Dr. Amy Brenner and staff are amazing! I would highly recommend her practice to anyone who is having any sort of female issues. She is an amazing doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. She was very informative and told me what was going to happen during the procedure that I had.

If I could give a 10 I would! I had a labiaplasty, hood reduction, and perineoplasty in Feb (Ive been meaning to write a review since). My only regret is not doing it sooner. If you are thinking about this, just do it already. I know it is pricey, but Dr. Brenner is amazing! I cant say enough good things about Stephanie!! She was so helpful and always responsive to my emails. I never once felt pressured to purchase. I will say, I was very sore for much longer than I personally anticipated (not that they didnt prepare me because they did). I just feel that I have a pretty decent pain tolerance, so I was surprised that it truly took a good 8 weeks to fully recover. Just be prepared. Hope this helps! Best Wishes!

Jessica Dayton is wonderful. Listens to all your concerns & addresses everything. She is very easy to talk to & is very caring & thorough . I am very happy with the care I receive. I have been coming here for 11 years. They are the best. I highly recommend.

Dr Bauman is amazing! The experience with this office starts from the moment you check in. The staff is always friendly and so welcoming. Sam doesn’t just care about your chief complaint but the whole body. My life has changed since beginning treatment with her. Would 100% recommend Dr Bauman and her staff to treat my family members.

I had an appointment with this provider and the office manager Crystal treated me like trash. She was extremely arrogant and insensitive to my health condition. I would not feel comfortable receiving treatment from any provider that employs someone like Crystal. I have subsequently canceled all future appointments.

Everything from check in at the front desk, to the pleasantness of the waiting room (hardly waited) to the consult by NP Renee Klee the answers to questions, and to the blood draw. was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a doctors office!

The office staff was friendly and efficient when I walked in. Brittany was thorough in obtaining my medical history and was able to provide a solution for my condition. I highly recommend this practice and their staff.

This was my first visit to Dr. Brenner and associates and honestly, I wish I would’ve visited sooner. The office was clean and inviting. The staff was beyond friendly and extremely helpful! I went in prior to Christmas and they were all dressed in holiday garb and the holiday tunes were playing in every area. Melissa Berg was amazing!! She’s super knowledgeable, precise, and did everything with a smile on her face. All of my questions were answered and I left with fewer wrinkles and complete satisfaction. I will definitely be going back for any of my aesthetic needs!

This was my first time visiting and I had a Great experience. In the past I went to a different skin center and had an exceptional experience there because the staff was also so friendly!That’s the only advice I would give is that the staff Be more friendly and inviting to new patients :)A few months later I do want to say I ended up going to Aeterna aesthetics instead because I noticed that the Botox did absolutely nothing for me at Amy Brenner MD. The needles were dull and incredibly painful. Im so happy I found a new forever aesthetics salonWould not recommend this place to be honest!

I traveled from Nashville to have a highly specialized surgical procedure done with Dr. Amy and wish I lived closer to enjoy more of the services they have to offer.The staff is so accommodating and professional. The follow-up and care have been incredible and the results of my procedure are absolutely perfect. My expectations were far exceeded. Just an amazing practice that cares about womens health and well-being.And shout out to Stephanie, Dr Brenners patient coordinator. She is an expert who has been there the whole time, patiently and thoroughly advising and answering my questions to help guide me every step of the way through the preparation, process and recovery.I did a lot of research to find the right specialist. Not great customer service. I was 15 minutes late driving 40 minutes from Cincy ( and I’ve never been late before) and told I could not be seen for package of over 3000. If I hadn’t already paid in advance….

I had a vaginoplasty/perineoplasty with Dr. Brenner and could not be more pleased with the results. Stephanie, Dr. Brenners nurse, was a rock star and answered every question I had every step of the way. Everyone in the office I encountered was so professional and responsive.

I had an amazing experience. The care Dr. Brenner and her staff provided was top notch. I felt seen, heard, and valued. I received excellent care and would gladly refer others.

I have been a patient for a while now and at first I would give 5 stars ! But the past few times just have been very inconsistent. Dr. Brenner wanted to see me for a follow up and I scheduled the appointment at the desk and the appointment card was handed to me, then find out my appointment was never even scheduled to go over results. Next she called in two prescriptions without calling me. I was asked for a chaperone for Dr.Brenner and have never been asked that before and I definitely should have yes . I felt like I was expressing my concerns to a wall and she was honestly not to friendly and proceeded to tell me my issue is not gynecology related when the lab results and bill said different.

I was super excited about the possibility of participating in the AB Warrior Program and loved the 2 visits that I had at the office. I signed up for and paid for the entire AB Warrior Program for 12 weeks which involved getting medication delivered from the Pharmacy they use in Florida. The medication clearly states on the box that it needs to be refrigerated on a big bold red label. The Pharmacy and Dr. Brenners office do not give you a timeline as to when this will be shipped. UPS delivered this to my house on a Friday at 11 am and place it under a chair on my front porch where it was not visible. The medication was not discovered until 1130 the next day. I called the pharmacy and Dr. Brenners office and it was determined the medicine was no longer able to be used as it was now warm. This program and the medicine are over a $1,000. I was then advised that UPS stated that I signed for this package at 11 am on Friday which I did not and as a result, I was now responsible for paying for a new vial of medicine out of my pocket. Per Dr. Brenners office, I was asked if I had a Ring doorbell and told to look for the delivery footage.Luckily, I have video cameras on my home and was able to prove that I did not sign for this. Without this proof, I had no claim as it was the UPS delivery drivers word against mine. Amy Brenners Office and the Pharmacy told me the only way to fix this was to file a claim with UPS. After 3 hours on the phone with UPS, a claim was filed and is now in process. My main concern for posting this is to warn others that had I not been able to provide the video footage to UPS, Dr. Brenners Office and the Pharmacy, I was told I would have had to pay to have the medicine replaced at my cost. This was a very expensive mistake made by UPS and I was forced to resolve this on my own. Needless to say, with the lack of support and help, I will no longer be participating in the AB Warrior Program. Buyer beware, If this happens to you, without video proof, UPSs word stands and you are forced to pay for very expensive medication to have it replaced as they do not provide you with any type of confirmation that this has been mailed to you or when to expect the delivery. Thankful for my camera footage and that I could prove exactly what I told them originally. It was also determined that the UPS driver forged my name on the delivery receipt. A compliant was filed with UPS and the video footage from my camera was provided to them. UPDATE - Amy Brenners office refunded my money and I decided to withdraw from their program. The money was refunded after the video of the delivery was given to them as proof that I did not sign for this as UPS stated. I made a personal decision not to continue with them as I do not agree with the fact that without the camera footage I would have had to pay for a new vial of medication.

