Latinos Salud - Wilton Manors

I had an exceptional experience at this location in Wilton Manors from start to finish! The front desk service was warm and efficient, setting the tone for a great visit. Once I met Sebastian, my experience truly stood out. He is incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to advising on prep and helping me navigate the many services available through the organization. Not only does he make me feel comfortable, but he also creates a friendly, welcoming atmosphere every time. I always request to see him because he’s simply the best at what he does.I also love the gentleman who always offers me coffee or wine while I wait—it’s such a nice touch. The space itself is clean, spacious, and well-organized, making it a pleasant environment all around. If youre looking for a place where you will feel welcome and well taken care of, this is the spot. Highly recommend visiting this Wilton Manors location!

The person in the front desk is always very welcoming. The staff is multilingual (mainly Spanish and English). This time I met Osvaldo and we spoke in French! They were very accommodating. The hours and services change from time to time. Sadly, this seems to be the norm in many places since Covid started. Please be mindful, do your research and ask questions! The new offices are impeccable but for some reason they were taking out the garbage when I was there (big no no). AHF and compass are some of the other providers.

November 2024: Nurse is generally there Monday - Friday 10am-7pm.January 2024: Omg such a pleasant experience! Everyone here is lovely from Jeremy (cutie at the counter), and Roberto (NA?) to Joel (RN). Everyone is super friendly and happy to help. Was in n out - as a walk in patient for testing and treatment - in just 1 hour! No/out of state insurance? No problem, theyre happy to care for everyone. Wish this office was where I live, Id never go to another practice. Overall Id give 10 stars if I could. Thanks guys :)***Helpful? Hit 👍***

The Lobby is immaculate, opulent, and modern! Very comfortable environment that they create. They offer service in both English and Español, que fantástico! I was helped by the very warm and competent Gerardo! They help with PreP, HIV treatment, and STD testing! They also give out free condoms, the people of this establishment are making south Florida a better place :)

Staff is super friendly and they make you feel at ease, also very knowledgeable. Very clean and comfortable facility. They charge your insurance (if you have it and if applicable) but you are never charged personally and honestly if there were more places like this in every city, we’d all be a lot healthier.

I just gotta tell you about my recent visit to Latinos Salud—it was awesome! The clinic itself is top-notch, but what really blew me away was the incredible service and the amazing people working there. Seriously, Luis M was a total lifesaver; he knew his stuff inside and out, and his professionalism was off the charts. If you need healthcare services, Latinos Salud is where its at, no question. Im giving them my full endorsement - 100%. Youve gotta check them out!

Extraordinary well maintained office. Organized, neat and clean. The stuff was cordial, welcoming and made me feel at home. They really understood the gravity of my situation, and took every measures possible to take care of it. Especial thanks to Samuel and Dani for their help towards making this a successful visit, and memorable visit.

The guys are always able to help with everything you need, they make you fell as family. The place is clean and organized, have some comfortable offices to attend you with privacy and kind, Luis Mosquera is an exceptional guy , all the time worried about my medication and following up with the pharmacy and the insurance.

Five stars all around. These folks are professional, efficient, and make it so easy to get tested and receive PreP. They are also kind and genuinely care about your well-being. A special shout-out to Aleph, who did my follow-up testing today. He got me through the appointment quickly (it didnt even hurt!) and we had some great conversations about his native Brazil, as well.

Extremely painless and even enjoyable experience. I go for regular STD tests, and its always a quick process with amazingly friendly and sensitive staff. I was helped this time by Ronaldo Lopez, and I wish that all medical professionals would be more like him: Professional, knowledgeable, and considerate.

High remarks on my end, The staff were patient and helpful; their establishment was clean and accommodating; they respected their patients privacy; and lastly the staff member that served my Gerardo was very helpful, efficient, and friendly.

