he wasn’t going to argue with me and HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!!!! I wasn’t being rude or yelling, I was just explaining what happened. This was not handled well at all and I would never recommend this place to anyone I care about!!!

Update 10/2/24-Have had to come here a few times in the last few months. Have never had to wait for more than a few minutes, love all of the staff, and the results are always quick. About as painless as going to urgent care can be.

I didnt have an appointment but they was able to squeeze me in on a pretty busy day. Staff was nice and addressed my concerns.

Very professional staff. Only difference this visit was, there was a new physician. I’ve been bringing my children here ever since age 5 and they’re now 16 and 13.The new physician on this particular visit did not make eye contact with either myself or my granddaughter who was a patient, not one time. Being retired from the medical field from OKLAHOMA medical research foundation I make it a habit to be sure I make eye contact with every patient that I come in contact with.I do hope that he becomes more comfortable and making that very important jester, it makes the patient and the parent feel comfortable and indeed at home.

This urgent care is great. Friendly and the nurse is helpful and crazy nice. Pretty much the best. Super quick too! Both adults and children’s.

Needed syeroid shot and got it wait time 2 hours could be better. Be sure to watch your phone for text check in surveys. That are in addition to window check in..pay co-pay up front..it Will speed things up and expedite your exit.

It was very good. The Dr was so nice and prescribed medicine for me and it has mad me better. I always use your clinic. Everyone is so nice.

I recently visited the Urgent Care facility in Midwest City. I have used Urgent Care facilities in the past and this was by far the best experience at any that I have used. From the Receptionist to the Nursing and the PA they across the board were pleasant thorough and great to deal with even though it was late in the day and I was the last patient to leave the facility. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Front desk was extremely kind and helpful while this grandma filled out new patient paperwork. The nurse and doctor were friendly and professional. It was a pleasant visit, much different than my experience with other urgent care centers. I’ll definitely recommend MWC Healthcare Express Urgent Care to family and friends.

Accepts TRICARE. Did a late evening walk-in during the week and it wasn’t too busy so the wait wasn’t bad. Filled out first time patient paperwork on my phone and still got in and out within less than an hour. Convenient location next to base

My experience was not good. Ill just make note of 1 issue vs the whole visit - I had 2:25 app and didnt leave till 5p. The Dr. was clearly on lunch during my visit definitely not professional in my eyes and he didnt want to make eye contact. oh well recommended and will not return 😞

Made an appointment for noon because I work afternoons and wanted to make sure if I didn’t test positive for anything I could make it to work in time only to have to go up to the desk in the waiting room at 1243 and ask why I haven’t been called back yet. Horrible on being timely at all. Fiancé went to same one earlier in the day only to sit in a room for over an hour waiting for test results that they said would only take 15 minutes just for him to look out the door and see the staff just sitting around on their phones when he asked how much longer it was going to take because he felt like crap they finally got off their ass and did their job. Really getting tired of businesses thinking they can screw peoples time up but hey we can’t charge them like they can us right. Bet if we started charging companies a late fee like they do us they would learn how to be on time really quick. I would use a different urgent care if you have to.

Took awhile to get checked in as a new patient but the lobby was calm and clean. Once taken back I was treated respectfully, the dr came in quickly and did an appropriate inspection of my daughter for pink eye

I will always come here as my urgent care “go to.” Clean, comfortable, kind personnel, and great care for me and my husband. I recommend it to friends if they live near my area also.

Everyone was very kind and caring especially the Dr. And I was in and out of there very quickly. Diagnosed with Shingles and prescribed medication and that was it. I felt relieved to know what was causing my pain. I would definitely visit Health Care Express again.

The nurse and front desk ladies were so sweet. The doctor on the other hand could not keep his eyes open and was not listening to a thing I told him. I have a sprained thumb and he gave me two days for it to heal…. Not my best experience by any means.

