I like the location and ease of getting in and getting labs that were needed right there at the same location. I’m more of a holistic person so I go for diagnostics, so I shouldn’t be bothered that it was very western medicine. Little concern over symptoms and not much to offer other than birth control. That’s ok, just here so insurance will cover tests. I will say she was kind and east to talk to.

One of the most well oiled machines as far as medical clinics go. Receptionists are extremely fast and friendly with check-in/ insurance, follow up scheduling desk also easy and painless. My Dr. was so incredibly thorough and wonderful, and really took the time to discuss my concerns and get the ball rolling on testing and diagnostic work. I felt safe, comfortable, and able to discuss my health history freely. As women, I think we need more clinics and medical professionals like this. My best gyno experience thus far.

I highly recommend Dr. Somodi-Stephenson! Shes the best womens care provider Ive ever had, hands down. She performed my hysterectomy in July and throughout the whole process, she was brilliant, compassionate, reassuring and has a great sense of humor that made me feel at ease with everything.I felt like she did a fantastic job of explaining all my options beforehand and allowing me to make a well-informed (major) decision about my body. Even with a couple of very minor complications, she and her amazing medical assistant were there to see me all the way through my recovery. I cant begin explain how grateful I was to be not just listened to, but also heard, and really feel cared for as a woman going through such a major procedure.I also loved all of the staff that I encountered at this clinic - everybody was friendly and very accommodating for last minute appointments post-surgery.Overall I felt like I found the right provider (especially with Dr. Somodi-Stephenson) for all things womens care!

This womens clinic is one of the best you can go to in NOCO. For my entire pregnancy, the OBs here are very knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly they advocate for your rights as a woman. I never felt like my concerns were being ignored, and they were very knowledgeable in their answers to my questions. Dr Schweir and Dr Hornung were great. I wont see anyone else next time I need womens care.

I’m from Texas and just moved here. This is the worse women’s clinic. The doctors are horrible. I’ve seen 4 different and they are either rude, rush you, or just don’t seem to care. Dr. Wolf is by far the worse. Horrible attitude, rushes you out, doesn’t give you a chance to ask allYour questions before he just walks out of the room. In the middle of my visit he just walks out. I wasn’t even done asking questions about my surgery. I was so shocked I went to the front desk to ask what happened and if I’m supposed to leave? I desperately need a hysterectomy for my severe pain and endometriosis and I’m not taken seriously. The front staff is the worse in my opinion. You have to hold every doctor and staff accountable rather than just doing their job. I had a virtual appointment and never was sent anything over. I called 2 hours before my appointment and was told I would get a text and email. 10 minutes past my appointment, nothing. Why should I have to call to ask for that text or email? I did this exact job in Texas when I was in college. It’s not that hard. Way after my appointment, I got a call asking if I was still coming to my appointment. Really? I’m tired of the laziness from everyone in the world we live in. We live in a lazy society where people just want money and half a** do their job. I miss the days when we used to to care. Oh, and if you ever call a nurse for a question, good luck getting a call back.

I went to the Womens clinic after learning about a PMDD diagnosis. After getting not quite as helpful information at another clinic about IUDs and their affects on emotional states, I am very happy I went to the WCNC to have my IUD removed. I met with Siri, and she was very kind, patient, and provided extensive knowledge about how all birth control methods could affect PMDD and what my options were. I felt empowered with knowledge and not pressured to go a certain route. The IUD removal was swift and as gentle as it could be. Id highly recommend seeing her and will again in the future.

I am hoping my experience was a one off and this isnt how patients are treated. I went in for help with hormonal issues and my increased PCOS symptoms. The doctor I saw did not listen to anything I had to say. Ive treated my symptoms naturally for 8 years, she was not interested in this. She told me diet and exercise have nothing to do with it and kept shoving birth control down my throat. I sought another opinion after this appointment and came to some better treatment options that I am grateful for that do not include birth control. On top of this, my husband and I have experienced fertility issues for the past 3 years and have seen a specialist. Due to our unique circumstances, weve put a pause on fertility treatments. Ive never had a doctor make me feel more insecure about our decision. In 3 years of being treated for fertility this is the first time I left a clinic in tears. I decided not to move forward with any recommendations with this clinic due to my experience. Someone did call me to dicuss my issues. I called back giving them times they can reach me and nobody called me back. I felt like the phone call was a CYA instead of a genuine attempt to improve services and understand what happened. I wish anybody that goes here a better experience than what I had.

