I had a 9:15 AM appointment with Dr. Wood on January 16. I love that he takes the time to come in and talk with you before you change clothes for the exam. I had no health issues, but he took the time to talk to me about a concern. I will forever remember him saying, “Go ahead and eat that frog”🐸: meaning if you have something to do that is one of your least favorite things, go ahead and do it first thing in the morning! Soooo, go ahead and eat that frog ‼️

Dr. Riis is personal, patient, and kind. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and I never feel rushed. She’s delivered both of my girls and I will continue to highly recommend her to anyone in need of great care!

By far the best. They are always so kind, considerate, and understanding. Dr. Riis is straight forward and trustworthy. Shes been nothing but professional and kind. Im now on my third pregnancy and I refuse to use anyone else. I HIGHLY recommend this office.

A wonderful doctor! I see Robert Wood, and I am a high-risk pregnancy. He cares about my issues. I can always ask and I never feel stupid. He was also wonderful during my previous pregnancy that ended in a missed miscarrage sadly. But I am now proud to say I am 16 weeks with twins!

(Provider Mary Carleton Johnston) In the little time (in which I hope to make forever) I’ve been seeing her she has help so much explained things most doctors would assume you should know already. I first meet her during a traumatic experience dealing with my twins, she was there and explained every step of the way reassuring me in places I had doubts if your looking for a obgyn that’s detailed, shares knowledge with you, and who cares GO TO HER. if your looking for a obgyn who DON’T look at you as another paycheck and do care about your concerns then please GO SEE HER! (Aswell the ENTIREEE STAFF. They are all amazing, friendly, and they hold great conversations ) just a great facility in general 🫶🏾🫶🏾

Julie was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and was able to have a normal conversation! You can tell she has been doing this for many years! Very sweet!!

I would recommend Dr. Johnston to anybody looking for an ob! She is so sweet and through and answers any questions you have. My pregnancy was going good until around 32 weeks when I was diagnosed with iugr. She handled everything so well when I had to be induced unexpectedly she tried so hard to make sure I had the delivery I wanted even though it didnt happen that way and had an emergency c section she made sure i understood why and calmed me so much. I will be seeing her for all of my pregnancies and everything else ob related.

Dr. Frame was terrific, very kind and understanding. Even though all the computers were down and she had an emergency that called her away, I was taken care of pretty quickly. Im very happy with her.

My first time here and I’m currently expecting my rainbow baby, Dr. Frame is the SWEETEST! And the staff are extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you all ❤️

I love Dr Frame. She informative and explains everything as well as takes her time with you. I did gave yo wait over an hour past my appointment time to even get my vitals. A routine yearly exams took 2 hours and 15 minutes. That was my only complaint.

Dr. Riss is so very professional. She takes her time with you. She never makes you feel rushed. She lets you know exactly what procedures she is going to do ahead of time. She allows for questions and answers. She is the best OBGYN doctor I have ever had. I’m so pleased that she is my doctor!

Dr.Frame is so very kind and patient. She listens to all my concerns, and addresses each one! I have been going to her for 5 plus years now, and have always felt comfortable with the level of care she gives!

The best! Ive had my fair share of bad experiences with doctors in the area. After a long search, I wont be leaving Dr. Riis. She educates her patients without being condescending, she has grace and tact while keeping you informed of everything, and she takes the time to personally call you when needed. I cant speak highly enough of her. If youve been looking for a doctor you can trust and a place where youre not just a file, then shes the one you need to see.

I love seeing her every year. She’s very knowledgeable and covers everything with me. I have high confidence in her ability. She has a great bedside manner and is very upbeat!

Dr. Trammel he is one of the most caring and compassionate physicians I have ever had. She truly cares about her patient’s well-being and will work with them to find a solution that best fits their needs. Absolutely love her.!!

Dr. Riis is absolutely amazing! She makes me feel comfortable and secure and she’s very thorough with me. Dr. Riis doesn’t rush and she answers all questions to the very best of her knowledge. She’s worth more than a 5 rating!!!

