I love this facility. Their urgent care is very convinient for me and my kids because they are still open after I get off from work and they get you in quick! Dr. Paracha is the one we always see at the urgent care and I couldnt be any happier with the way he cares about our health. If I could give this place a 10 star, I would!
Not entirely horrible. Some of the front desk staff have poor customer service, which can be frustrating. However, the rest of the staff I encounter are welcoming and kind, which makes up for it to some extent.
I am deeply disappointed and appalled by the care my disabled mother received from Dr. Paracha at Variety Care in Oklahoma City. She visited urgent care on Friday, 10/10/25, and tested positive for a UTI. Dr. Paracha assured us her prescription would be sent to the pharmacy, and we were told we could pick it up promptly. However, when we arrived at the Walmart pharmacy, we waited over an hour only to discover that the doctor had never placed the order.I immediately called the clinic to address this issue and was told they would notify the doctor and call me back. That call never came. I followed up the next day and again today, and every time I was met with the same response: “We will let the doctor know.” Still, there was no call back or resolution.As a result of this negligence, my mother has endured a weekend of unnecessary pain and discomfort. A UTI can worsen quickly, especially in someone with her condition—she is disabled due to Parkinson’s and relies on Medicaid and Medicare for her care. It is horrifying to think about the harm caused by such incompetence and disregard for a patient’s well-being.This level of carelessness is unacceptable and deeply concerning. It shows a lack of compassion and professionalism, especially for patients with complex medical conditions. I hope this feedback prompts immediate improvements to your processes so no one else has to endure the same neglect my mother experienced and I plan to report this incident to both the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision and Medicaid/Medicare for investigation. Doctors and clinics must be held accountable for their actions—or lack thereof—when their negligence directly harms patients. Variety Care and Dr. Paracha have failed to meet even the most basic standards of care.
Doctor was great. Staff does not pay attention, the girl that vaccinated my baby was listening to music on her earphones, I COULD HEAR HER MUSIC. She didn’t put the band-aid right. 😓 I wasn’t finished with my paperwork , they seemed in a rush, it was pretty empty there. I left and nobody asked me for my paperwork..
Bedside manner was horrible. My 9 yr old was shamed for her weight and sent home crying by a doctor she has seen almost her whole life! Im changing pediatric services
Front Desk ladies are very nice and helpful! Dr. Cahill is a great Physician and I highly recommend any anyone with children to go see her for care.
Staff needs to be trained better or something the ones that check you in half of the time look confused the urgent care always says they are booked or don’t have space when they are open till 7 I went at 3pm and they told me they were book for the rest of the day no one was in there I don’t like this or strakas locations for urgent care they never have space
Very nice staff and are fast checking in the lady that checked me in was very courteous and helpful even though I couldnt hear her she was very nice 🙂👍🏼
I absolutely love this place. The staff are always so kind. My baby’s doctor is Brenda Nguyen. She really cares about her patients & is so informative & patient with every question we have ! 10/10
Worst clinic I’ve ever been too. They argued about giving a doctors statement when it was so easy. It took almost an hour to even be seen. When finally got back there, there wasn’t even anyone in the back. So, what was the hold up! The doctor acting inexperienced on baby’s running a fever and when they can return to daycare. They gave us the run around. Not going back and wouldn’t recommend!
It was my first time going to the Lafayette location. My daughter saw Dr Cheng and she loved her. The 2 girls in the Pod 1 reception are very nice and helpful. They helped me set up MyChart, I constantly seen the girls sanitizing which I loved especially during this season.
If I could give no stars I would. First of all I waited with my 1 year old child for 30-40 minutes to even be seen. My baby has RSV so I met with Dr. Karen Cheng. I explained how we went to emergency room and everything and I also explained how I needed a doctors note for work bc I missed so many days from my baby being sick. She told me Ladies in front would be able to help me. She also said that RSV takes about 10 days to get over. I go to front desk to see about doctors note, Dr. Cheng told these ladies that my child could return to daycare the next day. Like how is that possible when he was running fever and throwing up very same day. Everybody knows kids can’t return until 24-48 without fever or vomiting. Then the lady drafted up an unprofessional letter that had all kind of grammatical errors, like I can’t give this to my job….. WHO IS THIS FOR? It just was a waste of time. The Doctor said something else and did a totally different thing. My baby is running a fever now. I probably have to take him somewhere else to be checked up on and get an actually doctors note for my job so I can take care of my child without being fired. Thanks!

Your house and service is no good youll be waiting to make appointment and it says 15 minutes then it goes to 25 minutes then it goes to 30 minutes you need to do something better on trying to make an appointment because right now you cannot get a new meeting appointment and when you do the people that ask the phone a very, very rude Im trying to make appointment for my grandson for the last two weeks and cant even get in there because of the people that work there it was our schedule is very very rude. I love you Psychiatrist, its very sad how the system is Ron there when it comes to key is that a C can you try to make appointment those girls to schedule a very very rude
I been here about 3 times and every time melanie (pod 1) is there to attend me and locate me where I need to go! She help’s me sign out papers and is patient with me. She’s sweet and very professional.
My kids go here their provider is Valerie price, she is amazing. The staff is always friendly, also I never have to wait long once I get there they get seen right away
They don’t move like a medical office at all. Waited more than a week for results that don’t take that long, they didn’t contact me regarding my results. I had to continue to call and make a fuss. Overall I would not recommend and will not be back.
A week after scheduling I was told the day was not appropriate and was given a new day. Went over everything needed for my kids appt. after showing up 45 minutes early I was told they would not see my kid due to their incompetence of what needed done.WILL NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND.

Everytime I have an appointment here I wait at least 30min to see my doctor. Or 45min. I cant wait to stop coming here!!!!!! The variety care on Portland and on Britton has never allowed me to wait past my appointment time.
I been going there for 7 yrs now n i never had any problems at all.The girls are all nice n they all speak english n are very polite.Not once have they ever been rude to me or my children. The medicare place is the best they handle all of that for you,I love it..

Maribel Martinez, an employee at this establishmet has the WORST ATTITUDE towards the customers. She makes people feel like they are helpless, and she makes it seem that she has total controll and power over everything. She is more worried about making people feel dumb rather than helping them. Someone needs to remind her that she is there to help and guide people and fix her bad attitude.

Great place. Not too long of waiting. WIC office and Soonercare ! Plus doctors but I dont recommend taking your children to theses doctors . But the WIC is awesome and the Soonercare assistance is fine.
Good service the longest we wait is no more then 5-10mins once u check in. I have two daughters (2yrs & 4yrs) here and they r very patient with them.
If i could give a 0 I would the staff is no good and rude and turn around and talk in spanish because they think you dont understand but I do i speak fluent spanish and do a spanish commercial so I understood even though they thought i didnt and also told me that my son could be seen and was not seen because reason 1 Dr was over booked Reason 2 the Dr is only allowed so many patients a day & last but not least reason 3 the Dr had already left...So what the truth variety care since I got 3 diffrent answers!!!!
Why are masks required still? Half of the people don’t wear them correctly and I still contacted COVID WITH a mask! This place is putting importance on the wrong things.
Pathetic services. The eye doctors failed to notice me about a serious condition I have which is something that I shouldve been told. I dont know if this is because staff arent educated in what they do OR if they didnt really care to tell me, but rather treat me like a part of their paycheck.
Been going here since I was 13 best place to get bc and just to make sure u don’t have any stds or anything and there good to talk to about sex and where you are not feeling judged!

They take a long time to answer and they also call them and they are stupid to answer, they just hear the phone ringing and they dont answer just because they are talking and talking to each other, that is not fair, one also wastes their time waiting for them to answer.
