My first time coming to wellness mart today & Cheryl was amazing!! I walked in 10min before my appt and was helped right away along with the other 2 women. She was very professional, fast and explained everything as she was doing it.

Nicole was very helpful and made my fingerprint scan fast and easy. Had a fun lighthearted conversation and was out in less than 4 minutes! Thanks for the help! And as other reviews state, maps will take you to the wrong parking lot. It is around the corner and up the hill. Thanks again!

Staff was communicative and kind. Very attentive to the multiple patients she was handling.

The rep that “helped” was pushy and condescending. Possibly she was having a bad day. I was expecting the process to be routine, however she made it a bit overwhelming.

Nicole was patient & super helpful even with my sweaty hands! also, my appointment was at 4:20 but she was able to get me in when I walked in at 3:53.

The staff member that did my fingerprints was so nice and efficient. It was way better and faster experience than my first time. I will say I got lost trying to find it. Go up the hill next to pick and save and you’ll see it on the right hand shopping center.

If I was allowed to give this place no stars I would. The receptionist was very rude and unconcerned with doing her actual job. She was very rough during my appointment which resulted in soreness of my palms. Please continue with another WellnessMart

The facility has everything you need. They provide a broad range of tests from cpr classes and physical exams, to drug screenings and blood tests. Staff is super friendly and they get you in and out without delay. Highly recommend!!!!
