Have been to this office twice and always have a smooth, helpful experience. Most recently had a really awesome experience with Bruce the medical assistant who is so kind, positive, and professional (and really set the tone for the visit). Anna the NP does an outstanding job of listening to my concerns, sharing her straightforward insight, and offering solutions to my issues.

Dr. Kletsman is great! Very knowledgeable, always answers any question I have, listens to every detail I provide and really cares for his patients. Along with a referral he usually gives a list of recommended doctors which makes the search much easier. Guys at the reception are great too as well as nurses, everybody are nice and amazing team players. Today I really needed to get an appointment asap so I called at about 8 am and they squeezed me in for the afternoon. After that I could pick up my meds and start my treatment in the evening. The clinic itself is small, clean, and I never saw more than 2 people in the waiting area. Its usually one person or none, so Im not worried about catching some additional virus.

Dr. Anna Fleisher and the whole team at NY Medical Midtown is exceptional. I’ve been their patient for more than 5 years. During every visit, Dr.Anna shows genuine attention to my health concerns and takes time to listen carefully to all my symptoms. Her extensive medical knowledge is impressive - she has consistently and effectively helped diagnose and treat my various health issues. What I appreciate most is how comfortable she makes me feel during appointments. She explains everything thoroughly and always develops treatment plans that work well for me. The entire medical office runs smoothly, making each visit a positive experience. You can always reach the office by phone. There is never wait time, you will be taken instantly at your appointment time. Im grateful to have found such a knowledgeable and caring physician who I can trust completely with my healthcare needs. Update: ENT Dr. Patricia Murphy is also the sweetest, most informative, caring, and patient! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this doctors office. I am so beyond grateful I found it. I was able to book an 8 am appointment and have more than enough time to still make it into work in Midtown at 9 am. Dr. Soung is the very best!! She trusts you, listens, is extremely thorough, communicative, informative, does not rush you, gives you options, and makes you feel safe. So happy to have found my GP that I have now gone to twice and live right by! The office is space is very clean and modern, with a very friendly staff/nurses too with an easy patient portal, chat support, and office #.

Worst doctor’s office I have ever been to. Hands down. They were clearly way overcharging for visits (I overheard everybody I was with in the waiting room had the same independent complaints all 3x I visited), running unnecessary tests that cost me MUCH more out of pocket, and if you speak to the front office staff over the phone you will realize they are incompetent. They clearly don’t have genuine care for their clients and have no interest in trying to reduce cost of care. They also always see me ~15-45 min later than my scheduled appointment time. Worth noting this is the first negative review I have ever left for any business.

Dr. Kletsman is my PCP for a long time. Always professional, responsive and attentive. The office is nice and location is very convenient. Medical personal is professional and friendly. Totally recommend.

UPDATE 8/15/24They mailed me a refund check after emailing them about it and posting this review.-----The staff is friendly, however, beware that theyll require a deductible to be paid before your visit. If your insurance covers most of it, and turns out you overpaid, then they wont notify you at all unless you contact them.When I called about refunds, they told me to pick up a check from their Union Square location even though I had the doctor visit at the Midtown location. The Union Square location is inconvenient for me, thats why I had chosen the Midtown location. Theyre also closed on the weekends and close by 4pm weekdays, so Id have to take time out of my work day to specifically commute to the Union Square location.I asked them to mail me the check instead, but they said they couldnt do it.Overall, they make it very inconvenient for you to get the money back that youre owed. I wonder if they keep all the excess money unless a patient asks for it.

Dr Kletsman is the best!!! He is very caring, professional and have an amazing bedside manner. It’s hard to find a doctor who is very passionate to what he does especially taking care of one’s health. Do not hesitate to see him , he is excellent!!!

Worst experience ever. I checked in and they tell me my insurance doesnt cover the appt (despite what it said online) and Id have to pay for the visit. They tell me someone shouldve contacted me to tell me this but unfortunately no one did. I explain that I took the day off work and traveled 1 hr for it and they agree to do the appt for half off. I wasnt thrilled but I was sick and needed to see a doctor. Once inside, Anne came in and I told her my symptoms/prior health issues/etc. She looked so uninterested and after explaining everything, her response was get more sleep, drink water, dont be around a lot of people. She had no actual response/solution to what I came in for and gaslit me into thinking I was fine. She said I might have covid, might not, it doesnt matter. I asked if she could do a test and her response was I dont see the point. After some back and forth she tested me and that was the extent of her help. Couldnt have been rushed out quicker. Dont recommend to anyone.

