Any Lab Test Now Doral

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of accurate information provided by this facility. The only thing they seem to get right is their pricing. I called ahead to ask about the process for a blood draw, including what to bring and their hours of operation. After driving two hours to get there before closing, I was told they couldn’t perform the service because FedEx had already picked up for the day, and the sample needed to be sent out immediately. This critical detail was never mentioned during my call. Complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating!

Ive been getting my B12 shots at this lab for the past three years, and the experience has been consistently positive. The staff are professional and attentive, especially Yari who is great explaining everything and making the process quick and comfortable. I appreciate their expertise and the welcoming environment they provide. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable lab services!

Fast and quick though their reviews here are entirely organic, they still do meet the parameters of their current 4.9 star rating because their staff like Doriana are real medical technicians. She even did extra research on my condition to read the clinical significance to better help me.

Great in and out for blood test, took about 5 minutes total. For new patients it’s best to fill out your info before hand but doesn’t take long doing it there also.

I’m not easily impressed nor do I typically write reviews but I had a great experience this morning with one of the employees there, Doriana Faria. As a business owner myself I know a standout employee when I see one. The company that mailed me my test kit forgot the testing tubes. Doriana got on the phone immediately with that company and found an alternative testing tube that can be used and the lab happened to have it on site. There’s different tubes needed for different tests so getting this right was important. I also forgot my ice pack at home to mail the sample and Doriana assured me it wouldn’t be a problem and she could provide one. It seemed like these issues were going to delay me getting the sample done today but I was still able to get it done and that was a relief. Kudos to Doriana for her professionalism, kindness, and communication skills. I’ll definitely be back to this lab for all my future needs.

Having had many many covid swabs done, Doriana is the absolute most gentle Ive ever encountered...all pandemic long.I highly recommend this facility.Clean, sanitary, exceptionally friendly and easy to work with.Also had a b12 shot done while waiting the 20mins for my results - so glad the service was available ♡

I went to this place yesterday because I needed to get my bloodwork done and I’m super happy with the services they offer there. They made me feel at home. I received my results via email within 24 hours after my visit. Employees were friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely come back for further tests.

This is the 2nd time I have used this service for Covid-19 PCR testing for travel purposes. I would highly recommend as they are very professional and reliable. I was a bit anxious that results didnt arrive by 10pm as our flight was the next day. But it came soon after.
