AFC Urgent Care Dunedin

I was referred by a friend. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had a little bit of a wait. But that was expected. It was very busy and I walked in without an appointment. Once in a room my issue was handled promptly and in a very professional manner. I will definitely go back if needed.

The professionalism and integrity of the staff here in the Dunedin location is impeccable. I was feeling really bad. Day 3 of influenza A and having a lot of difficulty breathing. I was treated appropriately and provided quality care. I already feel better and I am so grateful for the treatment I received.

The APRN… he was awesome! Great bedside manner and really listened. The facility was clean and the cost was what I expected. I would definitely recommend this provider and location. I am a snowboarder so it’s nice to have somewhere to go for any medical issues.

First time using this facility, and I was generally impressed. They were courteous and very informative about my condition. A neighbor of mine went to this walk-in clinic, not too long ago and recommended it. I’m glad he did.

I felt like the staff here make an effort to CONNECT with you. I felt like a real person that they cared about and wanted to help. They were knowledgeable, gentle, thorough, kind and warm hearted! When youre not feeling well, you want to feel sincerely cared for and thats how I felt at this office.I hope other medical offices are inspired to follow this lead in creating this kind of experience for their patients. Very clean waiting room. The registrar was very professional with a smile on her face. The triage nurse was very pleasant and caring. The dr was amazing. He asked many questions. He explained things well. He made sure he answered any questions i may have. I for sure will be retuning to AFC for all my medical needs. I could not have asked for better care. From the time you walk in the door until you leave. I highly recommend.

When your enter in the facility everybody is welcoming. They have no problem helping you with anything, to include registration. My treating physician is Dr Anthony, he shows the utmost professionalism. He listens to everything that you explain to him. He treats you with kindness and care. His mannerisms are impeccable. My motto is if you listen to the patient you will find the cure. He is the most accommodating person I ever met in the medical industry.Im so happy that I found this facility being that Im just newly here a resident for one month in Clearwater Florida. The staff is always so nice and patient. I was in and out with a possible scratched cornea in an hour.Super grateful for the kind staff.I think the girl who does the blood pressure and weight name is skyy and she is just the sweetest and always smiling every time I am there.

Made appointment. Arrived with great friendly service and the nurse was awesome. My son was diagnosed and we were in and out quick. Definitely recommend

Had a great experience. My was pretty quick. My medical assistant Sky was super cute and nice and the provider Anthony was awesome. Would definitely recommend going early. Very clean office.

The check in register person was perhaps the rudest and most unprofessional individual I have ever encountered. I was there with an acute illness and did not have a phone with me. She informed me everyone has a phone and that I needed to complete paperwork on a phone as they are paperless. When I asked why she could not enter the info on her computer she said she did not have to. Eventually she did and the NP I saw was nice. It wasnt bad enough to be suddenly ill but to put up with this made for a bad morning. I am a retired RN and this little girl needs to understand how to treat people or find another line of work.

Anthony the Nurse practitioner was awesome.The only reason I didnt give a 5 star was they were out of pads for an EKGI thought that was unprofessional not to know you are out or even low.As far as Anthony he even did a follow up call and felt he was sensor on my condition.

This morning, I was sobbing in pain from a viral infection. I took a chance on the closest urgent care to me. So glad I did as this is the first relief I’ve felt in days. First, the staff are incredibly friendly and kind. They made me feel welcome and safe. Then, Dr. Hopps was exceptional. He was funny and friendly, putting a smile on my face that I hadn’t seen in days, but also incredibly knowledgeable. I’m so grateful for his expertise. You can tell that he cares about what he does. I am feeling so much better already, and I’m confident that I have the proper solution. I would absolutely recommend this practice and location as well as Dr. Hopps and his staff.

I went there after being sick for 5 days and was weak dehydrated and just feeling like total crud. They all room the time to listen to what was going on and how I truly was feeling. They top their time to try and figure out what was going on everyone in the office was super nice and caring. If I need urgent care again I will definitely be back

AFC Urgent Care Dunedin is excellent! I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Jennifer M, to ensure their location provided drug screens for a job I was being hired for. Jennifer was very friendly, professional and her customer service was excellent. I went in for the process, Falon took care of checking me in and then instructing me on the process. She was very professional and outgoing. I complimented Jennifer and Falon to the manager, but I wanted to publicly thank them, and the team at AFC UC Dunedin for going above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

The staff and the doctors were nice, but we had to 30 plus minutes to see the nurse practitioner. I finally had to seek out a nurse to see when we were going to be seen. When the practitioner finally saw us, her diagnosis did not make sense. My daughter has been throwing up as if she had a stomach bug, but she ruled it a an upper respiratory infection.