Very poor medical care. Concerning that I never actually saw the doctor. The practice is focused on selling high priced programs with big promises to help your health and it feels like a total sham and charlatan medical care. The AB warrior program is total falsity and actually worsened my health causing reduced kidney function and other concerning medical problems. Staff non responsive and unhelpful. Would never recommend. They are just about generating revenue..with poor medical oversite and care.

Im pretty crushed really. I have a condition called Lichen Sclerosus. Few doctors know how to treat this beyond the standard. So I am seeking a specialist. I drove over an hour to this place. Its a beautiful facility and everyone was nice. But it became quite clear that there was no real concern for my condition. I wasnt even examined. I find that pretty shocking considering the details I gave and the purpose for my visit. But I was really just being sold on a set of procedures without any evidence that they would be successful. I asked questions about what the success rates were and what other patients experience but she really couldnt or wouldnt answer. I find that very questionable considering the cost and the condition. Wouldnt you examine the level of the condition before recommending a procedure? Is it just about selling procedures? I could have been given that exact same pamphlet by email. I gained nothing of value by meeting with someone there. But I lost $60, two hours of gas, 3 hours of missed work and hope. I left feeling used and really hurt that I got my hopes up that someone would actually provide compassionate care.

The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. My patient coordinator Stephanie, was really helpful and explained the botox process thoroughly for my first session. Definitely will be recommending them to all my friends.

Great experience with Nicole and Brittney, they listened to my concerns and customized a skin care plan to get me to the result I am looking for. The VIP program is great. If you have a costly service you’re interested in doing because it will earn you points and give you discounts on certain treatments and products.

Have had wonderful care for over 5 years here. The staff has been welcoming and caring. I LOVE Kasey. From my first visit she took time to know me, know my concerns and get to the bottom of problems. My health has greatly improved with her care. It is great to have services beyond seeing the Dr. Options for skin care, weight control and more. I wont have to go to multiple places and find new people. They already know me and I feel more at ease.July 2018- Just completed weight loss program with Paula. What an incredible experience! The most successful I have been at getting the weight off. The program is challenging but with the constant support from Paula I had no concerns I would not be able to complete it. Now I feel equipped for the even harder part of keeping it off and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

The office environment is so warm, friendly and comfortable you could easily forget you are in doctor’s office to receive great clinical care from Dr. Brenner and her team. This was my 1st visit and I’d definitely return for other services!

My experience with Dr. Brenners staff; especially Stephanie Green was outstanding. She explained my procedure in great detail from start to finish. She didnt leave out any details, she was very honest about the process, how i would feel during surgery and recovery. She was always available to answer any questions I had before surgery and recovery. She even gave me her cell phone number and checked in on me over the weekend following my surgery. The entire staff that was involved in my surgery made me feel very comfortable and at ease.

Being part of Dr. Amy Brenner and Associates gives me great comfort in knowing my health is important to them. My practitioner is Kacey. She is kind, friendly, detailed and confident. She takes my questions seriously, and yet I feel like we are a team in my healthcare. This is important. Good health is a daily journey. Getting my so-called ducks in a row, takes time and patience and I feel Kacey and Dr. Brenner and Associates is a perfect fit for me. In addition, its really just a great office. The staff are all so nice, the rooms clean. Theres a warm and welcoming feeling. Ive also had some really good nutritional counseling, and a facial here and there. There is access to high quality supplements. Even from a lab perspective, its all there from blood work to saliva testing, whether its hormones or thyroid. I really could go on and on. Im just so happy I found this office and Dr. Brenner trusted her gut and created this wonderful health care center.

This is actually Debbie Sowder, my husband is the one on the google account but I wanted to share my experience I had with Dr. Amy Brenner this year. I had a total hysterectomy the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I was with the surgery and to let you know that after just 3 weeks I am back to work. She was incredible and I was treated very well at Mercy Health. My recovery went way above what my expectations were. I was only in pain for a day or two, didnt take but one pain pill the entire time. She is very well liked at Mercy Health by the Nursing staff there and I can see why. I had one nurse tell me she wished all the doctors were like her. I can see why. She did everything she could to make sure this was a great experience for me. My incisions are small and once I am totally recovered I am sure I will not even see these small marks on my abdomen. I started going to Amy Brenners office after my long time doctor retired. I am so very glad my sister lead me to her. I would recommend her office to anyone. All the people there are incredible and very friendly.

Not a great experience. The semaglutide (compound) arrived after almost a month from my first meeting. It showed up unannounced on a hot day and was warm to the touch (dry ice melted). This program is more about counting macros and the semaglutide is supposed to help curb your hunger. The problem is they ramp you up so slowly that it does not help. After 11 weeks I finally got to 1.2 mg and they they wanted me to pay another $900 to continue. I did not lose any weight. The app they use to count macros is terrible. Very difficult to work with. My Fitness Pal would be mush easier and they could switch to this platform and have visibility.In conclusion you would be better off finding a source for the semaglutide and doing it yourself.

Saw Dr. Thieman for hormone replacement and OBGYN visit. Shes great! Takes the time to address any concerns and is very knowledgeable.

I absolutely highly recommend Amy Brenner MD and Associates! I have been a patient for a couple of years and would not think of going anywhere else! My doctor Whitney, the best! Very caring and never rushes you out the door. The whole team is terrific! In addition to doctors visits, I love the spa services which addresses all my needs. You will be very well taken care of!!

Love this practice. You walk in to a spa like setting. It’s welcoming and comfortable. The front office staff are friendly and great at what they do. The practitioners are AWESOME (shout outs to Dr. B and Kacey; they rock!). This practice is truly amazing. There are services meeting so many needs. The supplements are very high quality and reasonably priced. You can even get your bloodwork done there (and they have a very gentle touch). I couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely LOVE this office! From the front desk staff, to the medical assistants, phone staff, and especially the providers! All providers are great, but my girl is nurse practitioner Jennifer Battaglia! She is smart, caring and very thorough! And even Maddie in the lab is awesome! I didnt even bruise and I had 5-6 tubes drawn! Very highly recommend this office for ALL they offer!

