Professional service from beginning to end at the Munster, Indiana location this is a new and productive way to get my medical needs handled without the long wait. From the intake process to the entire staff plus NP Ms. Charity provided excellent customer service. Lastly the lab technician that took my blood samples that experience was painless. I highly recommend this location

I was in Munster visiting family for the holidays. Both my mother and I became sick while there. We visited Midwest Express twice and both times had great experiences. From the check-in staff, to the lovely intake nurse and both doctors we saw. Everyone was so kind and made my mom and I feel comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable urgent care.

Had to take my father there. The triage nurse and Olga, FNP, were both very nice. Yes we had to wait a bout a half hour but still much better than ED time. Olga gave him a breathing treatment and sent him home with them. Luckily, she knew in advance that insurance would most likely not cover it and sent both an electronic and written prescription. The written prescription was needed and I am very happy she had the forethought to do that. Thank you, Olga!!

I never expected that the facility would be so clean, the staff so courteous and professional, and the doctor to have such a concerned bedside manner along with the ability to share medical knowledge, processes, and procedures in laymans terms. I came into the facility full of anxiety, and I was treated with care and concern by the receptionist at the front desk, by the nurse, and by the doctor. I was patiently listened to and informed of procedures and future steps to be taken. This was a best practice experience, and I will recommend this urgent care facility location to anyone.

The service was friendly, quick, and helpful. I arrived and was nicely greeted by the front desk staff. The medical assaistant came out in less than 5 minutes to understand the issue. A friendly and appealing doctor treated us, gave a specialist referral and thanked us for chosing her clinic. Less than 15 min. Thats my type of service.

I’ve been here 3 times now food ultrasounds and have loved every experience. I absolutely love their ultrasound tech!! Today we got to hear baby girls heartbeat and see her with 3D/4D ultrasound. AND to top it all off they gave us a stuffy with her heartbeat playing inside! I mean cmon! 🥹I recommend this place for ultrasounds!!

Went here because I wasn’t having a ER to go to the hospital but wasn’t feeling good. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and took care of me. I was called in right away and the MA addressed my symptoms took my vitals and swabbed me for Covid and the flu all came back negative thank you God. Seen the dr and she gave me meds for a sinus and ear infection. She was very nice and knew her job. I was on there and out within a hr

Such a pleasant experience! From the front desk staff to the medical staff I had contact with, everyone was friendly and responsive to my needs as a patient. The nurse practitioner I saw was phenomenal - she took the time to listen to my symptoms, properly diagnose my condition, and then explained in great detail the prescriptions and care plan she was prescribing. I would hands-down recommend a visit here to anyone in need of immediate medical care.

The experience that I have had with the express urgent care in Munster was outstanding. My visit on last Friday was excellent. I did not have to wait long. The staff was friendly from check-in to the doctor. They got me thru the test & was able to treat the problem. I would highly recommend the Munster location A+. Thanks to all of the staff.

Although I wasnt feeling my best Midwest Express Clinic Urgent Care made my day! The ladies at the front desk were kind, professional, and so helpful with the paperwork.The nurse that took my vitals was so nice and very professional.The NP was great! Calmed my fears and explained my why I wasnt feeling well. Not to mention the process was fast and efficient! Ill definitely go back! Thank you ladies!

This is by far the best clinic I’ve ever been too, very kind and polite, patient and understanding! 100/10 would recommend ever since time, my personal experience was with someone named Samantha, and she was one of the most respectful people I’ve ever came across, was very gentle speaking with me and got me in and out very quickly with my issue resolved

I have been to this factory several times over the past few years and cannot complain. I absolutely appreciate how prompt they are to taking care of the patient. I have never had to wait over 20 min to be seen. They dx and treat right away.

Everyone was very pleasant. The facility is so nice and clean and my son was seen immediately. The dr was very friendly and put my 9yr old at ease. I’ve been here before and will continue to come if there is a medical need.

