This is a wonderful place that I will always hold dear to my heart. I went to extend on a referral from a friend 5 years ago and had two rounds of egg freezing. I also recently had a successful embryo transfer a couple of months ago so I have a long history with this clinic.I have nothing but amazing things to say about the process from start to finish. Their prices are incredible, the entire staff is professional, compassionate, and efficent (coordinators, front desk, doctors and nurses). I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Abittan and Dr. Klein. Both phenomenal doctors. They made me feel safe and heard. Dr. Abittan has this special confidence about him that’s infectious. Both doctors along with their staff made this whole process feel peaceful and easy.Since I had moved out of state after my egg freezing I had to do outside monitoring with a clinic in my state during this process. I tried two different clinics, one was outright terrible and the other one was just okay. They were both almost triple the price of extend for subpar service. You could never get a human on the phone and they treated you like a number. Extend Fertility is the opposite of this. They made me feel like I was their only client.I got very lucky and had a successful transfer on my first try but even if I didn’t I would still feel the same about Extend. They are truly an amazing company that I will continue referring to everyone I know to.

This was an extremely intricate process. I have a demanding job and barely have time for laundry, let alone anything fertility related. When I finally made time for it, Extend made the process easy. The communication and guidance were incredible. They make it very easy for a person to follow instructions. Highly recommend!

I used Extend Fertility (Dr. Olcha) in the fall 2023 for egg freezing. I had a wonderful experience. My care team, nurses, and front desk staff were always timely and good w/ communication . Dr. Olcha took his time to answer all my questions and explain everything throughout the process. Given my age, we were concerned about retrieval, but he administered a good regimen and we were successful in retrieving and freezing a tremendously large number of eggs for my age. Based on my experience, I would use Dr. Olcha and Extend again

I recently completed another egg retrieval cycle with Extend and am beyond pleased with my experience. Unlike other fertility clinics where calls often go to voicemail or require navigating through multiple lines, Extend was different. I froze my eggs at this clinic 7 years ago when I was 35. At the time, I was very happy with the attention and care I received. The clinic was warm and welcoming, and I Felt that all my questions were answered. The cost was very competitive and I felt secure in my reproductive future when I was able to freeze 12 eggs. However, this feeling of positivity changed when I decided to use the eggs 6 years later.By this time I had moved to Arizona, so the eggs were shipped to a new fertility clinic in the Phoenix area. Once that clinic received the eggs (and knowing my intent to fertilize them), they informed me that the eggs are all granular (all 12 of them) and that they therefore had lowered likelihood of yielding viable embryos. They said this as if I already knew it, because the embryologist at Extend Fertility had written granular in the notes section next to each egg. However, no one at Extend told ME this; it was just quietly written on my report. Had I known this at the time, I likely would have undergone a second egg retrieval.I contacted someone from Extend to voice my frustration about this; these eggs had been my insurance policy, so to speak, and now at 41 years old I was learning someone at Extend knew they looked like poor quality, wrote this on my report, but did not tell me. The doctor at Extend said that there is no evidence granular eggs is a significant factor to note; however, as my fertility doctor in Phoenix pointed out - if that is the case, why was it, in fact, noted? My fertility doctor in Phoenix said if he had a patient with granular eggs, he would let that patient know. I wish Extend had done that for me.Ultimately, I was left with the decision of if I did or did not want to spend thousands of dollars to fertilize eggs that had a lowered likelihood of success. My fertility clinic in Phoenix offered me an experimental procedure that was half the cost of fertilizing these questionable eggs, so I went that route, and my beautiful baby boy is beside me as I type this. So I dont type out of anger or animosity - thankfully, my story ended well. But I write this as a warning to to others that your experience at Extend might be great in the moment, but years from now when you want to actually use the eggs you froze, you might discover bad news.

I have been a client of Extend since 2017. They are very professional and responsive and I have a great experience here. The doctors and nurses are all extremely caring, you arent just a number here. They work with you on the costs and insurance and are very honest and take the time to explain to you the process you are going through in a way the everyday person can understand. They make the experience accessible and welcoming. I highly recommend.

The facility itself is immaculate and very well organized. All the staff is warm, friendly and compassionate. Dr. Klein took his time to answer all our questions and concerns, he didnt rush us out of his office. He is also very realistic and doesnt set one up with false hopes. I feel extremely confident in the services I will be receiving with Extend fertility and highly recommend!