Dr. Stede is absolutely amazing! She was my provider throughout my pregnancy. Unfortunately she was not able to deliver my daughter in late June & I was stuck with Dr. Bare. If you enjoy your right to consent in your medical treatment steer clear of Dr. Bare, she’ll ask for consent, threaten you if you do not give it, & then still do as she pleases. Birth is traumatic enough without a doctor threatening you to the point where you have a panic attack before going back for emergency surgery.

My prenatal care, delivery, and postpartum care for my second was entirely through this clinic. They were all delightful every single step of the way. They’re kind, caring, intentional, and take their time to actually talk to you about everything you want to talk about. You feel like a priority rather than just a patient on their schedule that day.I had great experiences with everyone, but Theo is truly the best!!! Ive had a total of two appointments with Dr. Bragg. I felt really well taken care of during my first appointment, and everyone was super friendly. They were also the only people in the area who were willing to get me in due to pregnancy complications. My second appointment wasnt that great. We had to wait for over an hr to get my blood taken because we were forgotten, which we know can happen during their busy day. During my appointment, Dr. Bragg mentioned that he wanted to do additional blood work and swabs to make sure everything is okay, which we agreed mutually not to do because my previous provider already did them. Guess he completely disregarded that since we got the bill for said tests, and instead of admitting his mistake, the womens clinic is hiding behind bs guidelines, and Im stuck with the bill. Thanks for nothing. Found an amazing OBGYN at MyObgyn and sure as hell wont be back to this place.Update:Ive read your response and I feel like this is a bad joke since I already talked with someone to try to figure it all out and you guys kept telling me that its some guidelines youre following and it doesnt matter that I didnt approve the tests.

The conduct of the nursing staff here is absolutely unacceptable. I will no longer allow the nurses here to care for me because they are not adequately educated or honest enough to do so. I went here because I was having a problem with a recurring infection. When the nurse called me after my appt., she informed me I should use a certain product. I was having difficulty finding the product because they gave me an inaccurate name for it. I called & explained that I was confused, & the nurse on the other end had an attitude & gave off the notion that she was annoyed & did not want to help. She contradicted herself & wouldn’t give me a clear answer on what to buy. I do not understand why it was so difficult to simply email me the product if there was a disconnect in communication.I eventually found the product they were recommending, & did not understand why they were asking me to use it because nothing on the box pertained to my problem. I called & asked about this, & it was confirmed by a nurse that this was the right product. I trusted them & used it as they directed. It caused my symptoms to worsen to the point of turning back into a full-blown infection.I went to my PCP to get tested for the infection that was initiated by the product. The test came back positive confirming an active infection, & since the practitioner I saw at women’s clinic of noco told me to call them if anything got worse, I did. When you call the office, you do not have the option to speak to a nurse, only leave a voicemail, so I left one right as they opened at 8:00am. I explained that the infection had come back, that I was concerned, & can someone please call me at my new phone#. I clearly spoke my new phone#, full name including spelling, & my birthday in the VM. Nobody called me back. 5 days later, I get a voicemail from a nurse named Laurie telling me that it’s my fault they didn’t call me back because I changed my number.I specifically left my new # in the VM to prevent this. What probably happened was the nurse did not listen to the entire VM, hastily tried to call my old disconnected #, then gave up. If this were the case tho, then why would they not call me back at the correct # that came up on caller ID, the same one that they did end up choosing to call me back at 5 days later? The nurse manager admitted that they had gotten my new # off caller ID, & that’s how she was able to call me back on the 5th day. Then why was I not called 5 days ago when I was panicking with a severely painful infection, if you had my # off caller ID the whole time? She stuttered & tripped all over her words when I asked this. At this point I had lost my patience.I understand the nurse likely lied & tried to blame this on me out of embarrassment, but this is unacceptable in a medical office. I also understand that people make mistakes, but to lie about your mistake & blame is on a patient is absolutely ridiculous. If she would have called & said, ‘Hey, I’m sorry, I messed up & didn’t listen to the whole VM,’ or, ‘I forgot to call you back, let us make this right,’ I would have been completely fine with that & stayed under their care. But for an actual adult who works in a medical setting to call me, lie, & blame me out of embarrassment is just weird to say the least. I can no longer trust the nurses at this clinic due to their dishonesty. This is one of the strangest encounters I’ve had with a clinic, & I would not recommend this roller coaster of questioning whether you can trust these providers or not to anyone.