The entire staff was great. From the moment I walked in, every person that helped me in different ways not only impress me, but put me at ease right away.My biggest Impression, however, was made by Olga.I had some pretty tricky stitches to be removed without going into a lot of detail Ill just say it was kind of a mess.But Olga has such a great talent and eye for what needed to be done. And she did it in a professional, accurate and compassionate way.Was it painful ? Indeed It was, but she helped me through that too with her sensitivity and ability to visualize. I’m really thankful that I can go here and get in right away and that the physicians always listen and treat symptoms accordingly. The online booking system is a great tool however, I do not like that it requires ID & insurance card every single time I register, although I’ve been here multiple times. Would be great if this could be updated! Otherwise, I will come here when I’m sick over going to the ER or my own general doctor or my children’s pediatrician.

I love this place! It’s so nice to have somewhere to take my kids when I need urgent care. They have never disappointed. The doctors and front desk staff are so kind as well!

I appreciated being able to easily make and set my appointment online, with several time slots to choose from. The registration process was straightforward and quick—I was done within minutes. The appointment itself was pleasant, with friendly staff and a great environment. It was also convenient that they opened early.

In & out within 45 minutes. Feel 99% better than when I went in for what I went in for. Everyone was very professional, & pleasant, the whole experience was nice for it to have been a medical issue. Better than going to my Dr. & definitely better than an ER visit.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and dismay regarding the treatment I received during my recent visit to the Midwest Clinic in Munster, Indiana. My experience at your facility was far from the standard of care and respect one should expect when seeking urgent medical attention.First and foremost, the clinic’s policies are shrouded in ambiguity and lack transparency. As a patient, I found myself in a whirlwind of unclear instructions and misleading information, which only exacerbated the stress of an already concerning health situation. The lack of clear guidelines left me feeling vulnerable, confused, and utterly unsupported.To further compound my frustration, I was met with appallingly rude behavior from your staff, particularly from an employee named Taylor. Taylor’s demeanor was unprofessional, condescending, and utterly lacking in empathy—qualities that have no place in a healthcare setting. Rather than providing assistance and compassion, Taylor’s attitude seemed to reflect a complete disregard for the emotional and physical state of patients who are merely seeking help.It is unacceptable to encounter hostility and unkindness from those tasked with providing healthcare, especially when patients come to your clinic seeking relief and guidance in moments of need. The lack of basic decency and respect is inexcusable, and it has left me not only disappointed but deeply hurt. No one should have to endure such treatment, especially in a space intended to offer care and support.I strongly urge Midwest Clinic to address these issues immediately. It is imperative that you establish clearer, more patient-centered policies and thoroughly re-evaluate the conduct of your staff. I trust you will take this complaint seriously and take action to prevent others from experiencing similar distress.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see meaningful improvements at Midwest Clinic in the near future.

Waited less than 5 minutes in a crowded waiting room, moved to an exam room and saw someone almost immediately. Never a complaint when I’ve gone there! Prescription sent to my pharmacist, left there and went to pick it up!

The team that was working at 5pm on 12/13 at the Munster location were great to all 3 of my little children and husband. All very patient, friendly, and accommodating to our very sick family!

I returned once again to MEC Urgent Care because 1) they are close to my home; 2) the intake process is smooth; 3) the wait time was reasonable (something I understand is variable); and importantly, 4) the care given is professional and personal.

I had such a wonderful visit. Everyone was so nice, professional, and responsive to my needs, I would definitely refer this clinic to any of my family or friends.

Excellent!!Called same day, was feeling like total CRAP!!They said come right in, about 15-20min wait, they were spot on, maybe waited 10-15mins. Exam went awesome, got prescribed some meds for an ear infection and sinus infection and up and running again after 3 days of being on the mend!Thank you Midwest Express Clinic in Munster for the GREAT service!! Keep up the GREAT work!!

I came in with a bad cold, was seen right away, got a complete work up and my prescriptions were sent directly to my pharmacy. The staff were very friendly and the NP was very knowledgeable. I am very thankful to the NP for taking things a step farther which helped me to discover something else I didn’t even know I had going on!

I was in & out...the Doctor & staff was AWESOME.. answered all my questions and concerns. I most definitely would return if I need to in the future. Great patient care!!!

I’ve called this office 3 different times on 3 different occasions for an appointment, each time I’m put on long holds. I finally get an appointment, took off work early and confirmed just for them to tell me I never had an appointment. Then tell me I cancelled when I never spoke with anyone to cancel. Also received a email this morning stating email was confirmed. Front desk receptionist is extremely rude and was rude to every black patient that walked through the door. Last time here for sure.

