Maribel at the front desk was very professional and I didn’t have to wait long.The PA was really thoughtful as well. The person who took me back to the room for vitals was great too. Really easy to make an appt and get seen the same day.

Liz and Armando were friendly, professional, efficient and they successfully treated my ear problem. Im thankful they were the ones who cared for me! Making an appointment was easy, the clinic is easy to get to and it was very comfortable. All in all I had a great experience.

As a walk-in patient, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, who efficiently checked me in.Medical Assistant Armando was outstanding! He was accommodating, knowledgeable, and provided clear instructions that were easy to understand. His professionalism and kindness put me at ease during my visit.Thank you to the entire team.

One of the nicest urgent cares I have been to! Armando took my x ray and he was very nice and professional! The whole appointment was super quick. If you have to get x rays I recommend AFC in cherry creek and hopefully you go when Armando is working!

First time visiting this urgent care. I just walked in and was in and out very quickly. Everyone was very kind and patient. Special shout out to Armando for making the process as smooth as possible! Very comforting to know I have a close urgent care with caring people.

This is a place for all of my family urgent needs! Easy to make an apt. Never waited in line more then 5 min. All the doctors and staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Always clean too.Went here for covid test the other day and nurse Liz was very sweet, so as Dr Kelly.

Really great Urgent Care. Went here to get something checked since I had a weird bump on the right side of my stomach. It was a smooth good experience. Staff and doctor were super friendly, clean exam and waiting rooms, nice entertainment, and nice x-ray (since I did one) .This place is also usually my go-to AFC since we’re nearby this area as well. There is a parking lot available as well. So, to sum it up, great AFC Urgent Care location. Will definitely return to this location and highly recommend them for all your needs.

Jaime at the front desk was amazing and super friendly, made the check in process smooth and quick. Armando the medical assistant was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I was able to see the PA Craig, he had amazing bedside manner and explained everything thoroughly and helped me get in and out in a timely manner. I will definitely visit this location again if I ever need to come to urgent care again! Highly recommend this place and such fabulous staff!!

AFC Urgent care definitely is the best around Liz my MA and staff is very attentive and helpful the room was clean they made it easy on me with letting me know what was going on with me and quick to get the medication I needed. I recommend coming here and seeing the staff if your feeling under the weather

I had never had an ear irrigation done before so I was quite concerned. Armando was quite reassuring. He performed the procedure very efficiently and thoroughly. I had immediate relief in a brief time. Thanks to Armando I was definitely happy to be heading home with a successful conclusion to what had been an uncomfortable and annoying ear problem.I would add that the entire staff that I dealt with were top notch, friendly, reassuring, supportive and obviously knew exactly what to do from when I walked in to when I left.

It’s hard to imagine having a positive experience at urgent care but this place genuinely does it. I have been coming here for a variety of needs for the past few years and every single time have been met with kindness, trauma informed practices, and professionalism. Not to mention I’m never waiting more than 15 minutes, and the efficiency is out of this world. The reason for my last visit was kind of scary and I was worried that a doctor wasn’t going to take my symptoms seriously because I’m a woman. I was immediately proved wrong by an amazing doctor who took my symptoms serious from the start and made me feel safe and validated. The team listened to my concerns without being judgmental, and got me the care that I needed. They truly go above and beyond ensuring follow up treatment, and that is something I can confidently say is a consistent at this location and staff. Thank you to everyone from office support to MDs for making this such a welcoming space during times when people may be feeling more anxious.

Liz and Bryan both were fantastic, super nice, helpful, informative. The operating physician was also wonderful. Whatever doctor worked thanksgiving day was very nice and I recommend using this clinic.

Magaly was very friendly and helpful at check-in and Elizabeth did a great job with blood draw and flu shot. Both were painless and fast. The clinic staff were quick and efficient.

This was quick and concise. The facility was very clean and the staff was very compassionate. Armando and Liz took great care of me. Hopefully I don’t have to go back for Care but if I do, this will be the place.