Staff was great but didn’t really get checked out for the main issue I came in with despite relaying problem to nurse, PA, and on the form. Super quick but not all that helpful. Employees are awesome though.

Good service, friendly staff. Nurse Kristen (s?) was great, physician very good. Only down side was wait between decision on treatment (injections) was long, apparently a communication error among staff. But, mistakes happen everywhere. Highly recommend.

The provider, John, was great. I love when the provider comes in while waiting on the test results so you can be ready to go after getting your results.

They took good care of me, sent the ambulance to pick me up and take me to Baptist ER where I could get the emergency care I needed for my asthma. Great people.

The doctor seemed like he didnt want to be there and he really didnt seem to care about what I had going on. But the guy I dealt with before I met the doctor was really nice

This is our first medical visit since we got here in Oklahoma moving from out of state, I absolutely love this urgent care clinic, their service is fast, reliable, and quick. The front desk receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable, the doctor Julie and her assistant are professional at what they’re doing, they examined and knew exactly what needs to be done and provided the fix right away with my son’s medical issue in the office following up with prescriptions provided. Im very picky I left with no paperwork with what was going on. I feel as though anywhere I go Im not getting any help. So whats the point of going to the doctors. I should just go somewhere in dig a hole in climb in it. God gave the blessing to the wrong people. But I can said the K did more me then the others did when I came in.

I have been to this urgent care several times. All of the PAs are kind and efficient. Pro tip make an appointment to get seen quicker. They do accept walk ins but you’ll have to wait a while.

Made online appointment. Got in before appointment time . Had infected burn, put me on antibiotics and I had to get a tetanus shot…every 5 years now. In and out in less than 20 minutes..

They were so nice! They saw us even though we came in last minute. Everyone was eager to help and they were polite.

The entire staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They took extra care and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was taken care of. The doctor was genuinely concerned and decided to take an extra precaution and did another test which proved to be extremely helpful in the exact diagnosis of what was going on. Words cant describe how grateful we are.

Very clean place and very friendly staff. This place feel homey to me every time I am there, very updated place and you never have to wait long to be seen, the care about your health and why your there. Great drs and just a loving caring place to be seen. I was also seen today on 10/7/24 and a walk in and they got me in fairly quickly so they are doing a good job trying to improve their services and work more efficiently. The Dr was great and very on task with all my issues and was concerned and listened to me and my health needs and cared for me as a patient. This place is a great place to be seen at if you cant get into your Drs right away, they do care about you!

Waiting room took a bit but kind of to be expected this time of year, nurse was quick about vitals, Dr was quick and to the point.

Took my child here to get some tests run, was told it’d be about 30min to get results and doctor would be in to speak with us. However, a hour and a half later I had to poke my head out the door to get an answer as to how much longer it would be. In which case the nurse was surprised we were still there and the doctor had forgotten about us. So what should have been a 30ish min visit turned into 2hours. Just not very “Express” to be an “Express Care” we will not be coming back to this location.

The staff was great!! Things went smoothly and fast! Jeff the PA seems to be laid back and honest!

Came here for a DOT inspection half for the past 2 years truck drivers this is the place they are amazing I recommend them out of anywhere I have been

The PA thar was there on July 5th was Great. Very kind he also saved me a lot of money buy not sending me to the Emergency Room for that CT scan. So thanks a lot. Sorry I cant say more but I was in a lot of pain. I do wish the hours of operation was earlier than 9am. But other than that all I can say is I Thank you 😊

Waiting room and exam rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly. Much more of an efficient way to get medical treatment for lower level emergencies than going to an ER.

I would highly recommend Health Care Express to others. Receptionist was welcoming and pleasant. The NP was very thorough and knowledgeable, explained to me and allowed me to ask questions. Discussed with me fully treatment plan, test results etc. The Medical Assistant was exceptional! She wassweet, caring, very professional. She seemed very knowledgeable and skilled, great personality as well.