Yesterday I was at this location due to a very strong pain in my right elbow. From the moment I entered I felt comfortable because they had a very beautiful Christmas decoration. Then the receptionist said good morning, how can I help you? She helped me do my online check in and then APRN Darrel Hopps attended to me, very professional and I appreciate his gesture of understanding for my anguish with the pain. I received immediate treatment for my pain and my prescriptions. Thank you all very much, and also the nurse named Candelaria, very attentive and cordial.

My experience was possibly life changing! Let me just say the staff (Yevonne and Sky) were very professional and thoughtful. After experiencing for the first time a “shy bladder” I had to reschedule my screening. However, the recruiting company said they considered that a “refusal to screen.” When the recruiter spoke with (Yevonne and Sky) they reassured them that I did not refuse and that the samples were not enough (even after two attempts in three hours) and suggested I reschedule. Long story I know but thanks to the professional team at Urgent Care in Dunedin, I have a chance at a great job! Thanks again Yevonne and Sky!

First. The staff was wonderful, the wait fairly short, however this is about the facility itself. Although new and clean, I was there to seek urgent medical attention for an earache/severe sinusitis triggered by exposure to perfumes and air fresheners at an event. Upon entering the facility, I was immediately overwhelmed by the strong scent of air fresheners plugged into nearly every outlet.As someone with severe allergies and migraine headaches triggered by strong smells, this exposure exacerbated my existing condition. Despite informing the staff of my sensitivity and requesting the removal of the air fresheners in my vicinity, I left the facility with a worsening migraine, burning eyes, and increased congestion.Research has shown that air fresheners, particularly those containing volatile organic compounds (VOCs), can trigger a variety of health issues, including migraines, respiratory problems, and allergic reactions. These chemicals can irritate the eyes, nose, and throat, and can worsen asthma symptoms.I am deeply disappointed that a medical facility would create an environment that could potentially harm patients. It is unacceptable for a place of healing to cause further illness. I urge the staff to reconsider the use of air fresheners in the facility and to implement policies that prioritize the health and well-being of all patients.

Wait was a little long but the day after a hurricane, what can you expect. The staff and amazing doctor made it all worth it. My 10yr old son was the injured one today and the doctor made him feel so comfortable. We will return for sure.

The doctor was excellent listened to everything I had to say did exactly see what I was saying and wrote a prescription for me and I thank her very much ...I am hoping that this will work for my stye eye... I will go there again when ever I need because they make a fabulous team and do whatever they need to do to make you feel comfortable and at home in their emergency office.. they are posted in my books..!

The outstanding Customer Service given from the very second they answered my call was top notch.!.! Being new to the area and not having a regular doctor plus needing to be seen because I was going out of the country soon made it difficult to find someone that would see me.They never hesitated a bit and went above and beyond to accommodate me.I am so grateful for all of them and if I need to be seen again I will definitely be going back to see Anthony Antunelli, APRN

PA was a bit wishy washy.First said ear drops then said 5 days antibiotics, then said no let’s do 10 days of antibiotics.I picked up script it was written for 5. Days!I just hope the sinus and ear infection clears up.The place was very clean and the staff was super friendly.

Daryl and the other employees at this location are excellent! The service was great, and Daryl is an excellent doctor that is friendly and knowledgeable. He is exactly the kind of doctor you want to see for your general urgent care needs. I went at 9am and I was the only one there at that time, so if you can go early I also recommend that.Thank you to everyone! 😊

I had to wait about 40 minutes but after I was seen by the doctor I got the required prescriptions and medicine for a respiratory cold like infection. I felt the doctor was very professional and knew his stuff. I would recommend this walk-in clinic for your non-emergency Health Care needs.

Darrel, ARNP, was not only friendly, but VERY SMART!As an RN, I elected to go to an urgent care vs ER b/c of my symptoms not being emergent.But, I felt like I was treated as if I was an emergency! The staff were nice, clean, funny, and smart!Very Clean & Not a long wait.TIP, come 10 mins early, bc the check-in text actually has questions for you to fill out before being seen!This is my 2nd visit here. Ill definitely come again!