Extremely professional, yet personal experience. We were warmly greeted at each visit. Reception staff were always sensitive and respectful, and made sure we had a comfortable and private place to sit. Whenever needed they would give us our own little waiting area, to maintain utmost privacy. The place is beautifully designed creating a professional and serene vibe.Dr. Abittan went above and beyond to help us through the unknown. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns that would arise, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. The nurses were courteous and knowledgeable. Results and instructions were always timely and super clear. This was an exceptional experience!

I was fortunate enough to have the means at age 35 to freeze my eggs with Extend; at that time I truly saw it as an insurance policy just in case I needed them later on, when I found the right person to start a family with.Fast forward 6 years and turns out I did struggle with infertility and needed to use my frozen eggs. I had a very successful transfer in 2021 and gave birth to my first baby boy in 2022. The team at Extend was great to work with and very communicative; they were flexible and worked with me since at the time I was living out of the NYC area so I had to do monitoring appts elsewhere and have my results sent over. I traveled to the clinic for the transfer, and they were able to work with me and my crazy travel schedule to find a time that worked. Overall I would highly recommend!

This was a wonderful facility to use. Dr. Klein, the nursing staff and counselors were all top notch. If I needed to contact them I was able to. The facility was also clean and modern. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I did 1 round at Extend and had a very positive result. The nurses were always available to answer questions. The appointments, which happen every other day when you are in the middle of a cycle, were very quick and easy so I was on my way to work very quickly. My final appointment went very smoothly, on time, and I had minimal downtime afterwards. I felt totally fine within a couple hours.

Fabulous experience here!! All doctors, nurses and staff are super nice, knowledgeable and courteous, they deserve 10 stars! The prices are cheaper than anywhere else in the city and we had great results. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Klein and the whole team at Extend. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

Extend helped me through 3 rounds of egg freezing over 6 months due to my low AMH levels/age. From start to finish, it was a great experience. My consultation with my provider (Valerie) and fertility advisor (Cynthia) was great. They were both very knowledgable, patient, and empathetic even though they knew my projected egg count would be low. I decided to do 1 cycle and see if it would be worth trying for more.The nurses and staff are all amazing, and the facilities are bright, calm, and inviting. Its not easy to be happy at 7am but somehow the Extend staff always is, and that made me look forward to the blood draw/ ultrasound visits! I wasnt even nervous at the first retrieval bc the surgical team was so calm and talked through every step. Plus the nurse the day before sat me down and explained it as well during pre-op paperwork signing. It was exactly as they said 15-20 min and youre up, no pain. Slight discomfort day of and after. Dr Abbitan is amazing, I ended up having him as my surgeon all 3 rounds.The hiccups? I wasnt given my patient portal sign in on the first night of injections...make sure you have this bc its a lot of information to take in over the phone and the nurses write them out onto your portal everyday. And there was some miscommunication during my 2nd cycle and my trigger shot wasnt sent to the pharmacy. But I called the after hours line and one of the nurses was able to resend it. Hey I work in healthcare too, I forget things like sending a prescription so I totally get it.My experience at Extend was top notch. I recommend them unconditionally. I am so glad I did egg freezing. And Im so glad I got to do it with Extend.

Dr. Klein is really truly knowledgeable in his field and has really been amazing, calm and gave me the proper attention I needed during my appointments as well as with any follow up questions. I had a great recent experience at Extend. The nurses were friendly, supportive and caring. They were sensitive to my personal and needs. The appointments ran perfectly on time. They called everyday to followup and change protocol based on results that Dr. Klein checked. I felt prepared physically and emotionally for the actual procedure. I was very satisfied with my results.

Extend fertility was a great clinic. The office staff were kind and caring. Office is beautifuly done with a nice area with snacks while you wait. Nurses called me in a timely manner to let me know my medication regimen. Dr. Klein is the best doctor. He is extremely patient and understanding. He really cares about his patients and is always so kind. My husband and I can’t thank him enough for everything he’s done for us. Besides Dr. Klein, the other doctors like Dr. Abittan, the nurses and all the staff that works there are the sweetest people. We are very thankful for the doctors and everyone who works there.