Front desk was nice. Don’t expect an appt to mean anything besides “doing paperwork ahead of time” I waited for 20 mins to get moved back. Sat there alone for 40 mins. Just to hear someone stayed outside my door. I’m taking lunch so x-rays will have to wait. I was there for an x-ray so I had to bail.

Armondo was awesome, super nice and also the staff, love how they treated me and always a smile when you walk through the door. i’m a person that is embarrassed with just telling the nurses or doctors what’s going on but they totally helped me out and made me feel really comfortable. will start coming here more for my visits!

I went in for an X-ray and my technician was Armando. Armando was incredibly kind, very quick, and accommodating! I’ve had numerous bad experiences at different urgent cares but AFC always does an incredible job with amazing staff and resources.

I am beyond disappointed with AFC Urgent Care. I took my son in with a suspected foot injury, and after paying $165, the doctor spent less than a minute with us. They initially told us that his foot wasn’t broken, only to call 30 minutes later to say it *was* broken and that we should see an Orthopedic specialist.We went to the ortho, who not only said my sons foot wasn’t broken, but also informed us that the x-rays from AFC Urgent Care were of poor quality and unreliable. To top it off, AFC had the nerve to bill us for a 45+ minute appointment when the doctor barely spent any time with us. This is completely fraudulent!This was a total waste of time and money, not to mention the stress it caused my son and our family. I would not trust this facility with any serious medical concerns and will never go back.

I recently visited AFC Urgent Care Denver and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The wait time was incredibly short, which was a huge relief when I wasnt feeling my best. The online scheduling portal is incredibly easy to use. The staff were all extremely polite, especially Jazmyne and Ana, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of.The entire clinic was spotless, which really put me at ease. Everyone was professional and friendly, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. My doctor was fantastic—very nice, professional, and courteous. This is, without a doubt, the best urgent care Ive ever been to. Highly recommend!

Very friendly. Danaeja (MA). Was quick and accurate with my results. She also gave me more information about what to look for if Im having complications within the next 3 or 4 days.

Great experience. My boyfriend had to go in to have some follow-up work done on a Sunday. There were seven people in front of us, but the wait wasnt too bad. Roberta at the front desk was wonderful. She was very friendly and kept the waiting room clean while we were there. He was seen by John Shen, who was also fantastic. He did great work on the follow-up and had lots of good advice for us when we left. I would definitely come back here, even though it wasnt covered our insurance. They do take regular insurance. Prices are good even if its not covered.

I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room, and then an hour in the doctors office for him to ask me two questions and then prescribe antibiotics without actually checking anything. The people were nice and the office was clean.

Went to this urgent care yesterday with wounds from a bike crash. I came in about 30 minutes before the place closed. The doctor (Dr Slinden) acted like she wanted to be out of there ASAP, did not even really look at my injuries, much less dress them, and then wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic I had mentioned I was allergic to. Absolutely awful experience. Complete waste of time and money.Update: the staff called me today and apologized and let me speak with a different doctor and refunded me my copay. I appreciate their diligence in rectifying a bad experience.

Unfortunately this is my second time at urgent care in the last two weeks for different things but both visits, the staff has been wonderful. Today I worked with Jazmyne and Sam and they were both extremely friendly and helpful. It’s always a quick and easy process and I actually feel like I’m listened to when I come here, which I personally feel isn’t always the case when it comes to going to the doctors.

PA Derrick Miller is the best I would be completely lost without him I make sure I see him for my brain injury because he remembers everything we talked about and I don’t have to remember to tell him my whole story every time like if I were to just go to any other person. Aleysia is the hub of the communications network in my case I’d be lost without her the work comp department here keeps everything on track for me so I don’t have lost information that just disappears she is the most organized person and intelligent they really have a superstar! I pre-registered for my appointment online. Check-in went very smooth. I waited for a few minutes and then Armando brought me back. The initial intake was easy and he got me to x-rays very quickly. Overall a great experience.

Never answer their phone. Also asked to get email lab results and have to ask multiple times as it just doesn’t get done. Also they didn’t draw blood correctly and made me wait. Also as I started they asked for a $100 copay and I said that must be incorrect and she said let me check. Then after 2 mins says sorry it’s $15. You can’t make mistakes like that.