Great experience! Great staff! I came in yesterday because i took a hard fall and both of my knees were swollen and i was in much pain! From the moment i walked in I was treated with kindness and care. Alexis who took my blood pressure, temperature, etc was so kind and gentle. Physically lifted me when it was hard for me to stand, and just all around genuinely acted like she cared. My physician Charity Renteria was just as kind and as compassionate. They took my xrays and she checked on me regularly while we waited for those results, and she offered me options for pain medication and even went above and beyond by getting a second opinion by another physician about my Xrays just to make sure it wasnt as bad as it was. I left there with 2 knee braces that Alexis gently put on for me. (Took my shoes off, make sure she placed it comfortably but firmly). Pain medication decreased from about a 9 down to about an 4 and i was actually able to get some sleep last night! Overall a great experience, thank you so much for being so kind! I really needed that during a painful moment!

I walked in for my B12 Lipo shot. I was in and out in no time. They were very professional and polite. Love it!!!

The customer service received was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a follow-up call from the Dr. Its the little things that makes a big difference.

This was my first visit on 07/16/24. I got the full treatment from front desk staff to the triage they were polite and explained anything I didnt understand or if I had questions. The Dr. Was very understanding of my situation and made me feel the utmost comfort. Also I had blood work done and the technician was very cool and chill I felt comfortable with him having knowledge in his position. I used the restroom there and it was very clean neat and everything at this facility was in great working condition and clean to my standard and I have OCD!

The staff was super nice!! My NP Kasey was so proffesional & friendly! She showed such concern for what I came in for. I definitely recommend this clinic!

Registered online, arrived at clinic, in room within 10min... Dr was very nice and asked questions. She ordered my meds for pickup within 1hr... Dr notified me she would be there next day in case I needed anything else. Thank you for making me feel better.

This is my go to place when I’m randomly feeling bad & can’t wait to see my doctor. They always get me in & out. The nurse Christian (who’s a float from Griffith) has treated me both times. She always very pleasant and throughly listens to my concerns.

I love Dr. Olga. Her bedside manner is the greatest. The medical assistants, Shauna and Sam, are the best. My experience there is always wonderful!

Best experience at an urgent care thus far. They were fast, professional and mighty efficient.

I’m from out of state and they took care of me like a normal patient 10/10 recommend it’s very clean and very friendly I got seen super quick as well!! Having to pay out of pocket was a big stress and they helped find solutions around that big stress!! (I had a tooth infection while on a work trip) and it was getting gradually worse thankfully they got me in and took great care of me! if your thinking of going somewhere definitely go here

Very clean place. Helpful front desk & didn’t have to wait long from when I arrived . Paperwork was easy to fill out & nice & friendly staff.

Everyone greeted m with a smile. Everyone showed they cared about your health to get you right. The Doctor I had was very amazing and helped me with everything I to make sure I get better. I love coming here cause everyone is very respectful.

I had one of the greatest experiences in healthcare on today. My wait wasn’t long , but the best and most important part was being cared for by NP Kasey!She was amazing with her bedside manner, so helpful and informative, and just an answered prayer!!!I’m so glad she is able to do what she is gifted for and that’s to serve and care for others!!!*** The MA Amira assisted her and she was amazing too!!!

I had 2 person ahead of me and I had to sit in the patient room for an hour and half to see a doctor. and then nurse came over said dang you still here?I had to get out the room twice to make sure that they dont forget about me while i have potentially have infection and my baby sitter kept calling me. It was bad experience with this clinic.

Very clean facility. The receptionist was kind and very helpful. The wait was not long, even though I was a walk-in. The doctor was quick, concise and to the point. I can’t remember her name but she was very pleasant. My prescription was sent right over. I was able to pick it up, another happy customer.