I love going to see Dr. Frame! Always super comfortable and all of the nurses were super great! Especially the ultrasound tech, super nice and made sure not to ruin the gender surprise!!!

The annual checkup isnt the most fun thing to do. Dr. Frame makes the experience worth the anxiety. She takes the time to ask/discuss any issues and her friendly manner helps set me at ease.

Do not go here. They are terrible. My first appointment (I drove 2 hours) and my doctor was not there. Luckily got a work in with another doctor. Need my Prolia shot. Quit handling with not notice. My order was canceled twice. I would give them a negative rating if I could. Stay away if you want someone that actually cares about you.

Dr. Kleinpeter highly recommended for anyone seeking quality care. Outstanding bedside manner! Truly feel that my health concerns are addressed.

Dr. Trammell is endearing and knowledgeable. Shes also a great listener. 16 plus years of a awesome relationship of caring for me. Her staff of 2 are awesome as well. They ask all of the right questions and quickly get you what need.

I absolutely love Dr.Julie Grinstead and her nurses. They are so nice and genuinely caring. They ask questions to ensure the patient gets the proper care for whatever it is they are needing.

My OBGYN is changing offices this January, to this office; and when calling to make an appointment I was asked my social security number, confused gave the last 4 and was demanded my entire social to schedule an appointment. Weird and ridiculous I’ve never in my 26 years of life had to provide my full social security number on the phone to any obgyn or doctors office period to schedule an appointment. Will be letting go of my ob not driving over an hour to a practice who operates as such. Something sketchy is going on for this office to before even asking your birthday asking for your full social security number. Called and left a message to the coordinator of the office with no response. Will be reporting to Alabama board or medical examiners AND Alabama department of public health.

Dr. Grinstead was super nice and easy to talk with. She listened to everything I had to say. All the nurses were equally nice and office has a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing an OBGYN doctor.

Super nice and informative. Great staff. And very good at keeping you distracted while taking blood for labs! Just a little upset that I didn’t get my welcome bag that was mentioned lol!

Really pleasant office! Dr Trammell is the best gynecologist I have ever had in my 50 years of using one! She is professional, yet personal, calming & compassionate. The Mammologist was wonderful - very kind & caring. Loved her!

Dr. Johnston made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was able to speak freely and did not feel rushed. She is awesome.The staff in the front office was friendly and courteous. They greeted me upon entry and were efficient in their paperwork. They even called to verify that my prescription had been sent to the pharmacy.My mammogram was performed by Tacarra (sorry if I misspelled it). She was so sweet and talked me through the process. I was treated kindly and not manhandled. Tacarra really made (what is usually) a traumatic experience bearable. [Thank you for easing my anxiety.]

Dr. Wood has been my doctor for sometime now and I really like him. He is not going to give you a bunch of fluff, but he is very reassuring with all of your questions and is direct. He was awesome in the delivery of my first child and I don’t regret my decision of having him as a doctor. He knows what he’s doing and can handle pretty much any situation you throw at him. Both times I have been pregnant he has went the extra mile to get me in early and help calm my worries. As someone who is prone to worrying when it comes to being pregnant, I would say he is really good with calming peoples nerves and letting them know that things are going to be ok. I would recommend him to anyone.

I love Dr. Kleinpeter and his staff. He answers all of my questions and is honest about what I should expect, etc. I have had 1 surgery with him and now I am pregnant!! He is a fabulous doctor!

I had a great experience with the staff and Dr Riis. They got me back 5 minutes BEFORE my actual appointment. Had blood work/lab available then and there so I didn’t have to go anywhere else.Dr. Riis listened to all my concerns with genuine interest and compassion. This is the first time I actually felt seen and heard by any of my doctors. I’d recommend her to my family and friends in a heart beat.She was professional and courteous. So was her medical assistants/nurse. Easy to joke and laugh with :)

The entire staff was great! My doctor was very knowledgeable and attentive when I was speaking. The wait time was minimum. 10 out of 10 experience!