I came in a week and an half ago and still cannot connect with the physician I met with regarding labs . I have messaged in the portal and called multiple times but the receptionist just reads out what I’ve written in the portal already and says the doctor will get back to me which they haven’t. Kinda useless to establish care if the practice is so unresponsive.Also the practice definitely pretends that their nurses are doctors - when I came in for my initial appointment they told me I would be seeing a doctor and I called the practitioner I met with Anna, a doctor and she never corrected me. I later found out she’s a nurse practitioner when I googled her. I just think it’s so important for a medical practice to be honest about who their physicians are and what they do when you’re meeting with them. I wouldn’t necessarily mind meeting with an NP but it made me feel weird that the office was trying to hide that and at the end of the day, I wanted a doctor for my specific appointment.

I’ve been going to Dr. Igor’s office for years. and I like it a lot. It’s a pleasant environment to be and they are always nice and very professionals to me. He has a nice crew and one of the best secretary ever and her name is Kristine.

I see Anna Fleischer and I have to say she is hands down the best practitioner I’ve ever seen. She’s been my primary for years and she’s never missed a trick. She is patient and thoughtful and thorough and works with me to find the best solutions for whatever issue I may have, but does so taking me and my personality into consideration. Shes the best and I recommend anyone who reads this to see her.

I was beyond impressed with my experience at this doctors office. The office is super clean and runs on time . Dr flashiers demeanor and bed side manner is calm positive thorough attentive , flexible and personal. I felt relaxed and comfortable. All my questions were answered . I want to highlight Dr. Arinas high level of professionalism. She took her time and made sure to answer all my questions and explain every detail. Additionally, Dr. Arina is fluent in two languages, which greatly facilitated the appointment and made communication much more comfortable. She is truly a doctor you can trust with your health!

I went for my annual wellness check up with Dr Soung. She is an amazing doctor, very thorough and detailed. While originally I went just for annual check up, I am definitely now coming to Dr Soung as my GP for any future issues. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Klestman and his staff were okay overall until I had to cancel him. One day we were doing a routine checkup, and I asked him about my weight, to which he responded: Maybe you should stop eating tacos?. This made me wonder if he treats his staff in a similar fashion. Why does my doctor need to have a personality, or think of himself as a comedian?... Dr. Kletsman, I am posting this genuine review in hopes that you learn to have respect for your paying customers, while maintaining professionalism in your practice.

I saw Dr. Soung today and by far the most comprehensive doctor I have ever seen. She spent over 30 mins getting to know all my details, advising me of what tests I need to do and narrowing down of what my issues were. I have not had a great PCP for almost 15 years and I am so glad I found her!!! Highly recommend her as a PCP to everyone!!

Dr Kletsman has been my doctor for over 10 years now. Every encounter we’ve had has been great. He listens, he offers great medical service, he cares. And all the offices in which I’ve seen Dr Kletsman function seamlessly. Everything from scheduling the appointment, to the check in, to the medical visit and the follow ups. Most recently, I reached out to Dr Kletsman about getting clearance for full anesthesia for a rushed surgery - somebody had cancelled, so the surgeon was able to fit me in … if I could get the anesthesia clearance from my MD, which everyone thought highly doubtful. Dr Kletsman and his team did it: blood tests, EKG, everything expedited and made available the day after they saw me.