Sometimes service can be slow (as is the nature in doctors office) but frequently is fast, or atleast, timely. Staff is nice, and qualified. Would 5 stars except for my last experience having blood drawn. Tech didn’t ask if I had eaten/drank etc (I hadn’t eaten yet), and didn’t notice me losing unconsciousness (it was brief, maybe 30 seconds, and after he had finished drawing blood). Luckily I slumped back in the chair or I would’ve face planted. They made sure I was alright and gave me an electrolyte popsicle before I went home. Aparently, I’m part of the 10% that experiences varying levels of loss of consciousness when having blood drawn!

Awesome attention to my illness - Doc Jena acted immediately in addressing my complaint, I needed it so urgently - no long wait time - friendly staff - I left feeling very satisfied with the policies of this business ! Great job ( was even given a pop cycle while waiting to keep me hydrated 😃) I’ll be back 4 more if I ever need urgent care like this !

Check in was easy and the front desk staff pleasant. The clinic was clean.Nurse Lafonda was friendly and professional and seemed to really enjoy her job. The xray tech( her name escapes me) was very nice. NP Julie was excellent. She was kind and thorough and I felt she cared about me as a person. I’m glad I chose Midwest Express for my care.

Ive taken my daughter here a few times over the past year for various childhood illnesses and school related visits (physical, epipen refill) and they always move very quickly (even with a full lobby) and treat myself and my daughter with such kindness. Its a huge relief to be able to go here rather than the ER or booking an appointment with her pediatrician

I went to the Midwest express clinic and everyone there was so awesome. Very helpful and polite and I was taken care care of quickly. I did not have to wait a long time at all. My experience with everyone I came in contact with was one of the best. Would highly recommend Midwest express clinic.

The Dr and nurse were great but the receptionist did not tell me the pharmacy closed at 5️⃣: 0️⃣0️⃣, as I went there and then they were closed. They used to close at 6️⃣:0️⃣0️⃣ on Sunday, and I dont have the pills 💊 yet and havent got a message from CVS.

I was waiting for what seemed to be an unusually long time so I asked how much longer or how many patients were ahead of me and she goes it looks like we cleared you out and I said what does that mean and says let me ask sends me back to my room and doesn’t come back I had to ask a different person what was going on and she says I don’t know what she’s talking about and says you should be next.. anyway after over a two hour wait and all that confusion. I’m just never coming back here.

Everything was extremely efficient, everyone was friendly and professional!! My Doctor was Amazing!!! Explanations were concise and easily understood!!

My daughter went there on a Thursday afternoon and they prescribed a medicine for her. The Pharmacy kept telling me that they weren’t receiving it, it took Midwest clinic over 24 hours and 4 phone calls to finally get the prescription over to the pharmacy.The customer service at Midwest clinic has really declined lately.

The staff is amazing. They are friendly, respectful and efficient. They made me feel comfortable. I will definitely return.

They were friendly, fast & efficient! They made my son (a 2y old) feel very comfortable & after his visit he was able to grab some goodies! They were also very clean each room was being sanitized after each patient! Overall I felt very welcomed & cared for as a patient’s mom!

I called to get blood work results. I was on hold for 10 minutes the first time. They asked for an email, and I gave it to them. After an hour, I called back to see if they sent results to the wrong email. They put me on hold for almost 40 minutes and then clicked over and hung up. The front office is unorganized and ignorant. I called back, and Samantha said well I dont know what to tell you.

This clinic is great. The staff was friendly and the nurse practitioner that’s seen me was so nice and showed empathy and care .. The young lady who took my vitals was wonderful as sick as I felt when I went in just talking to her made me feel a little better. The clinic is clean and I was in and out quickly but I didn’t feel rushed .

If there was a 0 I’d give it to this place always so rude when I call and go in long wait times and just so ridiculous on getting paper work filled out I seen the provider on September 27 then asked her to fill out the paper work she never did now they are saying I have to see her again to get old paper work filled out? Not professional!

I was sent from Hammond Indiana to the Munster location. I was very happy with the Dr who treated me. Excellent!

We waited to long for the doctor to see my son and after the 5 minutes exam we waited some more for x rays. 2hrs waiting this is a express clinic not a hospital where you wait and wait.

