Zara was my LVN. She was great. Loved her personality. This clinic was very clean and organized. Not busy at all.

I’ve never heard of this clinic before but staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable! everything was super easy and quick. Would definitely come here again for any other employment medical needs.

My time here was fantastic! I absolutely despise needles and medical situations because of bad experiences, but Zara was AMAZING. She was very patient, kind and informative! If you have to go to Wellnessmart I’d say go to the Fairfield location because there are clearly high standards for that place.

Excellent services. I have been here a handful of times for physical and TB testing for employment, and other services and Connie was the one who always provided me with these services and she is the absolute BEST! She is competent, professional, and friendly with patients. She knows what she is doing and I recommend everyone reading this to take advantage of this wonderful clinic in Fairfield!!!

Very clean, organized, and attentive. Effortless process to receive services. Was able to book online for same day services. Cost of service is reasonable. Totally recommend this Wellness Mart. Connie is the best. 2nd time coming to this location for services.

Made an appt for my son to get a sports physical for school. Our regular doctor didn’t have any availability to do so in the time he needed it. Nurse Connie was very kind and got us everything we needed. I was able to make an appointment the day before (they had availability same day as well) so nice to have this available. Definitely recommend

Connie was great efficient and we got everything done in 30 minutes. She was very calm and reassuring and had positive attitude.

I went to WellnessMart Fairfield for my Health Screening Report and TB Test. No need for appointment but you need to answer some questions on the iPad. The LVN in attendance is Connie and she is very professional and friendly. I suggest to get the X-Ray TB test instead of the skin test this will save time and money since the skin test is subjective and if you are exposed to TB you will fail the skin test and you will need to get the Xray. All result will be sent via email.
