I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ruby during my recent visit, I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and care. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. It’s clear that Ruby genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. She’s a true asset to the team, and I’m grateful for the excellent care she provided. This place has been taking care of my family for years! I recommend this place to who ever cares about their families health. Carisandi took care of my toddler with so much care where it was strange to me she was enjoying herself. If you have kids ask for her. The rest of the staff is so kind and helpful. They were thorough with our needs and made sure we understood everything. Definitely my main clinic

I had a great experience at SCMC. I want to specifically thank the clinic lead Ruby for being kind and extremely helpful. She helped me complete all my forms and was very patient with me. I appreciate her for making sure I understood every step of the process. Thank you Ruby for being here for the people like me that dont comprehend stuff right away! Also, the girl in the lab Brittany was very nice and welcoming!

Went in for my physical and was told it was time for my annual flu shot. The assistant who had given me my vaccine went by “Cari” and she was extremely nice and patient. Vaccines and shots have never been pleasant for me ever since I was a child yet Cari made me feel relaxed the whole time. Hopefully you all get to experience the gracious hospitality Cari brings to this center.

Friendly staff, able to make appointments fairly easily. downside is that the pediatrician isn’t available every day, so no good for urgent visits. also need referrals out for any specialists, including gynecologists. i personally didn’t have my issues/questions addressed and the male doctor was dismissive of my personal reproductive concerns. the pediatrician is great with kids, but i wouldn’t make this my first choice. the wait is ridiculous, never been here for less than 3 hours with appointments every time. ive been coming here for over two years but am changing my insurance and happy to be switching doctors.

Great clinic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They give plenty of updates via phone so you never miss an appointment. The girls in the front are really cool too ;) 5 stars

Amazing staff , all the employees are very well trained very professional in their ability to preform the best intent to treat , care , and provide any medical help . I had the pleasure of doing my internship here. The staff here is welcoming and caring. I had worked with Patrick, Linda, and Jessica they were all very helpful and kind through out the learning and adjustment process.

I had an excellent experience with Cari when I got my flu shot. She was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and painless. Her calm demeanor and clear explanations put me at ease, and I barely felt the shot!

Southern california medical has been the pinnacle for my medical needs. The doctors and the medical staff are by far A+ personnel.The doctors leave no stone and turn and if they cannot get a diagnosis one way they will definitely outsource the work to professionals who can diagnose for them.I wanna thank one person in particular and that is Ruby.I have definitely needed medical records, Copies of medical records, referrals and disability paperwork completed copied sent out to other channels for employment and so forth.She has not only gone above and beyond but I feel myself I have may have misused The number of requests at spare moment timing to where she has not only shown her professionalism but she shines with excellence.Thank you southern california medical Doctors, Medical Personnel, the 2 cute young ladies in the front reception and you Ruby for all that you do.

I have always come to this clinic ever since I was a little baby, I know the staff very well and they’re all nice. My only complaint is the waiting time, you can wait up to an hour to be called up, personally it’s not a problem but at times it does get a little bothersome.

Yareli was very helpful in checking me in for my appointment . Patrick was my nurse . Very nice Guy. Dr Torres took care of me very well. Love the customer service!

Staff in the front desk and Doctors and manager Carmen are caring with patients. They are also bilingual. I have many friends that come to this clinic and they keep coming cuz of the good service.

Had an appointment set up but couldn’t take any ID due to loosing it a couple days prior the front office was really helpful and managed to get me looked at. The process was smooth I was in and out quick after getting checked in.

Raza provided exceptional customer service over the phone by being fully aware of my needs and what SCMC is able to provide. Raza gave me important information that I never knew before regarding how to get forms for my chronic sciatica in my back.Raza made me feel like a valued MEMBER of SCMC and I am thankful that Raza is Kind, patient, and professional ☆!

Doctor gave me a referral to see a specialist. The clinic said they have to send it for pre authorization. I went back to the clinic after two weeks when the clinic said they have already sent the pre authorization request to the medical group but have not heard back from them. Three and a half weeks later when I called the medical group, they said they have NOT received any pre authorization request from the clinic. The doctor is good but the staff who work here including the management is trash, these people are used to not doing any work but just take the salary at the end of the month, a bunch of lethargic liars.