Avoid at all costs! All this practice cares about is taking advantage and deceiving patients in order to bill them for things they did not consent to. I visited Dr. Jennifer Soung for my annual exam, and found I was billed for the appointment, which should have been 100% covered by my insurance, because she did a smoking assessement (aka asked me if I am a smoker) and conducted additional bloodwork testing that is outside the scope of what is covered in an annual exam. I was NOT informed or aware that they were testing for additional things in the bloodwork not covered in my annual by insurance, and if I was asked, I would have said NO.On top of that, Dr. Soung breezily mentioned to schedule a follow up so we could review my bloodwork in 2 weeks. I later find out that this would be considered an office visit and cost me $100 out of pocket. Never in my life has a primary care physician billed me to share the results of my bloodwork. A nurse typically calls me to say all came back normal, or the doctor/nurse would call and let me know if there was a problem, but this was never billed as a separate visit. Clearly just another slimy way to drum up additional business.The best part? This practice refuses to prescribe refills on mail order for prescriptions. You must make an in person visit or televisit EVERY THREE MONTHS, for another $100 so the doctor can refill your medication. Again, never in my life have I had a doctor hold my refills hostage in such a manner in order to drum up business.Finally, as a provider, I was appalled and uncomfortable by Dr. Soungs blatant unprofessionalism when she asked me how much alcohol I drank each week, and I said probably a glass of wine 4 nights. She gasped and said, Four nights?!?!? As if she was looking at a belligerient alcoholic. I felt the need to justify it to her because of her instant judgemental reaction, which was so inappropriate coming from a professional in the medical field.

Dr. Anna Fletcher has been my Primary care doctor for 5 + years and she always provides the best care for whatever is it that I need. The virtual visits are extremely accommodating and the in person appointments are always efficient and quick. Very clean and spacious office as well. The staff are always welcoming. The weight loss program is a scam. Never lost any weight. Complained to the doctor after four weeks of use. I was advised the medication was “compounded” read reviews prior to scheduling appointment. I ask for a refund and was told I can schedule a consultation with another doctor for an extra $95.00 After my $750.00 dollar payment up front promising a weight medication. “Be aware”

Let’s just begin by saying Dr. Kletsman is the best. I initial walked into his office after a Google search years ago looking for the closest doctor on my lunch break. It was an emergency. As soon as I stepped out the elevator I was greeted with a warm smile from Christina and of course her professionalism. The office is immaculate. The staff is amazing as well from the ladies at the front desk to the assistant that took my vitals and I was just in awe how comfortable Dr. Kletsman made me feel. He listened tentatively, gave me options and suggestions. I didn’t feel rushed nor like I was just another number/patient on his list for the day. He treated my wound and gave me my prescription. I was healed in a few days and to date he has been my Doctor ever since. I believe it’s been over 5 years and I must say I am very happy with my decision for choosing him and his team. I don’t want to post a bad review for this office, this review is related to anna fleisher doctor. Super rude staff and super unprofessional. I never a had a doctor to turn off a patient and this happened to me twice. I was coming to the office for the first time and driver accidentally dropped me off on the east side instead of west side. Even i had an emergency they said they would not wait for me and the doctor left already and offered me to go to emergency care instead. Now after months i decided to return to the office and i tried scheduling appointment they told me that there is note on my account do not book me. After explaining the situation they finally gave me an appointment. One day before appointment they called me to say that something is wrong with my insurance, i called my insurance to update it and was explained it still wont be updated on time. I called 3 days ago to reschedule my appointment and was told theay there is a not here if i can not come on Monday not reschedule me. Ridiculous. There are millions of doctors in NYC but this is the worst experience i had so far. Thanks god i did not not end up in this doctors hands who is only famous for subscribing Ozempic to girls.

I booked a 10-11 appointment with Priya G. and when I came into the office she wasn’t there. I met with another doctor. I wasn’t informed beforehand I would be meeting with this doctor. My test results were uploaded and no one called. The doctor instead asked me to setup another appointment to discuss the results. She specifically wanted to setup a virtual visit after I said I’m not coming into their office to pay an additional copay for her to tell me something she can tell by over the phone. I went back and forth with them about paying an additional copay, as it makes no sense to pay for her to speak with me. She made the request. She should have called me. I did screenshot the note from this doctor who told me to setup a virtual visit. They went ahead and set up a virtual visit and billed my insurance on 10-25. Malpractice. There was nothing concerning nor was I prescribed anything from these results. And I recorded the call. I’ve already submitted an appeal for the 10-25 claim through my insurance and I will be contacting the board. Bc this is exactly why I went back and forth with them about not paying an additional copay. Leaving a review here since I was billed by Igor K. and not even the doctor I met with.

