The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The whole operation is well organized and efficient. I appreciate the existence of this place and the care that they provide.

They refused to provide me service to get the monkey pox vaccine for a second time when we are in the middle of an outbreak claiming that they were not taking more patients for the day. But yet no where online or in the website says you need to be there at a specific time in order to be seen. I commuted a whole hour to get there and it was 3pm (the clinic closes 3:30pm). After my frustration, I asked the front lady why and before she could even answer a woman claiming to be the manager responded me in a extremely defensive and unnecessary way telling me that just because they close at 3:30pm doesnt mean I will get their service. The attitude was unnecessary and I wont go back. If they dont take more patients at any point of the day their website should say so.

Bureaucracy without any accountability. Spent 3.5 hours to get a single dose of mpox vaccine. I think their city contract terms should be reviewed. They clearly seem keen on making sure work expands to fill the time available. Employees stroll back from lunch whenever even though the official line is were short-staffed. Had to break-up multiple instances of staff just chatting away in the hallways with an enquiry about my estimated wait time. That would scurry them back to their offices. Really bad experience overall.

Really great experience here. Everyone was extremely warm and kind. Service was fast and comfortable. Environment was clean and welcoming.

The doctor was super nice and informative. There was inevitably some wait time but the whole process felt quite efficient. Ill share my timeline below for anyone who wants some reference. Overall it took me around 1.5 hrs total to see the doctor and get all the tests, and honestly its incredible that all of this is free (I know its not free as we all pay taxes but its a good use of the money). Highly recommend.Arrived 8:14, 5 people ahead of me.By 8:30 they start letting people in and separating the lines based on the service we need. There are around 13 people in line by now.By 9:00 I finished all the registration for first time patient.By 9:40 I was called in by the doctor, and by 10:00 I got treatment and finished all testing.

Very professional, friendly staff. Welcoming environment, and was in and out under an hour. Wish there were more more places like this, they do great work for the public

It’s true what people say about this place — half the time it’s closed for no reason and the manager turns people away saying they’re short staffed.

It was the worse place that I ever went for ask for help. The people has no pacient and they are completly lost to give information for non citizens. I felt terrible when I leave the place

This place is definitely a gift! I cannot say enough good things about this center, the staff, and services. The staff is extraordinary and friendly, and I always feel at great ease with them. The services and testing are extremely efficient and quick, and I am always very surprised. I went in the middle of the week and it was not busy. I always do an online scheduled appointment beforehand a week before just in case and this is the best way to guarantee a quick visit. I appreciate this center very much!

I was here accompanying a friend of mine and arrived at 2:10pm. A dismissive lady told us it was a bad time to come. Even though hours posted state closing is at 3:30pm. She was also somewhat confrontational. I get that people want to go home exactly at 330. However, I explained the urgency for my buddy. The office manager TOTALLY redeemed the place. I even apologized for being a bit short fused, but my friend was gonna just give up and go home while in pain!! After the office manager assessed the situation he was seen right away. Thank you to all the staff for your professionalism!

I hadn’t been to this location in nearly 5 years and it’s changed a bit. I arrived a just before 9am when I was told the office opens at 8:30. There were about 8 people ahead of me. At around 9:15 a security officer came out to ask what each person was there for and hen separated the lines accordingly. By 10am I got into the clinic and waited maybe 30 more minutes before I was called. I really got along with the staff as they were all polite and always gave eye contact. I especially bonded with the nurse, Evelyn. She and the entire staff were very helpful in understanding procedure and with how to set up for potential future visits. I live in Harlem and for the last few years it’s been consistently miserable with the website saying they provide services but them telling you they don’t. Or they would require you register online but the website would either crash or tell you to go into the clinic instead…. typical NYC runaround. Coming to the Chelsea Clinic was a pleasant surprise in how just all around great they are. Still, be prepared to wait even if you cannot figure out how to make an appointment (which nearly impossible).

So so so kind and patient. Got there early so barely any wait, everyone was so welcoming and sweet. I’m a fainter, and they were some of the most accommodating and understanding staff I’ve experienced in the city. Can’t speak highly enough.

I got there at 9am on a Wednesday and I was finished by 1030. only a few people ahead of me. process was seamless and everyone was really nice. I’m waiting for insurance to activate at new job so this was a great option - completely free and very thorough.