The spa-quality robes are a bit stiff, not soft, but otherwise the place is more like a spa than a doctors office, which is especially wonderful and unique when going for your annual gyno exam. They have a complimentary fancy coffee and tea machine for while you wait, but Ive never been able to get my coffee made before they call me. So I take it to go after. I drive 45 minutes bc its such a comfortable and caring environment. Im sometimes tempted to try a closer practice, but this is the only doctor office Ive been at that doesnt feel like a doctors office, and I really appreciate that for gynecology. Theyve been my gyno for several years, ever since Dr Brenner helped me say goodbye to heavy periods. They always listen to all my symptoms and concerns, theyre always gentle and give plenty of warning before touching down there, and they offer a chaperone to help you feel more comfortable and safe in such a vulnerable and undignified position. Theyre very proactive about overall health and wellness, reminding about dexascans, mammos, and cancer screening beyond just reproductive organ cancers, like talk to your pcp about colonoscopy and cologuard, (and they see men for hormone issues too). They bill insurance for everything they can, but always tell me in advance whats not likely to be covered. They have a lab right there for blood work, and they do a great job of looking for hormone imbalances underlying symptoms - even normal symptoms like PMS and hot flashes, where bioidentical hormone balancing can really improve my quality of life. They WILL prescribe birth control but made a point of discussing with me and my teenage daughter the research on influence of artificial birth control on blood clot/stroke risk and lifetime breast cancer risk. Her pediatrician just wrote the script like it was harmless. Ive seen several practitioners, including Dr Theiman, Whitney (so sad she moved on), and now Brittany, I dont remember other names, but Brittanys assistant Leslie was also great. Ive just never had a less-than-stellar experience there and will keep going for many years, until I move into my retirement RV life. Probably then too.

Can’t believe I waiting so long! This team was great from beginning to end. Nicole was amazing and answered all my questions, made me feel super comfortable. Will definitely be back soon.

I highly recommend this Office. The staff are great at assisting when I call and when I come in! Dr Jennifer Thieman takes her time, listens, calls me personally if there is an issue. I, also, see Paula Reed, a Certified Health and Wellness coach. Paula is well versed in her field. She, also, listens, takes her time and recommends the perfect program for my situation. I have seen Paula several times over the last several years. She is always professional, on the cutting edge of her field and interested in my well being.

I have gotten botox at this office for several years and have loved the results. Mary Jane took great care of me today and set me up with a great treatment plan to get my skin back in order after neglecting it for too many years. Looking forward to seeing the result. This office is great, professional, and they stay current with new products and treatments they offer!

I have been going to Amy Brenners office for a couple of years now. I have had nothing but great experiences since I have been going. I had a urethral sling done a couple of years ago. One of the best decisions I ever made. I also go every three months for hormone replacement which has been great. I have so much more energy now. The people have always been very pleasant and helpful. The only bad thing I can say is that I have to drive over an hour to get there. But it is well worth it.

I am so thankful I found Dr Amy Brenner MD and associates!!!I have been suffering for about 5 years with no relief from any Gynecologist!!During the first pandemic shut down April 2020 I decided to do some exploring online and found Dr Amy Brenner!She virtually saw me April 2020 and said I think I know what you have and as soon as the office reopens I want to see you for a biopsy. The next week she opened safely and did my biopsy and confirmed it was what she thought.She then started therapy ( BHRT) to treat my disease. I am now no longer in constant pain and am feeling much better and this treatment is keeping this disease at bay.I am now the past few months seeing Dr Jennifer Thieman, she is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE TOO!! She is kind , gentle and very knowledgeable about keeping me well and doing what best treats me well for my healingand health!!I can’t say enough about all the staff here at Dr Amy Brenner MD & Associates!! So they did some tests for me and promised to call for results a week ago. I never received the call, then I called twice and left voice message as they did not answer the phone and no one returned my calls. I send email from their website no answer… there is no way to reach except perhaps to go their offices?? Very poor patient follow up. I don’t recommend at all. Hoping they will reach me after this review so I can cancel my future appointments… and hopefully learn the result of my tests…

Amy Brenner’s entire staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. I have never looked forward to going to my OB appointment until I found this practice. I love that they go above and beyond and incorporate more than just your basic OB, a much more integrated approach. Shannon Wintheiser, one of their awesome wellness coaches, really knows her stuff and has transformed my health with her program and insights. I’m on my way to living life the way I should! I feel better than I have in years. I am doing the hormone replacement.I love the fact that hot flashes and mood swings are a thing of the past.I have also completed my second round of HCG. I couldnt be happier with my 55 pound weight loss. Paula was there for me every step of the way. Answering emails or phone calls in between appointments if I had questions. Everyone here is fantastic. You are treated like family. Doesn’t matter if you are trying to lose weight , see Paula. Or improve your skin see Caitlin she will take awesome care of you. Or if you need a great women’s doctor, Whitney takes wonderful care of me. There is absolutely no better place to come.

I went here for botox treatment, the office is beautiful and the receptionist was kind and welcoming. The provider not sure her name was horrible no bedside manners came in barely spoke to me and started injecting my face then proceeded to walk out the room. I wanted to give them another chance for a morpheus8 treatment and now they want to charge me 50 dollars for not showing up at a 830am appointment. I called at 8am to cancel office was closed. Sorry with the snow and ice impossible to drive to you guys excuse me for being safe than sorry. Ps. Please stop sending me $50 bills for a no show fee. The roads were icy Im not risking my life for an appointment.

After having my appointment with Kasey, I not only walked away feeling good about my visit but was blown away with the time, attention, and empathy she showed me. She walked me through my questions and concerns, she listened and discussed options I was unaware of, she didn’t rush me in and out, she made me feel comfortable with her and in turn myself. Kasey is professional, she is kind, she is extremely informative while still able and willing to listen to concerns and needs... I highly, HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone Kasey and this practice. Professional, informative, classy, and very down to earth on a human level. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am.

Ive been going to this office for my thyroid issues for years, since before they moved to Mason. Ive always seen Jennifer, and shes just amazing. This office listens to you and doesnt just go by lab scores. They got me feeling so much better so quickly when normally thyroid med titration takes years to accomplish properly. Ive heard good things about the other practitioners here to from friends- I think they must all agree to do things similarly? I feel like a commercial, but seriously they greatly improved the quality of my life.

I have never felt more comfortable as I have with the staff at Dr. Amy Brenners office. They are all extremely personable, knowledgable, and care deeply for all of their patients. Back in 2014, I did the food sensitivity testing to help identify some gluten-sensitivities that had gone undiagnosed for a couple years. Paula Reed, the Certified Health Coach, made it extremely easy to know what foods I should be avoiding and which supplements would heal my gut. It literally made all the difference. I no longer feel sick and bloated all the time. Ive also experienced an extremely helpful staff when it came to deciding on a method of contraception before I got married in 2016. All that, plus their facilities are very clean and feels like home. I love their functional medicine and holistic approach to health and wellness! I would highly suggestion you check them out!

