I was very nervous as one normally is when visiting a new OBGYN, but the doctor and her front desk staff really made my experience a pleasant and comfortable one.The doctor was patient and calm and answered all of my concerns and was friendly to talk to.The front desk staff was very polite and I knew right away if the front desk was kind, the doctor must be as well! I’ll be making this my official OBGYN and I’m so glad the search is over.

First time here and had some issues with my insurance but the front office staff were kind enough to help me get everything sorted out for my visit. Everyone was welcoming and helpful

I am new to Houston and needed a new gynocologist.. my coworker referred me to Dr. Hurtado. Despite the reviews, I like to experience things for myself and wanted somewhere I can feel comfortable coming to. I was contacted a couple of days to reconfirm my appt which I appreciated . When I arrived I was greeted by the reception, she was very nice and helpful with the process esp since I was new. The office is too cute btw. The check in process was smooth and didnt have to wait long after I checked in to be seen. The staff made me feel comfortable. Aryelle was very nice and answered my million and one questions lol before before the doctor came in. Dr Hurtado was very professional and didnt make me feel rushed during the visit. I dont live close to the office, however, I will drive far for good service and treatment. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews about the staff but I didnt receive bad customer service at all and will be coming back. If you go there respectfully then they will be respectful back to you. If you go in there demanding things to be done or yelling, you cant expect any person wherever you go.. to be nice back. Thanks again ladies!

Do not come here if you don’t want and extra headache. My wife visited this location and suffered a bad practice from her doctor Hurtado. Long story short, they did it wrong and wasted my wife’s free yearly control. We contacted the office to see if we could find a solution and the lady that works at the reception was super rude to her over the phone and did not let my wife explain any reasons, and even hung up the phone. If the person that owns this place read this, I would encourage you to send your personnel for training or replace it.

If you want to receive good care, please do not attend this clinic, the doctor Veronica Hurtado gave me an annual citologia exam and was unable to let me know that the sample was not enough for the cell count, then I received the results that were inconclusive and The clinic says its not his fault. The clinic wants me to take the exam again and pay the costs for their malpractice.My insurer is helping me solve this problem that is costing me time and money because they do not inform the patient since they provide care quickly and without professionalism.Throughout this process I was treated horribly by the reception staff, they hung up on me and did not take my case seriously.

Dr. Hurtado is the best! She really takes her time to help her patients and doesn’t just rush them out. She is very caring and sweet I highly recommend this doctor. Also the staff is really nice too. I had a wonderful experience.

I will speak from my personal experience, I have no complaints regarding the clinic staff, on the contrary, the first time I went, I had not downloaded the clinics app and a girl took time from her work to help me download it. I have read several not very good comments about the clinic, I respect the opinions of others and of course people want to go to a place where they treat us well and with respect, nobody has to be disrespected and there always has to be good treatment. Everyone has the right to leave where they dont feel good, of course, if I dont feel good in a place I will go. Now, since I arrived in this country, I change my gynecologist every year because they are not exhaustive enough. I told previous gynecologists that I sometimes felt itchy, bad smell and I have irregular cycles, they never gave me a solution, much less a treatment. In those clinics, the staff was very friendly and respectful, but what do I do that the staff is friendly and respectful, if they were not the ones who examined me and attended to my problem? This year I began to go to Dr. Hurtados clinic, the first time she examined me, she told me you have an infection and of course, because of my condition, she gave me a treatment and I no longer have symptoms, she made another appointment to continue my case. . 3 years with an infection that I knew I had but I needed treatment from a specialist doctor. For me personally, she is the best gynecologist here in Houston, excellent professional treatment and no one recommended her to me. I saw her publication on IG and I liked it and I told myself I am going to try her. As I imagine it exceptional if you are thinking of changing your Dr. Give you that opportunity to try Dr. Hurtado I almost sure you will not regret. Find good health professionals here is not easy for me.

Dr Hurtado is a great, she takes her time and answers all the questions you may have. My moms surgery went great and she followed up every day until she was discharged. She really cares for her patients. Her staff is also very nice and always willing to help with scheduling and other questions you may have. We recommend her 100%.

I normally don’t do reviews, but when you feel like people don’t respect you and you feel mistreated. It has to be done.The staff is extremely rude. And do not respect patients. Save your time and find someone else.

The Reception Staff are people with a low sense of sensitivity in relation to dealing with Patients. My wife had an appointment today and even confirmed the day before to attend the consultation. But today I woke up with symptoms of Covid-19, which prevented me from going, so I went to the reception of the consultation to report what happened with my wife. But you cannot be flexible in the face of this health situation in charging the Charger Fee as you cannot attend the appointment. I do not recommend this Site to carry out your medical check-up!

Being pregnant is a very beautiful stage, right? Well, if you dont want headaches and enjoy your pregnancy with your family (husband, mom, dad, friend), dont go to this clinic. Their policies make that beautiful stage an odyssey.There are thousands of clinics where the staff will treat you well as you deserve and without any contempt, in this clinic the customer service is bad.My recommendation is to stay away from there.Its all Ill say.

