Been a longtime Sottopelle patient at Scottsdale location & was fortunate to start with Dr Tutera. The practice has expanded over the years with multiple locations & have always been happy with all doctors & staff. Living in north valley now & decided to try the Glendale office & so happy I did. Can’t say enough good things about Dr Dean & staff. They are fantastic. Thank you so much for being so caring & kind!

From my initial contact to the my first treatment I have a connection with this team. Joseph in medical records was awesome with helping me get my blood work done. Rita was great at helping me feel welcome and getting paperwork done. Kim in reception was warm and welcoming helping me to feel comfortable during my visit. Melanie was friging amazing in explaining g everything, answering questions and being very through with the information. I felt like a member of the family not just a patient. So glad that a friend referred this practice and Melanie specifically

Been going to Tutera Glendale for over a year. Dr. Dean is fantastic… great bedside manner & always professional. He gets you in & out quickly with little to no pain during pellet insertion. The whole staff is the best.

Dr Melanie is AMAZING! Hands down one of the best doctors I ve ever been to.She took time to review my very comprehensive blood work item by item & educated me in terms that I could understand.I feel very safe & comfortable about my journey through menopause & hormones! And a shout out to Kim at the front desk! She too is amazing and made me feel comfortable from the minute she answered the phone.

I continue to be impressed by all the Tutera Medical offices. Just visited in the Glendale office and once again, they didnt disappoint. The friendly and efficient Kim greets you, gets you going to your appointment. I love how much they respect my time and stay on the schedule, sometimes even running a few minutes early yet I never feel rushed. Melanie takes the time to explain and and answer any questions and concerns that I voice. I highly recommend the Glendale offices!

I cant say enough good things about Tutera and its staff. I absolutely adore Kim at reception. Not only is she friendly and informative, she works with you to get an appointment ASAP. Dr Dean also friendly and explained everything so clearly. A very enjoyable experience and Im excited to have them help me!

I have been coming here for over a year and my menopause symptoms are all gone and I feel amazing. Dr. Dean listens to my concerns and questions. He takes care of you and it is a very personalized treatment just for you. I am extremely happy with the treatment.

I’ve been a patient of Sotto Pelle for more than 10 years. Last year I switched to the Glendale office. Everyone is so nice and I have never waited long to be seen. Dr Dean is wonderful and the receptionist is so very nice and helpful. Sorry I forgot her name!

I was held up in traffic due to a major accident on the freeway and Doctor Dean and staff were able to stay and fit me in their schedule. I truly appreciate all of them being accommodating since I drive from Northern AZ. Thank you Glendale office!!

I have been going to the Glendale location for many, many years. I have always loved the staff and providers at the Glendale location. Kim, at their front desk, is wonderful. She is always friendly and wonderful to deal with. My current provider, Melanie, is also the absolute best! The only complaint I have is with the woman at the other end of the main phone line for Tutera. I had to speak with her for an issue I was having, and she was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. If I didnt love the staff at the Glendale location so much, her behavior would make me leave Tutera and NEVER come back. This woman needs to go!

I have been visiting the Glendale office for the past 3 years for hormone therapy which I am very satisfied with the results. And, I have to say the staff here are wonderful! Dr. Dean, Melanie Ferreira RN., Kim the receptionist and all of the supporting staff are very helpful and friendly. I was recommended to go here by a friend, and in turn I have recommended Tutera to my friends as well!

Today I accidentally showed up on the wrong day and Dr. Melanie was able to fit me into her schedule so I didnt have to make a return trip. She is thorough and and so sweet. The staff is very thorough and so supportive, especially when you need an emergency visit to the ER. This appointment is actually one I look forward to going to.

The front desk staff is always so welcoming and friendly. I love my provider Melanie. She listens to what I have to say, I never feel rushed and she always give me suggestions for supplements and other ways to improve my health. Theyre also very punctual, which is important to me.

I recently moved to Arizona and was in need of a new provider for bio-identical hormones. After researching what was available in the greater Phoenix area I chose this facility. Melanie was the provider I saw and she not only explained things better than my previous provider she questioned what I was receiving. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

My friend has been singing the praises of Tutera/Sottopelle for years. After seeing another hormone specialty office and not getting the results Ive had in the past, I decided to try Sottopelle.The results of my pellet implant are yet to be seen, since it takes awhile, but the impression of the office from Kim at the front desk (a HOOT!) to Dr. Dean and everyone else I encountered, was wonderful. I felt they were thorough and knowledgeable as well as being warm and pleasant, and had a sense of humor, which is VERY important to me.Im optimistic that I am in good hands and will start feeling good again soon. They have offered so many more options to get you there than I’ve received from my primary care provider, gynecologist or endocrinologist. I noticed benefits in less than 2 weeks from my first appointment and continue to experience additional benefits.

Terrible first impression. This place is unorganized. Appointment time wrong, the forms they told me they had all completed was a mistake and no one seems to know what is going on. Also, no where on the building or Door does it say Tutera Medical. Place is a joke.