This office takes insurance however they have DOUBLE BILLED me. I have the cleared check to prove I paid the exact amount and they continue to harass me. I do NOT recommend going here! They also tried to get my friend on multiple prescriptions and hormones. She declined and feels great. She left this practice after one visit.

This was my first visit. I met with Dr. Brenner to discuss my treatment. She was attentive, professional and took the time to provide me with the information I was looking for. I decided to proceed, and found her staff to also be very professional and caring. I was comfortable throughout the process.

I have been going to Whitney Vangen for many years and she is the absolute BEST! She is kind, patient, really listens to you, and always has your best interest at heart. I have seen her for several different issues and she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I always leave her office feeling better than when I went in knowing that I am getting the best care. I truly can’t say enough good things about Whitney!

I have been doing the AB Warrior program since Aug. It was $1000.00 - I was told I would get peptide and give myself a shot once a week and follow their Nutritional coaching. I wasnt given any time period and really very little other information. My mistake for not asking more questions. It is now January and I finally reached the 2000 calorie level. (This is a reverse diet, so I started at 1000 calories and weekly increased per their instructions.) They said the weight would come off as they reduced my calories. I went to 1600, then 1300 and then to 1000 calories in the last 3 weeks. Today I was told to increase to 1100 and to increase my peptide to 14. I wrote back explaining that I only had 1 needle and enough for 1 more injection of the 10 units that I had been on. My coach told me if I wanted more peptide, it would cost an additional $900. If I didnt pay that, I wouldnt get anything - no coaching, no peptide - just done. Why would they give me enough for half a program. I am stunned by the whole process/program. I will be leaving the program and the practice. I will find another gynecologist that isnt so money hungry.** Update** I was kicked out of the practice because of this review. I wanted to stop the AB Warrior program, they decided I couldnt use them as my gyno anymore. SMH

Kasey Kersting is AMAZING!!! She is very caring and kind. She listens and spends time with you to address any concerns you may have. She is wonderful at making you feel comfortable and not rushed. She is very knowledgeable in the field and can offer very informative choices. She truly cares for her patients. I highly recommend Kasey to anyone!

I had a great experience today with Dr. Brenner and her staff. The office is extremely clean and everyone is so nice.Dr. Brenner made sure the procedure I was wondering about was right for me. She took her time and didnt rush me out the door. I would 100% return and recommend friends. I think its amazing that the office offers so many other options such as Botox and CoolSculpting too!One day I hope to return for both!Thanks again Dr. Brenner!

I recently moved to Ohio and was looking for a new injector. I was really hoping this would be the place as it seems they offer a good variety of services overall. I decided to try them out with their Botox service. After consultation, it was suggested that I receive a higher dosage for “the 11’s” than what my previous injector was doing. I trusted this advice and proceeded with the recommendation. Sadly, the placement of the Botox was poor and I have seen less results with much more Botox injected. After the initial injections, Dr. Thieman requested that I follow up after 10 days. After 10 days there were barely any results as the correct muscles creating the creasing was not injected. At the 10 day visit she injected an additional six units which resulted in DOUBLE the amount of Botox I had typically received (with fabulous results) from my previous injector. With the addition of the six units I now have uneven brows, as she still did not inject in the proper area on the one side. I felt Dr. Thieman was insecure and less experienced than I desire in someone injecting Botox. This is evident in her injection skills, which clearly shows on my face for the next 90 or so days, I imagine overtime if I continued seeing her and kept going back for her 10 day follow ups she would eventually figure out where to inject for the best results...I’m just not willing to let her practice on my face.

Went here for major surgery and while I was satisfied with the surgery, I had the operating surgeon instruct me to expect restrictions for 12 weeks. That surgeon left the practice before my six week follow up with no warning to me. My last post op follow up was with a doctor who barely examined me and told me I was fine to return to a normal lifestyle. When asked how one doctor could expect 12 weeks and another only 6 weeks, her only explanation was that I must be a quick healer. Left me less than confident in the practice.

If I could give this office more stars, I absolutely would! I have been a patient for almost a year and in that time I have lost over 30 pounds, my blood pressure has decreased drastically and I have my thyroid dysfunction under control all because Kacey is absolutely amazing and truly cares for her patients. I have been dealing with thyroid dysfunction for several years that had gone undiagnosed because none of my former providers would take the time to listen, thankfully Kacey did! I am so thankful for this practice! My husband and I are currently seeing Kacey once a month for fertility concerns and she is so patient and informative, she is encouraging, but realistic. I couldn’t ask for more in a provider!

I had a consultation appointment today with Mary Jane and was very pleased with all of the information that she provided to me. She is very professional and thorough. She was very concerned about my wants and needs and I left the office with exactly what I needed to proceed with their services. I am excited to return for my second appointment.

Wow, I cannot find the words to describe how amazing Dr Brenner and her staff are. Theyre a team and work together so wonderfully. Omg they are so loving, hospitalable, calming, and respectful. I have never been to an office where the entire staff is awesome. From the front counter to the back. I felt comfortable and safe throughout my entire visits with them. I cannot remember everyones name so I wont single anyone out bc they were all equally great. Then to top it off, I get a call on a Sat after hours by a staff member to check on me. If that isnt over and beyond great, than I dont know what is. She left me her number and told me to call or even text if I had any concerns or issues. Dr Brenner is in Ohio Im in Mississippi.... Im really considering making her my permanent oby dr bc I know I will be cared for by the best..... Thank you all for such kindness, patience, and services..... I love you alll.... I highly recommend Dr. Amy Brenner & associates to everyone I meet! I always have the best experience while I am there. I typically see Jennifer the nurse practitioner when I go and I love my visits with her. She is caring, very knowledgeable, and always answers all my questions. Had Cool sculpting done at the office. Dr Amy Brenners staff was so professional and made me very comfort during the sculpting. They did the follow up on after 90 days and i was very much happy with the results. I can see very visible change on my tummy area that fat has really reduced and can fit again into my old clothes. i am happy that i reached the right place and will recommend it to Family & friends.