My experience with my visit, staff and doctor was wonderful. I do feel that it was better because of all the treatments and testing I was able to have and having those results made available during my visit. Tests include X-rays, Covid/flu test, nebulizer machine, preference in administering medicine as a shot versus prescribed medication, etc. very pleased with my service and I will be returning for other medical treatments, sharing with friends and family. Nurse practitioner Olga is the greatest. Very kind and knowledgeable. I went to Franciscan twice over a two month period with poor to no favorable results. One visit I was correctly diagnosed and cured in three days.Thank You

Jana Voskul is an awesome doctor. She is always so sweet, kind and patient. She takes the time to hear you out. She wants to make sure she weighs out all options to ensure you have a speedy recovery. Im thankful I had her as my doctor. 👍🏽 ❤️

I had to take my daughter in to get examined for a concussion. Although the wait time in the room was long, we were greeted with a smile and kindness. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and even consulted a colleague to verify. I appreciate people that are willing to seek additional advice! The individuals at the front desk were also kind and welcoming.

In & out not a lot of paperwork nor questions tell what’s wrong and they are there to assist job well done

I dont go to doctors much but needed to be looked at quickly after an accident - everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I could tell they were busy but they moved like a great team. I was impressed enough to write this

I have had nothing but good experience here @Midwest Express Clinic. Starting at check in, receptionist are polite and friendly. Nurses are pleasant, nice and friendly. Doctors are polite. Always greet me and my kids. They engage with my kids and want to know from them what are their symptoms. Very friendly and outgoing. The nurse practitioner, Jana, followed up with me the next day via text for any other questions/concerns I had. My medicine was placed with my pharmacy within the hour . I received confirmation of my prescription ready within couple hours. I am pleased that Dr. Olga gave me her phone number to be reached if my son’s condition did not improve. That’s amazing!

The staff is always nice and receptive. If feel that the diagnosis and treatment is not just because the clinic can make more money but instead specific to my needs.

Horrible experience. Didnt do what they said they were going to do like call with x-ray results or send in the prescription. Made several phone calls and nothing was resolves. Had to drive in the next day to get x-ray report. They said script was sent in. Must be the pharmacy or insurance. I stopped at the pharmacy before going to get x-ray report and no script was sent. Staff is blaming Toya who only works at the location part time and she was off when I arrived. Everyone is pointing fingers and no one is taking care of things. When your kids are hurt and u take them to URGENT care that is what u should receive. I will never go to the location that is closest to my house in Hammond.

I love having this as an option when you can’t get into your regular doctor. The staff is always professional and kind. They see hundreds and hundreds of people and still manage to be patient and understanding with each client that walks in the door. The doctor asked questions and did his best to understand what was going on before jumping to a diagnosis, and presented me with all the avenues we could go as far as treatment goes. Will always go to this location when I’m in need of immediate, non-emergency care.

I was able to schedule an appointment on line to be seen within an hour. I was pleasantly surprised at that. Once I arrived I thought my waiting time would be long because of the amount of people in the waiting area. However, I was seen in and out in an hour. All of the staff was very friendly and thorough. Jana, the nurse practitioner, even followed up with me the following morning via text. Overall a great experience.

I brought my daughter in to be seen yesterday since her drs office couldn’t see her until 2 weeks. It was my first time here. It was nice and clean, the staff was very sweet, Dr. Raven was helpful and nice, and The young lady that checked me in/out I believe her name was Sayra, was so sweet. I love it when you have great staff greeting people that come in for help. She gave my daughter glasses, stickers, Lollipops, Bubbles, a tiara, apple juice, and much more! My daughter was so happy! I will come back!

I really like this clinic the nurses were very kind, polite, and helpful. The service was very quick as it states on the building. I love the doctor that serviced me she was understanding, nice and listens very well. She gave me more information than they would in the city. I walked in about 3 in the afternoon and wait time was not too long. ARNP, Charity was awesome, took the time to listen to my issues and she provided me with medicine that helped me overnight with my pain. I did not want narcotics but pain relief! I am visiting from California and was able to get my needs met which was huge for me. Front fest and Physicians Assistant were friendly and attentive, no unwelcoming attitudes here. I highly recommend this practice and will return if needed.10 Stars if I could!

My experience yesterday was the best I’ve ever had at this location. Jana, the nurse practitioner, was great! She had me in and out in under 5 minutes, as well as checking up on me via text the next day! The front desk staff was polite and kind, as well as the triage nurse.