I had to make an urgent appt and was able to get in and be seen quickly. The doctor saw me right away, made the diagnosis and got me on my way quickly. Customer service was great as everyone was helpful and friendly.

Staff was very friendly and the office was decorated so great for Christmas 🎄.The Dr was very good at putting me at ease with a few laughs and listening to my concerns.Hope to be good as new soon 🤗

Horrible experience! $100 for a 2-minute doctor visit, I had made an appointment for 8:10, but the doctor didnt get to the office till 8:30, I finally was seeing at 8:40 till 8:42 and waited again till discharge. It’s an urgent care, if the place was busy I understand you have to wait and I would NOT mind, but the way they conducted themself. No one is here, treat your patient the right way! I waited another 20+ minutes to get discharged. So, the moral of this story. Go somewhere else! Dont waste your time or your money.

AFC Dunedin was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. When my pharmacy, CVS in Northwood wouldnt have my rx ready til the next day after 11am they suggested I use Walgreens right across the street. Another great experience as one of my prescriptions was not covered by my insurance the pharmacy team looked on line for a coupon and made the whole experience much less stressful! I highly recommend AFC Dunedin and the Walgreens across the street if you sick.

Process of scheduling from my phone while still at home in bed was convenient and seamless. After I arrived, wait time was minimal. Facility was squeaky clean. Front desk, medical assistant and Nurse Practitioner were all pleasant, attentive and professional. Overall good experience, despite feeling sick.

My husband recently injured his finger and needed care from this facility. Everyone we had contact with was extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional…from front office help to the treatment from Darrell and Skyy. Clean office and follow-up call too.

Briana MA, Laura APRN, Yvonne receptionist were so good to me. I have had such a horrible time trying to find care being uninsured currently, it’s like pulling teeth. I came in there so anxious and overwhelmed and left with resolution and relief. I genuinely don’t like going anywhere else for care because they are consistent with quality care from the waiting room to the end of treatment. Thanks ladies!

The young woman at the front desk was a doll, very kind and helpful. Anthony Antonella was also extremely kind, knowledgeable, and explained things to us.

They were polite, friendly and efficient. Didn’t have to wait around. They called in my prescription and by the time I drove over to pick it up (about 20 min.) it was ready.

The staff were friendly and festive and had everything decorated for Christmas! The doctor was very personable and made me feel like I mattered

Excellent experience. Anthony helped me with draining an abscess on my finger and the ability to contact him if i had an issue in the next few days. Thanks Anthony, my finger feels much better! Sadly this is not the case for the CVS urgent care I visited a few days earlier. The CVS doctor informed me upfront, that they did not have the ability to drain abscesss. After looking at it she prescribed antibiotics and sent me off. No mention of draining the abscess or what to do if it got worse. Well as my finger worsened, there was no way to contact her either.

Thank you so much for the most excellent care, your staff and Doctors are truly amazing. I wish I could take you all back to Ruskin with me; for this level of care will be missed.

I got in quickly, everyone was fun, yet professional. Daryl did a great job of diagnosing my issue, prescribed meds, and off I went.

I took my infant in for severe chest coughing and congestion, worried shed have an upper respiratory infection.Doctor didnt even order X-rays or swab test of any kind for my baby. Ended up saying she had a ear infection after only a few minutes of even evaluating her and got her on antibiotics. I had a gut feeling amd knew it didnt sound right, very much felt treated like a number rather than a patient. She ended up even more sick amd got a terrible yeast infection that from antibiotics she never needed in the first place that landed her in the ER. I dont recommend this place at all dont waste your time or money

I called ahead of time and was met with kindness immediately. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was quick and took great care of me. Bianca the MA was welcoming and eased my nerves as she took my vitals. Pamela the ARRN went above and beyond listening to me thoroughly before explaining what needed to be done and how she planned to take care of me. She asked permission each time she needed to do anything and I left so relieved and satisfied!! I would never of expected to walk out of a medical office in such a good mood :) what lovely people

I came into the clinic with severe abdominal pain that had been persisting for days and restricted any physical movement. I was seen by Darrell Hopps who was patronizing, unprofessional, and unsympathetic during the few minutes he examined me—even joking about it to my husband. He reduced my pain to normal cramps and wanted to give me an injection for the pain. After my husband insisted something else has to be wrong, he offered to refer me for a scan at another facility (that could see us within 2 weeks). I refused the injection and immediately sought care elsewhere, and I am very thankful that I did because the cause of the pain ended up being much more serious than normal cramps.