I was referred to Dr. Trammell by my PCP and I must say I am thoroughly impressed by Dr. Trammell and her staff. They had to push my appointment back due to a meeting but they had staff waiting at the elevators to give me directions on what to do to check in & where to wait til they were done. Once the meeting was done they walked and found me and told me they were ready for me. Surely enough their lobby was full but since my appointment was first, I they walked me straight to the back. I needed some accomodations with my appointment and they seamlessly met my needs. The nurses and Dr. Trammell were easy to talk to and got me talking about aka distracted while they completed their assessments and before I knew it we were done. Dr. Trammell was very personable and gentle and ladies know that matters in an Ob/gyn. I left there literally thinking Ive never been to an OB/Gyn that I genuinely liked because there was never an uncomfortable or awkward moment. 5 stars to Dr. Trammell and her team.

Dr.Frame was so amazing throughout my whole pregnancy! Being my first pregnancy/ baby i was so nervous and worried, and she treated me with such kindness, patience and respect! She helped me through every step of the process and answered all the questions I had no mattered how silly or obvious they seemed. In the delivery room she was outstanding! So encouraging and explained everything so beautifully and calmly through the birth of my son which kept my is anxiety and worries next to none! It was okay. It felt very rushed. He didn’t seem concerned about any of the issues I brought up. Just like they were trying to get me in and out asap.

Ive been seeing Dr Kleinpeter for years and hes always been very kind, understanding and thorough, and listens to and addresses any concerns you have. As Ive gotten older, I have thought about switching to a female doctor in the practice, but for now I will stick with Dr. Kleinpeter. Any issues Ive ever had at the practice have been related to other departments.

I love doctor Johnston. This is my first baby and she has answered any of my questions with great detail and even drawn me pictures when I was uncertain. She genuinely cares about her patients and makes an effort to ask about your life outside of just what is going on with the baby. She is a breath of fresh air in a hospital setting that can feel very scary. I will keep seeing her for all my OB/GYN needs.

Recently had a miscarriage, she was very empathetic and sweet! Looking forward to trying again.

Dr Riis is so sweet, she takes her time, she listens and she is so Bubbly. When she enters the room she greets you with a bubbly hello so you always feel better for at least that moment. She has done several procedures for me and has been outstanding!

One of the best dr.’s still around! You won’t find many doctors, as dedicated to helping and taking care of their patients, nowadays, as dr Grinstead is. I’m not putting down other dr’s, by no means. But merely saying Dr. Grinstead goes above and beyond for all of her patients. Making sure they get the best care and/treatment possible. She doesn’t make you feel negative about any concerns or questions you may have. Definitely recommend her for as long as she is able/continues to work.

Going to the female doctor is never fun, but Dr. Kleinpeters goes out of his way to make the visit less stressful. He comes in first and talks to you and then when he is ready to do the exam he gets his nurse and tells you step for step what he is doing and always checking on you. He treats you like a part of his family and not another number. I hope Dr. Kleinpeters never leaves!

This review is absolutely no reflection on her.The 1 star rating is for the billing office and may force me to switch doctors. Any time I have had a procedure done, I usually end up receiving 3 different bills from their office. How many times does it take to correctly file an insurance claim?!?! I am fed up. The latest incident involves a procedure I had in July 2022. I had already received two bills from them for said procedure and paid them. Then, I received yet another bill to pay for the same procedure over 7 MONTHS LATER!!! I get insurance claim filing can be complicated, but please, for the sake of your patients, do your due diligence on the front end and only bill your patients once. If you have to do it multiple times, then you need to find a better office manager or outsource your claims to someone who can.

Always on time with scheduling, professional friendly staff. Dr. Grinstead has been my gynecologist for many years, always thorough & accurate with her findings! She also delivered my grand baby 16 years ago! Awesome Lady!