I had an appointment. They took me to a room in a reasonable amount of time. Tested for Covid and flu. Nobody told me I would be waiting an hour for test results. It felt like they forgot I was there. Both tests came back negative so the NP had no idea and started talking about drugs she could prescribe and OTC drugs I could try. At one point she asked if I thought I needed a chest x-ray. I lost all confidence in this person and was just confused. I felt like I wasted $50 because it seemed like she was guessing. I’ve been here before and have had much better service but I won’t be back.

We were called back to the examination room quickly. My granddaughter was tested for Covid19. The results came back negative.

Very friendly staff from the front desk to the wonderful nurses to the Drs. Hope I dont have to go back but if find myself in situation where I have to will be my first choice.

I got there right at 8AM. I was having an asthma attack and on the verge of passing out. I could barely form a sentence as the receptionist asked if I made an appointment. No I didnt make an appointment, Ive been trying to breathe.Once I get in a room, 2 hours later, the nurse was AMAZING as well as the doctor!! Very thorough!! I appreciate their quickness, getting me a breathing treatment, a chest x-ray, and my medications. Thank you doctor and nurse!! (I wish I remembered their names). I truly appreciate your compassion and urgency of my situation!

A very friendly and warm environment and I received quick service and they were very patient with my playful kids.

They are always wonderful! I often cant get in to see my NP or Dr quickly enough but I can go here and get assistance, labs and results on the same day! They always answer my questions and help me to take better care of my health.

Get you in quick, providers are always caring and seem very knowledgeable! And they are right around the corner from me, so they are easy to get to.

I have been going to this urgent care for almost 4 years with never any wait time past 30 to 45 mins. I brought my son for an ear ache and just needed them to evaluate his ear and give antibiotics. The receptionist and nurse were very friendly and professional, but the nurse practitioner on site this day was very slow. There was only 1 person in front of me in the waiting room. We got back and I heard nothing in the hallways, no doors opening and closing, no discussions with the doctor and patients. After an hour and 20 min wait in the room I finally walked out and said we are leaving due to my 8 year old was ready to go. The nurse then got the NP (Heather) she came in finally and was very rude saying she was very busy and good luck getting any appt with your primary care doctor right now. Her evaluation took all of 5 mins. Every doctors I have ever seen there are always prompt and professional. I will make sure and call next time to see what Doctor is working that day.

Never had a bad experience here. They’re always pretty quick and the nurses are always nice. Receptionist is always friendly as well. If your torn between coming here or the Access Medical on SE 15th, choose this place. The other place stays open later on the weekend but it’s just not worth it.

These employees treat patients terribly. Repeatedly given them a chance to be professional, they are horrible. Find a clinic with real physicians. This place is awful.

Professional but not cold and distant, which can easily happen when you’re seeing a bunch of patients all day long.I recommend definitely, best of the ones in the area. Speedy and friendly.I felt like they didn’t just go through the motions but actually put some thought into verifying my diagnosis. Urgent care tends to miss things because they go to the most common diagnosis for the symptoms, the doctor and nurse looked a little deeper. To be fair urgent care is is at up for that, and if problems persist you’re supposed to see your pcp. But I’m sure we’ve all had those doctors and even nurses sometimes, that don’t really listen. Or take time to ask some follow up questions. They weren’t like that. I would give 5 but there’s a place in Tulsa I would go to that was consistently amazing, from every aspect. This place was very close though and again I recommend. Don’t go to that other one, it’s nearby but don’t remember name

Came in for Covid test. I am extremely well pleased and impressed. Staff and ownership is very friendly and helpful. The facility is top notch.

10/10!! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I was seen by NP Leslie and she was amazing!! She listened to everything I said and got just what I needed. Also it was a bonus that I was checked in and out within an hour.

Wait time was horrible and there was one car in parking lot. Didn’t get my prescription for my kid, ended up taking him to his pediatrician on Monday. Waste of time and money.