This is my fourth visit with Anna Fleisher, NP, and she’s so great that I decided to stick with her as my PCP. She is incredibly thorough, patient, compassionate, and professional. She listens to my concerns and was very empathetic to the symptoms I’ve experienced. I feel a lot safer to know I’m in her care, she had a suspicion I might have a certain condition and after testing she was spot on. I now have a diagnosis and a plan for recovery. Called to make an appointment with Dr. Kletsman for myself and my husband (who is 66) to establish care as new patients, but when provided DOB was told on the phone by office staff (russian speaking female) that they do not accept patients over 59, which I found very strange for a Primary Care office. She explained that this was office policy. The doctor may be a great provider, but I had never come across this kind of cut-off for a medical practice.

I am a patient of dr Kletsman since 2017. Honestly I do not visit my doctor frequently. However I have never had negative experience: I have never been waiting for my appointment long time, I was confirmed and registered properly, front desk staff and doctors were polite, positive and respectful. And the most important: I received professional treatment and my doctors helped me to improve my health and feel better.I decided to write this review because I saw how busy everyone were yesterday (just a few days before New Year), but still - highly professional, helpful and very human. ANNA FLEISHER is 10 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I really like this medical group, they take most insurance (call and verify if they take yours).Anna Fleischhauer is the best PCP I have ever had, I say this as a loyal client/patient of over 6 years, and her office is LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️‍🌈She LISTENS, she offers suggestions, she cares about her patients, I’ve sent several friends to her. This is one of the best practices in the city. I’ve had several doctor’s and PA’s in the city, however this is the one I’ve stuck to because they have been good to me.

DO NOT EVER GO THERE. I had an annual check up which should be covered by my insurance. Couple weeks later, I got a letter from a 3rd party collection company for a bill. I emailed the office and they said its from the diagnostics lab and theres nothing they could do. They didnt end up providing any help. Paying for an annual check up is absurd but getting a collection bill is even more crazy.

I saw Arina Zudenko, NP, and she was amazing. 5 stars across the board. The exam and labs were quick and very thorough, and everyone was so friendly and kind. I will definitely be seeing them as my regular pcp from now on.

Worst customer service experience ever. All I needed was a drug prescription for my blood pressure, and they gave me the run around. I asked to speak to my doctors, and even told them it was an emergency, but they didnt care. No doctors called me. I had to go there to the medical office without an appointment to understand why they are giving me a hard time. When I went there, I was given non answers.I have been informed by Dr. Igor now that I have been discharged from their medical practice because he can not provide the best care for me, but I have not seen him since March 11, 2022. It was Dr. Anna Fleisher. I am confused why I have two doctors. The staff keeps on switching me back and forth from Dr. Ana to Dr. Igor. Not sure why they are doing this.

I was very apprehensive about finding a new primary care physician when I moved to New York as Ive had bad experiences in the past. For that reason, I spent days scouring reviews of different practices before finally choosing one. Luckily, I made the right decision. This office is absolutely WONDERFUL. Scheduling? So easy and can be done online. They also make the process of getting and renewing prescriptions seamless and easy. Wait times? Pretty much non-existent. The nurses? Kind and quick in getting vitals. The doctors? Absolutely amazing! I personally have Dr. Khan (who I dont see many reviews mentioning) but he is incredible. Knowledgable, responsive, and most importantly, kind. He makes going to the doctors office an enjoyable experience and helps calm my fears whenever I am worried about my health. No medical question is too small to ask him and he will gladly work through any concerns you have. I truly cannot recommend this place more, dont hesitate.

Anna Fleisher is incredible. She‘s very kind and really listens to you, which has been hard to find in medical professionals lately. She works with you to get to the root of the issue you’re combating - a true healer . She gives sound medical advice, great bedside manner, and truly cares about her patients. I’m a patient at the Midtown location, and it’s conveniently close to the MTA — and I also use their Telehealth services when I feel too ill or unable to visit in-person. I usually am able to make an appointment to be seen same-day which is super rare to find availability like that! The staff is remarkable, very professional, and there to help in any way they can. I had a visit scheduled with Dr. Hussein Khan, MD, and it was nothing short of thorough and pleasant. Typically, I have found most annual visit / blood test, are super quick and not really to productive to solve any chronic issues / pain.However, Dr. Khan took the time to understand years of ignored GI issues / pretty bad allergy symptoms, along with -- knee joint issues. We now have a plan in place, and couldnt be more appreciative of his patience, empathy, and knowledge.I have found my NYC DR.thanks doc.