Refuse to see me. Because of my insurance, they told me I would need a referral. My doctor sent one, claimed they never got it, had my doctor send it again. They told me when they received it they would call me. So I waited. This has been over three weeks of trying to get in with them may I add. I call today and they said yeah our doctor reviewed your case and determined no medical reason we need to see you. I have uterine didelphys which is a rare high risk condition in pregnancy and has caused 3 preterm babies. Not sure how this doesn’t classify as worthy. I understand some insurances are more difficult to work with than others but this tells me you literally do not care about patients well being and only care about the pay check you receive in the end. Do not tell people to get a referral if you don’t want to work with them because of their insurance to begin with. Just be upfront in the first place rather than waste peoples time and giving them the run around. They will reply to this and try to spin that it is somehow not their fault, because this is what all companies do to try to save their Google rating, but don’t let it fool you.

I’m writing this review in hopes to get in contact with the Clinical Manager. I have been trying to get a well women exam as a new patient since November and their lack of communication/scheduling department has been an absolute nightmare to work with. I was originally scheduled for December 19, 2022 but upon becoming pregnant unexpectedly and then that pregnancy resulting in an ectopic pregnancy, I had no choice but to get surgery(completely out of everyone’s control, I know.) Before the surgery was performed by an OB at this office, I was thrown around from nurse to nurse telling me so many different things like ‘miscarriage’, “let’s do a prenatal appointment, let’s do an ultrasound…” for someone who’s never been pregnant before you can imagine how frustrating/scary it was by being told all these different “answers.” After the surgery was completed (where I finally got some answers from my OB) I asked him if I was good to schedule my annual Pap smear. He said yes and I scheduled my Pap smear with a NP over the phone with the scheduling department for just over two weeks past surgery (as he recommended, to give myself time to heal). I went in for my annual well women exam (pap) today (1/9/22) and the nurse or whoever she was said they couldn’t see me today because I had just had surgery two weeks prior and I needed time to heal so I’d have to reschedule. I explained I felt fine and really need to get this pap done asap. She said I had to schedule with my OB doctor and his first available appointment wasn’t until a MONTH FROM NOW! This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I wish I could go to the Loveland office, but all the scheduling for both locations is done through one outlet-this awful miscommunication and unhelpful scheduling. Absolutely unacceptable business practices for a first time patient.UPDATE: 1/30/23 The Womens Clinic has redeemed themselves in my eyes. I got in contact with the clinical Manager and she took so much time to make sure I was heard and understood. She even checked in on me when I got an infection in one of my incision and made me feel like she truly cared. When I went to my Pap smear today, Holly Q. and Siri Rennie took great care of me. It was so fun sharing the same name as Holly and giggling about it down the hallway. And Siri listened to my whole story and let me cry in her care. I really needed her compassion and a soft place to land after coming back to the clinic where I learned I lost my baby. It was triggering for sure, but she made me feel incredibly comfortable and was sincere the entire time I was in her care. Thank you Womens Clinic!