They were extremely helpful and organized, since I retrieved and stored my eggs in 2017 at their facility. When I went back to use my eggs five years later, I was delighted to find out they now offer a full range of IVF services and went ahead to try and conceive. On our first try, it did not work out, but they helped me to discover and treat possible medical reasons for failed implantation. On our second try, it was a success! We now have a 10-month-old beautiful daughter, and we could not be more grateful. The professionalism, compassion and understanding, and care coordination at Extend Fertility gave us a great experience throughout. We definitely recommend to anyone interested in IVF or egg storage for the future.

Doctor Klein was fantastic. His entire team was great. From the guy at the front desk to the nurse Saphire. Sapphire was amazing. She made this special process enjoyable. We appreciated having her.

While his reputation for skill and compassion are true to form, it wasnt just Dr. Klein who made me feel confident and comfortable in having chosen to entrust Extend Fertility with my familys future. The staff - be it the administrative staff, to those who monitored me, to the nurses who cared for me before, during and after the procedure, to the lab staff - were all so considerate, sensitive and attentive to my needs and requests. When natural conception simply isnt enough, Extend makes an otherwise challenging process that much sweeter.

I felt really at ease going into the clinic for my appointments. Really homey and warm. They have a cute area with snacks and coffee. I loved the staff and the care they gave me. I wouldn’t want to do my cycles anywhere else.

I initially went to Extend to freeze some eggs and, during the process, decided to go forward with IVF. I had some struggles in the beginning and had to switch up my protocol, but after working with my doctor, I became pregnant with my daughter who is now a year and a half. Staff were always professional and reliable with me. Planning out my return for baby #2!

Working with Dr. Klein was a wonderful experience. He is a very experienced and attentive reproductive endocrinologist. Ive recommended him to a few friends who are/were contemplating freezing their eggs.

I was an early patient at Extend Fertility. I did two rounds of egg retrievals for egg freezing in 2016 and retrieved 18 eggs in total. (I was 35). Staff was phenomenal, Dr Klein very personable. Very responsive. I was happy to be at a place that focused on egg freezing with transparent, affordable costs. Fast forward, in 2020 I did an unsuccessful IVF round outside of NYC (which I don’t recommend but it was Covid so I couldn’t travel to NYC). I subsequently transferred my frozen eggs to another clinic where I was doing IVF and combined them for fertilization and testing. From my 18 frozen eggs, I got 5 embryos, 2 of which were normal from testing. I now have 2 kids. Egg freezing a great insurance, highly recommend! For me, not all of the eggs made it through thawing, which I believe is common with egg freezing, so I was grateful that that I frozen 18 eggs. It saved me from doing another round of IVF when I really wanted to have a baby (after a year of trying and a failed IVF round, the last thing I wanted to do was another round!). Sharing my story especially for those women contemplating egg freezing. Staff great at communication, high quality.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Extend. From the very beginning I felt that people genuinely cared about me and every single person that worked there knew exactly where I was during every step of the process. I felt supported the entire time and all my questions were answered thoroughly. I was assigned Dr. Guarnaccia and was worried at first based on the bad reviews, but I soon learned there was absolutely nothing to worry about! I highly recommend this clinic and have already referred several friends also thinking about it. Choose Extend - you will not be sorry!

Im very surprised by the low star reviews. My experience with Extend was very positive. Like any clinic Ive been to, youre mostly with nurses, phlabotomists, ultrasound techs, and coordinators and you see the Dr.s only when necessary. To me that is to be expected. The office is very well run and organized, they always call you back in a timely manner, they stay on top of you and make sure youre doing everything correctly with check ins. They are all so caring and warm and genuine. I just loved everyone there. I think their HR person does a very good job hiring! I felt very taken care of and felt they were very sensitive to my situation. Dr. Klein is a gem of a human, the first fertility Dr. I ever felt that I could trust. He never over promised he was always sensible and spoke in terms of science and statistics and always had an optimistic view. Hes very kind and gentle and I loved his approach. I got pregnant from my first IVF cycle with them but my body didnt take and I ended up having a miscarriage. I told them I wanted a little break and I ended up getting pregnant right after. I truly believe the miscarriage got my body ready. That was my first time pregnant and I was trying for over 3 years so I cannot imagine it being coincidental. Overall they were so supportive and so happy for me and offered me early pregnancy monitoring which was wonderful. I highly recommend them for sincerity and professionalism. Special shout out to Anna my ultrasound technician who I simply adored. She always gave me positive encouragement and it really helped me on some very difficult days. Thank you Extend!

