I had a great experience with QuickLab (South Marietta Parkway, GA) staff. They were very kind and considerate making sure all the requirements are met. Farnanada would even go an extra mile to satisfy the customers. I was really impressed by her sense of responsibility and kindness towards her clients. I really appreciate their service and highly recommend this facility to everyone:)

Absolutely amazing. Everyone there was so sweet and helpful and they did everything to make sure me and my husband were taken care of. It felt very personal with how much they helped us and they were so patient whenever we needed to come back for small things and whatnot. The doctor was also super kind and quick and I’m just so thankful this crew was just so personable and sweet. If we ever need anything else we will definitely be back and I 100% recommend you come here for medical exams and whatnot for USCIS, they’re amazing and concise. Thank you all and take care of yourselves!

There are no words that will express my gratitude for the excellent and timely customer service afforded my family by the staff at Quick Lab Inc. in Marietta, GA. One employee in particular, Fernanda, was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I first spoke to her by phone to the moment she phoned me with the preliminary paternity test results, I had no doubt that God had placed her at the lab to take care of my familys needs. She was a joy to work with and thoroughly explained the process and all the available swab collection options for a family member who lived in a different state. Fernanda went above and beyond. She helped me get my sneakpeek results overnighted so I could have the results the next day for my gender reveal party. She gave excellent customer service and checked on me after my blood test was done! Her staff that drew my blood were very friendly and kind! I would 100% recommend Quick Labs!

Place was clean, great costumer service but it was a little far from me since they have just one location only, they were nice and offered me next time they can arrange the collection near my house with a partner lab.

Online hours says they were open, even the sign says open, but they were definitely closed. They wasted my time

Never answer their phoneUpdate 5/13/21:“Owner” replied to this review stating I called after business hours. This is a lie. I’ve attached photos of when I called and of their operating hours. I checked their website as well and it also says they close at 6pm.

I have never felt so comfortable with a tech in my life. I’m scared of needles and she made my experience something I never thought was possible! Will be using this service from now on!