Overall: Changing my star rating from a one to a three since the manager Scott took the time to talk with me, apologize, and let me know that training will take place to help Ellie improve. A little concerning that it was heavily suggested that I should move my records as a patient to another doctors office since I have reported staff two times now for being treated poorly. Also SHOUT OUT to Dezi for being an amazing employee and actually helping me on this morning! I did not know her name before talking to Scott so I want to give credit where credit it due. While it might not matter please give this employee a shout out and let her know she deserves a raise!Update: I was contacted by the manager, Scott, he was very kind and admitted that the situation should have been handled better. He did try to remove me as a patient or suggest that I should move care providers as a result of my having this complaint as well as he brought up another poor communication interaction more than a year ago with the staff. He made it clear to me that they keep record when people report staff. He also admitted that the last poor interaction was the fault of poor communication. So that is a bit concerning that he was trying to remove me as a patient because of his staff treating me poorly and I was reporting the behavior. I clarified to him that I have been going to this clinic for more than four years, if he did the math, the percentage of times I have come to him with a complaint vs. no interaction with him at all should let him know that I am not just causing issues for his staff. I am sure this was a bit of a warning for me should I report the staff again. He tried to not give me an option when suggesting I leave the clinic as a patient. He said do you want me to email change of records or do you want the change of records mailed to your home? I am letting the supervisor know that this interaction was bad with the staff. I have reported staff to this same manager now two times in four years and I was seemingly almost accused of being the problem. After Scott agreed that the last poor interaction and this poor interaction was due to his staff we moved on to if I was going to be able to behave should I have to interact with Ellie or Amy again. I told him politely that we are all adults and this should not be an issue moving forward. He then asked me to remove Ellies last name from my review. I let him know that I will remove the last name. He told me that he will not be firing Ellie due to this incident. I said that is fine, what I suggest and what is going to happen are two very different things. Throughout the conversation he kept telling me that their computer systems do not allow all personal to do all the same things. This is understandable but the behavior was not acceptable and how the entire situation was handled was not the best. Scott agreed to this and once we established that we are all adults the conversation ended.Original Review: I had an appointment in Loveland today and I had the very misfortune of dealing with Ellie. A horrible front desk person. She was rude, dismissive, condescending, and all around unprofessional. She did not want to help me at all and dismissed me to another employee saying that she couldnt do anything. The other front desk employee thankfully helped me and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. HOWEVER Ellie proceeded to help the next patient in line, sweet as pie, and that patient had arrived for the wrong type of appointment. Instead of dismissing this patient like Ellie had with me she immediately said Oh no, let me see what I can do for you and picked up her phone, called the back and got this person taken care of. The audacity to tell me you cannot do anything but TWO seconds later go out of her way to help the next patient. Ellie needs to be dismissed as an employee. I see a lot of reviews about poor front desk staff and I am sure Ellie is a MAIN problem. I contacted Karen, the manager, but had to leave a voicemail. We will see if Karen contacts me back.

Everyone is very knowledgeable, knows the patient process and gets you in and out in about an hour for a full well woman and mammogram appointment. This most recent appointment (5/17/21) everyone seemed melancholy, from the front desk to my nurse practitioner. The only person who didn’t seem to have a depressive cloud hanging over them was the person who took my blood for the labs. It was a weird energy from previous WC appointments. I’m not sure why. I have been coming to this clinic for the past 4 weeks for a post operative complication and for my appt today there was a complete lack of communication, again, that ended with me not being able to be seen. Keep in mind, I was put on light duty for the past 2 weeks. So I need to be seen today to get a release for work and they told me, sorry no one is here to see you today the doctor we scheduled you with is in Fort Collins today. This was not communicated to me when I made the appointment in person at my last appointment. I had already been on the fence about getting second opinion about what was going on but felt since they did surgery I should give them the benefit of the doubt. But today was the last straw. 10/10 do NOT recommend

Dr. Jennifer Reeve is the best, hands down. She listens to patient concerns and is highly experienced in her field. She makes you feel comfortable discussing personal health concerns with her, and she always answers questions in a way that makes sense, so you can easily understand. She is thorough and takes her time with patients, never rushes an appointment and she gives wonderful medical advice and recommendations. She is also very nice and has great bedside manner with her patients which is very important in order to feel comfortable enough to openly share private health matters with your doctor. I highly recommend her.