Great experience overall. Staff is very friendly, explain the procedures and are not hesitant to answer all the questions you may have.It is a long process but followed by a professional team and a clean organized office, you feel like youre in the right place!

Had a lovely consult with them but cost was prohibitive for me. If you are seeking affordable fertility treatment, look into CNY Fertility. You will not receive the same hands on care that you will here, but I had a successful embryo freezing cycle with CNY for less than half the cost of Extend.

I worked with Dr. Klein and his level of expertise and professionalism was top of the line. The clinic staff, phlebotomists, and sonographers all exhibited a high level of quality of care and professionalism. They definitely made a physically and emotionally taxing experience as smooth as possible. I did a retrieval previously at Genesis Fertility and the level of care was considerably lower. I also got much better results at Extend which made the procedure so much more worthwhile. My favorite thing about Extend is the way that Dr. Klein and the staff communicated information and answered questions. They made me feel empowered to be a part of the process and not like a number in a factory line. If you are thinking of doing a retrieval and this is your first time I would definitely recommend doing consultations with several Drs and doing your research. There were some miscommunications when they switched my advisors at Extend, however, since I already knew my stuff I was able to request the missing information. An egg retrieval is a physical, emotional, and financial burden. There are multiple people handling your care and I think that in order to ensure a smooth process you really need to do your research and know how to advocate for yourself. I would definitely use this clinic again.

Great experience from start to finish. This was my first time undergoing fertility treatments and I definitely feel I made the right choice with Extend. They were able to accommodate my needs and put me at ease which is why I plan to use them again for my second round of egg freezing.

I had a very positive experience with Extend Fertility. Everyone at the practice is very friendly, patient, and helpful. They answered all my questions and appropriately managed my expectations. I was actually able to retrieve almost double the amount of eggs that was discussed, which was a very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend working with Extend for fertility needs.

One the most frustrating points of my life was made much easier because of EF. From the consultations, to the training, to the ease of scheduling, to the procedure and follow-up, was cake. I appreciate everyone in the EF family for not only taking good care of me, but of those I send to EF.

I had a Consultation in February this year based on reviewing awesome testimonies about EF. Prior to the consult, I received confirmation via email about my appointment details and that this facility would send any lab work to my insurance’s in network provider and charge at the In-Network rate. The appointment scheduling and my time there was seamless. I have no complaints about the staff as they were all very professional. In fact, after my lab work and examination, I met with a young lady before I left the office who confirmed that the lab work would be sent to my in network provider, which is common practice there. Thus, I left well pleased with my experience and looking forward to starting the process of freezing my eggs, but for COVID-19. However, a month later I received a bill for over one hundred and fifty dollars for out of network lab work. I had email conversations with staff who acknowledged their policy of billing at in network rate but no one honored my request to reduce the bill amount given it was human error, which happens (no one is perfect). I was referred to billing who referred me to the lab company, yet no one honored my request. It has been a frustrating experience because rectifying this error is based on principle and as a business owner myself, I would have gladly reduced the bill for one of my customers. I am disappointed that I am stuck having to pay this much higher bill due to error from staff who did not honor what was presented in writing prior to my consultation and confirmed by others several times afterwards. Unfortunately, I will not use their services going forward because of how this situation was mishandled.

Dr Klein has the best mix of professionalism while truly caring for a patient. He is very respectful of each patient’s preferences and personal views. The clinic runs very smoothly and overall our experience was great.

I froze my eggs in June 2019 and was extremely happy with my experience at Extend Fertility. From the beginning of the process with my consultation, to the end with follow up calls after my retrieval, the staff at Extend were extremely supportive, responsive, and helpful. During my consultation, Dr. G reviewed details of my blood work and ultrasound, and the likely outcome of my egg freezing. I discussed my extensive family history of breast cancer and Dr. G strongly recommended I get genetic testing done before the egg freezing process so that we could adjust the hormones if necessary. By freezing my eggs with Extend I not only have more options for family planning, I also have completed genetic testing results that make me feel more secure in making health-related decisions in the future. My anxiety was high throughout my 10-day cycle--the staff was there to normalize my feelings, while giving me concrete information to lessen my anxiety. You go into the office frequently during your freezing process, but the staff is very efficient and I was able to do my bloodwork, ultrasound, and get my questions answered in a timely manner. While the cost for any egg freezing is high, Extend is able to keep their costs a bit lower and the relief I feel is well worth it. I really appreciate that Extend values their clients’ feedback and is open to our suggestions, showing that they are a company that put their clients’ needs and wants first.

