Dr Melanie Dunn is amazing. She has delivered all 3 of my children. They were not the easiest pregnancies or deliveries. Dr. Dunn has calmed me and answered every question and concern. Most importantly she is knowledgeable and honest. I cannot say enough about her and her team. Thank you from my growing family!

Dr Richard Presley is nothing short of amazing. He is patient and kind, knowledgeable and professional. I have always felt heard when I have brought a concern to him and never rushed when discussing it. He should be training younger doctors on how to treat their patients. He is truly one of a kind!

I had great care here overall, but I wanted a non-hormonal birth control option and they do not offer this. I didnt know this upfront, so eventually I needed to leave and find a different care provider.

I’ve tried several times to set an appointment there and staff has not/will not get back in contact with me. My nurse also called and she has yet to get a response back from there as well.

Dr. Bellardo is the best OBGYN I have ever been to. He is extremely considerate, his nurses are so sweet, and when I bring up concerns he takes all measures to make sure they’re properly addressed. That’s rare in a doctor and I’m so glad I switched to him.

The staff have always been nice and accomodating. I never had a bad experience in their office. I have been a patient of Dr. Dunn for about 20 years. She delivered my 3 children. She is caring, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I appreciate her very much. She is one of the best doctors I know.

I had a great experience with Ellen Newman. She is knowledgeable, kind and personable. Everything I would want a health care professional to be. She takes time to ask and answer questions.. explaining the full scope of your issues and options for treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others. She is a valuable asset to the Ascension Medical Group.

My first visit was wonderful. I felt at ease like I already knew the doctor. She was Very Good at her job, she listened and didnt rush the appointment. Im Very Satisfied. All the workers from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor. All were Amazing! I wish all doctors appointments were as Pleasant as theirs. I Highly Recommend them if ever needed. You wont be disappointed!

All of my medical providers at Ascension St Thomas Medical Partners are outstanding! Rachel Mehr MD and Melanie Dunn MD are completely thorough during each visit and allow you the time needed to address your medical concerns.

It’s too long, to detained!! When a patient is over 70yrs you need to simplify these questions. Box them under categories, with little boxes that they can check off. Not all of us have computers and printers!! I would of preferred that you just sent me the paperwork for me to fill out and bring with me or take back with me‼️ I understand that we at this age are babyboomers but not all of us are computer literate! I did not list any of my meds or my allergies, as I have quite a few, but I will bring the list with me!Thank you for taking up my time for 1 hr that it took to fill this out as the printing is so very small as I do not have a computer,Sheila D Waddell!BTW. you didn’t state what time that I’m suppose to be there!!

I never have to wait.I just am preregistered... Usually take care of it before I get there but if I cant I get there early to do it online. I love my Doctors.

This hospital/office is nothing but amazing! I wouldn’t want to go to any other office for my health needs! Dr.Dunn is truly the best, she is so kind and was very good to us when we lost our baby! I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! Thank y’all for being so amazing!

I love Dr. Bellardo! He is always so thorough and knowledgeable. He takes his time with your examination and listens to everything that you say. He answers all of your questions and will do appropriate referrals. I have sent all of my family to him!

I always get in and out quickly, yet feel Ive been heard and both staff and Rebecca, they take great care of me! It is always the same great care!!!

My virtual phone conversation went well. Polite & professional. I did not know how to set up a video call so it was done thru phone questions & that helped me allot.Dr. & nurse were able to get answers they needed.

The parking is just horrible!! Had to circle 7 times before locating a parking spot! My visit with Dr Dunn was a good one no complaints with her and loved the nurse..I am basing my rating on the parking!!!!

The actual doctors/ Nurse Practioners visit was professional and helpful. However, her assistant should be provided with cultural sensitivity training. She has called me girl several times , this visit and the initial visit. I am a black woman and thats beyond devaluing and could be perceived as racist. . For clarity..the assistant who does the charting. Sitting at her desk acting totally bored. not the helper in office...

Dr. Richard Presley is the BEST in Nashville! His medical knowledge along with his patient care is Incredible! I’ve been his patient for 30+years!

I have no complains of staff and physicians but wish the summaries of visits would be more thorough. I know from being a nurse the doctors probably lets staff do it. There is no summary. Just two or three words etc.

I waited two hours for the results of my imaging to be sent to my physician, and they still didn’t show up. Took more than 24 hours.

Dr. Presley is wonderful. Never have to wait been with him for 36 years.