The doctor was very rude to me, an hour and a half late without apology, didn’t listen to my concerns and laughed that my blood pressure was so high I could have a stroke. Hmm I wonder why it was so high? He was stressing me out and commenting about my weight. I came in for the pill and he didn’t explain anything and is putting me on something that will affect my meds for bipolar. This was so horrible that I couldn’t help but sob during the appointment, which made him run out of the room. The nurse was very nonchalant that I had to wait over 1 1/2 hours in the room to be seen and was commenting that at least I can miss work?My time is valuable and her comment was rude. got a referral for a Gastroenterologist for diarrhea and constipation. I never told the doctor I suffered from that. I have never felt so ashamed and horrible about myself. I will never forget this traumatic experience for the rest of my life. He was very rough, made me bleed and didn’t offer anything to help me clean up

I was at the Loveland Office on Friday, February 19th. I was helped by Abby at the front desk who was amazingly kind and helpful. I was there for a mammogram, however, needed to be seen for another issue which I had no appointment for. Abby and another front desk girl, Brenda worked together to get me on the schedule of a doctor on staff. While this may seem routine it clearly took some work and the way they treated my situation was beyond impressive and appreciated. The women’s clinic is lucky to have these girls working and helping patients. Great service, great help, is not easy to find today. Thank you ladies for helping me see a doctor when I was in. Turns out I needed an antibiotic.

Unfortunately, I’ve been going to women’s clinic for my third baby. Going to try to look elsewhere. Just overall disorganized. They have cancelled my last two appointments with less than thirty minutes’ notice. They encourage you not to bring your kids, but I can’t keep asking my husband to take off work for my appointment to be either cancelled or have a long wait time. Don’t expect any information to be given regarding what you are seeing on an ultrasound unless it’s the 20-week measurement ultrasound. Depending on the sonographer that day, you may not get an ounce of information, even though you pay $300 per ultrasound. Some sonographers are very nice and will tell you what they see as they probe your female parts. It is very frustrating and scandalous to be paying so much to have a baby but get no information from an ultrasound. Patient care is disappointing and inconsistent.

I have already left a wonderful review but I feel I need to write another. The service is always top notch and my nurses and ultrasound technicians always make me feel super comfortable and well taken care of.I had an odd experience at check-in in the Loveland office yesterday, however. A lady at the desk told me my shirt looks good on my dark skin. I know she meant it as a compliment but I found it very inappropriate that she commented on the color of my skin. It made me a little uncomfortable. Please recognize that this is a very sensitive time and place to be if you are not white, and casual comments like this can be uncomfortable to say the least.I of course will still return to the Womens Clinic and continue to refer my friends but I could not leave this unaddressed.

Dr. Wolfe was recommended to us after our OB for our first 2 deliveries retired. We were having our third and needed to find a brand new OB. We are so thankful we had Dr. Wolfe throughout this pregnancy. His rapport with his patients is lovely and he supports you through your pregnancy instead of telling you what to do. I was in the driver seat the entire time and felt so comfortable and confident with his team. I wish we had him from the start! Highly recommend him!

I really feel like Dr. Stockburger does not respect her patients time after this 6 MONTH debacle.

When I went in for my appointment, not only were the lab staff not there, but the financial planner I had an appointment to meet with, left while I was filling out paperwork. Essentially, I was there for 5 minutes and did not receive the service I paid to have, which is unprofessional and ridiculous. I had to be sent to the hospital to receive blood work, which costs more for my insurance. This will be my first and last time going to the Loveland office. I am so disappointed in the care (or lack there of) that I received. Im looking forward to having all of my remaining appointments at the Fort Collins office, where I have received excellent care!