Great Clinic, with great staff. it’s a very clean & comfortable setting. wasn’t many people which lead to no waiting. Great for free HIV/STI testing. But other close related questions can be asked too. I highly recommend for men and women.

I was referred here by a friend a few months ago. I arrived very early, there was a bit of a wait, as expected, but not to long. The facility was clean and followed the COVID protocols, which I appreciated. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was assisted by Evelyn who was phenomenal and made me feel very comfortable. I do plan on returning and recommending the clinic to others.

Always had a great experience here. Very thorough staff and friendly too. Get there around 8am to be in the first group to get seen. Evelyn is amazing, sad to hear she won’t be downstairs anymore but she has always been a blessing. Also Maria the phlebotomist, so kind and caring.

The std clinic service here is getting better and better each time I must say Comparing to before Covid. It was maybe a 1.4 out of 5 star for me then. So thanks and Keep up with the good work!Especially the express testing service here in and out in 30 minutes, not including the queue. Therefore, I would suggest to arrive before 8 am in the morning or 11:45am before they go for lunch, if you want to get in and out. Also, they apparently refuse intakes whenever they reach capacity of the day.

My first time ever at a clinic. Evelyn is amazing! She gave me the information I needed, she made me feel comfortable and truly took care of me. I definitely feel safe here and Im so glad these services exist in such a great place !

I had an amazing experience at the clinic (Remember you must get an appointment for testing). Fast and very educational service, I was already done with my testing after 25 minutes. Workers at the clinic were kind and helpful when answering a couple of questions I had and the way the educate people is very kind. People usually have the idea that public services arent good which might be true however the service at the clinic was outstanding.

Grateful for this location. FYI lunch breaks seem to be 12-1pm for the express clinic....

Yes, it takes a lot of time, but that is because they are so thorough. Everyone was wonderful, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable. I got there 20 minutes before they opened and was number 15, so I would recommend getting there early.

I worked with Leah about two months ago for a check up. She and the rest of the staff were incredibly patient, professional and generous of spirit. I found the facility to be completely clean and comfortable. My results were thorough and returned quickly. New York can be a hard place to find caring staff, especially in the medical field. I felt well taken care of and respected. When the clinic did not provide one specific resource I needed, the doctor I worked with (Leah) took it upon herself to research and connect me with a facility that could follow through with any other needs I had. My hope is that this facility is continuously and properly funded for being a positive and safe space. It provides so much to young people at an affordable, if not free, price. Very grateful for this lighthouse in the city.

My visit to the Chelsea Sexual Health Clinic was easily one of the best medical experiences of my life. All of the staff I worked with were attentive, patient, and kind.Leah, the nurse practitioner I worked with, was particularly wonderful. The rapport she built with me is unmatched in any other medical relationship I have ever had, and I felt as though she was completely transparent with me about the service I was receiving. She also recommended my new favorite bagel, pumpernickel everything, which I will save for another review.But in all honesty, this place was efficient, clean, and confidential. I did not have to provide proof of insurance which is really important for a lot of queer people who cannot be transparent with their families about their identity. I would go back to the Chelsea Sexual Health Clinic in a heartbeat and will use their services in the future for all of my sexual health needs.

Some experience and tips to share if you’re considering to visit1. They have two types of visit: (a) doctor visit (b) express testing only (this sharing is based on my doctor visit)2. No appointment required, walking in is totally fine. In fact, I could not find any appointment info😅3. EVERYTHING is FREE!! They don’t ask for insurance information. The site also don’t do any billings.4. You should expect a long wait (it’ll take roughly 3 hours from you start waiting in the line to the end of the visit, if you’re seeing a doctor)5. Check the weather and dress accordingly, because you’ll be waiting outside of the building for a while.6. No need to check-in when you arrive, just join the line. The staff will come out to ask if you’re seeing a doctor or just here for the testing. If your seeing a doctor, they will give you a ticket. If you just wanna do the testing, they will pretty likely to bring you in to the building and skip the line.7. Arrive no later than 9:30 for morning visits if you’d like to see a doctor. Because they have have a capacity limit and might not give you a ticket for doctor visit if you get there too late. I got there at 9am and my order is #23.8. All the staffs are super nice, welcoming, patient, respectful and inclusive. No discriminative things observed.9. It’s an all-in-one facility. You can get test, doctor diagnosis, and treatment all at once in a well organized order.10. You can get test results notifications via emails and texts if you provide those. You can also check on their patient portal when it’s available.They’re just really bad at marketing and it’s hard to find much information about the site, but regarding the fact that it’s 100% free and the amazing experience, there’s literally nothing to blame about. Hope this can help. (I myself was really confused before visiting but turned out was a really good site overall)Definitely recommended!