Ive been a patient at Dr. Brenners office for over 4 years. Its been a breath of fresh air to walk into a doctors office where the standard response isnt to just shove a bunch of prescription drugs in my face, but to have someone sit and ask questions and offer alternative options. I recently had an appointment at Dr. Amy Brenner MD and Associates. From the moment I walked in the door it was a completely different experience than any other doctors experience I have ever had. I have had issues with my hormones for what feels like years! Fatigue, hair loss and loss of libido basically described my everyday life. I was feeling very depressed about my health, I had no energy and was not losing weight no matter how hard I tried. It had never occurred to me that my Thyroid was the cause. I had my labs drawn and discovered that this was one of the causes. Since then I started taking thyroid medication my health has improved. I have also a hormone therapy (pellets). Which have literally made me feel like a new woman. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and will work with you to feel better. Nothing is one and done you as a patient have to do your part, but if you do you will feel better.

This office is so great!! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. The office is so beautiful and smells so relaxing. It feels like I’m walking into a spa. I have seen the nurse practitioners and doctors and they are all so understanding and listen fully to what’s wrong and tell me how to to fix it naturally without pushing medications. I have sent my mom, my sisters, and my fiends here because I love this place so much. Between all of us we’ve had skincare, gynecology appointments, PRP, CoolSculpting, SmartLipo and weight loss. I have been seeing Dr Thieman for several years. Shes the first dr. who took my concerns about my thyroid seriously after my other providers dismissed my concerns and symptoms. She is a wonderful doctor, she listens very carefully, she gives patients a choice in their care, and makes sure questions are answered at the appointments. She has helped me tremendously with my thyroid issues and overall health. She and the office are worth the drive, even if they are not near you. I ended up at this office after years of not feeling so great, difficulty losing weight, extreme fatigue, anxiety/depression, etc. I was frustrated with doctors who didn’t listen, were dismissive of my complaints, and didn’t follow up to see if their recommendations made any improvements. I see Kacey who has always taken the time to listen, even in the midst of a busy day. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. In the end, my thyroid was to blame. I have made so many positive changes under Kacey’s guidance and feel like a different person. I’m no longer a zombie, I’ve lost weight, and I feel wonderful! This office has 100% changed my life for the better. My only regret is not going sooner!

This is the 4th doctor I went to trying to get an endometriosis diagnosis. I have heavy excruciating painful periods and when I told this to the particularly terrible Brittany Fowler- Nurse Practitioner. She recommended an IUD for me. I told her I don’t want to do hormonal medication, so she recommends the Paragaurd (known for making cramping worse and periods heavier). She laughed in my face, and called me “crazy” for wanting Laparoscopy to diagnose me with endo before finding a birth control to try to help tame it.She then tells me that hormonal medication is the best that can pain. She recommends me the Liletta with dollar signs in her eyes and rushes me out the door with a pamphlet about it. While Brittany was clearly just concerned about how much she would make from prescribing me birth control.She clearly had no concern for the pain I was in and I guess doesn’t believe that I have endo despite showing every symptom. I was crying at this point realizing this is just another waste of money, a day off work, and just heartbreaking that I have to continue having awful periods because I can’t find a competent doctor.She lies to me, leaves the room saying she’ll get the office manager. Proceeds to come back with no office manager and makes me do an STD test to have it on file for the Liletta insertion.I start reading the pamphlet to do my own research because Brittany wouldn’t speak to me without insulting me or lying. The very first page of the Liletta under “Important Risk Information” it says do not use use Liletta if you have endometriosis.This woman was actually trying to cause me more pain. She LAUGHED AT ME when I asked for the procedure to diagnose my condition, and proceeded to proscribe something that the manufacturer deems to risky for me. She said I would have a hard time getting Laparoscopy billed as medically necessary. I called my insurance after and they said they cover Lap all the time and it shouldn’t be an issue.I should have know this place is a joke by the botox vial decor and the very fact that they ask you about your biggest insecurities on the medical questionnaire!?! You can’t skip it! The iPad makes you make a selection of a “problem area” before submitting the form. This place is just trying to sell you on cosmetic services while you get bullied by staff. Not professional whatsoever, and also embarrassingly bad “medical” advice.I called the office manager after leaving to explain what happened. She tells me that Brittany told her something totally different. Oh how interesting? Of course she’s not going to tell her boss that she laughed in my face and called me “crazy”.Don’t know how I’m “crazy” for not wanting to be in pain, but thank you for the advice Brittany love.All of this was while Dr. Brenner was on vacation.Do. Not. Go. Here!

So I went in for a cool sculpting open house and as they bring you back to talk about your pricing, they tell me I’m not a candidate for coolsculpting but sold me on another treatment that ended up doing nothing and now they don’t even use that anymore...I am upset I didn’t get the treatment I even wanted and now they don’t use it...or it’s not listed on their treatments anymore. 😒 the office staff is nice and the set up is beautiful there...but now feel like that is smoke and mirrors

I was a patient of hers when she was at Mercy Fairfield and things were okay. When she opened her own practice, i could never get an appointment with HER. I always scheduled with her and upon arrival i was told Id be taken care of by someone else. In my opinion, shes doing too much and is way to busy with fad procedures. Feels like shes too busy running a business instead of a health office.Glad I dont go there anymore.

For years I have struggled with food intolerance and not been able to find a doctor who understood this issue. When I moved to West Chester, I searched in hopes of finding a practice that could help me. I came across Dr. Brenners practice and her wellness clinic has helped me regain health and helped me find another local doctor that could help me further. I also am a patient of the gynecology services and am thrilled with the professionalism of the whole office and always leave feeling well cared for. I will continue to refer friends, and perfect strangers for that matter. Words cannot express how grateful I am for this practice.

Dr. Brenner is amazing as well...she has operated on me before and it was one of my quickest recoveries ever! Also, I have done the HGC diet and met with the wellness coaches, and lost over 70 lbs and through continuous lifestyle enhancements I have kept it off. I am loving my new heath 😊

Just had a procedure done this morning with Dr. Amy Brenner. I was very pleased with all of the staff and nurses and Dr. Brenner! They all took quality time with me, I was not rushed in and out, and was made to feel quite comfortable! I would recommend this facility to all my family and friends.

Coolsculpting- had this done last spring (6 treatments at one time) having done my sides and stomach. It was not cheap even with discount. They guarantee 30-40% results or they redo it at no cost. They said I was ideal candidate. I was happy with sides and upper stomach after 1st treatment but didn’t see a difference in my stomach area. They redid 1 section on the bottom part of stomach only even though I was unhappy with above it / around belly button results and it didn’t make a difference which we all agreed…but didn’t offer to treat it a again or in different way. Just said it was stubborn fat but I was ideal candidate and I left…was pretty diss appointed with that.