Danie and Noe are very amazing. When dealing with me they take there time and share a lot of knowledge with me. The my make the process very comfortable. Today I met with Dani and I fell in love with his soul. He is such a kind individual. He is definitely in the right profession helping others. I stopped in with a friend on Saturday just to see what was available and to possibly make an appointment. It turned out Mauro Schiller was in and was from Brazil like my friend. He was just incredible, had free time and worked with my friend right then since he was free. VERY professional and nice.

Arriving at Latinos Salud, we were welcoming by Luis, assisting us with all paper work and check in. Aleph who is a Brazilian like me , assist me in our mother language, what makes the whole difference with all the process been above and beyond to make me feel comfortable answering all questions I had. Luis who speak spanish assisted my partner in his own language. The process was clear, fast and simple. Lilian assisted us with the Doctor Interview also with few other questions we had. Grateful for being part of Latinos Salud Family.

Amazing staff, very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring.

I came in to visit, I was a bit nervous but overall I am a strong person. It has been a little while before I was tested. However Joel made me very comfortable despite having other appointments he spent time in talk to me and discussed things even outside of medical to make me feel more comfortable. I recommend coming making sure you’re OK making sure your Health is OK. It’s nothing wrong with verify. And to have a loving and nice team who actually cares. That will make you much more comfortable they are very private and I love the new location I have been here to be tested my past few times and I will continue.

Been coming to Latino Salud since 2021 Luis Mosquera was my counselor, he is always very welcoming and let me know the process. Due to my work schedule I am unsure as to when I will be available however the staff is very accommodating and will fit me in wherever they can even as a walk in. Definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Went for first time to get tested and Dani took care of me. I have never came accross someone that was as caring and considerate of someone feelings. I went and got my HIV and std testing today. The testing was completely free of cost as promised (I called to verify prior to my appointment). Oh yes and its ONLINE APPOINTMENTS ONLY and that process was also super simple and easy to do. Staff and atmosphere was calm and welcoming. This is my new spot and I HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a JUDGMENT FREE ZONE.They are PRO-LGBT & I LOVE IT 🥰 NO COMPLAINTS HERE ❕🤗

Got my 6 month testing done today since I did not do at Pride. Mario was FABULOUS I did not feel a thing when he did my blood draw which I hate. I went for STD testing and it was completely free. The staff was also friendly and respectful. Be advised that they dont do swabs for oral/anal std detection which is a shame, and the results can take up to 10 days which might be more than other clinics offer and what some of you are willing to wait.

I went to do some blood tests like HIV and others for sexual transmission, I felt comfortable, safe and confident with the treatment of the people who performed it, they were very kind and efficient. The response was immediate to HIV and about one week the other tests that I did and the best was that they were completely free. I recommend it? Of course, yes, they are reliable and responsible.

When I first moved to South Florida, Latinos Salud was the first place where I was introduced to new people, and where I met all of my friends here. It always has a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always helpful, as well, especially Greg. Greg will go out of his way to help anyone who walks through the door.

When over to get vaccinated!!! Was told they had none!!

I had an appointment scheduled at 2:00pm. Whoever scheduled it put me down for 2:40pm. It took damn near a beg to speak to the manager to correct it and honor the time. After waiting over an hour with barely an apology I’m being seen by the doctor. Now I’m late for work.

1st this place is appointments only for reg std testing2nd if you go under 3 months like 2.5 months like I did, for a gonorrhea and chlamydia test, they will ask for insurance card and may still be free until your insurance decides to raise your monthly for every other medical stuff they paid, including coming here.3rd They take your insurance and still send you to another clinic that will treat you but also gives out faster results and more different tests and wont ask for insurance or any money.4 even though I have the app, when I do test there, I have to call them in luck that I got results ready because if not then they wont call me or send results threw app.5. This give off an alienate feeling.6. They are not super fast with results.7. All the other std testing places in area accepts walkins8. Getting them on the phone isnt always easyMy general does all the blood tests in A check up and sugar tests etc and all std tests and even herpes blood test. They also treat infections there. So y not make appointment with doc.Update: Today I was A walkin and was turned away and told I can only do hiv rapid test and not full std test, unless I have appointment. That wasnt the first time and I did mention the results ap issue but not much was done. I do get updates on your services etc but I dont get test results.

