Jayde made everything super easy. Called and made my appointment for genetic & gender testing for the next day. I arrived early and she took me, didn’t make me wait. She was quick while also making it comfortable. Glad she is my neighborhood phlebotomist girlie.

Everything went great! The delivery was so easy. The guys removed our old mattress and placed the new one in no time at all. Very happy customer?

OMG just had the best experience at AnyLabTest off I-10 and Bunker Hill. There is an actual person to talk to and she was so sweet and helpful. Was in and out in 15 mins. The gentleman that took my blood was great, it only took one poke. The place was very clean and welcoming. The customer service was perfect!!!! I will be back again whenever I need blood work.

Ive been going to Any Labs at Bunker Hill for many years now for my annual Male Comprehensive Test. Im at that age when its good to know my overall health without having to go to the doctor. The friendly staff at Bunker Hill makes for a pleasant experience. Plus, I receive the results. Whether its my A1C, cholesterol, WBC, RBC, PSA, Testosterone... Its all there. And it highlights if anything is out of range and I adjust my lifestyle/diet if necessary. I may even go back for my vitamin profile. When I have to see a doctor some time in the future, I will have years of labs to establish whatever baseline the doc needs so I can receive better treatment. Its good to be proactive. My health, my responsibility. Dont wait until youre sick get healthy. Do it now.

Had a very nice experience with Patricia (I hope I’m remembering her name correctly)! I got there 1.5 hours before my appointment time and she helped me right away! Super friendly and service was fast! If I need anything else done in the future, I would definitely come back!

Gave them the quest ID when i made the appointment. Gave me the cup to pee to be told that the quest id is only for the location listed on the paperwork. Yall suck at the simple job

I came to this location after I was turned away from the Westheimer one ( they didnt have a razor ha! ) . I was lucky to make it here on time and I was in and out in less than 15 mins. Front desk and staff very professional and polite.Phlebotomist needs more practice.She was efficient but she hurt much more then almost any person who took my blood.

It was very simple to schedule an appointment online. The reception area was neat and clean, and there was no wait time. Very pleasant experience.

My appointment was for 8:30 in the morning and the doors were opened at exactly 8:30 in the morning. My blood was drawn and I was out the door by 8:40. Everything was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly even at 8:30 in the morning. The entire experience was faster and better than I could have possibly imagined. On a side note the girl that drew my blood did it with such precision that I didnt realize she had stuck me. I thought she was still cleaning the spot.

I called to inquire about a TB test. They answered the phone promptly and let me know what they offered and the prices. They were able to see me same day no appointment needed and were affordable. Professional service and clean facility

I did my pre-employment drug test here. I called ahead for a same day appointment. I was in and out in about 10-15 min. Staff was friendly and quick. Which I greatly appreciated since I was in a time crunch.

Not a bad experience here but not great either. The three stars is because I was in there for about a total of 8 minutes so they are FAST! But they really have the most impersonal staff. The medical assistant at the front desk was not welcoming in any way. I questioned if her face was capable of smiling. She was not rude per se, but just extremely dry and short. The phlebotomy was similar, not rude but had the I dont want to be here look. Not exactly the person I want stabbing me with a needle. Dont expect anything more from this location other than timeliness. Which for some is enough, but not for me.

Everyone was kind and made me feel really comfortable with everything. Also there was 0 wait time! Definitely recommend this location.

I was a few drops short of a 2nd urine sample after the NEW employee filled the first one to the brim. She said I was less than a ml short and when I asked to try to squeeze a few drops more - she dumped my 2nd urine sample and said she couldnt mix urine..... But its ALL my urine, so mixing with what ???? They expected me to sit there until I could fill up ANOTHER bottle. They were rude and unprofessional. The lady at the front desk said other people come in here and dont have a problem filling 2 bottles...... OK??? I may have a smaller bladder! She dumped out an entire sample because it didnt reach the brim of the bottle. Unprofessional, condescending and rude employees. Not to mention, the girl who dumped my sample was clearly new and didnt know what she was doing - she kept having to ask one of the other employees for verification on everything she was doing.... This idiot expected a liter of pee from me

It literally took me 8 minutes from the time I exited my car until the time I got back in. I have rolling veins but she was able to get it efficiently and painlessly in one try. Scheduled and paid online. Had my results in under 24 hours.