Would not recommend for laser hair removal. Quite disappointed with the service. I have been doing laser for more than a year now and I have never experienced such a bad service. First experience I had they burned my armpits leaving dark hyperpigmentation marks. I experienced a lot of pain... not to mention how awful the marks look. Even though I was nervous I still decided to tryst them and go for a Brazilian appointment. I was disappointed to find that the area was Not treated thoroughly At all (it took a total of 10 minutes maximum instead of the normal 30) and the skin was not even flared which would be a normal reaction. Minimum attention to the area for 235 dollars... a complete rip off. Please be careful while choosing your laser place, even though they burned my armpits and provided a dissatisfactory service, the manager was aggressive and unwilling to see our point of view when we talked to her about her concerns. When we brought up our concerns they would hold over our heads how they ordered the burn cream for the marks that THEY caused, as if it was something so extraordinary. Definitely not returning and you shouldn’t either! They only care about their money, customer service was definitely not it.

Dr. Brenner was nice enough and very reassuring, but the office staff seems disorganized. I had a procedure scheduled over a month out. I was told I would be informed of any charges insurance would not cover. I was assured they would make the calls in advance of the procedure, and I didnt need to do so myself. I arrived for the procedure and was asked for over $1500 on the spot. They hadnt bothered to call the insurance company until an hour or so before I arrived. I ended up leaving without getting the procedure done, and I am fairly certain they didnt even check into my secondary insurance. In a month or so, I require follow up care for another procedure that already took place and am very concerned about how that will be handled.

I absolutely had the best experience with wellnesss. I started HCG for the 1st time and loved it. Lost a total of 18lbs and felt great. It taught me a better way of eating as well as taking care of myself. So glad i came to the practice for this program. I highly recommend you all to call in and ask about all the services they provide.

This was the worst medical experience Ive ever had and if I could I would give it negative stars. This is a spa that is overcharging people because it is masquerading as medical facility. If you have a legitimate medical issue, I warn you against wasting your time and your money. Below is a detailed account of my experiences with this staff.First, even if you have medical insurance expect to pay $$$$. This alone would not have bothered me had I received an equivalent quality of care. Sadly, of all the medical professionals I saw (4 total to get a diagnosis) this was the most expensive, the least quality of service (that includes the doctor who ghosted me because she could find out anything wrong with), and the rudest.My experience. I had an appointment with the nurse practitioner named Whitney. I did this thinking nurse practitioners tend to have more time to listen to patients. She was the exact opposite. She spent the entire visit basically ignoring me and never once took the time to physically examine me. She spent most of her time trying to sell me on the non-medically necessary spa treatments they offer like a liver cleanse instead of listening to my rather sever symptoms.I was later diagnosed with Lyme disease by another doctor and when I visited this practice I was in sever health crisis mode. I could barely get out of bed, couldnt remember things ( I forgot one of my best friends names until prompted), experiencing severe chills, light sensitivity (I was wearing sunglasses inside). I had basically stopped my life and was about to have to quit my job because of how sick I had become. Whitney never seemed remotely concerned, but this was probably because she wasnt even listening to me during the visit. At one point I had described how to have any energy at all I was consuming an almost completely sugar based diet (something that is abnormal to me and was very concerning as its so unhealthy --- I later found out this is because the Lyme bacteria feeds on sugar and when starved react and increase the severity of symptoms). Her response to me saying this is, and I quote, So you feel worse when you eat sugar. The exact opposite of what I just told her. After the exam I went online to read the notes she posted in my file. Not only did she leave off all the symptoms I had spent the 20-30 min describing to her, she added symptoms I did not have, like hot flashes.The only positive part of this experience was that she ordered some additional tests that help another doctor better eliminate an autoimmune disorder. Plus, the only competent medical professional I encountered at this facility was the phlebotomist.*****Please**** If you have a medical issue avoid this place, as your probably better off consulting a psychic than one of these characters.

I highly recommend Dr.Thieman, she takes time to work with you to decide course of treatment. The health coaches are very helpful, I love Paula Reed! This office allows you to explore holistic healing, and recommends dietary options instead of pushing pills at you. Excellent service!

I recommend Dr. Brenners office to any and all of my friends and family who are going through the exciting and sometimes overwhelming of pregnancy. Jamie did my ultrasounds and spent all of the time I needed to explain things and made the experience of seeing my baby for the first time memorable. If and when we have our next baby I will definitely be returning to Dr. Brenners office and scheduling ultrasounds with Jamie.

Working with their team was an exceptional experience from start to finish. They are efficient and knowledgeable. I look forward to future visits and would recommend their office without hesitation.

I have done so many things at Dr. Brenner’s office and all of them have changed my life for the better. Having my essure and ablation done quickly and easily in the office. Getting pellets to balance my sex hormones and also balancing my thyroid and insulin resistance levels making me feel human again! And even dermaplanes and chemical peels to help my skin tone and pores and laser hair removal to help my schedule so I don’t have to take the time to shave those darn legs and arms. There is nothing that they can’t help a woman who is trying to age gracefully and keep her energy levels where they have always been with. Highly, highly recommend.

I have been going to Amy Brenners office for about 4 years now. But have never actually had Dr. Brenner take care of me. This week I went in for a pretty serious procedure, and my regular doctor was not available to do it. So Dr. Brenner was the one to preform it. Let me tell you, Dr. Brenner has the WORST bed side manners when it came to taking care of me and making me feel comfortable. I walked out of the office absolutely bawling my eyes out because of how terribly she handled the entire thing. And to make it even more unprofessional, Dr Brenner was on her phone half the time I was in the procedure room laying on the table. I will continue to go to this office. But I will NEVER, EVER let dr. Brenner take care of me again. I’m appalled.

I had an elective procedure and let me just say, from the very first phone conversation to the last follow up conversation everyone was 5 star. If I could give a higher rating to my nurse, I would. I came from out of town so there were a lot of variables to work out and she was there each step of the way answering my million and one questions. This was almost a spa experience. I have never been treated so kindly. Most dr. offices are so sterile feeling, but this place was off the charts comfortable. I was treated with respect and dignity. Everyone smiled and was friendly. The decor was plush, the robe was not a thin sheet, but a real bathrobe. I had only wished I found this place 10 years ago!

Starting a family is hard. Starting a family with a nervous system disorder that makes intercourse unbearable, is VERY hard. Dr. Brenner was the first doctor to get real with me and set me on a path that would help me overcome my issues, and eventually live a normal life. My only wish is that I found her sooner. If you are struggling and not finding support from your gynecologist, I highly recommend Dr. Brenner. Her intellect and knowledge of this field is incomparable. Know that while everyones story is unique, I never heard the generic lines keep trying or this is normal from her, which I heard countless times from other doctors. Instead, she was honest with me and told me what I needed to do if I wanted to make a change. This was tough to hear, but it was what I needed to overcome my obstacle. Today, I am happy, healthy, and a mom. I truly believe that Dr. Brenners actions gave me my precious family. I will forever be grateful!