The office employees are rude and disorganized.. they leave you messages but do not return your calls until it is too late then they try to scam you to come in order to receive a prescription that can be easily issued via phone just so they can collect an office visit fee. One of the employees actually hung up on me because she did not want to share her name with me after being extremely rude, she also would not let me speak with the doctor to discuss my results and insisted I come in to discuss the results instead.When I went for my visit, the practitioner had the wrong chart and began discussing the chart with me until I corrected her. She left the room for several minutes before returning with my chart.Save yourself the headache and do not come here. They do not care about their patients.

This doctor’s office is by far the best I’ve ever been to in New York, the experience I’ve had with them was superb. Unfortunately I was forced to change health provider and change doctor and now that I’ve been to other places it only highlights for me just how good this place was. So efficient, great communication, lovely clean quiet office, the app they use is brilliant and I never had to wait to be seen. I really wish I could come back here with my new insurance, I miss this doctor so much! Everywhere else I’ve been since here has been such an inferior experience. I never had issues with this place only the best service.

Dr. Igor Kletsman is a very knowledgeable, nice, kind and caring person. He is our PCP and with him we always feel very protected.On one occasion my wife had a medical emergency during weekend, we went to ER, spent several hours there, they did all kinds of tests - blood, CT scan, even MRI, but still could not figure out the issue.Next Monday during office visit it took Dr. Kletsman only 5 minutes to make a correct diagnosis and prescribe simple and effective treatment.Thank you doctor Kletsman!

My wife has been going to NY Medical Office under Dr. Igor but we havent been able to get hold of this doctor once. The NP weve been seeing is very nice and courteous but hasnt been able to diagnose my wifes condition so far and its been almost a month now.I was trying to avoid writing recommendations on Google review for doctors but I had to this time and Id recommend anyone reading this NOT to go to this place. One can definitely find a lot better experience elsewhere in Midtown.Id give one star but the extra one is because of the courteous nature of the NP my wife saw.

Anna is the best. I have recommended all of my friends to this medical practice because of her. The place is clean and there’s no wait time if you have an appointment in my experience.

I went to have a bulging, painful hernia diagnosed. Doctor didnt initially want to do a physical check. Sent me for an ultrasound - the document required was filled out incorrectly, so it was almost cancelled. Ultrasound didnt show anything - meanwhile pain and bulge increasing in hernia location. Called back again, doctor prescribed an MRI. Went to arrange MRI - the document required was again filled out incorrectly, for a female hernia (doctor knows im male). Doctor sends me people to call for hernia but only sends me list of general surgeons, so I need to call around finding out who does particular hernia surgery.Perfectly nice people, but feels like they are doing the absolutely least possible. Not about solving problems or patient care - just about ticking boxes ... and not even managing (or bothering) to tick those boxes correctly.If you read this NY Medical, I hope you take this feedback to improve your service for other patients, as im sure youre capable in the field of medicine.

Very professional and knowledgeable Dr Anna Fleisher. She was patient with me and my questions. Staff is efficient and amicable, I was admitted to the doctor the fastest ever in my life.

Ive completed an office visit for annual checkups and a tele-visit for other consultation, both experiences are super efficient and sweet. The environment is clean, reception ladies are friendly, and most importantly Dr. Arina zudenko listened very carefully to all my concerns then addressed them accordingly, amazing!

I visited this office for an annual physical and to have labs done. This was my first experience in the office and the medical team was kind during my appointment, but the office lost my labs and later tried to tell me that I didn’t even have my blood drawn in their office. After being on and off the phone with the office all day trying to find out what happened, the doctor reported that I “refused blood work during my appointment,” which was frustrating given that she had come into the room when I was having my blood drawn. I understand that accidents happen and that she has a busy office. I also know that they work with an outside lab to process results which can create confusion, but the tone and complete lack of accountability was extremely off-putting as a patient. They did provide a letter and connect me with the lab directly to have my blood work redone which was appreciated.

Access to physicians is great either in person or online. Culture is one of staying current on latest advances to ensure health, I recommend them highly. Bill

They will do all their best to hide that the visit you scheduled will be not with a doctor but with a nurse practitioner or someone else. And then they will lie that I confirmed an appointment with a nurse practitioner, that a have to see a nurse practitioner before i schedule an appointment with the doctor and so on. Liars and scammers.