Going to this clinic has been a very positive experience for me. Specifically I would like to mention Leah Strock N.P. My first visit she made me feel very welcomed to NYC as I am a recent California transplant. She is very sex and body positive and I felt supported by her treatment and bedside manner. I received her care on a second visit and she recognized me from a previous visit and I had another very positive experience. She is very professional and also helped me to feel that my care was in good hands. The rest of the staff was also very professional and courteous, and I had an overall excellent experience. My only constructive criticism would be to streamline the computer systems, especially for returning clients, as I had to answer repeatedly the same questions with several staff members. Thank you for your service!

Everything was fast and efficient I had a blood work drawn from the friendliest and most gentle phlebotomist by the name of Nitay and I’m forever grateful for his calming energy and kind words.and doctor chung was really sweet and informative and very fast with working and getting u in and out but not like in a rushing way.

Staff was incredibly helpful, from beginning to end. Two visits, and everyone was outstandingly helpful. Nurse Practitioner Kathleen Chiu, was amazingly kind and very knowledgeable; made me feel safe, cared for, and informed me in detail of everything we were doing. There was very little wait, everything was done in an exact, timely manner, and everyone was very respectful all around. I would highly recommend this location for anyone who needs information, support or guidance, regarding sexual health be it preventive or corrective. It is very accessible, and again, everyone was very helpful. Thank you so much.

I had an amazing experience at this clinic. The space is very modern and clean. Each professional that I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They made me feel very good. Their system of testing For STD and giving you the results is very easy and fast. The doctor was extraordinaire and went out of his way to assist me and care for me. And I didn’t pay a dime. I’m very very thankful to them.

Wow - I cant believe services like this exist at free or little charge.Overall, my experience was great. The staff was compassionate, the wait time was under 30 minutes and the process was smooth.Also, they seem to be using pretty modern day technology. I found out almost all my results within 5 hours (1 test took a few days).

I have a question! I want to get a routine STI screening, is it free only if you have an nyc ID? I am a queens resident and have mail to prove it but I do not have a New York ID

I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s the first place I’ve found that does testing without needing medical insurance, so I was expecting a longer wait, but I was in and out in just over an hour. The technician who took my blood was so sweet and catered to me since I often get faint from having my blood drawn. They’re big on privacy which I super appreciate. Need more places like this in our country to make sure we’re serving our underprivileged groups & prevent the spread of STDs! Note: I went at like 5:10pm on a Tuesday (the only day that they’re open in the evening) and the wait didn’t seem to get longer the whole time I was there. Can’t speak to the wait time on other days/at other times 🤷‍♀️

This place was simply amazing. The best clinic I EVER went to. The workers are all super nice. I went for the free STD check and the service here was phenomenal (and all the workers are really happy and make you feel relaxed). Shout out to Candace who was extremely comforting and professional. Id definitely recommend coming here.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff are all so kind, non-judgmental, and knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable talking to them honestly and openly about my health concerns. They are very sensitive to the needs of queer patients. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and recently renovated. Also it was 100% free. I didn’t have to provide insurance or a card or anything. I was tested and treated without paying a dime.I 100% recommend that you go here for any sexual health needs.

I was due for routine checkup. As a foreigner, I was a little hesitant, but from the moment I walked in, the security guard was really friendly and explained what to do. All the nurses/doctors were helpful and friendly. Being able to get my results online was great as I was travelling. So I’m glad I went and got my checkup, and I thank the staff for making my visit pleasant and not daunting!

Incredible experience! I only came in for a routine STI check-up and the staff are incredible. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions about the clinic’s history and the tests I was about to undergo. I was feeling light headed before the tests and they gave me pretzels and nuts which made me feel a lot better. Thank you so much for all the care you showed me. I just went in, things were quick and simple - however, they need an update in their blood borne pathogens training. The person who drew my blood dropped the opened needle packet on the ground, proceeed to pick it up to put into my arm. Literally rolled eyes at me when I asked for a fresh pack and fresh gloves after touching the literal ground underneath the draw chair. Otherwise the experience was easy and chill lol

During times of uncertainty, this clinic has been the most caring and responsive of facilities. They are great for screening, testing, and treatment. The staff is all AMAZING. All caring, friendly, and willing to help - the best experience. Thank you for helping others with such passion!