Went in for for swelling in my wrist and the ladies there was so nice and gentle even though it was really hurting I will always tell people to go there now

Coming in the door customer service acknowledged me coming in while taking care of another patient by saying hello one moment.. she was very kind and very helpful with the paper work. The nurse was very cheerful, kind hearted and very inviting. The physician was very understanding and a great listener those are great attributes a physician should have. I’ve never gone to an urgent care before so I searched and decided on Midwest. I am so pleased I did. Completed paperwork online and reserved a spot in line. My wait was minimal (within 15 minutes) and the staff very friendly and efficient!! For as busy as they were I was very impressed!! I would choose Midwest again!! Thank goodness I had that option since the first available with my PCP was 10/30! Not acceptable considering I needed to be seen yesterday!

Always have the best experience when I get the NP Olga. She is always straight forward and willing to do anything for her patients for them to get well. Very honest person. She is very much appreciated

Front desk was very friendly and fast, the wait was not too long. The Nurse and staff were professional, and took time to answer my questions.

On a Saturday morning, my husband and I arrived to the Munster Midwest Express Clinic at about 7:50 a.m. CT and they opened at 8:00 a.m. CT that day. As usual, people were getting out of their car and getting in line prior to their opening. I was a pleasantly surprised when the person working came to open the doors at 7:55 a.m. CT. We were in and out by 8:15 a.m. CT. I was just so grateful because no one loves having to visit urgent care. Their staff made it a painless and pleasant experience. We received very high-quality and efficient care.

I really love this place, i wasnt happy with my nurse practitioner. I felt like to her it was all about how many patients she can get to stay in business, rather than being there for her patients. Then my daughter told me about this place. And Im so happy she did, They care, they listen, and most of all they let you know that they are there for you. I thank God for you all. Our experience at your clinic was expeditious and helpful in getting the care and treatment needed. My daughter was quickly diagnosed and medication prescribed and readily submitted to the pharmacy in order to start her meds same night. I must add also that our experience from beginning to end was pleasant. The front desk staff is very patient even with the overwhelming and overflowing main lobby of waiting patients. We were seen by the nurse practitioner within a very reasonable amount of time and she was thorough and informative. Great job all around Midwest Express!

Midwest Clinic is the best. Super Nice receptionist and Jen, Medical Assistant so nice. Jana, the NP was stupendous. She knew I was worried with me not feeling good. Took good care of me. She even sent me a message the following day to see how I feel. If I had questions, and said it takes time but Ill be feeling better. Cant ask for better than that.

These people are excellent at what they do, make you feel very comfortable, and you never have to wait long. Your welfare is very important to them, and they get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Theyre always my first choice if my primary caregiver is unavailable.

I usually visit this center for minor issues and I always receive great service. I recently visited for a follow-up appointment and I informed the young lady triaging me that my pressure may read high because I experience anxiety when visiting the doctor’s office. The young lady goes “well, let’s talk” and took her time to start a genuine conversation to calm me down so she was able to get an accurate read! Best experience I’ve ever had, this center will always be my go-to!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Midwest Express Clinic in Munster for an ultrasound examination, and I have to say that the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.However, what really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the ultrasound technician. From the moment I walked into the room, she made me feel at ease with her warm and friendly demeanor. She took the time to explain the procedure to me and answer all my questions, which helped alleviate any anxiety I may have had. The technician was incredibly professional and skilled during the exam. She was also very patient and attentive, taking the time to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process.Overall, I would highly recommend Midwest Express Munster Clinic to anyone in need of ultrasound services and especially commend the outstanding service of their ultrasound technician. I typically LOVE Midwest express, so this one star review isn’t reflective of the entire business but just the purple haired nurse practitioner. I needed a medicine she said she was going to prescribe me one type and I asked her about another type and what were the benefits of taking one over the other. I said okay I would like the other kind, NOT what she said she would prescribe she then made a snide comment about the reason I needed aforementioned medication but said she would prescribe the medication I requested. I let the rude comment go and went about my day that evening I went to pick up my medication and it was NOT the kind I wanted it was the type she originally said. I am very unhappy.