Love their customer service! They’re very nice and helpful, I enjoy coming here for my visits. Favorite employee there is yareli h. she’s amazing 👏🏼

The ladys in the in the front are rude 😒 I dont like coming here but my therapist is here she is the only reason why I come looking forward to seeingalways long lines only 1 person take your information and all the other ladys juts on the computervery unprofessional and they leave you standing at the front for a while until their readyI had an experience where this one girl who forgot to check me in at 1:30 so I left about 1:50 my therapist called me ask me where I was and I told her I checked in about 1:30 and she didnt even put me into the computer so I missed an appointment because of her

My sessions with Anamaria at Southern California Medical Center in El Monte began at a very critical and tumultuous time in my life, during a period of much change and confusion, which resulted in exacerbating already long-standing cptsd related anxiety and depression symptoms along with generally low sense of self. For those and other reasons, I tend to be very closed off and guarded around certain topics. But with her approach and support in navigating these often overwhelming & insurmountable feeling issues, for the first time in many years, I feel peace of mind may be attainable. With patience and compassion, Anamaria has been able to cultivate a warm environment of safety and trust that is incredibly beneficial and conducive to healing and wellness.I feel deeply grateful and fortunate to have her as an invaluable member of my mental, and therefore overall, health team. SCMCs behavioral health program is essential to the well-being of this community.

Maza in the ultrasound tech was unbelievable and awesome. Very kind. , she took her time and was very very detail oriented and explain step-by-step and also front counter. Staff was also awesome.

I had my doctors appointment here and ilse was super helpful. She helped with any questions I had, she made me feel so welcomed took care of me so well. Ilse was so courteous always answering politely. I would recommend everyone here and will continue to come here thanks to her amazing service.

Horrible service!the women in the front seemed very unprofessional and Dr.Bonni (gynecologist) was worse.there’s no sense in making an appointment if we won’t be seen at that time. my appointment was at 10:15 and I didn’t get called in until over an hour later at 11:45.aside from the unprofessionalism, the Doctor also made me feel SUPER uncomfortable, asking me ignorant questions and the appointment seemed rushed. clearly he’s uninterested in his job.needless to say, I don’t recommend this place. 👎🏽

I have been going to this clinic for my obgyn appointment for 2 pregnancy already. i love how the staff are all so nice especially NADIA , she’s super helpful and friendly. she makes sure all my questions are answered , and always has a smile.

Completing my physical therapy treatments here with Meriam Keluda has been super helpful in the management of my pain. She is so understanding and kind and treats my issues with professionalism and lots of care. You can tell she truly cares about her patients!

This place deserves more than 5 stars 🌟 there is amazing ladies in there! They make you feel welcomed and safe. Last time I went for wisdom tooth removal Susana P, was really nice and helped out a-lot. She made sure everything was ok and made sure i wasnt in any pain during the extraction.Thank you

I had went to take out blood 2 weeks ago and nadia did an amazing job!! nobody had been able to take out blood the way she did. no bruises were left and i usually get left with them when i get blood taken out and it was first try too!! thank you so much :)

Friendly staff the front office girls Yuliana& Judith are always friendly, helpful and welcoming. The clinic pretty much covers all medical needs. Now they even offer dental & optometrist. They have you covered and make it very convenient.

My favorite doctor At this facility is Dr. Hassan. He tends to really listen what his patients are saying giving me an extreme sense of worth. The wait time is reasonably acceptable.

I was not happy about how the doctor Torres talks to me rude guy . Not a professional doctor. Also the girl in charge of sending the prescription to the pharmacy forgets to send some prescriptions I gotta be calling the clinic about it , it has happened 2 times already I feel the manager needs to have a talk with her .Besides that the clinic is clean and organized.