I was standing in line outside for 2.5 hours until I was called and then I waited another 1.5 hour in the waiting room. They only have one doctor. The person who does the intake process takes a 20 minute break after each patient. If they are understaffed why dont they shut-down the clinic or on their website let people know that it takes 5 hours to get tested. The staff are very slow and waste so much time walking around and chatting. Very in inefficient. Waste of tax payer money like anything else that City does.

This was my first time at this clinic and it was the best experience I ever had. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. The quality of customer service I received I would definitely encourage and recommend everyone going because they accept all whether you have health insurance or not. Keep up the great work. Dont waste your time here. Tried to go in with my husband today to his appointment. I was informed that I had to wait outside the building (yes... outside) for him to finish, despite my telling the ladies in the front that he is my husband, and I have the legal right to be there. I have never felt so humiliated or disrespected in my life. I understand there are protocols to follow, but that does NOT give a person the right to outright disrespect another person... even when one party is on the job. Cruel and disrespectful receptionist definitely left a horrible taste in my mouth. PLEASE find others who will be able to show kindness, compassion, and respect- three things that are sorely lacking with this office.UPDATE: In response to the response below, I did inform the front desk staff, upon return, that it was essential for me to be in the visit, as the reason for my husbands visit directly impacts my physical health. I continued to be disrespected and made to feel as though I was doing something wrong, despite advocating for my legal right to be seen by a medial professional. Policy or not, the way I was treated was horrible. I stand by my initial assessment that the front desk receptionists be coached in how to show compassion for those seeking medical attention, no matter the reason.

Beyond obsessed with this spot! Going for STI testing is rarely something you look forward to but everyone here is so kind and friendly and efficient that it’s legit an enjoyable experience. I went on a Tuesday (when they have evening hours) and was in and out in less than an hour – but not before sharing some laughs and sweet moments with the great staff!

The atmosphere is bright, colorful and welcoming. The clinic is accessible and on the first floor. Triage and Registration takes no time at all. I was serviced by Evelyn and she is just a joy! 10/10 would reccomend. It feels good to be in the know on whats going on with my body. So happy to have taken the time today. (less than 45 mins)

This place is amazing, I learned a lot of stuff I didnt know like Prep and PEP. The staff is awesome so nice and polite, specially Evelyn she was so nice , full of knowledge. You will learn and have fun with her. Also I want to highlight the facilities in the building, new and spotless. Thank YOU guys, it was my first time there, we have to make sure our sexual life is okay, its really important and testing every 4/ 6 months if you have an active sexual life.

Chelsea clinic is AMAZING. I learn stuff while in the waiting room, I go at 08:30AM and I’m always out in 25 minutes. They have a great app, I get results same day. They are so supportive and knowledgeable. Every time I go I learn how to better take care of me and my partner, what options are available for healthy sex lives, and IT’S FREE!! So thankful.

You have to come on the earlier side, before 11a if possible. Been like this since BEFORE the pandemic. I’ve been going here for about 3 or 4 years and it’s always been like this, though I’m sure it’s more strict now due to the pandemic. It’s a free clinic, if you really need the free services make sure you get there early. I , too, have been turned away for coming too late, and this was 2018/2019. Everyone I have ever interacted with here (over about 5 visits) has been very respectful and professional. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, they have been really helpful thru a couple scary times.

Discriminates against trans people openly. Misgenders clients to their faces after being corrected and looking at paperwork confirming their gender. Highly unprofessional and gross behavior.

It says no appointments. Why did you ask if I had an appointment? I would if I could. No, instead I waited to be told they were at capacity. In fact, they could have told me earlier, but apparently they need to wait between people in line to inform them I guess. I saw them dismiss the person in front of me and because I couldnt hear them, I waited an extra ten minutes for them to tell me.Also the website has no information. Get a Twitter or something; at least that way there is better communication.

They are so polite here and sweet. Only location I go to. People forget that sometimes getting std testing can be a bit uncomfortable for people (esp younger adults). This staff are welcoming and warm and are sincerely compassionate

Such institutions deserve a special place in my heart invoking a glimpse of hope in the human kind. Professional, fast (faster than most of the private clinics), and free (pay/use insurance if you can). You are from nyc and you do not have their test-report web account? -- I am not sleeping with you.

