Visited my daughter on the island and was treated to a birthday gift of health! My appointment with Brett was beyond my expectations. He provided me with a thorough assessment, a relaxing, effective acupuncture treatment and practical recommendations. When I communicated my desire to follow through with treatment, he offered to help me find, and communicate with, a reputable acupuncturist in my area. Brett followed through with his promise and one week after my appointment I was able to make an appointment with an acupuncturist in my neighborhood on the mainland. Self care is always something I put on the back burner, so I was little hesitant when my friend gifted me a session with Brett. I am SO happy she did though 🙏 Brett has really taken the time to get to know my health history and what Im currently struggling with. I can tell him and his wife truly care about helping people on their health journey. Im only two weeks into my sessions, and Ive already noticed a positive shift on multiple levels. BRETT SAVED MY VACATION!!We had our Hawaiian vacation planned for with no refundable fees and the day before we left I pulled my muscle in my back. Was agony on the way over here and wasnt. I have never tried acupuncture before. I’ve had two treatments so far. I appreciate how Brett took the time to talk with me about my concerns before beginning the acupuncture. His holistic approach has helped me greatly so far. I felt completely comfortable with the whole process.

I had an incredible experience working with Wellness All Ways. I had an acute injury while on the island and needed support. Brett moved things around and fit me in last minute to help. The clinic was so thoughtfully designed and easy to find. The work he did was most helpful, and he really cared about my well being. Every time Im on the island I will be back. I came to be treated for restless leg syndrom and insomnia as a result of hip replacement surgery. I hadnʻt had more than three hours sleep in two weeks. After two treatments all symptoms were gone. Brett is caring and knowledgeable. Iʻm beyond thrilled with my experience.

I came to Wellness All Ways with severe arthritic pain, unable to stand up straight or walk comfortably. Much of the pain was gone after the first treatment and over the next few weeks I was able to resume normal activities. Before treatments i was planning on selling my home and land because I didn’t have the strength or energy to maintain it.After a few treatments I had high energy, my physical strength returned, my blood pressure is normal and i no longer need to take bp meds. I no longer have anxiety or depression and i don’t have to take ibuprophen or pain meds because…I’M NO LONGER IN PAIN!!!

We are so privileged to have Dr. Brett & Jessica as part of our community in east Hawaii Island. I’ve began a little over 1 month ago and have received acupuncture, body work and cupping for a bout of agonizing sciatica. Along with Jessica prescribing me custom Traditional Chinese Medicine for pain I’ve been able to quit the plethora of NSAID, muscle relaxers and OTC medications that even my MD wanted me to discontinue. Additionally I have chronic urinary issues that they are helping me with.. Both are professional, knowledgeable and exude the kindness that is Aloha.

Fantastic acupuncturist. I’ve been seeing acupuncturists since I was a child and this is hands down the best I’ve been too. Brett is fantastic at fixing any sort of problem you can think of and also is willing to brainstorm solutions with you. He has fixed my knee after a partial ACL tear, cured reoccurring throat issues, lessened lymph node blockages, fixed headaches and really lowered stress! I highly recommend him and have to many friends and family!

Previously dubious about acupuncture but when I severely injured myself playing competitive basketball and softball and was told by my physician I would be OUT for 3 months, I sought Brett Sander’s services.