I highly recommend testing here at Wilton Manor’s Latinos Salud as everyone works efficiently, professionally, and compassionately. Latinos Salud is a safe haven and I exclusively return here as their service is impeccable.Within 2021 I had also been invited to join the Latinos Salud Youth Group which has been beyond wonderful to engage with. Mario, and the L.S.Y.G. Team, organizes countless events so fantastically. Their dedication encourages reoccurring and new members to volunteer, connect, unite, enjoy, and share as a community. The youth group is available for adults aged 18+ and is extremely inclusive especially for LGBTQI and Allies alike. Everyone I have met through Latinos Salud is so kind and I am grateful having joined this diverse group of amazing people. It genuinely feels as though we are family every time we come together. We are all here to support each other and create happy moments with one another. Since I have joined I have also been able to volunteer and participate in events such as The Hispanic Heritage Food Bazaar, Movie Premiers / Viewings, Thanksgiving Dinner and Painting with a Twist; L.S.Y.G. has also hosted awesome events such as kayaking, beach clean ups, and yoga / meditation. If you are curious to join the most positive and fun LGBTQIA+ youth group then come to Wilton Manor’s Latinos Salud. Hi guys and girls, on 18 Jan 22 I was with the guys from Latino Salud to make a few test. Can only say super staff, all very friendly, everything very uncomplicated, professunell and fast. After 3 days all results available. Can only recommend the house. Greetings from germany.

Supper impressed with these guys, they just called me for some one who had used my phone and i didnt know who it was so i tried to get some info out of them almost every one iv ever done this to gives up some info but not this crew they are totally on maximum privacy and on point wouldnt tell me anything except who they wanted to speek too major props and mad respect for you keeping peoples privacy like that. as to the rest of what they do i cant say they wont talk to me.

Great place to mingle, and meet new friends! The staff is very professional and friendly. Most of their events are on Thursdays, so if your ever around the wilton area or just simply trying to figure out what to do in the evening just swing by. Did i mention Free Food!

Ive been frequenting this establishment since its opening and really enjoy the comfortable, relaxing space. Im usually there for meetings, workshops, karaoke, and movies. Theres no wait for STI testing and all staff are very well knowledgeable about HIV/STIs.

I had a good experience at Latino Salud. Mikal was very kind and reassuring during the process. He answered all of my questions. Thank you everyone for all that you do in this industry.

Everyone in this place is friendly and always ready to help you out in anyway they can. Its a great place to ask questions and get tested since everything is done professionally and privately. I highly recommend everyone to go.

Ordinarily this place has been very good but as of late their hours have been all over the place. Sometimes you have to call 5-6 times for someone to answer the phone and I was told the other day to come back on Saturday and here I am and the place is closed. Says the hours are 10-2 and it’s 11 and the place is locked up lights off and no one is around. If that’s the case they need to update their website and their phone service to let people know that they’re place of business is closed. This is the 3rd time I’ve come here and everything says they’re open but as soon as you arrive, everything is closed.

It seems disrespectful to me that on Friday I received a call from the person in charge of the blood tests for a result and he told me that I have to be prescribed and even today, Tuesday 06/18/24, I am still waiting for his call, thank goodness it doesnt depend of life or death today, 06/18/24, I decide to call Latino Salud to talk to Mr. Mauro and tell him what happened and see what happened and the person who answers the call tells me that he is busy but that he will give him the message for Call me back and Ill correct the operator. Please, its urgent that he call me. You have my number and he tells him number by number and I say perfect. Im waiting for the call. Its 9:06 pm and Im waiting for the call. So what name should we give him? In this situation NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS TO THE PATIENT or that he resolves as best he can, I am somewhat disappointed 😞 Thank you 👍