Love coming here when I need to be seen and my regular dr can’t. Came in today to be seen and was treated quickly and Megan was awesome!!

Absolutely the best urgent care in the area! Prices are listed on a big sign by the desk which I REALLY appreciate and are very competitive with other urgent cares. The nurses and doctor were some of the best Ive had, extremely nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. I didnt feel rushed, she answered all my questions and prescribed me meds that are actually helping! It was truly a wonderful experience even with how sick I was feeling.

Everyone at this facility was excellent. The entire staff was so understanding and great. Bianca was kind and had a gentle touch with the injections I needed. Excellent experience at AFC Dunedin, friendly and competent staff, very short wait, clean lobby and exam rooms. I’d highly recommend if you are need of urgent care services. As someone who was there visiting on vacation the last thing you want is to get sick enough to need urgent care however I’m glad these folks were close and fixed me up so I could enjoy the rest of my trip.

We have brought our 4 year old here twice and they have been wonderful both times. It’s easy to make an appointment online, and they’re very timely. Everyone from front desk, to triage, to the providers have been great and compassionate. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t be any more satisfied and happy with going to this urgent care. I want to say firstly, I never write reviews, but I feel in a society that’s truly crumbling that when someone goes out of their way, they should be noticed. The ease of the online registration was so simplistic from the front desk to the medical tech to the nurse practitioner. They were all equally wonderful. They even went out of their way to give me a RX card because they told me the medicine I was going to be picking up was more expensive with insurance. If I lived in Florida, which I do not, I would probably not go to my primary care physician and I would only go to this urgent care, that’s how wonderful this entire office was. Thank you so much for being so caring and so kind And truly caring about your patience and being so thorough. I truly appreciate you all.!!

Came in with lower right abdominal pain. An urinalysis was the only test ordered. No visual scans were performed or ordered. I told the PA that I had an adverse reaction to the medication he prescribed; he told me to take it with food, even though I already had. He did not offer any alternative medications that would not cause a reaction. When asked about my bowel habits, I explained various concerning symptoms. He then proceeded to say sounds like your bowel habits are normal after i had just explained that they had changed. No treatment plan was established. No follow-up procedures were given. It was the worst urgent care experience I have ever had. I felt unheard and not helped. I left with more questions than answers.Edited to add that the triage nurse was very helpful and attentive. She listened to my concerns and took notes on my medical history.

Everyone was wonderful.Very clear on billing. I didnt catch the the name of the nurse, but she was very caring and professional . Cindy was on point to make sure my concerns were looked after. Best of all, Im starting to feel better!! Highly recommend this facility to all!

Had the wonderful experience of being helped by Bianca over the phone; she also greeted me when I walked in. Already being miserable out of my mind, she exercised her expertise by teaching me about my own insurance and getting me the help I needed expeditiously. Had the most pleasant experience here today. The team here was so nice, informative and caring. They were super sweet to my 2 and 3 year old girls. I will definitely be coming back. Best experience I have had at an urgent care in a very long time.

My mom had to take my daughter to AFC while she was visiting her. I called ahead of time and sent them my driver license and an email stating it was ok for my mom to take her there and there was no issue. Everyone was super friendly and they were in and out relatively quick! They even gave my daughter an antler headband and she was so happy!! Would definitely go there again if we needed to while visiting!

I’ve been going to the AFC in Clearwater for years now and have mostly had great experiences, but today found that they are closed down. I had to find another one due to AFC being one of the only clinics near me that take my insurance and LET ME TELL YOU everything from the phone call, to when I got there, to leaving was an amazing and smooth experience. ALL of the staff was so nice and comforting and they had me in and out quicker than I’ve ever experienced at any other urgent clinic. I will be recommending this location to all my friends and family. Thank you all so much for your hard work and effort you put in to make sure everyone feels good when they come and leave here!!

I’m sure it’s a fam business just trying there best and the front desk was super nice, but the doctor didn’t care to ask enough questions so i went home with a sinus infection diagnosis just for my bronchitis, which is what I actually had, to continue worsening. As someone with asthma that’s not very fun. I ended up going back 3 days later to get the right meds and was told the fee will be waived. Now i’ve been fighting with billing for 5 months because they keep trying to charge me for that second visit

Everyone was friendly, kind, and concerned! I was impressed by how closely each of the people I worked with listened to my responses or questions. I truly felt the care in urgent care.