This clinic has a really nice front desk staff. They’re very helpful and efficient in what they do. I see the PA, Arina. She’s very kind and easy to speak with.

Ive had good experiences with Dr. Kletsman and Dr. Anna in the past. However, the last time I was seen by a new doctor for routine physical, she asked me unprompted : so how much weight do you wanna lose? (Im abt 160 lbs at 54 and mostly healthy). As someone with history of Binge Eating Disorder who spent years with several doctors working on it, I was a bit shocked and triggered, but mumbled something like not much. She then continued to selling me on semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy). Then again at the end of the visit she told me that I should return for weight loss medication consult. Complete turn off and will not return to her. Might not return to the practice at all.It is unethical for a doctor to push a medication like Ozempic for an overweight person with elevated cholesterol, especially without first discussing other non-pharmacological interventions that could be more appropriate, like lifestyle changes, diet modification, or exercise programs. These medications are not harmless and if I didn’t come from family of doctors I would be screwed by going along with it.PS. their response is a total miss. I don’t know what kinda scheme they are running, but I was not there for weight management consultation nor did I ever wanted one.

I booked through Zocdoc for Dr. Priya Goel and was seen by someone else entirely with no notice. After the visit, they said youre good to go! and then a few weeks later I learnt that they charged me 1.5k for 10 minutes of their time and although I am in-network I still have to pay a lot of money. This also happened to someone else I know. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!! smh for not reading the reviews.

Easy to locate. The check in experience was very quick and seamless, the staff were very kind and helpful and Dr. Patricia Murphy was kind, informative and very courteous.

Everyone was welcoming, prompt and kind. The doctor was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and payed close attention to everything I said. The wait time was minimal and the entire place was neat and clean.

So efficient. Went in and was taken into an exam room within seconds! Felt like I had vip treatment. Supervisor asked if I was ok with seeing a different provider as the wait time would have been shorter and there was none. Front desk registered me on a whim and the dr saw me instantly. The nurses were very qualified and talked me through everything. So happy with my experience

First time here, it was A.M.A.ZI.N.G. They were super fast. The fastest and most thorough doctors office Ive been in all my life. I was in and out within 50mins(and they mentioned they were slow and backed up, so i imagine on a good day). The doctor went over everything i needed and asked me plenty of questions to make sure he was up to date. Very pleasant staff, very professional as well.

Pretty horrifying experience at this doctor. I’ve been going to this doctor for nearly five years now and recently saw him during pandemic. I had an office visit and then two follow-up visits via televisit. However, they charged me nearly the full price of the office visits for the televisits even though the televisits lasted a few minutes at most to give me the results of tests. I complained but didn’t hear a response until I threatened to leave a negative review. All of a sudden, they offered to give me a refund on my portion of the office visits (the majority was covered by insurance). And after I received a refund, they sent messages to ZocDoc lying about my not showing up for all office visits and getting me suspended from ZocDoc. I had to call ZocDoc and explain what happened before they reversed the suspension and began an investigation into the doctor. I am now in the process of filing a complaint with NYC DFS over this doctor’s practices. Strongly urge people to stay away from this doctor.

I love Dr. Fleisher, she listens and takes everything you say very seriously. Her first concern is doing her job and making you feel better, shocking that I have to say this about a DOCTOR but very different than my other doctor experiences in NYC. The office is also very accommodating, I came an hour earlier than my appointment today and they took me right away.

Good medical office. Doctor is nice. Wait time is usually good, recent visit the wait was long. You can book last minute e.g. The day before and they usually have appointments which is good. Overall I would recommend this doctors office.

Best medical practice in NYC! Dr Kletsman and Dr Anna & the entire staff are amazing!