Staff is always welcoming and quick. I came in for a follow up for my sons finger and Jana, NP was very knowledgeable and kind. Emphasized the importance of seeing a specialist, explained where the fracture was located and answered all questions that I had. Even followed up the next day in case my family and I had any other questions. X-rays are done in house and they see you in a timely manner. Wonderful overall service.

This was the best experience I can brag about in many years. I made the appointment online to arrive 15 minutes later. I left my home immediately and when I arrived was pleasantly greeted by the reception desk. Since I filled everything out online downloading all necessary items I was able to take a seat and wait. Not only 5 minutes later was called in to a room. Then 5-10 minutes later the doctor arrived. He was so understanding and had such a wonderful bedside manner. I felt so comfortable speaking with him even though we literally just met. I will definitely refer this establishment to anyone that may need a doctor and quick. I will also return if I ever need assistance in the future. 5 stars all day!!!

It first started with registration simple paperwork to fill out once I completed it they called me in the room, shortly after not too long the doctor came in there address my concern with my daughter, and I was on my way home.

The service was great at Midwest Express Clinic. We did not have a long wait. All of the staff members were excellent, friendly and professional. X-rays had to be done and we were out in a short time and had a very short week to get a call back with the X-ray results. Would recommend to everyone.

Love the new extension to the clinic. I got in for a appointment in about 40 minutes. Everyone was nice and professional. The doctor was great he figured out what was wrong with my back and walked me through the procedure for it. Procedure was about 20 minutes. Only thing not so great is that there is nothing for the pain except a cold spray which I understand.....but ooo that hurt. Figured a little pain now means less in the future. Thanks for helping me out MEC.

It’s a whole vibe in there. They play movies for the kids, shout out El Canto; We don’t talk about Bruno, No, No, No. I got an X-ray, ear flush, and diagnosed in one hour. Dr. Thomas is the man, the green eyed nurse extremely cool and very thorough. I would recommend this place but I want to keep it for myself. No seriously the best.

My 16 year old daughter had accidentally sprayed an old vinegar-based house cleaner in her L eye and the next day it was burning. So took her to Calumet Avenue Munster Midwest Express Clinic as a walk-in and barely sat down and was called in for exam room. Lady Doctor put numbing eye drop and orange dye to use UV light to further examine the eye for any abrasions. Thank God there were none. Just mostly swelling and irritation, so Doctor prescribed steroid once a day for 3 days and antibiotic eye drops for short while. Daughters eye is already getting better thanks to God for providing professional help at the Clinic. Love going there because they make it easy and quick but remain professional and friendly. Thank God for Midwest Express Clinic on Calumet Ave in Munster. 😃

I like the easiest and quality visit. I like the staff that friendly and through. I liked the doctor as she listened to me and my joking attitude. I would highly recommend this place to go and be seen by this staff.

Olga did a great job. I was having respiratory issues she gave me steroids and a z pack and made other great suggestions. This was my second time here in six months. I’m feeling normal again. Will definitely go back but hopefully won’t have to.

This clinic and its doctors are fantastic. They take your ailments seriously. Knowing that working class people often do not have PTO, cant take off work, lose pay or risk their job by calling off, they give us the medecinal tools to get the relief we need to get thru our illnesses while continuing to work. I went in for a cut on my leg and had a very pleasant experience. I had completed the registration online, I sat down for not even 5 minutes in the waiting area and got taken to the back. Shortly after I was seen by the nurse practitioner, I was in and out within 35 minutes. The office is very nice and clean and the staff is great!

My grandson and I had a great experience at the clinic yesterday. Thomas was our doctor and he was awesome. He explained everything to us and talked with us about what would help my grandson. We so appreciated his advice. Such kindness is very welcome!

Edit: I never was able to get blood panel results thru the app/qr code, so I went in one day. They printed them for me.Was not too crowded. St Patrick day. Everyone was very helpful and patient. I was able to talk thru options. The QR code for lab results doesn’t work so that will be a bummer if I have to go back for results.

Upon entering the clinic l received a warm greeting.Very clean and inviting inthe wai area, also every room I was treated in was very clean also the hallways .The staff was very welcomingand attentive. Very through.

Unless you have over an hour to wait-dont even bother. And registering online for a time slot (which gives the assumption that you have an appointment but you dont) is pointless. The one in Schererville is way better.

