I had a very professional visit with Dr. Regina Farrell. The visit was on time and I was asked on several occasions what my goals for the appointment and treatment were. We collaboratively discussed treatment. I got a referral to a wonderful pelvic physical therapist. So nice to have an office and professionals who do such a good job.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I gave birth here at newark and wished I didnt. Nursing staff at appointments were very kind, but I didnt get that experience with the doctors. During labor, the nurse made a very rude comment right before I delivered, and I couldnt wait until she left the room.At my 6 week follow up appointment, the physician was dismissive of the issues I was facing postpartum. At my annual visit, I received a bill as an OB issue I discussed during the visit was not considered preventative. The billing office informed me I should know my insurance policy beforehand, which I do. I was dismissed again and told to follow up somewhere else. Please save yourself time/money and find an OB office that cares. The only doctor I would recommend left the practice and now I understand why. As a Healthcare professional myself Im appalled at the care and lack of empathy I received while I was a patient here.

Today was the first time in a long time I had been to an OBGYN . ( I know , I know ) . I thought from the moment I walked through the doors it was welcoming and the workers were very friendly ! From speaking to the receptionist(s) , the P.A and then seeing and speaking to Dr.Regina I was happy with all of them . They were all nice and above all , understanding! I would def . recommend their office to others ! Thank you to the womens center for being amazing !

I found the staff to be cold and very unfriendly. Dr. Alex has no bedside manner and was very clinical and dismissive. The only friendly face is the receptionist. I. Had a very painful biopsy done and I cried out and received no comfort. I asked my Primary DR about doing my paps because I won’t go back there ever again!

I gave 5 stars but really I wish I could do 25 because they were that fantastic !I was absolutely soooo nervous before my appointment, mainly because of my past experience with my last OB... From the moment I walked into the door the staff was unbelievably comforting! Margaret, Jen and the doctor Emily were so sweet and calmed my nerves instantly. Since going to OBGYN since I was 15 I have never felt comfortable up until now and it was all because of the wonderful staff!!! A special thanks to the ladies for taking such great care of me and fanning me until I felt better! :)

Id give no stars if I could. The women working here are completely unprofessional. I opted out of some elective blood work and I could hear the staff talking about me and several other patients while I was waiting to see the doctor. They were saying how they induced a patient because they couldnt stand to listen to her anymore. Then they said how Ill be sue happy when my baby dies. SO unprofessional and utterly mortifying. They treat me like Im less than. Could not be more disappointed with the lack of empathy or basic humanity from the staff of this office.

Very frustrating dealing with the call center to make an appointment. The nurse practitioner that I see, Kay Hausman is fantastic! If I could use her for everything I would. Two years ago when I called to make an appointment they told me she was no longer seeing patients. Since I never received anything in the mail I emailed her. That was not true and she saw me for my annual exam. I just called two weeks ago to make my annual appointment and was told to call back in September because her October schedule was not open. I called today and they tell me (again) she is not seeing patients. The girl on the phone told me that she is out. When I asked if she was returning and what that meant for her patients she didnt know. I work in Cardiology and I know the front desk doesnt always have the answers however, if your physician is no longer going to be seeing patients, retiring, moving to administration etc you need to let your patients know.

Patient of 25 years now..The wait time on the phone & once youre there is ridiculous, I have left twice now due to waiting an hour & a half + with NO communication to me from the staff, even when I repeatedly asked BC I had to be at work. Disappointing. Dr sharma is very knowledgeable, however, she is ALWAYS in such a rush (bc they are ALWAYS so behind), that every time I have seen her, I have left with even more questions than when I went in. She literally comes in, washes her hands, VERY quickly measures & checks heartbeat, washes her hands again & says okay, see you next time. Always with a smile, always with no info or questions asked. Dr Alex has a very short & rough around the edges manner (not much bedside manner at all). Emily debadts has left me feeling judged on 3 occasions, not awesome when youre needing support. Their saving grace is Naomi, she should start her own practice :).

I was very nervous to go to the womans clinic because I hadnt been since before Covid. The staff at the Newark Clinic was amazing, supportive and comforting. I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended by me.

Dr. Alex is the only doctor in this office I would ever see, my experiences with the others leave alotnro be desired. Dr Alex listens and actually communicates with you about your womens health, pregnancy, surgical concerns. Staff can be short mannered, but office if usually super busy.

Lost my labs. I sent multiple attempts to receive them and just kept getting transferred to the wrong places. Never have I spoken to a kind receptionist and the last one raised her voice at me and then hung up. I am so over this medical center and refuse to trust them with my body or infant care. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. Lack of professionalism!!! Horrific treatment. 26 weeks pregnant and you cant sort this out!

Wife spent almost 45minutes in the waiting room and 45 minutes waiting to see a doctor they need to change how they schedule paitents it is absolutley ridiculous seeing how most of thier paitens are pregnat or women with small children. Its also infriateing that they took another women who was an hour late ahead of us she should have been turned away

Id really give 0 if I could im not sure rather to trust this doctors office or not. Staff are very unprofessional and I had a nurse lie to me about test results which oh have been released but doctor wont let me review them.. but was quick to say I needed a hysterectomy with no test ran prior... be careful and watch Dr. Alex and the nurses.. I personally will probably be seeking a third and forth opinion