My experience at Extend Fertility could not have been more pleasant. Everyone was super kind, patient, accommodating. I had incredible results and would encourage anyone who is thinking of doing this process to use Extend!

I cannot recommend this facility to anyone I care for. I kept a close journal of my experience but it is too long to write here, so I have attached the literature as images. I will provide my introduction and conclusion statements.Intro: Went for retrieval in Fall of 2018, wanted to allow some time to pass in order for me to truly reflect on the events of my egg freezing process at Extend. Unfortunately, I experienced many issues from start to the very end... For a woman to endure this process, which is most certainly a sensitive and intimate matter, it is disappointing that this sentiment surely was not carried out by this facility.Conclusion: I would not recommend this place at all. Only because I already paid in full in May 2018 (mind you I paid cash/debit card straight from my bank account), did I feel very much vested to proceed with all of this in the fall. My advice, save a little more money and go somewhere where things like being professional, attentive, organized and **caring aren’t grossly neglected. Emphasis on the ***caring***. The doctors and receptionists are all this place has going for them, they did their job to the extent that they could, given the poor structure of this practice. Dealing with the nurses and my advisor were an ordeal (understatement). Overall, I had a really negative experience, just sad given something like this is supposed to have been uplifting. One-star rating for getting the bare minimum done.

Dr. Klein was knowledgeable and explained my options. He took the time to explain my test results and what the chances of getting healthy viable eggs would be. I was not knowledgeable about egg freezing and he really took the time to explain everything, to answer any questions I had and to offer his email for any further questions that came up. He also didn’t push procedures on me and I ultimately decided that I wasn’t going to pursue this further and i appreciated his expertise in advising me to make the right decision for myself.

I had so many questions and a lot of anxiety surrounding the egg freezing process. From the moment I arrived and was greeted by the friendly receptionists, to my amazing fertility advisor Tamar who answered EVERY question, to the awesome Dr. G- they truly held my hand through the entire process from start to finish. Their level of consideration, care, and expertise is unparalleled . It was really a positive experience and cannot thank the entire professional staff enough!!

Extend is everything you would want it to be! EVERY SINGLE PERSON who works there is so on the ball and knows exactly where you are in your process and the next steps. I never once felt confused or stressed because of the care shown by the entire office. Notably, I had great success and have recommended them to several friends. Once you pay them, you will NOT see a doctor again until your operation day. To be clear, you may only see any doctor before you sign up, when they try to sell you their service. When my doctor finally spared a minute to talk to me after my operation, she spoke to me in a militant style as if she was my commander and I shall be grateful for the outcome I got.Extend runs on a high-volume, low-margin model, which is fair business, but you dont choose your medical care based on their business acumen!Quality of your egg freezing cycle depends on so much more than a doctors resume. Every fertility doctor in NYC has educational credentials and a few years of experience. What exactly makes Extend doctors better? Their sales pitch? You must ask yourself that before getting bamboozled.A cycle is a meaningful financial investment ($10K including drugs). Cheaper isnt always better. Assume you get 3 eggs in a bad cycle, each egg costs you $3.3K. With a doctor who will actually see you during your cycle, you may get 8 eggs, each egg would be $1.25K.On top of money, your body and emotions go through a lot. There is a surgical procedure in the end. And it isnt an easy breezy process on your body when you inject yourself with a few shots every day for at least 2 weeks.You have other choices, especially in NYC area, plenty of fertility startups and clinics. Please think twice about using Extend because I could not have imagined a less attentive medical team or a worse outcome for my $10K investment.

Easy breezy process for egg freezing -- from consultation to retrieval took me less than 10 days (much faster than usual) and the doctor/nurse/coordinator staff was all very pleasant to work with and helpful. Above all, the transparency and abundance of easy-to-understand information on the website was what made me choose Extend.

Extend offers a free consultation - The building is currently undergoing construction and they try to pack as many ppl in the elevators regardless of Covid. I went for my intial consultation and the nurses were miserable. The atmosphere in the office was as if there had just been a huge agrument. I knew there and then I would not be freezing my eggs there it just didnt feel right.