The team here is great and Evelyn that took my express HIV was nice and professional, its so clean and modern and so fast very well organized, we need more clinics and people like this working all over the city and the Bronx Brooklyn Queens and state island. This place has only gotten better and same days results for HIV Express and blood work in 5 days Wow this is really good.

I have been to the clinic many times across an arch of many years. It is great that this place exists and offers a high quality, free service.

Everyone I’ve spoken to here is super friendly. They make you feel comfortable which is important if you’re coming here in the first place. Dashia Landrum in particular was super friendly and sweet, and did her job in the most personable way I’ve experienced which again, is important in a facility such as this. 100% recommend this health clinic for anyone in need of it.

Credit where credit is due, the team here are fantastic. I’ve never had such a great experience from a team of doctors, nurses and office support. Friendly, uplifting, supportive and non judgemental. The facility is clean, modern and informative. I am glad I choose this clinic

So far this place is horrible. I go there and theres a huge line just for staff to come out and say the system is going down. Okay, I understand but she then says go on the website to call and make an appointment. Nobody there wants to pick up the phone and when they do they hang up immediately. How is this staff that cares. Its obvious they do not. Look else where.

This morning at 2/11/2021 at 1030 am I received the up most best care while visiting the Chelsea health clinic. After over hearing that this clinic was short staffed I instantly got frustrated thinking I was going to spend my whole day off there. Upon my being checked in a staff member greeted my with the most friendly voice and smile through her mask following all COVID safety procedures. Her name was EVELYN. Evelyn was very engaging while triaging, multitasking go get everything done safely and correct.Also, not to mention when it came time for my blood work to be drawn. The phlebotomist Gilfred Rivera greeted me poise and professionalism. I instructed Mr. Gilfred that I sometimes pass out and he immediately showing compassion made me feel comfortable with asking me the proper questions to instill that I would be ok throughout the process. Mr.Gilfred was engaged and completely sanitary following the COVID safety preventions. BIG SHOUTOUT TO THESE TWO !!

I was so thankful to access the free services and amazing patient care at this clinic. Evelyn and the lead phlebotomist (I forget her name, but she was from Puerto Rico) were SO sweet and easy to talk to. THE BEST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE Ive ever had, honestly. NYC finally did something right.

The MD office closes at 2pm due to over capacity is ridiculous. I understand due to covid you have capacity restrictions but I have been here twice at 2pm and 3pm both days they said I cannot visit the MD due to over capacity. You NEED to open back up other facilities in Queens to resolve this issue like the Corona clinic. I have traveled so far into Manhattan just to receive this disappointment. Please figure out this capacity issue or open other branches back again.

100% free STD tests. They are closed 12:00-1:00 everyday for lunch. I believe you can make an appointment online. I walked up at 12:15. Waited for them to reopen after lunch at 1:00. I was all done at 1:50.

Evelyn Quintana welcomed me and assisted me. She was super kind and positive! She really helped me feel really comfortable here while getting tested for STIs.

Really nice and helpful staff, was in there for testing and it took about 5 minutes to do all tests. Very convenient clinic to go to, they also answered all my questions without any judgement. You get your different results back in 1 minute/3 hours/5 days

Went in for an annual testing check up and was AMAZED by how fast, kind and welcoming this place and the people were. They create a a very safe environment for LGBTQ people and for anyone going in who is a little nervous about testing.

Not sure about other cities, but service like this in NYC is just outstanding, sweet and caring. Great place for annual std check. Felt so warm after my first visit here on a chilly day! Thank you to all the staff here!❤️

Ive had great experiences here and really appreciate this place. As an LGBTQ patient I felt very welcomed and they were thorough and knowledgeable.

Administrators like Grace and Deja really help to make patients and prospective clients of this clinic have a positive experience in receiving information and STI healthcare.The doctors also are professional and diligent in their work. The standard of care here in Chelsea is high even if the lines are lengthy and volumes of stress are greater than usual. The icing on the cake is the state of the art medical office. It’s so clean like a quality hospital should be, except it’s just a NYC Clinic that’s open for us all; funded by the State and City of New York. Good job Chelsea.