I will definitely be using this location from now on. Got blood drawn for a testosterone test and they were amazing. Get called back quickly and was in and out in no kidding 15 minutes maybe less.

Oh my God the lady that I met today J.....cant remember the name.....but she was phenomenal. I was at their sister clinic whose customer care service was horrible and they poked me enough times without drawing blood. Till I got here, and my nightmare was sorted out in seconds by the lady. Very sweet and kind. Be blessed for ur soft touch 💞

Firstly, the pro is that the lab results are quick. I received via email exactly 24 hours after my appt. But I think what is more important is the accuracy of the results which could of have been compromised due to the length of time the tourniquet was left on my arm. Its supposed to be on no more than 1 min at a time and longer than that increasing the chance of hemoconcentration, which I learned about afterwards. It had to have been on at least 5 minutes, applied from the moment I sat down and then removed when the 3rd tube was finished. So a lot of time passed in between with her having trouble feeling the vein, having me squeeze a ball, gathering her supplies, regloving, and filling 3 tubes. At the start, I told her that I had a bad experience last time where I was poked 3 times and she dismissed it saying it happens. Not reassuring and was a foreshadowing of another bad experience.

I had a great experience here. I didnt have to wait, and it was one of the easiest and most painless blood draws Ive had. The people were efficient and very nice, and I know where to go if I ever need another blood draw in Houston.

My husband and I had the worse experience here. We came here this past Saturday for my husband to get blood work done. He hates needles but this lady assured him he was in good hands, well check out his bruise and judge for yourself whether he was in good hands or not. She started taking blood but the blood stopped coming, she was poking around the vain but nothing came out so she assumed he was dehydrated, he drank a bunch of water and she switched arms… same thing happened with the other arm, she kept saying “oh this is weird” then she finally called over the person working the front desk who quickly realized that she had forgotten to take the arm tie off which is why the blood had stopped coming. She could have caused major damage to a vein and maybe she already has. The bruise on his arm is massive but I am hoping it is nothing serious. I wanted to warn others, once the tech places the needle in your vein they are supposed to take off the arm tie so the blood can flow. He is now forever traumatized. Medical professionals really need to be alert and careful because they can harm someone with their dumbest of mistakes.

I HATE having my blood drawn but Ms. Lupe was so gentle and accommodating! I didnt even pass our or have bruising. The rest of the staff was helpful in getting me in and out quickly and understanding my financial responsibility (way less than others in the area)! Ill be back for my yearly blood work! Everything went well. Short wait time, tech was excellent and qualified. When I filled out the online pprwk I included a request that my results be faxed to doc. Had to do myself,request and it went unfulfilled.

This is my go to place for getting lab work. Making an appointment is easy. Had a 9am appointment.. and I was done before 910am.

Best lab around with decent prices. The staff is great, professional and do a phenomenal job.Wait time is under 10 min and every tech knows their job to perfection.Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I can’t believe it— we walked in for 2 blood type tests for my kiddos, expecting finger pricked. To my shock, they do a blood draw. BUT! The techs got blood from my daughter on the FIRST poke, even though it took 10 minutes to find a vein. I didn’t want to scare the techs, but the last time my daughter had bloodwork done, it took a grueling 1.5 hrs, 3 phleb a and an ultrasound machine! So it is a MIRACLE they did it in 10 minutes. Couldn’t be more grateful!!

Cant reach a human on the phone to answer questions. Its an endless maze with their phone system. Other than that, the people there are nice.

I did drug test 2/1/2023 I call to get results and I’m told by escreen that any lab didn’t complete my drug test results online so now I have to go back to any lab to let them know😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Scheduled appointment online and went to this center after a long drive. They told me live scan machine was down since last week. When asked why online appointment was available if machine was down, no answer. Incompetent customer service.