Update!!! Since posting this review Ive been kicked out of the practice. Downgraded from 3 to 1 star. So dont complain about thier office or they will drop you. Its pretty sad that you dump a patient because your own staff didnt do thier job right. Way to make a bad situation worse. I was more than reasonable when I first spoke to the office manager. When she failed to call me back as promised, that prompted my original review:Great doctors. Office staff leaves much to be desired. Had an issue where an appointment was cancelled but the staff did not notify me (they attemped to call, did not leave any specifics in voicemail, I returned the call, no one answered, I left a message, never got a return call). Spoke to the office manager the next day regarding that issue, along with not getting return calls etc. Was told that for the past 1.5 years theyve had issues with the phones (not ringing, not getting messages etc). I can understand that (not for a year and a half but its not my business) so we ended the call with the office manager stating she would call me back the following week with info about the appointment that got cancelled. Its now Thursday of the following week and Ive not recieved any calls/messages from the office. Other than communication, its a nice office, and the one doctor I see is fantastic.

When I say this staff saved my life I’m being serious. I had been to so many conventional doctors who were telling me I was in menopause and I was just going to be over weight. It wasn’t until I went to Dr. Amy Brenners office that through blood work, food sensitivity testing, and stool tests that they found the “REAL” problem, SIBO(small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) as well as high toxins in my liver.This was making my life, my health to say the least feeling like I was dying a slow death. This is not the normal doctors office. You feel very at home with the couch and comfortable chairs in the waiting room and the aroma of candles. They are always on time. I have never had to wait more than just a few minutes. The staff is professional and very friendly. I would never go anywhere else!

My consultation for Botox with Mary Jane was very thorough. She was very attentive and took the time to answer all my questions. Ive had Botox twice at the office now, once with Dr. Thieman and once with Dr. Brenner. The results are AMAZING at my crows! Makes me wonder why I waited so long!!

I was on hormones for 3 yrs. Even after telling the doctor my mother had breast cancer twice, they said it was safe. Sept. 4th. I was diagnosed with breast cancer. The hormones had been feeding the cancer. My Oncologist was furious that I was given hormones. Im not saying this would happened to everyone, but it did happen to me. Be careful taking hormones ladies.I did call to discuss this issue probably about 10 times! Nobody...not one person EVER returned my call!! Never did receive a call from your office. My family doctor is the one who called to tell me I had breast cancer, I never heard one word from your office!My oncologist stated that anybody that has a history of cancer in their family on their mother side should never be given hormones .I’m going to believe my oncologist over you.

Kasey is smart, down to earth, cares about her patients and is a true partner in womens health. Most tolerate the annual visit to the GYN but with Kasey, I look forward to the visit as an opportunity to have an honest conversation about my health with someone I know is my advocate.

I have been a patient since Dr Brenner was in West Chester, she help me start my wellness journey back then. I came to her overweight, hormonal and filled with anxiety and depression. My Gp told me to stop eating... I knew there was something more to what was going on internally. It took lots of testing, recommending a detox, meeting with her nutritionist and patience on both ends. I can say after years of tests, diets changes and continued research working with Pa-Vangan and Dr Thieman regularly, they diagnosed me with a thyroid condition, cholesterol issues, hormone imbalances. It has take over 18 months to figure it out to balance my body, gut and mental wellbeing. I can safely say because of my improvements, I am motivated to eat properly, exercise(mostly yoga) and have lost over 20 pounds in the last year. It will not happen overnight, you must listen to their recommendations and advice, be willing to let them test and try medications, supplements until you find the cocktail that works for you. The best advise Dr Brenner said to me when 1st walked through her door was its took many years for you to become this way, its going to take a lot of time to repair you. It took awhile and some frustration to believe her but slow and steady staying with her team I have now become healthier and dependant on the practice to keep it going. Forever grateful!

Dr. Brenner’s office feels so much more comfortable than any other doctor’s office so much so that the office staff welcomes you by offering tea or coffee while you are filling it paperwork. This was completely unexpected but welcomed by this first time patient.

Very nice staff, but I could never get in for a follow up appointment without waiting at least a month. Also, took a couple of days for them to return my phone calls, and sometimes they just never returned it. I even left a message saying I was having issues related to the hormone I was put on and they didnt call me back. Its too difficult to deal with when youre already not feeling well, so unfortunately I had to go elsewhere for help.

Not your typical doctors office. It smells and feels like a spa. They’re always on time and their office runs so smoothly! Having a little lamp, music and a real robe really makes a normally not so fun experience enjoyable. I’ll never go anywhere else

I had not been keeping up with my regular checkups so recently went back for my annual exam with Dr. Brenner and also recently saw Whitney to review bloodwork that I had done after my annual exam. I wanted to talk about options for treating perimenopause symptoms - I felt like I was listened to and my concerns were not brushed off, but I was also not pressured to buy anything or do anything, I was just given different options and Whitney took the time to discuss those options with me and answered questions I had so that I could decide on my next steps. What I value about this practice versus other practices is that they want to work with patients to get to the root of the problem, rather than a quick listing of symptoms and a prescription handed out.

Elated to have found a Gynecologist that will also help me with my autoimmune issues as well, as Ive all but given up on endocrinologists. It was time to remove my IUD (inserted by a different practice) and it had gone missing and was difficult to find, but Dr. Brenner removed it like a champ. Very happy with their hormone replacement therapy options and will probably start doing my Botox with them as well, as the last place I went didnt listen to me and gave me too many units.

A great experience from the minute I walked in the door. Everyone was enthusiastically friendly and very detailed/thorough in questions and explanations regarding what testing and treatment can be done for post menopause.

Seems like they are more worried about the plastic surgery side of the office. Used this office for my annual check up which was fine but had to have a follow up appointmnet and had a terrible experience. Ive had no luck reaching the office whenever I call and the woman I saw was very condescending. I wont go back but I have to because they messed up my bill.