4 doctors, 3 Miscarriages, two appointments and a Ultrasound tech who tells you “looks like this pregnancy isn’t going good.” 1st and Last experience at Woman’s Clinic of Loveland. They claim issues with our newest pregnancy and don’t evaluate anything on site except inject fear into your life via phone call; even after an “on call doctor” states just take supplements and everything is fine. So now Pushed to another specialist after they STILL HAVE NOT kept up with regular appointments or labs. You would think after 3 losses we would be on the radar. But no, we are not. Each visit is with a “doctor on call and not our OB of choice.” 23 weeks along and they barely have any record of my fiancé in the system; nor status . But hey last day of first trimester, Oh my gosh let’s get your chart updated since we did t the other 22 weeks and 6 days. Like what happened? Honestly? Glad they are third party and NOT APART OF UCHEALTH because as a UCH EMPLOYEE; you would actually care instead of just having another insurance to bill. Just remember; they just wear the logo because they are in our system as a contractor and referral. Good luck to those who go here, because we didnt find any. Just poor Patient Care.

He has me going to see three other providers as well so nothing will be missed. I really appreciate his care, bedside manner, and No nonsense approach to treating his patients. I also had to have surgery in 2012 for endometriosis. Dr. Yeh performed that surgery at MCR and again- I had a great experience. I would highly recommend this facility and their medical staff. Throughout my pregnancy, I was dealing with pretty severe sciatica pain. Into my third trimester, I started to develop different symptoms. I went into the Women’s Clinic weekly and was describing my pain that it hurt in my pelvis and down the front of my leg. I was continued to be told that what I was feeling was “normal” for pregnancy. The doctors chalked it up to me being a first time mom and that he was sitting low into the birth canal. I rarely saw my “Primary” (Dr. Krause)-I was given whoever was available. In a period of 5 weeks, I saw four different doctors all at the Women’s Clinic. I was mis-diagnosed by ALL FOUR doctors. I WAS REFERRED TO A MASSAGE THERAPIST WHICH COULD HAVE KILLED ME AND MY UNBORN SON. (Dr. Reeves is who referred me to the massage therapist). The pain got so bad, my left leg was swollen to three times the normal size, I was not sleeping, and could no longer walk. I also had bruising that was surfacing under the skin. I knew this was not “normal”. I checked myself into (yes, drove myself), into the ER at Medical Center of the Rockies. It took a nurse to look at my leg after the doctor had dismissed my symptoms claiming it was a nerve-not to mention five failed attempts at an IV… They finally did an Ultrasound and found a blood clot. I had no blood flow from my belly button to the back of my leg. Not only was I mis-diagnosed, once they found the blood clot, the incompetence continued by the staff. The doctors did not get my pain under control, they never elevated my leg or put compression socks on. Finally, on day 5, a doctor finally came forward and told us we were in the wrong hospital for care. (Thank you Dr. Haney for being the only one who cared about my welfare).I was transferred to PSL in Denver, and within 3 hours, I was on pain medication that got my pain under control, had compression socks on, my body was elevated, and had talked with a surgeon. The mis-diagnosis all started a domino effect of what my son and I are dealing with now and will deal with for the rest of our lives. With all of the contracting in my mid-section, (the blood clot effected my uterus, stomach, bladder, etcc). My son was born a month early and was born within 8 minutes of getting to the hospital. (I delivered at McKee and had a great experience). My son is on full time oxygen from the premature birth and precipitous labor. He will be on oxygen for at least 6 more months. We are seeing specialists and doctors for both him and me every week. I will be dealing with the blood clot and blood clot symptoms the rest of my life. All of this could have been avoided if.. the doctors were competent. If the doctors had listened to me…If the doctors had compassion and empathy. If the doctors treated my like a human being and not a number. I have not gotten a single phone call from anyone from the Women’s Clinic or MCR to check how my son or I are doing.. But now I am for sure hearing from the billing department on a daily basis. The depression and heartache I have felt and still feel, is beyond words. I truly feel as I have been betrayed by people who I thought I could trust. Here are my suggestions to you reading this:-Get LOTS of opinions from LOTS of different doctors all from different locations.-Ask LOTS of questions.-We know our bodies and our children better than the doctors. TRUST yourself.-Be an advocate for yourself. If you can’t, get an advocate that YOU KNOW and TRUST.-Get a primary doctor that YOU KNOW AND TRUST, and that they KNOW YOU AND TRUST YOU. Even in great health, things can happen quickly, and being in good hands could save your life.