AFC Urgent Care Dunedin was very friendly, professional and prompt. They were very caring and listened to my symptoms as well as answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this facility if you are in need of medical care.

We had a great experience with AFC. Scheduling the appointment was easy, the staff and medical professionals were kind and knowledgeable, and they even called to check up on our son three days after the visit, which Ive never experienced with another clinic. Definitely recommend.

I needed urgent care for a rusty metal roofing nail puncture wound (which was embedded in my birkenstock to foot which i removed at home )As an NP myself, i know what is required and this group is awesome!There was no wait time, just customary /basic consent paperworkThen Triaged and treatement planMy anxiety was epic - my clinical mind rabbit hole and the nurses and NP we all so tuned in and fun which shifted my defcon 4 anxiety to ok we got thisI appreciate their work vibe, teamwork, attention to detail and to the patient , me.If only more healthcare facilities and teams were able to provide a chill setting and care, we would all be better faster.thanks AFC Dunedin

I had to stop in today, and this place was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the NP was very helpful. Oh, and they had fun nature videos playing in the room, so it was kind of calming too.

Went in for basic medical treatment, was informed very well within my discharge paperwork and by a professional Medical Assistant/EMT. Scripts were electronically sent to my preferred pharmacy and were able to be picked up before I even arrived at Walgreens! Will be recommending AFC to all of my friends and family. Five stars!

I was there this week because I suspected I had bronchitis. After my examination it was determined I did have bronchitis. In fact it was worse than I suspected so glad I went. Pamela was excellent. Everybody I encountered was. Rather than using antibiotics I was given a different course of meds that are working well. So thank you for your help. I am on the mend.

Incredible hospitality from every staff member I saw. With no insurance, its hard to find a good place to get medical care and still be respected, I finally found that place! Everyone was so welcoming and extremely knowledgeable and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Long story short, chose this location because they advertised xray services which is exactly what I needed. Called from work at 2pm on Friday the 12th to verify xray capabilities and to make an appointment, again FOR XRAYS.Showed up after work and after filling out paperwork and paying the $80 copay, they finally took me back to exam. It was at this point that I was notified that they couldnt do the xrays I needed and instead gave me a referral to another local imaging clinic. After checking, verifying and checking AGAIN, that they could do xrays today I was very upset that they took My copay BEFORE telling me there wouldnt be any xrays done there. Very shady business practices, taking advantage of someone who clearly needed medical attention. Just for my $80 copay.Also, without any diagnosis on what my condition was they gave me an NSAID shot and a steroid shot. They then used the fact that they had administered those two shots so they would not refund my copay. I was deceived into believing that xrays would be done only to have the rug pulled out from underneath me. Now I have to go to ANOTHER clinic, and pay ANOTHER copay, just to get the xrays I so badly need.Needless to say, I DO NOT recommend anyone go here if they need serious medical attention. These people do not care about anything but money.

The receptionist, Bianca, was an angel this am. She took the time to call my insurance to verify coverage when other AFC locations have told me they don’t accept my coverage. She went over and beyond to help and I greatly appreciate her! The D(I think Dr Martin) and RN were great too! Listened to my ailments and prescribed what I needed! Thank you!

Thank you for providing excellent care. Not only was my blood pressure addressed, but my fever, ear pain, and nausea were taken care of by sending in prescriptions for me. This clinic provided far superior health care than the dunedin emergency room doctor. Yahoo for nurse practitioners and nurses and all who work at your clinic.

This place is absolutely amazing....All the staff was extremely friendly and saw me very quickly....After my unacceptable primary doctors office refused to see me today...I was in serious discomfort with my diverticulitis and fever...Urgent Care provider wrote me a script for an antibiotic, which was all I needed....I will definitely be back and recommend to everyone...Im in search of a new primary DR if anyone has ideas...BayCare is simply garbage they wouldnt see me 2 weeks

I had a great experience at this location even when not feeling well. Everyone was very respectful that I came in contact with and very kind. It is very clean and they are quick to get you what you need.

My doctor was too busy to get me a referral I needed so I headed in her. The staff was compassionate and the visit was quick. Will be back.