WORST CLINIC. I went in for a consultation last week and had an appointment at 9:45am. Showed up 10 mins early and doctor WASNT EVEN THERE. They told me doctor was running late.Waited for my turn and all doctor did was tap my stomach and referred me to a SURGEON! They asked me to schedule an appointment for blood work results, turns out I had an appointment telephonically at 4:45. It’s 5:35 pm AN NOTHING. I called and customer representative indicated it was A POSSIBILITY THEY WOULD NOT CALL ME TODAY BECAUSE THEY WERE PROBABLY TOO BUSY AND IF I WANTED TO RESCHEDULE. THEN WHY WOULd YOU SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS KNOWING YOU WILL NOT GET THROUGH THEM ALL! NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL ME AS COURTESY TO LET ME KNOW WHETHER OR NOT THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO SPEAK TO ME!!!! I HAD TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMESSSSSSSS AND YET NO ANSWERS OR SOLUTION!!!!! WOOOOOORSTTTTTTTTTT OF THE WORST!!!!!!!!! NEVER COMING BACK!THEY BASICALLY LOOK AT HOW GOOD OF AN INSURANCE YOU HAVE AND TAKW ADVANTAGE OF IT! REFERRING YOU TO DOCTORS YOU DONT EVEN NEED!!! Nadia is great at her job she was able to find my vein at her first try thats why I always request her when go get blood drawn.

Today was my first visit to S.C.M.C. I have to say I was very surprised that I can get all my referrals to my eye doctor, my X-rays, and blood work all in one place.I was very happy with the convenience of everything. Thank you S.C.M.C for a very pleasant experience!Adin.T

Came in a few days ago for an appointment. A woman by the name of Judith helped me out with filling out medical paperwork. I am much appreciative of her she knows her stuff.

I used to love this place before it expanded. I could come in and the PA would give me a refill prescription and I would be out. Unfortunately, this place have turn so horrifically bad. I will just give a review on my most recent experience. I came in to get my TB test done for a job, was told results would be ready in TWO WEEKS. Furthermore, I would HAVE TO see the doctor in order for the information to be release. I got a call from them saying my results are ready (always go to voicemail and never rings on my phone). I ask if I can just pick it up because I really need to start on my job. Was told that I have to see the doctor. I asked to speak with the person in charge and she said it just happen her manager/person in charge is not there. When I called back the calls just kept hanging up on me. A couple of MAs have drawn my blood (tb & blood test) and for some reason could not find my vein. I was poked several time and finally one experience MA was able to get the job done with ease. It is very upsetting to wait 1.5 hours with an appointment already made beforehand and this happen to you. Now trying to get the result just to start a job and it seems like I would have to climb peaks and valleys to get it.

Been going here since I was a kid and it changed! The current staff here are not the best at their job. The doctors are still great. I know good workers are hard to come by, but please review your current staff because I can pick out 3 that shouldnt be there.

Worse clinic they make you wait so long. They called CPS on me because the Dr. want it to make it mandatory for me to see another Dr. And when I asked for help so I can get the treatment my daughter needs. She said I have to look it on my own. Now referral at all. My daughter now have a great Dr. I work with CPS. When the worker come found that the Dr. Was laying. After they investigate me. So be careful.

I was surprised that I got a phone callFrom the clinic just to check up on me after my visit. Ive been a patient here since 2019 and have seen a lot of good changes I feel comfortable with the doctors and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend friends and family.

Horrible place. New patient I was there from 10am until 1pm. The assistants forgot to communicate with the doctors that they still had one patient left. Dr. Was pulled out from his lunch to see me. I went back because I needed an ultrasound , had it done result should have been given to me on Thursday and they forgot to put me on the schedule. Called them 3 more times after that to schedule three more attempts to get my results and Dr. Didnt call me again. Its now been 5 days. I paid for my services I need my results. Never going back here again thank God for PPO Insurance otherwise I would be stuck with them. I dont recommend them. They also dont follow infection control guidelines.