Provider and nurse were friendly, knowledgeable with great bedside manner. Sometimes a longer wait, but worth it.

I have always had a good experience with the friendly, speedy, and professional care I’ve received at Healthcare Express in Midwest City. Recently, I stopped in to get treated for a sinus infection. Sometimes its just easier to go in there as a walk-in patient than to try scheduling an appointment with my primary care physician. One thing I really appreciate is the easy check-in. As a repeat customer, the receptionist does not bog you down by having you fill out all your paperwork and health history every stinking time! They just ask if anything has changed from the last time you’ve been there, which is enough. Thank you, Healthcare Express!

I have never had to wait very long to be seen. Dr and nurse are very attentive and take the time to listen.

Going to urgent care isn’t fun, but it certainly is a better experience when the young lady at the check-in desk is such a nice person. She was cheerful, not distracted by other things going on, answered my questions thoroughly, and helped me with an issue. Your front office help can make or break your business…she made it. The young lady that took me to the room was very nice as well, and the doctor I saw was pleasant, quick to diagnose, discuss medication, and get me on my way.

The check in took way too long. I stood up there for 15 minutes behind someone waiting for them to finish paperwork. The check in girl was the nicest one out of everyone there. The MA was ok. Not very empathetic or all that great in all honesty. The NP or PA, whatever he is was more worried about flirting it up with his coworkers than he was getting in to the rooms. Also, no empathy whatsoever. He Didn’t even really look at me or where I was hurting and just rushed me out of there and acted annoyed when I asked questions. I feel like I paid $35 for nothing because now I’m in more pain than I was when I went there and feel like they missed something. I am going to an actual doctor (my PCP) next week to get a second opinion because she thinks they missed something as well because something just isn’t right. I should’ve just waited to see my actual doctor to save $35 which I would love back btw because of how awful the service was.

It was clean, I got in quickly, everyone was real friendly, and I got my medical needs taken care of.

I went to Healthcare Express. The staff were so caring. I didn’t have a long wait to be pulled back into a room. The nurse was very caring and sympathetic. Then the provider came in and quickly took care of me. She was very knowledgeable and skilled. I was very impressed!!! Well done!!!

Walked in earlier today April 9 and wasnt greeted or acknowledged. Waited in line with two people in front of me. When I was up next, employee didnt ask me for my information, check me in etc. I felt silly just standing there in front of wndow while being ignored plus im there because i dont feel well and needed help. I just walked out and will never be back. Ive always had good service here but they didnt want to help me today.

We’re super busy and still made sure to find the reason I wasn’t really well.

Nurse and Doctors are great. Very little wait time, very professional. Only complaint is front office was trained to charge all military $50 copay even when I showed only troops who entered service after 2018 group B should have to pay that much.

This visit was the worst visit ive had. The older blonde woman who ive never seen before was very rude. She didn’t introduce herself. She didnt look at the reason I was being seen she stood at the door the entire visit while I sat on the bed. The only thing she was concerned about was telling me i was wrong, whenever she did allow me to speak. I had to pay for that. I want a refund! Any other time i have been here was a great experience.

Needed a test for new job. Called to see if my info was still on file. Very nice staff. Booked online appt. Seen on time. Easy checkout.

My son made an online appointment and it stated arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the appointment, which he did. He sat in the waiting room for 45 min after the appointment (no one else was in the lobby ) ,when called back he then set in the room for 1 hour before I arrived. I inquired about the wait time and I was told no one knows how long it will be. The provider ( Robert Young PA-C) walks in about 15 min later and literally spent 3 min in the room and had his fire arm tucked in his pants and shirt up so it was visible. Then was told my son has bronchitis and scripts would be printed because all pharmacies were closed because it was the day after thanksgiving so take scripts tomorrow to get filled. The MA. brought the scripts in and said computers were down. Extremely unprofessional. We will not be returning!