Woohoo! As good as it gets!I traveled to NYC five times and underwent five egg freezing cycles over the last 3 years to meet my banking goals (32-35 years old). Extend is one of the most affordable way to freeze eggs in the U.S., without foregoing quality (dont go to a trendy clicic that offers champagne, hashtags and no actual endocrinologists--OBYNs are not specialized enough). Conservatively estimating, I saved $50k in total, or 10k per cycle over the course of five cycles compared to my local options in Seattle. Not only are they affordable, theyre incredible people. I have low AMH and DOR, and I was treated with the best care during the highs and the lows of my treatment. I never felt like a number, and my doctors and nurses actually cared about my outcomes--and did everything they could to support my success, even more so as an out-of-state patient. I will recommend Extend to any woman I know who is interested in freezing.

In my opinion based on the timeline and content of the reviews, I have suspicions that many of the 5 star reviews are either conflicts of interest or patients who EF has selectively solicited to review. The finance department at EF is a nightmare. Exceptionally incompetent. You will agree to one contract and on subsequent contracts there will be information that directly counters the agreement. Rates are advertised on their website in one location as substantially lower and with guarantees while on another page much higher. Unfortunately search engines first lead me to the page with the lower cost. Be careful with their verbal word as multiple staff members have totally countered what another staff member has relayed. Surprises in costs or terms have risen multiple times so far. They make advertisements about fees but do not properly implement them or seem to understand their own terms. What a massive stress this has imposed. Definitely not what you would expect from a facility of their caliber. Office is incredibly disorganized. Medical professionals relied on memory for incredibly sensitive and important requests. Any knowledge they have of the field is undermined by interaction that became more rushed, impatient or nonexistent until pursued (i.e. directions for a nightly injection) They fully understood my request, agreed and confirmed it was to take place, then received a confirmation in writing from me as I was experiencing far too many errors, and ultimately botched the whole thing. Left me completely depressed, stressed, anxious about future cycle possibilities and exhausted. Referrals to this facility are best for patients who have cost prohibitions.

I wish someone had shared their experiences with Extend, so I could have skipped my 2 cycles with them, and saved my ovariesDont take me wrong, Dr Klein is very nice. The clinic is pretty well organized. (Dr G is a different story. Very rude and impatient )But the methods they use are so aggressive and ineffective. They are very rigid with statics, and treat every patient like how a textbook would instruct. They try to pump as much medication into you as possible, hoping to get the best results. But it turned out to be very counterproductive and I am afraid its harmful to my body in the long run. And the results are so poor. I only got 50% of mature eggs the first time, and the second time half of the eggs magically disappeared ( I think they ovulated earlier because the doctor was late!)They use manupor unnecessarily. They ask you to inject full dose of ganerilx every shot. They dont time well the ovulation Window. They just rigidly go by the 36 hours rule. (I strongly suspect in the second cycle, the missed the ovulation window, and lost half counts of my eggs. Because the count of eggs was only half of what the unltrasound indicated. But the doctor was not willing to tell me why. They tried to hide the reasons. I even got yelled by doctor G for asking about the reason )I only found out how these things are wrong after I went to New Hope for my third cycle this month. I was pretty skeptical about them at the beginning, and even wanted to go back to the extend. The extend sells them well for all the charts and statistic based result predicationBut at New Hope, they customize the medication for you. I didnt have to use manupor. They minimize both the ganerilx and trigger shots. I felt less influenced by the drug during the whole cycle. And the result was better.New hope is not the best. For example, they could have given me the wrong trigger shot medication if I didnt triple check with the nurse. just for a full disclosureBut if I could have done it again, I wouldnt have gone to the extend at all. I feel really regretted, not for the money, but worried about how all the cycles might have impacted my health. But its my fault that I didnt do a thorough research first.So I just want to share the experience here. I hope it will help someone who is going through the same situation-- egg freezing

I went in for a consultation and while I ultimately decided to wait (because I found out through their tests that I was still very fertile) I left with a lot of information and peace of mind. The staff is very friendly but inconvient when you are not local. I was stuck in traffic and called several times to inform the office that I was going to be late. The phones werent working. So by the time I got there they filled my appointment slot and even told me that the phones werent working. I going to another fertility place because this is a sensitive matter to just turn people away they way did.