Took my 7 year old there on Labor Day to get checked for strep. We didn’t wait long. The doctor did the test. We got the results back within 10 minutes and were out of there shortly afterwards. Easy-peasy!

Going in for some routine check ups and they were able to answer all my questions about returning as well as getting my through quick and easy.

First time in, Jazmyne was very friendly with her greeting and the check in was quick. Made online reservation to reduce wait time, and when I arrived, my wait was fairly quick with only 2 people ahead of me. While in the treatment room, I was treated respectful by Sam as she took my vitals and asked about my symptoms. My PA was very informative and friendly and answered all of my questions with care and compassion.

I appreciate the fact that in the midst of yet another SARS-covid surge with new variants spreading, your facility understands the concept of viruses being airborne, and practices masking to protect not only the staff, but patients as well. Most medical settings currently do not practice the simple act of masking, so this is very important to us. Additionally, everyone was very helpful and kind, from the medical assistant Maribel to the PA that assisted us, Sloan Krause, who was exceptional in providing recommendations and much needed referrals. Thank you all for your time and patience today. We appreciate your commitment to keeping the people that utilize AFC healthy and safe.

After getting both negative and positive results from at home tests, my husband and I decided to go AFC urgent care for a PCR COVID swab. Ana checked us in and gave us the PCR test. She was very sympathetic and professional.Hoping we are finally negative.

Teresa the MA was great! Very fast service and professional. I got a shot in the glute and hardly felt it.Derek, PA was also great. Got me set up on a plan to help my sinus infection the day before I left on five day vacation to Hawaii that would give me lots of RX options so I don’t have to go to urgent care on vacation. My wife will be thrilled that I’ll have more energy to keep up with our young kids.

I went in feeling very sick and dehydrated. The place was spotless and I was seen almost right away. Armando did my blood work and IV. He was very nice and very patient. He constantly came in to check in on me to make sure I was ok and comfortable. This place is great.

What a wonderful experience at AFC. It is easy to book an appointment and Tania was pleasant to work with. It was a rainy Christmas Eve and she came out to administer the COVID test. Truly appreciate the hard work these folks do, even on a holiday. Thankfully it was negative.

I recently visited AFC Urgent Care and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Jazmyne at the front desk and assisted by Sam, my MA. The entire team was incredibly nice, professional, and attentive to all of my needs. They made sure that everything was taken care of efficiently and effectively. Lizbeth was very friendly and patient and the Clinic appointment scheduling was easy.

I took my son in for an ear infection. We went it a little before 10 and we were out little after 11. We left the urgent care and picked up the medicine right there it was quick easy and painless. Everyone was friendly and kind. We had a pleasant experience.

Best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. No wait time and my PA Charlotte Withers was very thorough! Ana was also efficient and Jazmyne was very nice as well.

The staff here is so amazing everyone was so kind to me and made me feel very comfortable. I felt my concerns were heard and the iv guy is damn good.

Everyone I interacted with was so kind! Jazmyne at the front desk answered all my questions. I had a foot injury and Nurse Mosby even cleaned my shoe before I left! They honestly went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of.

Sam, Jazmyne, and Devin made my experience a great one considering how miserable I was. They were all friendly, upbeat, and efficient. I felt very confident in Devin’s assessment of my situation and the care she rendered. The clinic was immaculate which should be expected but was not the case in the last Urgent care clinic I went to. This is the Urgent care clinic I will be utilizing when the need arises in the future. The staff and the environment both were impressive.

Stephany was our MA today and she was so friendly and patient with my very shy 7 yo. She offered stickers to both my kiddos when we left which was much appreciated. I hope we don’t have a reason to return anytime soon, but if we do I hope to get Stephany again (especially with kids).

Was anxious about going to a clinic last-minute because I suddenly had a sore throat. But I came in at a good time and it wasn’t very busy. Even though it got a little busy, It was a clean environment and I didn’t mind waiting, as the 5pm rush came in right after me. Ana was amazing of course, and they found out quickly I had strep throat. Very kind and inviting urgent care, definitely would go again if I absolutely needed to!