Dr. Hurtado is the most amazing Obyg I have ever met. She is kind, she listens, answers all your questions, there is no rush when talking to her. I am so happy that I found her. I highly recommend her!!!!

I come in this place the first time and were my face mask went in the back very professional the second time I come in here they told me I could not be inside with her to even know whats going on!!! One woman told me that if she went to the back I would have to step outside The other woman told me that I can sit in the lobby as long as I wear a face mask when my girlfriend went into the back the other woman told me I had to leave and I said the other woman told me I can sit here very rude very unprofessional my girlfriend cannot talk hardly no English I needed to be in the room to know whats going on with her pregnancy they will not allow me to go into the room to my girlfriend to understand whats going on to translate very unprofessional people at this clinic one person told me that I can stay in the other person told me I had to leave for no reason staff is very rude and unprofessional.. we paid money to come in here to find out whats going on not take our money and have her not knowing whats going on because of her English and now were to the point where we dont even know whats going on because she dont understand this is the first clinic that Ive went to and two parties cant be in the same room whats going on they said that its their rules.. if you are a male do not come up here the first visit you can but the other visits you cant ... We will take our business somewhere else we drove an hour and away up here to get here.. will not be back at this clinic ever again...

Worst place ever. Very impolite staff. The dr doesn’t really care about how you’re being treated, so this is not the right place for being pregnant they don’t know that a pregnancy is more than tests and ultrasound. I Don’t recommend this place for anyone.

I am not one to leave bad reviews but the worst service I have ever had with medical staff, the doctor is a good professional but unfortunately she has HORRIBLE medical staff around her, they treat you badly, they shout, they say they told you things that they never informed you But the worst of all is their attitude, instead of helping, they drive away customers. My comment is based on my experience with my mother as a gynecological patient, I thought it was a coincidence, a similar situation was treated horribly over the phone and we let it go, but now my experience as an obstetrics patient was worse, they treated me badly, they disrespected me and even They yelled at me, both the manager and the assistants should take a customer service course, what a shame.

I dont recommend it. I have come 4 times with my wife. Four times the doctor takes more than 40 minutes to see you and she is always in a hurry. He doesnt take his time for questions you have. only she speaks and leaves. I have a lot to say about this clinic, but I will start by saying that I was a gynecological patient of the doctor, and when I became an obstetric patient it was as if she didnt remember what she had my control, nor my previous history such as SEVERE Preeclampsia, I decided to continue with her because she had my record but my husband, who perhaps like 90% of men do not need as much attention or explanation from the doctor, felt that there was no kindness or empathy because in one of the consultations he told me to lie down and well, as if I It was an object after that my blood pressure began to rise she asked me for my record the record was kept but at week 22 I began to experience greater increases in blood pressure to which she said that medication was not necessary last Saturday she was in the emergency room Because my blood pressure went up too much, I had pain, I was quite worried and after that, on Monday, we personally contacted the doctors office, telling them everything that had happened, they told me that I could not go to the nearest emergency room but that I had to go. where the doctor had access, which was that of the Herman memorial in memorial city and added to that that I should stay calm and that if I had a headache that instead of taking one Tylenol I should take two Tylenol and that I should be like that for two days and that I should call her again to which when I mentioned this to my husband because he said they didnt give you an appointment, they didnt advance your appointment because I have an appointment, I had an appointment with her after a month and they said no, I just had to do that, my husband calls back and they tell him that the doctor is not in consultation But he is in surgery when my husband tells him that he is fine, he then told my wife to take two Tylenol every eight hours, the nurse said OK, call in an hour and a half, my husband called an hour and a half after that. My husband calls again and the very harsh receptionist answers that they have terrible service from her and if, like the comments you have read previously, she is rude by having a racist despot everything that you can imagine that a customer service department should not have. obviously She told him that he wanted to talk to me when I really felt quite bad, my headache was increasing and my blood pressure was not stable either, to which she responded that she was not going to talk to him that the doctor had to talk to me when My husband is authorized by myself to be my representative in case I cannot contact him, to which she responded rudely and obviously my husband, in his annoyance, in his concern, perhaps he put himself at his level, but the difference is that he had a concern. More than two months waiting for an appointment, I called the same day to confirm my appointment and they told me that it is confirmed and when it arrived that my insurance was CANCELED, which they did not tell me at the time of confirming and my insurance without any problem, they did not even let me speak well when they only told me that I should reschedule the appointment without an apology or absolutely anything... terrible attention just for having a reputation for being good!!! Very bad attention from those in charge of the reception. It really seems like they are bothered by serving customers, I called and they literally blocked the phone and didnt help me at all. And when they are in the office, the person in front of them treats you horribly and talks to you with a rude and rude attitude. Hello, I have a question, I am 20 years old and I have a 3-year-old baby but I have never been to the doctor to get a checkup or a pap smear because I dont have health insurance to cover my studies... does anyone know if I need something to be able to do the general exam here? ? Including the pap smear.
