New Life Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN) - Chinatown

Really poor patient care. I’ve been going here for over a year. I had my IUD put in here and experienced intense pain for multiple weeks afterwards. And every time I go in for a check up, I have to wait over 30 minutes to be seen and the staff don’t even know what my appointment is for and they forgot to notify me of my check up results multiple times. The medical assistant here is an absolutely sweetie pie. Everyone else just does not care about delivering efficient and quality care. Do not got here please find another OBGYN.

Run! I would give it 0 stars!!!They charged me $45 copay as specialist office visit while checkin, but on the insurance claim, it shows $25 copay as primary office visit! Such a scammer.

I scheduled an appointment ahead of time with a doctor who was not there when I arrived. I was also told to pay the full amount of an annual check-up which would later be credited back. A decent office would bill insurance directly instead of putting the burden on the patient.