I have been here four times in the past three weeks- for myself and my two children. The staff have been friendly and efficient each and every time. I was able to call back and switch a medication from liquid to a pill for my daughter. They sent the script over without any hassle! I truly appreciate the convenience and efficiency you experience when choosing this clinic.

This was my first time visiting this clinic but it won’t be my last. From my initial contact with the check in receptionist to the nurses assistant, I was treated with excellent customer service. I had so many questions and ALL of them were answered without any hesitation. If you want to be treated like family, I would recommend going to this clinic.

Consistently awesome every single time. The staff if great, you really get individualized attention. All of the folks in the back, from the time you get taken back for vitals to the NPs that are staffed there, are top notch. Lets not forget about the front desk girls! I visited MEC on an early Sunday morning because my PCPs office was closed. Online check-in to save your spot in line was very easy. Front desk staff & technicians were very friendly.After a brief wait time my name was called & I was immediately tested for Covid, flu & strep throat. Jana, the Nurse Practitioner, had all the test results when she came in the exam room. In a very calm voice she asked me how I was feeling & listened to my concerns. She assessed my condition & was very thorough with her diagnosis. When the exam was finished she immediately faxed the necessary prescriptions to my pharmacy.The next day Jana took the time to send me a follow-up text message asking if I had any concerns.I would highly recommend this facility! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommend this dentist office. Literally just left from having the quickest most painless tooth extraction and they made sure that I was comfortable the whole process. The clinic is as the name says. Midwest Express Clinic staff professionally expedited an assessment of my symptoms. I was subsequently treated successfully for one symptom and a prescription was called in to my pharmacy for the minor symptoms I presented. The prescription was ready by the time I arrived at my pharmacy. If you need quick attention, Midwest Express Clinic is the clinic to visit. May I add, every one in the clinic was WONDERFULLY PLEASANT and KIND. They truly care. EG

I went in to make sure no bones were broken as a result of a fall. The staff was wonderful - arranged for xrays and the went over the results with me. The nurse practitioner, Jana, was wonderful. She called me while we were on our way home to let me know that the radiologist reviewed the xrays and also went over, in detail, the results.

I love this Midwest Express Clinic site. The front office person didn’t smile, but she wasn’t nasty, I guess we are all entitled to a bad day. The nurse and the NP were both top notch; caring, pleasant and the NP was knowledgeable. I simply love this place! Clean and quick, in and out!

I am very saddened by a few recent experiences I’ve had. I brought my very noticeably sick 5 year old daughter in today, and was told my insurance is “ineligible”. I contacted my insurance and the insurance customer service rep called Midwest Express to confirm that I had coverage and they are an in-network care facility for me. The lady at the front desk refused to look into it further, with no consideration for a sick child. When I looked at the printout she gave me when I got home, (mind you my daughter is sick, so my mind is just on getting her seen as quickly as possible). The document had me listed as using Medicaid insurance. I do not have Medicaid insurance, so could this be an error on your end that resulted in my very sick daughter not being seen? A five year old child denied helped because of an error in your system?

First time here. Very pleased with professionalism and patient care from front desk to the physician assistant. Everyone was very kind and caring. The clinic was clean. I completed registration online about 6:30 am to reserve, not an appt, but my place in line for 8:05. I was seen by 8:15. Very happy to discover this place. It is very close to home when I was traveling all the to my last primary medical group 30 minutes away. Driving is the last thinks your feel like doing with not well. Before leaving they scheduled me for a followup within a week. Very greatful for this location and highly recommend.

Took my mom here to be tested because she had a 103.1 fever. Nurse practitioner came in said everything was negative and when my mom asked her a question she rudely interrupted her and said hold on I have to do the assessment. Was very rude and unprofessional! Her heart rate was very high and they gave her a breathing treatment knowing albuterol makes your heart rate higher! Will never be back at this location!

Went to this clinic for my kids several times and doctors were nice and professional. However, I received a email from collection about my past bill(copay), and on the bill it still shows my old address(I have changed it 2 years ago and double confirmed with front desk of clinic). Now I have to pay the balance plus collection fee. So disappointed.