This was my first time seeing Dr Kleinpeter and from now on he will always be my gynecologist. He and his staff are amazing. I have bad anxiety every time I go to the doctor and it’s hard to calm me down but Dr Kleinpeter and his nurses assured me that everything will be fine— even the nurse that was in the exam room took great care of me and I’m forever grateful for their kindness.

Love Dr Woods ! I used him for both of my boys and he treated me very well ! Always looked out for me and made sure my pregnancy was smooth and good ! Same with his nurse Jennifer ! I still love them till this day as they help and make sure everything is okay with me if there is any problems. DEF recommend him !

Dr Riis has met every single need during this pregnancy and has been wonderful. I would definitely use her again for my others. She has been the best doctor especially with it being my first pregnancy.

Dr. Riis is very sweet and genuine. I only go to her annually but she’s quick and careful. The wait isn’t too long either.

Do NOT trust Dr. Klienpeter. He is unempathetic, dismissive, and has zero regard for your bodily autonomy or pain levels. He continued to hurt me throughout an exam with no regard for my pain. He didnt tell me what he was putting in me as he was doing it or before. He undermined me and dismissed me. The clinic knows he is this way, has a reputation for it as clearly seen by the nurses, yet they keep him on anyway.

Dr. Johnston is kind and very approachable. She has supported the decisions I’ve made concerning my pregnancy and child’s birth. I’m very happy with my decision of choosing her to be my OB.

This is my second pregnancy here in Mobile and so happy to have Dr. Riis as my doctor again! So sweet, really good at explaining any questions or concerns, and all in all just an amazing doctor.

Dr. Grinstead is so amazing! I am impressed with her dedication, care listening skills. I recommend her to anyone having their first child.

Dr Grinstead assistants asked me … me the patient …if I needed blood work done before I even was evaluated by Dr. Grinstead …I had not seen Dr. Grinstead for at least 2 years and I’m 57 years old …I am a patient and should not be asked to make this judgment as a patient .

I have been seeing dr grinstead for about 20 yrs and she is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had she’s always positive always smiling and just easy breezy kinda person. I would recommend her to anyone!

The best OB with the best staff ever! Dr. Frame and her nurse, Amber, listen in depth and are both very thorough and empathetic. Ill never go anywhere else!

Dr. Frame and her nurses were great. Dr. Frame was very kind and made me feel comfortable. She explained things very well. She also seemed genuinely happy for me when I told her a treatment was working. The schedulers for Mobile Ob-Gyn were not the nicest, but everyone I came into contact with in the office was very nice. I will go back.

I was very impressed with my visit today. All my questions were answered.

This was my 1st visit and Im so pleased I will never seek out another Gyno. All of the staff were very friendly and nice about keeping me informed of timeframe. I didnt have a long wait to see the doctor who was so nice and friendly and so gentle I could hardly tell I was being examined. I would recommend this doctor to every female no matter their age.

My last few visits have been awful!!!! I’ve been going to this office for the past 17 years and it’s never been as such. One tech gave me an injection in my arm in which she wasn’t suppose to do so. I later found that out. They can never schedule my appointments correctly. Had an appointment for Tuesday. Call to reschedule. I was rescheduled for this morning. Go this morning just to be told that I’m a week early. I’m so upset with the way they handle business there. Someone needs to look into what is going on there. I could easily find another Doctor but why when it’s not the doctor it’s the business before seeing the doctor. I’m contacting management because I’m sick of the awful business and miscommunication. Do better Mobile OBGYN.

Go here is you want to get misdiagnosed and gaslit 👍 I suffered horribly with something for over a YEAR, just because they dont know how to treat SYMPTOMS and only treat things based on test results. Basically laughed at me. Doctor Vance at Womens Health Alliance prescribed 1 medication for the same issue I told them that I thought it was, and it fixed the problem. Think outside the little box that you live in. I saw Dr Wood and Dr Kleinpeter. Both basically laughed at me when I came back in telling them the issue had not gotten any better. SUFFERED OVER A YEAR and they did not care. Good Luck.