We are from out of state, so we happened to choose AFC Urgent Care as it was close to our hotel. As it turns out, we couldnt have chose a better place. The staff from check-in to medical staff were absolutely wonderful, pleasant, courteous, and proficient. Since we are out state, we had a lot of questions about follow up. Again, rate it a 10. I would not only recommend AFC, I would encourage people to go there

I have used this clinic multiple times and the service is always exceptional! Today I needed to be seen quickly before I head out of town. Jazmyne and Sam took such good care of me. They were knowledgeable and able to quickly get me exactly what I needed to be in full health for my upcoming trip. I will always go to this AFC!!! :)

I was symptom free but needed a Covid test for travel. They were super polite and redirected me to the car where I realized I missed several signs telling me that. Not once did anyone get defensive or rude despite their lives being on the line. Great office culture. Kind. Compassionate. Friendly. 10/10 listening skills and quick to call and confirm my negative status. Peace of mind was priceless.

Fast and professional! Came in after a friend fell and Armando was compassionate as he quickly got vitals. X-rays were needed and Armando took care of those quickly as well. Usually dread urgent care because of long waits but everyone was fast and efficient and they had everything needed in one place.

Got seen super fast this morning. Sam (MA) and Jazmyne at the front desk were extremely helpful getting me checked in. Rosa (PA) took great care of me. I had an eye infection and concern it was also scratched. She took the time to review my case, showed me photos to confirm diagnosis and then proceeded to check my eye for a scratch. All good! I would definitely go back.

Jazmyne at Reception was fast and thorough and made it easy to wade through the paperwork. I went in for a sore throat and Sam, the Medical Assistant assigned to me, was professional, fast and thorough. I would not hesitate to go back to AFC if needed.

Going to urgent care is never a good time, and to be honest it’s always a roll of the dice with the type of care and treatment you might receive. From the moment we walked through the door we were welcomed with warm energy and made to feel very comfortable. Hailey, Edgar, and Sloan were all excellent and took great care of my needs. Everyone at this facility made a not so pleasant experience as pleasant as possible. Extremely pleased with my experience today.

As soon as I walked in Jazmyne (I believe) greeted me and told me about what was necessary to move forward.I was feeling incredibly ill and she spoke gently and patiently with me through everything.Ana got me situated in the room and was really kind throughout my visit.The entire staff showed me a little extra tlc during my visit and I really appreciate it.

My experience at AFC Urgent Care at Cherry Creek exceeded any expectations or fears I had of visiting an urgent care facility. The entire experience was actually lovely from start to finish. Derek and Armando were part of my care team at this visit and they were absolutely wonderful in taking care to walk me through each step of the visit. Armando was wonderful at explaining the entire X-ray process. Having an X-ray technician alone is ann incredible asset this practice has as radiograph technicians are hard to come by when seeking imaging at an urgent care visit and Armando was just fantastic. To the entire team, thank you for your care!!!

Great job with checking me in and taking care of my past due balance at the front desk. Communication is great with the doctors. And Armando did a phenomenal job with getting me into my room and doing whatever was necessary for me to leave without waiting too long. Justin was also clear and concise on what would be happening going forward. Unfortunately for me to be here and my reasons but the staff is excellent. 10/10

I really like going to this urgent care. Its always a quick visit and the staff is friendly. Jazmyne at the front desk was nice and super helpful with checking me in. Shortly after that, I was able to meet with Analicia, the medical assistant. She was informative and listened to all of my concerns. 10/10 service.

This place was great! Especially Teresa (medical assistant) and Armando (xray tech), who were both very attentive, caring and helpful. Would come back again for sure.

Came in on New Years Day and they were pretty busy being the only open UC in the area. Had a little bit of a longer wait but once I was taken to the back Edgar got my vitals and check in done quickly and efficiently and Hallie was super helpful in assisting me with the issues I came in for. I had a really great experience and am very glad to have folks like these that are willing to work the holiday to help others out.