This review is about the front desk and customer service.1) They messed up my appointment. Good thing I followed up to confirm my schedule through email after the call.2) They lack of coordination. 2 different ladies called within 20 minutes before my appointment to confirm whether I was going to come in.3) Their attitude was bad. e.g.,3a) Who did you call to make an appointment? - Does it matter? And do people typically remember who pick up their calls (if name is even disclosed)?3b) Theres a reason why they (people who made my appointment) are no longer here - If you knew theres an issue with your ex-employees, why did you ask me who they were?3c) Do you have your health record - If you look at my profile, you would find it, which is what I asked them to do.3d) The front desk lady asked me to pay in the middle of my conversation with the doctor. I questioned the order of operation, since typically I visit a doctor / dentist, then the front desk calculates the charge, and I pay. She just said nevermind, I will just charge it to your insurance and stormed out of the office.3e) Doctor said to obtain her contact at front desk after the session. I asked the front desk, the lady asked back what contact? Another doctor who was at the front desk knew what I was asking for, and handed me a business card. (i.e., I dont think my communication was unclear for the front desk lady to react like I was not speaking clearly.)4) Sketchy charge. Per email prior to my visit, please keep in mind your insurance has deductible, so $150 charge will be applied because you’re a new patient. Your insurance doesn’t really work until you meet/pay your deductible. After the visit they sent me the bill. They charged insurance $373, and I had to pay $215 after insurance. Thats $65 more than whats quoted. The reason they gave was the discount in the amount of $150 was offered to you prior to the appointment. If this amount is not paid prior to the appointment we charge the full amount as per insurance reimbursement rates. $150 was never mentioned as a discounted amount anywhere in our communications. Nor did anyone disclose that I had to pay BEFORE appointment to get the discount. I ended up paying the agreed $150 after quoting email communications.Bottom line is, if you have to visit this office, make sure to communicate everything through emails.

Do not go here they only care about money not helping people I came in with chest pains and panic attack and they would not see me until I went through the billing process before I was even seen. I gave them my care credit info and the billing address wouldn’t work. I asked if they could see me first then I would call customer service to get the correct billing zip code for them after I calm down They refused.One of the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. Why go into the medical field if you don’t want anythingto help people

The worst experience. I did not even see the doctors because apparently this doctors office can’t refill certain prescriptions. I was trying to get a new doctor because I no longer live in my home state. The women at the desk were beyond rude and kept rolling their eyes. They made me change my appointment time to earlier because frankly they did not have anyone after me and wanted to be done sooner, so I changed the time to help them out and they were so rude. The building is also very worn down, not in a good way. Would not go, find a more experienced doctors office.

Very helpful and understanding. My insurance terminated me last month. I dont have insurance until March through my job. That said, they still filled an emergency prescription. Its only an antibiotic, but still helped a sick patient in need! :)

F I V E S T A R S!!!dr. igor was the kindest, most concerned doctor i have seen. not to mention the girls at the front desk were kind and patient as well. vanessa helped me figure out insurance costs by calling them for me!to those people complaining about insurance or CAB costs—that is NOT on the doctors office whatsoever. to those people complaining about doctors not writing prescriptions, i understand how that can be frustrating as i am on a number of them as well, but they are VERY clear about what they do not prescribe beforehand. to those patients: you need to have some responsibility as well.anyway- i will conclude this by saying, although i do have a high deductible, i will never seek another doctor’s office again. they are worth EVERY penny.thank you so much, you’ve been a fabulous team.

Doctor prescribed more than what’s needed. I sought second and third opinion, and got better explanation of my conditions and concrete advice v.s outright prescription of medications without fully understanding what those are for.Staff didn’t speak English well and hard to understand. DO NOT GO TO SEE HIH. His only response to every question was Go to the ER even when I was just trying to my prescription (and it was just about the common side effect). It was also difficult to understand with his strong accent. He also refused to provide explanation in writing. After I left the comment this on Zocdoc, he harassed me on the patient portal saying it was my fault. He didnt even refer any doctors, and his response was find a surgeon on Zocdoc. And I tried twice and it was very difficult to find the general surgeon without referral. I had to see another doctor for the second opinion and got referrals for specialists. I am very disappointed about the whole experiences and his so many typo, unprofessional responses. How can I trust this doctor!?

The doctor told me your test results came back and everything is normal, and i never thought to look at lab results until months later i wonder what’s wrong with me and i look at my results find out vitamin deficiencies and cholesterol level- never trusting him or going back again!!!

Spent $30 on a taxi (while I’m sick) to come here only to learn they want $150 up front to be seen even though they’re in network. I didn’t have any money on me so they told me to go somewhere else. All I needed was a prescription.