I waited for nearly TWO HOURS after my appointment time to be seen. Im pregnant and was pretty sure I had strep throat, so I couldnt just leave, since its potentially harmful to the baby. Both health care and express clearly mean something different to this clinic than the Choctaw location. When I finally saw the provider, he spoke to me for literally less than two minutes and told me he was pretty sure I had strep. He didnt even look at the test that was taken when they put me in the room. I was only even able to leave when I broke down in the lobby because I was so miserable and one of the nurses took pity on me. HE was actually great and Im sorry he works with such a tool. By that time, my pharmacy was closed and I had to use a different one, so I couldnt just go since they would have to change it. I have three under three at home and needed the prescription immediately so they wouldnt get sick.This was a miserable experience and I will never go back. I wouldnt recommend any sick person come here unless they think a figurative kick in the teeth with their blanket prescription of amoxycillin and tylenol would help.

Your appointment system stinks. My wife returned to urgent care because her visit last week with for an ear infection has not improved. Upon arrival we were told they have no more walk in appointments for two and a half hours. They could not make an appointment for her to be seen unless we went on-line to make an appointment. I did and she could be seen in one half hour. This is rude to the patient. My complaint is that they could have made that appointment at the front desk, but would not. I had to go sit in the lobby and make an appointment on line. Where is the patient curtesy in that.

Healthcare Express is very thorough and efficient. The clinic is always clean and everyone is nice and caring. The only thing I would recommend is putting in a clinic in Luther or Wellston because we have nothing in the area.

I rushed my youngest daughter to healthcare express. And I could never explain how truly grateful I am that I made this decision. The nurses, doctor, and front desk were all fantastic with my daughter, and with me. A frantic mom who’s gone 11 years without an emergency like this, I am so thankful for the way they handled themselves and what needed to be done to help my daughter! After they took care of her, I received a call from the doctor, just checking in on her! How incredible! The level of care and compassion shown is rare!

I scheduled my appointment online. I did have to wait a little while to be called back, but thats expected. The staff was friendly and caring. I was slightly concerned when the assistant didnt seem familiar or able to pronounce a fairly common medical term Hashimoto and appeared to be using an instruction guide when taking radiographs of my ankle.

The staff is incredibly kind and compassionate. They were clear about the process, payment, and follow up procedures. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. Anytime we need emergency care we will head here.

Fast and easy only waiting a few minutes compare to the hours in a major hospital. They told me what I had gave me some proscriptions and out the door I was. Definitely will go there again.

Aways have a good experience when i go and can’t get in with my doctor

Very clean waiting room and restrooms. Staff was very pleasant and got me into an exam room quickly. Very clean exam rooms. Nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and got to the point and had answers to my issues. Open late hours very convenient. I plan on coming back again if I ever need to.

People were nice. Only complaint I have is that it took 38minutes for results of my test and then another 30min for someone to come tell me my results were negative.

The Check-in Staff was polite & efficient, my nurse was quiet spoken but explained every step (tests, jabs, etc) and answered all questions nicely; my provider doctor was very kind while askg questions to help treat me. Overall extremely impressed with my care & appreciate the online check-in and efficient time from check-in to checking out. Def recommended for any age group. Oh, place was steadily busy but not overwhelmingly crowded.

I am very upset at how long I have waited. Once I arrived I was notified I’d have a hour to hour and a half wait.. which was fine. I have since been here over two hours, while 4 people who came after me have already been called back. I asked it was because the doctor was “behind”. That does not explain why those ppl came before me, when it’s first come first serve without an appointment. Highly irritated with this place. It wouldn’t have been so bad, if the lady wouldn’t have been so rude about why.

These people are not only really nice but also very patient with their customers and their service is great. The place it’s self feels really calm and smooth. I wasn’t excepting health care clinic to be like this. Generally I get uncomfortable with these kind of places, but not this one. Would highly recommend and I will go back in the future. Thank you lots for your help.