I give them 2 stars only because Barry the nurse was excellent and the manager gave me a call back regarding my complaint. However Dr. lenny Sujdak was the worst doctor I have had in a long time sadly not ever. I brought my sick infant in with me since she cannot attend school she was covered in blisters from hand foot and mouth. I brought this to the doctors attention that she had it and maybe I had it and he quickly dismissed me very condescendingly and claimed what I had was unrelated completely to her hfm. He diagnoses it as laryngitis due to the bumps on the back of my throat. Which i now know are blisters. I wake up at 4 am the following morning and am covered in hfm blisters. They are on my hands in between my toes and on the bottoms of my feet so i cannot even walk without pain and i was given an antibiotic by this doctor for possible strep. Antibiotics do not work on hfm. Only diagnoses given was laryngitits which i dont have and strep which i do not have either. What i have is exactly what I brought to his attention and he shut me down for even saying. I will never go back here again and have been for years. I told the manager so when I spoke to her. They lost consistent yearly business because of this doctor. Beware Dr. Sudjak. Do the photos underneath look like laryngitis? No its hfm and the bisters int he back of throat look like this as well.

Sam and Jazmyne were awesome! We are on vacation and needed them to see our son and Im so glad we found this urgent care, everyone there was so sweet and we got seen very quickly.

Ana and jazmyne are always a great help and very sweet! I love this place. I take my kids and myself to this urgent care when needed they are always helpful and genuinely concerned and care, they always do whatever they can to help. I really appreciate everyone in this urgent care so thank you!

The staff was all really kind and helpful. Ana especially was super nice and the PA was patient and took time to listen and then walk me through what I should do next. The wait time was a little on the long side but other than that it was a great experience.

I am so happy with the care I got at this AFC location. Armando and Devin P.A were absolutely amazing. Armando the X-ray tech was detail oriented and thorough. He went out of his way to take an extra image of my knee to make sure nothing was fractured. I felt seen and heard. They also brought me back in a very timely manner. I loved this location and experience. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 professionalism at its finest!

Our visit to AFC was great and super easy with both me and my girlfriend being sick with little to no voices left. Ana and Jazmyne were wonderful and helpful at getting us started and getting our test all situated. Always a great and friendly team here.

I hardly ever leave reviews but my experience today was great! Armando was so kind and put me at ease. The doctor, X-ray tech and reception were all really friendly while still being very efficient. This AFC is not in my neighborhood but Ill be coming back to this location when I need urgent care services in the future.

Great experience walking into this urgent care! I was seen quickly and Armando did great job cleaning up my wound.

Armando hooked it up with the x-ray. Super quick and easy. The one uncomfortable position, he got done in seconds.

Sam and Ana were so sweet and friendly. The provider and every staff member we came in contact with was extremely kind and took time to care for my daughter. They were able to bring us back almost immediately. The care here is 5 stars for sure.

Edgar, Hailey, and Sloan are the best caretakers of any Urgent Care Ive been to- their bedside table manner was welcoming and warm; even though I came in with a broken elbow, everyone explained things calmly and confidently, and answered all my questions. Most of all they were friendly, there is no one I wouldnt want to see outside of that urgent care- more like family and friendly doctors than anything!! Will be going here the next time Im unwell over the holidays!!

Went to AFC Urgent Care on Christmas Day. Jazmyne, Hugo MA, and Derek Miller PA were all incredibly professional and took care of me incredibly well and rapidly. There wasn’t a single other person in the lobby, and it felt like I got the 5 star treatment. I was quickly seen, tested, and treated for Flu B. The whole process was easy and they treated me with kindness. Thank you all for working through the holidays and taking care of the sick. We appreciate you!

Each time Ive gone to AFC Urgent Care Denver in Cherry Creek, McKenzie at the front desk and Sam (MA) at AFC have been friendly, kind and professional!

Was having an allergic reaction to something, so I called and Jazmyne answered the phone quickly and had me come in. Didnt wait long at all until I seen Sam who was reassuring and got me what I needed. Between the visiy and picking up the prescription, the whole ordeal lasted less than an hour.

My MA today was Leslie and she was amazing. She was very kind and helping. The entire staff was too! I highly recommend coming here.