Dr Brenner is a paid representative for Bayer, atleast she was when I saw her in 2016, and she did NOT disclose this. She pushed me very hard to get Essure, implants for sterilisation. I had been seeking permanent birth control since 19 and was so happy to find someone willing to honour my autonomy at 25.Then I did some research and unearthed thousands upon thousands of similar horror stories related to chronic health issues caused by Essure, removal horror stories, so many problems! When I brought these issues up with Amy I felt like I was at a used car dealership, she dismissed them and LAUGHED at me. Despite Essure being a lifetime implant it had only been tested for 12-16 months in trials, and she still insisted Do you think you know better than hundreds of doctors and scientists at the FDA?After much uncomfortable conversation (I actually started crying it was so intense) she relented and agreed to do an salpingectomy, but exaggerated the healing time and risks to the extent that I was now terrified. Funny that she barely mentioned any risks with the Essure.In the end I backed out of the surgery because I didnt feel that Dr. Brenner was prioritising anything but quick money. I am really glad I didnt get Essure and that I dont have to deal with a doctor that plays those sort of head games any more. My life could have been ruined by this woman pushing insufficiently tested devices without fully disclosing the risks. Avoid this place at all costs, they dont care about your health.

I have been a patient here for several years, having gotten hormones. Recently I came in for botox. Everything was explained in detail and guaranteed. 2 weeks later I was back in for a consultation and they tweaked my botox, free of charge. Very satisfied with everything.

On the plus side Dr. Brenner agreed to treat my hypothyroidism when my internist wouldnt. Plus she agreed with me that there was no need to go on statins as the internist had recommended. If we stopped here Id give her 5 stars.My problems began when my prescription for the thyroid medication was expiring. My pharmacy called numerous times in an attempt to get a renewal. I then called many many times and left messages for the nurse. I never received a return phone call from the office. Finally (after I was out of medication) I called the front desk, after a hold the staff member informed me that Dr. Brenner was no longer treating males patients for thyroid disease unless they were also getting TRT therapy too. In other words Dr. Brenner is all about the $$$$ (IMHO).

I see Kacey Kersting at Dr. Amy Brenner and she is great! She is always available to answer questions, has a great bedside manner and helped ease my anxiety. I would recommend her to anyone!

Anytime I have a question Whitney Vangen is always ready to answer. She is polite and always takes the time to explain anything that I need explained to me. Whitney is extremely knowledgeable and always patient. When seeing Whitney I feel like she really cares about me and the issues that Im addressing with her. I honestly cant say enough wonderful things about Whitney!

I cant say enough wonderful things about Katrina from the billing department. I came into the office because I had a few questions about the bill for my recent procedure. She couldnt have been more patient with me. After having two children and a demanding job I let myself go over a 4 year period and working out wasnt going to get ride of my expanding tummy. Finding Dr. Amy Brenner via a colleague at work I started on my mommy makeover. First with cool sculpting, where I had great results but wanted something more dramatic and then with smartlipo. Smartlipo gave me back my body before the wedding and babies and I am only two weeks out from the procedure. The team that handles the smartlipo is amazing!! They always gave me the confidence that this would give me the results I was looking for. I was in good hands and completely trusting of them!! I will definitely go back again other services!!

Run from this place.... I originally went there 2 years ago for an amazing girl named Jayna, who was their esthetican. I decided to see Kasey (nurse practitioner) per a recommendation from a friend. She was nice, but extremely pushy and sent me home with a huge packet of procedures to do. She told me I had a thyroid nodule and I needed an ultrasound ASAP, so I went to my well known endocrinologist who ordered my ultrasound and I only had enlarged lymph nodes. She pushed very hard for me to do soo many other procedures as well. They do not care for patients, its about production. I work in the medical field, and this is not a part of what I want to be in. I had decided I would not go back after that episode, but another year passed and I was out of birth control pills, and had not had time to find a new doctor, so I thought what the heck, I need a refill on pills and I will give them another chance. The second time was worse, Kasey again told me I had a thyroid nodule. I explained to her that I saw my endocrinologist and had the ultrasound. She requested a copy of it. She didnt have anything good to say about anything I was doing. Not enough calcium with my vitamin, wanted to change my anxiety med, etc...Just very pushy and brash. 2 days after appt, I have 4 phone calls from receptionist, pushing essure or tubal ligation on me and practically begging me to schedule. Also telling me I still need another thyroid ultrasound. In addition, telling me my pap was abnormal and I need to pay another 243.00 for a more thorough one. (Trust me, it couldnt get more thorough). After the 4th call, I ask for the receptionist to have Dr Brenner personally call me and she said she would relay the message. It has now been 4 days and I havent received a returned call. This is not a place of care as I stated before. Its all about numbers and doing unnecessary procedures. Trust me RUN

Whitney Vangen is one of a kind! She is knowledgeable, patient, kind and there for you! She really takes the time to understand your concerns and figure out the cause and the solution.Whitney has made me feel at ease and I know my health concerns are in great hands.

I had my first appointment today for thyroid treatment. For the first time in 10 years of having this dx I felt heard. My own research was validated and appreciated instead of ignored or an annoyance. They recommended a full panel whereas in the past I had to beg for all of my levels to be checked.I texted my husband I had hope I could get past the exhaustion and weight gain for the first time in a long time (:

Very professional and excellent bedside manner. All the staff is very polite, knowledgeable and very good at communicating with patients. Dr. Brenner is a wealth of information and during consultations and procedures. Would definitely recommend to others.

TodayI had a facial cosmetic procedure completed at Dr Brenner’s office. The doctor and the skin care specialist took their time with me and explained everything to me fully. It was a really good experience.

All the staff is caring and warm; very attentive and focused when the patient is talking. Not a “fast food” type if medical practice. The nutritionist there is in incredibly knowledgeable and can help one in all aspects of achieving and maintaining good health.

I have been a very satisfied patient for nearly 3 years. After 14 years on incorrect thyroid meds and HRT from my PCP and GYN, I finally had the correct blood work done, was diagnosed with hachimotos, put correct thyriod medication, changed my diet and started bio identical hormone pellets. I have not tried any of the many services offered. However, I have been coming to this office for several years and I have always had great service. The people checking you in to the people providing the service have been nothing less than super nice and eager to answer questions or provide information to help make decisions.

Living and working in Mason I thought this office would be convenient. I was wrong, the staff was stuck up,they pushed the Essure birth-control, and I asked questions about it due to a very bad allergy to nickel, I was told repeatedly that it was not a big deal. (wrong) They some how billed an insurance that i have has in years, and never had as a patient at her office. Now i go to switch offices $17.50 to send my records. Working in the medical field i am appalled at how they do business

Ive been getting bioidentical hormone pellets here and am so happy with the results. No more hot flashes, low energy, low libido etc. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr Amy Brenner and associates.

Incredibly staffed they are friendly, kind, extremely attentive, exceptionally knowledgeable. Truly a judgment free zone! I only wish I had come to the office sooner. Dr brenners office changed my life for the better.
