I normally go to see Kelly Thompson however all the girls at Key Wellness have been very friendly from the second I walk in the doors! Kelly is very compassionate, and makes me feel very comfortable, and no topic is too awkward with her. Kelly truly makes me feel like I’m not just another patient. She asks questions to get the full picture. I highly recommend Key wellness for all of your wellness needs!

I have been sick over a month. I am currently on my 2nd dose of antibiotics and Im just simply miserable. I call Key Wellness to see if they could get me in for some IVT and Sherry said they were pretty full that day and only one dr but she said let me give you a call back. She called back and they were able to fit me in that day. I went over and they were so accommodating brought me hot tea. I had my baby with as well and they even brought a snack for her. I will definitely be going back eventually.

After being sick for about nine days, a friend of mine, recommended, I go to Key wellness and get an IV infusion. So today I did that, and from the minute I walked in. After a 40 min consult confirming my concerns and wishes, I was on my way home to await the results that never came. I reached out several times (as instructed during the consult). After 5 weeks, Kelly and I finally connected. I was in no way expecting a refund, but was expecting a solution/client focused conversation. Instead, my integrity was challenged. I started my journey at Key Wellness to finally get rid of one of the most embarrassing things a women can have…facial hair! I am not talking white peach fuzz I am talking full on man beard hair! I believe I could make a man jealous of my goatee! I joke about it because I have lived with it most of my adult life starting with a few stray dark hairs to a full time shave twice a day chin hair. I have PCOS and my facial hair has always been a huge concern for me. I hate that I have to carry a shaver with me everyday in case I am somewhere where my 5 o’clock shadow will be noticeable to others. Yes, this is a put it out there for all to know story but if I could encourage 1 person to take the plunge to get rid of this incredibly embarrassing facial hair it will be worth having people know my issue with it. My first treatment couldn’t have been more easy with the wonderful treatment I received from the team at Key Wellness. From an easy check in to a consult where Kelly T. made me very comfortable talking about how bad my facial hair has become to getting my first laser treatment that was much more easier than I could ever imagine it would be! I walked out of there knowing that it will take more treatments but with a much lighter heart knowing I can fix this and I won’t have to live with it for ever now!