Horrible ultrasound tech. Very rude to my husband and told him to leave after he was minutes late to appt. He took the day off for this appointment. She is the only tech their at the office her name is Nazz or something like that. She complains about how under paid she is? How the company is cheap, how they only gave her $1 raise. If you are unhappy look else where, but dont take your frustrations and unhappiness on patients. She complains how owner is rich and how employees are under paid. Wow!!!

The worst clinic. I went for a physical the female doctor came in my room for my physical she didnt even ask how I felt she just came and push on my stomach and said I had a stomach infection. I had some blood work done and was told to wait two weeks for the results. I get called today to get my results and I agreed. Had to change get it to an earlier time and no response. Can believe the type of clinic is.

Horrible service. My first time going there, I had an appointment at 3 pm. I didnt get seen until 5 pm. My second visit, I had an appointment at 11:40. I felt horrible, I kept vomiting and felt dizzy and my mother kept asking why is it taking so long and we just kept waiting. A nurse called me in at around 12:30 just to check my temperature, pressure, height, etc. Even she told me I looked pale. I had to wait until 1:30 until I could get into a room. At 2:30, when the doctor still HADNT attended me, I left because the doctor wouldnt be back until 3 pm. I was very ill and unattended. They lost a patient.

The Dr,s are Great, They help you as they are supposed to. The Nurses are fantastic, so nice and helpful. Ive been going there for 25.yrs.

The absolute worst over the phone consultation they hung up on 5 times !! (Ive heard other patients with the same complaint) Put me on hold 5 times kept transferring . No one ever got back to me and now theyre closed and I am in pain (strep) . Not only that it took them a month to mess up my mri appointment which is taking a week to get my results to me . Good bye im switching drs. Worst ever.Ps. My appointment was at 11:20 they never got back to me and I shouldnt have to call 10 times to not be forgotten ridiculous

Today, July 20, I took my nephew to an appointment he had in the afternoon and was very disappointed with the front staff not wearing masks properly while there were various signs all over the office reminding patients to wear a mask inside the clinic. As medical workers, even if only doing clerical work, should understand the importance wearing masks. The staff member in charge of checking in patients was wearing her mask under her chin. At first, I thought she would fix her mask, she never did the 45 minutes I was there. Another employee stepped to the front and was also wearing her mask under her chin. Then another one of the two ladies also sitting in the front wore her mask under her nose. None of these employees made any effort to correct their behavior. As medical workers, I wish they understood that we are still trying to fight a global pandemic and set the example especially if they want to be working in a medical setting.

First time coming here after i needed an xray which i was sent from pico rivera. Got there on time, was out and ready before my actual appointment time. Staff were really friendly, were concerned if i was experiencing any pain or discomfort. It was a pleasant experince for me atleast. Will be coming here again if need be from pico rivera.

Literally worst clinic ever. Had an appointment at 9 and I’m still waiting. What is the point of making an appointment if you’re gonna make patients wait two hours to be seen? There’s too many people coming and going and I highly doubt everyone here has appointments. All their bad reviews are based on wait times and slowness, clearly they’re not working on improving their efficiency.

Sally Matter is very, very helpful and professional and explained everything she was doing to help me understand.

Friendly nice and care, professionally, she and her assistant give a very Friendly care and understanding my problem, and patient focus on my painful Situation.

Do not come here its just a waste of time. Horrible service . The nurses are nice and do their best but that doesnt help at all. I had an appointment at 4 and its been an hour and Im still waiting. Im about to walk out the door this will be the third time.

I paid to get a physical and tb test done.. they did the tb test on my left arm and she didn’t do a good job and i had to redo it.. Melissa did it on my right arm and did it over a holiday weekend so she gave me her personal number to send her a pic and nothing was done.. went in on a Friday to get my lab results (waited about an hour plus and they had also forgotten about me) and I had to do the tb test a 3rd time (blood work this time) ! And now I can’t reach anyone to get my tb results for work!

I like it here they were so helpful with my mom. Judith filled out her paper work and helped her out with the process

Great place to come for a any sort of visit. I came in as a existing walk-in and they offered to call me after the Dr came back from lnch. They called me, I showed up in 15 mins and was attended in less than 2 mins. No wait whatsoever.