Terrible customer service! My 5 year old daughter fell at her aftercare program and broke her wrist. I called ahead of time and asked them if they do x-ray. The lady on the phone said yes and I asked her to make sure the tech didn’t leave as we were THREE mins away. The lady assured me they would let the tech know and would make sure the person stayed. I showed up went to the desk and told them I was the one that just called about the x-ray for my daughters wrist (I am a nurse, so I knew she had a fracture based on swelling, and inability to move her hand) my daughter was screaming in pain, got half way through the paperwork, and the lady came from around the desk and say “what are you here for?” I explained AGAIN and she says “oh well the tech already left, so you’ll have to go somewhere else.” Mind you my 5 year old daughter is screaming and crying in pain. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. They could have just said the tech is getting ready to leave (even though I called ahead and was THREE mins away) and I would have went somewhere else, but instead they wasted my time and prolonged my daughters pain. Don’t bother with this place if you are actually hurt or need immediate attention.

Lori K - NP was flawless. She was professional and so very kind during a frightening time of shortness of breath. I was scared and she soothed my nerves. I can breathe much better, and I havent even left yet. I have pneumonia.

Need to treat patients better and not like theyre convicts

Just got off the phone with Shanda, extremely unprofessional. She didn’t like the survey I filled out and called me for a confrontation. Cutting me off when I tried to speak so much to the point where I had to be stern and tell her to stop talking over me.I visited an ER on Monday and was diagnosed with a middle ear infection. I was feeling worse so I went to AFC on Wednesday. Their website says they have doctors however, I only saw a nurse. Not too happy as if I’m paying that much, I want a real doctor. She looked in my ear for two seconds and said “yeah it’s an ear infection”. I asked if the ear drum was ruptured and she said (1) she couldn’t tell but it probably was. She didn’t offer any new meds other than ibuprofen and instead said (2) she’d offer 2 shots that should help kick start the antibiotics I was already on, and that they should help for the meantime but it was really the antibiotic I got Monday that’ll work. I said sure. She sold me on the two shots. I didn’t feel any better after them.Fast forward to the weekend and I was feeling even worse. Went to see a real doctor and he said I had an outer ear infection, not a middle ear infection. So this nurse just rode the diagnosis I got from the ER rather than having the knowledge to know they were wrong and make her own diagnosis. Sure, the ER was wrong too but the reason I went to AFC was because I wasn’t getting better. It was her duty to find out why, and a misdiagnosis at the ER should’ve been something she considered as a possibility.I did the survey texted to me and got a call a few days later. Shanda said she “wanted to hear both sides of the story”. Made me feel like she thought I was lying or in trouble at the principals office. Anyways, I told her the above.I mentioned the above. She said the nurse told her that she (1) diagnosed me with a ruptured ear drum which I told her was false, she told me she couldn’t tell if it was ruptured. And (2) she straight up said the nurse said she “overmedicated” me to the point where it should get rid of any infections in my body. Boy, isn’t that concerning? Admittedly over medicating a patient? And not only that but it STILL didn’t work? I then asked her what medications she prescribed me. I knew I caught her in a lie and was going to call her out. She checked, and said the doctor prescribed me 2 medications to the Walgreens on main St., neither of them being the ibuprofen. I said that’s a lie. She did not prescribe me those meds…….. Shanda had to put me on hold while she checked.When she came back she said the meds she was talking about was what the ER gave me Monday. I was so upset that they’re now giving me the runaround. First you say I was overmedicated, now you’re saying I was never medicated, seems like they’re doing everything they can to save themselves rather than admit fault! And it seemed like the nurse was just telling Shanda whatever she could to save her behind. She said she was reading the paper wrong and admitted she didn’t know how to read it. Really? As a manager you make these claims about my health but can’t read the papers?She also had the audacity to ask why I didn’t come back after I didn’t feel better. Because I went to your practice and after selling me on two shots it didn’t make me feel better, that’s why! And because according to your website I would see a doctor and didnt!Very unhappy and I hope they don’t have the audacity to bill me for these services because I won’t be paying a dime. I don’t care if it hits my credit.

I was very impressed by both the professionalism and friendliness shown by the Triage Nurse and the Nurse Practitioner. Should circumstances dictate, I will definitely go back to this Urgent Care facility.

The Dunedin AFC is very clean and very friendly from the check in process to the MA ‘s. The provider was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Could schedule a visit on line and able to register pre visit. Easy check in,,seen quickly confirmed my illness prescribed treatment, very efficient staff.