This place is amazing and has been great in the past but be advised at the moment they are only testing people for STIs who are under 21 for some reason because of the pandemic - if you need to get tested look elsewhere; unless you are under 21.I’m only posting this here because there is no information about this at all online anywhere and no phone number to callIf you need PREP or PEP services I think they alsoassist on this, but not sure. The person working when I went was pretty vague and unclear about everything and just handed me a huge packet of 100 places that maybe could help (it took calling about 15 of them before anyone could point me in the right direction)I suggest making some phone calls to some clinics if you are in need of sexual health needs right now during the pandemic (Community Healthcare Network was very helpful)

The clinic is up and running!I went to get tested 03/14/18. I had wonderful experience, the staff was very friendly and efficient. Def recommend to come to this facility to get tested. The Renovation is really nice .

Such a great facility ruined by the nasty attitude of the Latina NYPD guard at the front desk. I heard her speak to a man in the most nasty manner.

I have lived in New York for a year and the hardworking folx at Chelsea Sexual Health Clinic have been helpful (it also helps when youre friendly and patient). Whether Grace and Daisha helping with the initial stage, Leah and Kathleen(?) during the STI/HIV tests or Ramirez(?) in support with the various services when you need a hand up in tough times.Everyone brought service, humor and emotional intelligence. Social Services is incredibly important to the community and the practitioners in this space are passionate and (often) overworked.If you are reading this and unsure if this is for you... its for EVERYONE.Just remember to be kind to the folx who help you.

Dashia Landrum is very easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable ....I would give the center 5 stars but the division of those who receive treatment and those coming in for a check up is very obvious and uncomfortable therefore i will not be coming to this facility again

Everyone here are like a angels, a compassionate care, but they should put,or holding to the exit door two alcohol dispenser to erase some bacteria or germs from hand, when the people leaving. I got sick after I left that place.( I saw a kind of dispenser in other facilities)

Said they would send me my important time sensitive medication to my pharmacy, never did. Cause me a lot of pain trying to figure out that mess

They close at 3pm today I walk in at 1pm and this lady tells me she’s not taking no one else. It’s 1pm! Tomorrow is a holiday and not that many places are open. 1 star. I would speak to someone else but they never answer their phones.

I was today in the sexual clinic at Chelsea, and I was so stressed, cuz I get a partner notification, but everybody there was amazing , so warming with me , they help me to reduce my anxiety, I get a test and actually treatment as part of the service . I would like today thanks all staff and if you need to get STD’ s screening go there and believe me you will feel so protected and welcomed.Thanks

Attentive and friendly staff. Came here to get a regular STD screening. They made me feel so comfortable. They answered all the questions I had. Lastly, this place is very clean!

This place is doing God’s work. The people who work here are kind, personable and FAST. Evelyn was especially friendly and made an unpleasant experience way easier. Highly recommend.

It’s a nice,clean facility with nice workers… when you can ACTUALLY GET INSIDE. Please plan to stand outside in the heat or cold for AT LEAST 2 hours when you come here for treatment.

I feel i wasnt treated as well as they should have. Went there for help / a shot for my problem and didnt receive any . So now Im waiting for riverside clinic to open . Im treated much better there.

A very rude receptionist said that they closed while laughing with all the other co-workers at 3:20 pm. How are you supposed to make it if they open only until 3:30 pm only on the weekdays?! Insane!!!!!

The nurse checking me in got a paper cut as she was unwrapping my testing supplies. I asked if she was bleeding and she said, a little, then continued to unwrap the swabs I was supposed to use. When she handed me everything, I could see a smear of her blood on the inside of the swabs packaging. I walked right outside, threw everything into the trash, and left to find the nearest sink to wash my hands.

Do you guys only service people from manhatten? I came there 2 days ago and was told that you werent testing my age group. I have been there before and have not had this issue. Nobody saw me and I was shown the door and told to talk to a provider in my neighborhood.

Amazing folks, clear about wait times and really do help you go fast. Treatment and testing with dignity and understanding.

The testing area(left side) staff were very friendly, helpful and quick. Highly recommend. Also its free of charges.

The person at the reception is the best at his job. Very fast results.

The waiting time was about 4 hours including the examination, but I was given free medicine and a doctors examination.The Japanese interpreter was also quite talented and the process went smoothly.Its a very nice hospital.

Without a doubt it is one of the worst places. The medical staff is rude, they judge you as if they were Gods or perfect bodies. There are almost no staff who assist you in Spanish, it is almost a humiliation for them that you speak another language. Go to other places where you do matter.

The service is very good, the problem is that the card they give you to check your results does not work, the new patientportal website still does not work and there is no way, I sent an email for help 5 days ago and I still have not received a response
